Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effects of Learning Motivation (X1), physical fitness (X2), learning style (X3) on PJOK learning outcomes (Y). This type of research is quantitative with path analysis techniques. The population in this study were 101 students of State Senior High School 13 Kerinci. The sampling technique uses stratified random sampling, where the sample is 50 people. Data was collected by using a questionnaire to measure learning motivation (X1), the TKSI test to measure physical fitness (X2), a questionnaire to measure learning styles (X3) and student scores as PJOK learning outcomes (Y). The results of the data analysis show that the path coefficient values are normal, significant and linear, where the magnitude of the influence, both directly and indirectly, is as follows: (1) There is a direct effect of learning motivation on PJOK Learning Outcomes of students at State High School 13 Kerinci is equal to 9.12%. (2) There is a direct effect of physical fitness on PJOK Learning Outcomes in Kerinci 13 State Senior High School students of 6.50%. (3) There is a direct effect of learning style variables on PJOK Learning Outcomes of Kerinci 13 State Senior High School students of 9.24%. (4) There is an indirect effect of learning motivation on PJOK Learning Outcomes through learning styles of 16.81%. (5) There is an indirect effect of physical fitness on PJOK Learning Outcomes through style of 8.35%. (6) There is an indirect effect of learning motivation on PJOK Learning Outcomes through physical fitness of 15.1%.

Abstract

At the moment, Indonesia is moving into the endemic phase. For information on healthy living in the world of education. The purpose of this study is to highlight the value of physical literacy as a means of embracing this time of transition. At this time, there is no clear correlation between the online sports learning process and the field-based lectures themselves. It is necessary to promote physical literacy in order to boost physical activity. Sports learning will therefore function effectively. The study conducted a thorough review of many articles on physical literacy. A total of 12 studies were included in this review. The outcome is that, in general, physical literacy will be better applied right away, specifically when the child is still a young child.

Abstract

Stressor in athletes are categorized into three: competitive, organizational, personal. The cause of stress can be caused by the location of the room, the classification of sports based on the place of space is divided into two: indoor and outdoor. In sports psychology, stress levels affect sports and academic achievement. The purpose of this study was to analyze differences in stress levels, relationship between stress levels and sports achievements, and the academic achievements of UNNES athletes. This study used a quantitative approach with the help of the DASS 42 questionnaire. Data analysis was done using the T-test, correlation and regression. The results of the study showed the mean stress level in athletes indoor 1.86 athletes outdoor 1.50 statistically it is known that there are differences in the mean stress levels of athletes indoor and outdoor. Based on value Sig. 0.4710.05, which means there is no relationship between stress levels and sports achievements. Other results show value Sig. between the level or category of stress and academic achievement is 0.6520.05, meaning that there is no relationship between the stress level variable and the athlete's academic achievement variable at Universitas Negeri Semarang. However, the effective contribution that influences it is 1.2%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop an E-Module for Learning Physical Education Sports and Health for Pencak Silat Material in Junior High School Students to find out the effectiveness of using the e-module in improving students' skills and physical fitness. This research was carried out using a development research design by adopting the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results obtained through this study are as follows. 1) This research produced an e-module learning Pencak Silat based on physical fitness training activities for class VII students consisting of cover, introduction, learning and evaluation. 2). Based on the results of limited field tests by experts, the Pencak Silat learning e-module based on Physical Fitness training activities as teaching material for Pencak Silat material for class VII students was declared very feasible to use as teaching material. 3) The effectiveness of using the pencak silat e-module based on class VII physical fitness activities obtained limited field trial data by students of 86.36% strongly agree

Abstract

The background of this research is the unknown level of physical condition of the volleyball athletes for the Papua team. This study aims to find out how good the physical condition level of the Papua volleyball athletes will be as candidates for the Papuan team. This research is a quantitative descriptive research, the data collection technique used is using a physical test. The sample in this study were young elite volleyball athletes. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics in the form of percentages. Based on the data on the overall results of tests on the physical condition of volleyball athletes from 37 male respondents, there were 7 people (19.44%) in the very good classification, 9 people good (25.82%), 10 people in the sufficient category (29.10). %), the unfavorable category is 5 people (12.89%), and 5 people are included in the very unfavorable category (12.89%). This physical condition can describe the actual physical condition of volleyball athletes who will be candidates for the Papuan team. These results describe several components that can influence it, including: speed, flexibility, strength, explosive power, agility, and endurance. Therefore, if there is research related to this study, it is advisable to update the applied method of instrument application as needed in the field.

Abstract

Imagery is one of the psychological aspects that can be used as an exercise model to improve the ability to play tennis. In the period of 5-10 training models based on imagery in the tennis game, many studies have been carried out so that it is interesting to analyze the results of research that have been made in articles and published in journals. . This study aims to review and examine the imagery training model in the tennis game which is said to improve the tennis game. The literature review that will be discussed is about the advantages of the training model in the imagery aspect of the tennis game. The results of the literature review are expected to be able to be used as studies or information that can be used as a theoretical basis for further research in training models in which there is an imagery element to be able to improve the ability to play tennis.

Abstract

Football is a popular team sport that is widely loved and played around the world. Basic football skills are crucial for every team member, and each individual must train in fundamental football techniques. Tests and measurements play a crucial role in football training as they can enhance players' skills. Safin Pati Sports School is a leading boarding football academy in Central Java, admitting students based on interest without any selection process. However, the students have not undergone any previous tests or measurements of their football skills. This research aims to analyze the level of basic football skills among students born in 2009 at Safin Pati Sports School. The research methodology employed purposive sampling technique, and a statistical descriptive analysis was conducted with 33 students born in 2009 as the research subjects. Data collection was carried out through the David Lee speed test. The results of the analysis indicate that the level of basic football skills among Safin Pati Sports School students is categorized as good, with 42.42% of students demonstrating good speed test scores. The positive outcomes are attributed to a well-designed program encompassing aspects of physical fitness, technical training, tactical drills, and mental exercises.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ability of arm muscle strength, abdominal muscle strength, and bond strength. The type of research used in this research is survey research with test and measurement techniques. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The research results show that; (1) the ability of the arm muscle strength of the football academy students shows an average score of 5.1 and is in the less category with a total of 13 students and a proportion value reaching 36%. which is played by 5 students with the position of the forward player and 5 students as the back player; (2) the abdominal muscle strength ability of the football academy students showed an average score of 29 and was in the good category with a total of 26 students and the proportion of scores reaching 72% which was dominated by 10 students with defender positions; (3) the carrying capacity of the football academy students shows an average score of 208.6 and is in the medium category with a total of 19 students and the proportion of scores reaching 53% which is dominated by 8 students with defender positions.

Abstract

The complexity of issues surrounding character or morality has suddenly become a troubling thought with a personality or moral crisis characterized by an increase in violent crime, bullying, drug addiction, pornography and promiscuity that has become a pathology of society. The methodology used in this research is library research. The purpose of literature research is to use the information obtained to describe the content obtained or the information obtained. The data sources used come from research articles from various national and international sources that are published and can be downloaded on the internet such as Google Scholar, Scopus, Garuda, Sinta, Taylor and Francis using the PICO method. In some of the studies that have been discussed, there are similarities in the application of the Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility model in PJOK learning with the aim of producing and increasing individual and social responsibility. Based on the summary of the 15 posts, it can be concluded that the TPSR model is a suitable approach to increase students' individual and social responsibility in personality development in the context of PJOK subjects. By analyzing the literature sources, it can be concluded that the Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility (TPSR) model has proven effective in increasing students' personal and social responsibility. There are 15 articles or journals that document in detail the successful application of the TPSR model in Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) education. Therefore, it can be suggested that this model can provide assistance in creating or increasing students' sense of personal and social responsibility in character development in the context of PJOK subjects.

Abstract

The accumulation of a lot of fat in the body, because more calories are taken in than expended, is a condition where the body is obese or overweight, and this condition can lead to an increased risk of many diseases. The problem in this study is the lack of physical activity in female members of the Pegandon pinky gymnastics, which results in obesity or a large amount of fat throughout the body. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of body language exercise on reducing visceral fat in Pingky gymnastics members. This type of research is quantitative with an experimental method using a one-group pretest-posttest research design. The instrument in this study uses BIA (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis). The research population was members of the Pingky Pegandon Kendal Gymnastics, with a total sample of 22 people. Data analysis used the Prerequisite analysis test in the form of the Shapiro Wilk Normality Test and continued with a different test using the Wilcoxson test calculated using SPSS. The conclusion is that there is an effect of gymnastic body language on reducing visceral fat in Pingky Pegandon Kendal Gymnastics members. Suggestions for maximum results must be consistent and practice at least twice weekly. In addition, you must pay attention to the intake of food eaten by making a checklist of foods eaten for control and also adequate rest so that the body remains in good condition and avoids excess fat in the body.
