Abstract

Entrepreneurship training activities in the literacy village program are one of the national literacy movement programs. Learning citizens with limited characteristics need effective learning skills to achieve the goals of literacy skills in the industrial era 4.0. The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of the Production Based Training learning model with the ICARE approach on entrepreneurial literacy skills of women participating in entrepreneurship training in literacy villages. The research method used is a quantitative approach pretest-posttest one group design with data analysis using SPSS t-test. The research population is the community of women as learning citizens in the literacy village program. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. Data collection techniques used observation, questionnaires, and performance ability tests. The results showed that the ICARE-based Production-Based Training learning model was effective in improving entrepreneurial literacy skills significantly as indicated by the high insight into entrepreneurial knowledge and attitudes as well as pioneering entrepreneurial skills with critical thinking skills, communicating, collaborating, and developing creativity in problem-solving to pioneer entrepreneurship. The impact of this research is to provide increased literacy skills, especially for marginalized women in pioneering and developing entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Problems in the implementation of women empowerment activities organized by government or community institutions indicate that the number of women is large enough, yet can not be utilized all the potential for development purposes because women can not enjoy life better because of the shackles of cultural sanctions. the theoretical studies developed related to building women through entrepreneurship program is one of the reasons to empower women to be able to create entrepreneurship opportunities. This study was conducted using research and development methods with data collection techniques; literature study, observation, interview, documentation, questionnaire and test. The data are analyzed descriptively, qualitatively and quantitatively. Implementation of activities in Neglasari Village Tasikmalaya. The findings show that the implementation of entrepreneurial activities as an effort to empower women can improve the level of better family economy. The results of this activity can be concluded that the model of empowerment of entrepreneurship women is very effective to improve self-reliance.

Abstract

The life skills education program was created to answer the poverty and unemployment problems faced by those without access to formal education. The research is aimed at evaluating the implementation effectiveness of the life skills education program at the Course and Training Institutions. This research uses the qualitative approach with the evaluative method. The evaluation model used is a model developed by Stufflebeam, namely CIPP model (context, input, process, product) but this article only focuses on the product evaluation. The results of this study indicate that the result of the program did not run as expected as the program partcipants absorped by formal employment nly numbers 18% while the others were only working as part times employment. The result also recommend that the program developer needs a very careful judgement when choosing the Course and Training Institutions executing the program. The research at the product stage showed that most of the program alumni don’t enter to formal sector. The novelty and contribution of this research is the creation of an evaluation model using the AIR method (Achievements, Issues and Recommendations) which will facilitate further researchers and related parties in utilizing the results of this study.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat pelaksanaan mendongeng CAS CIS CUS dan peningkatan nilai karakter di BA ‘Aisyiyah Kaponan 2 Ponorogo. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan subjek sejumlah 18 peserta didik. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Prosedurnya meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Sumber data berupa informan, tempat dan peristiwa, dokumen dan arsip. Metode pengumpulan data dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas data yang digunakan dengan teknik triangulasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan model deskriptif komparatif.       Hasilnya pada kegiatan mendongeng dibagi menjadi 3 tahapan yaitu CAS CIS CUS. CAS (Cipta Aksi Super) sebagai sarana untuk membuka dongeng, CIS (Cipta Inspirasi Super) sebagai inti dari pelaksanaan dongeng, dan CUS (Cipta Usulan Super) sebagai penutup dongeng. Pada pra siklus nilai karakter kecintaan terhadap Tuhan yang mulanya 68,8% pada siklus I menjadi 75%, dan pada siklus II 87,5%. Nilai disiplin anak pada kondisi awal 62,5% meningkat menjadi 68,8% dan akhir siklus II mencapai 93,8%. Nilai kemandirian terus meningkat dari 68,8% lalu 81,3% dan menjadi 93,8%. Nilai kerjasama bermula dari 56,3% pada siklus I menjadi 75% dan siklus II menjadi 81,3%. Tanggungjawab pada keadaan awal 56,3% berubah menjadi 68,8% serta siklus II menjadi 87,5%.The purpose of this study is to see the implementation of the CIS CAS CUS storytelling and character value increase in BA 'Aisyiyah Kaponan 2 Ponorogo. This study was conducted with 18 subjects number of learners. The research method uses classroom action research. The procedure includes the planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Sources of data in the form of informants, places and events, documents and archives. Data were collected by interview, observation and documentation. Test the validity of the data used by triangulation techniques. Data were analyzed using descriptive comparative models. The result in storytelling activities are divided into three stages, namely the CIS CAS CUS. CAS as a means to open up the fairy tale, CIS as the core of the implementation of the fairy tale, and the CUS as a cover fairy tale. In the pre-cycle value of the character love of God which was originally 68.8% in the first cycle to 75%, and the second cycle of 87.5%. The value of discipline of children at baseline 62.5% increase to 68.8% and the end of the cycle II reached 93.8%. The value of independence has increased from 68.8% and 81.3% and to 93.8%. The value of cooperation stems from 56.3% in the first cycle to 75% and the second cycle to 81.3%. Responsibilities of the initial conditions change 56.3% to 68.8% and the second cycle be 87.5%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan  mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan manajemen pendidikan karakter pilar konservasi nilai budaya melalui strategi pembelajaran inkuiri sosial bagi mahasiswa dan  mengetahui keefektivan implementasi strategi pembelajaran inkuiri sosial dalam mengembangkan karakter pilar konservasi nilai budaya bagi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Luar Sekolah FIP Unnes. Metode penelitian ini didesain dengan penelitian tindakan melalui pendekatan kualitatif.  Pengunpulan data dengan metode observasi dan wawancara. Keabsahan data dengan keterpercayaan kejujuran, ketekunan pengamatan, triangulasi sumber dan metode, dan keterpahaman. Analisis data model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan manajemen penerapan strategi pembelajaran inquiri diawali dengan mengkondisikan iklim pembelajaran yang terbuka, interaksi antara mahasiswa dengan dosen yang transparan dan akrab. Penyiapan peralatan dan mengorganisasi kelas menjadi kelompok-kelompok kecil. Orientasi masalah dilakukan dengan mengeksplorasi fenomena sosial melalui internet dan pengamatan fenomena aktual yang kini terjadi. Pendidik sebagai motivator, fasilitator dan pembimbing dalam aktivitas mahasiswa untuk membuktikan hipotesis. Strategi inquiri sangat efektif meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menalar, berpikir ilmiah dengan kejujuran, kerjasama dengan teman dan bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

Success of Learners in learning is determined strongly by the learners themselves. One factor that determines the success is the existence of learning participation of the learners themselves. In non-formal education,  learning participation is an  inseparable part of the circuit of  the learning. This research is aimed to review what factors that contributed to the learning participation of the learners of Package B (National Junior High School Equivalency) Equality Learning Program in SKB (District Technical Office for Early Childhood, Nonformal and Informal Education) Gresik. Method used to conduct the research is qualitative approach. In SKB Gresik as place of the research, the researcher use several informants  for data exploration, by using interview, observation, questionnaire , and documentation of  package B   Equality Education Program as a way to explore data. Data obtained, then, analyzed by  data collection procedure, data reduction , data presentation, data interpretation, and data conclusion. The result of the research show that learners participation in package B equality program  in SKB Gresik are tangible in three forms, that are: (a) participation in planning stage, (b) participation in executing stage, (c) participation in evaluation stage. Then, factor that influence participation of  learners are consists of internal and external factors. Internal factors include physical condition such as health, age, functioning of five sense, and psychological condition of the learners themselves. Then external factors include the education level of the parents, socio-economical condition of the family, educator’s competence,  and learning method used in learning process.

Abstract

The flipped classroom model, which is often heard in recent years, is known as a new pedagogical approach in which traditional instruction is reversed. The study aims to determine the effect of the flipped classroom model and creative thinking on the scientific literacy of grade VI students of SDN Guntur 01, South Jakarta. This research uses a 2x2 factorial design. The research sample was divided into two treatment groups, namely the experimental class and the control class. The experimental class was given treatment by carrying out the learning model of the flipped classroom , while the control class was given treatment by carrying out the expository model learning. The results showed: (1) there was a difference in scientific literacy between the experimental class and the control class, with scientific literacy higher than the control class.  (2) there is a difference in scientific literacy between groups of students with high levels of creative thinking in the experimental class [A 1 B 1 ] and the control class [A 2 B 1 ]. (3) there is a difference in scientific literacy between groups of students with low creative thinking levels in the experimental class [A 1 B 2 ] and the control class [A 2 B 2 ].  (4) there is an effect of interaction between learning models and creative thinking on scientific literacy. Purpose of the flipped classroom model is to use face to face time more effectively in the learning process. There are many definitions related to flipped classroom is a student-centred learning method consisting of two parts with interactive learning activities during lesson and individual teaching based on computer out of lesson.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian, yaitu: mendeskripsikan pola pembelajaran pendidikan kecakapan hidup (life skill) kursus menjahit di BLK Kabupaten Pekalongan. Mengetahui apa saja yang menjadi faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran pendidikan kecakapan hidup (life skill) kursus menjahit di BLK Kabupaten Pekalongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 1 pemimpin BLK, 2 instruktur dan 2 orang warga belajar. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah pola pembelajaran kursus menjahit di BLK Kabupaten pekalongan meliputi kegiatan menciptakan iklim belajar, menciptakan suatu struktur untuk perencanaan belajar, identifikasi dan diagnosa kebutuhan belajar, merumuskan tujuan pembelajaran, merencanakan pengalaman belajar, mengelola kegiatan belajar, evaluasi dan diagnosa kembali kebutuhan warga belajar. faktor penghambatnya adalah adanya latar belakang pendidikan yang berbeda di warga belajar sehingga mempengaruhi kemampuan dalam penyerapan materi yang berbeda ada yang lambat dan cepat. Faktor pendukung di BLK memiliki sarana dan prasarana yang lengkap untuk pembelajaran dan memiliki instrukur yang berkompeten dalam menyapaikan materi.The purpose of the research, namely: describe patterns of learning life skills (life skills) BLK sewing course in Pekalongan. to know what are the factors supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of education learning life skills (life skills) BLK sewing course in Pekalongan. This research uses descriptive qualitative research approach, the research subject consisted of one leader if BLK, 2 instructors and 2 learners. The techniques of data collection was done by interview, observation, and documentation. The techniques to analysis are data reduction. the presentation of the data and conclusion. The results obtained in this research were. the learning pattern sewing course in Pekalongan district BLK includes creating a learning climate, creating a structure for planning learning, identification and diagnosis of learning needs, formulate learning objectives, plan learning experiences, managing learning activities, evaluation and diagnoses returned learning needs of citizens. supporting factors and obstacles in the course of learning, the inhibiting factor is the existence of different educational backgrounds in the learners so that affects the ability of the different absorption materials are slow and fast. Factors supporting in BLK has a complete infrastructure for learning and explaning in material.

Abstract

The activities and existence of SKB as an educational institution in non-formal education units are a manifestation of the achievement of good corporate governance. This study aims to describe, predict and interpret the influence of leadership, organizational culture and achievement motivation on the performance of the Pamong Belajar at the Learning Activity Center (SKB) in North Sulawesi Province. The research approach used is quantitative with survey methods, while the hypothesis testing technique used is path analysis. There were at least 100 civil servants studying at 10 SKB and 15 districts / cities in North Sulawesi Province who were involved in this research. Research success indicators are measured based on 8 criteria contained in the Program Implementation Success Indicators (IKPP) and Institutional Success Indicators (IKK). From the results of the research analysis, it is found that the leadership characteristics of Pamong Belajar have a direct impact on organizational culture, achievement motivation and the performance of the Pamong Belajar SKB in North Sulawesi Province. However, there are interesting findings where achievement motivation can be a strong factor in the performance of the SKB Student Learning Association.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis keterampilan yang dibutuhkan di dunia usaha dan industri terutama pasar ASEAN yang telah tersedia lembaga sertifikasinya, mengetahui pelaksanaan sertifikasi kompetensinya, dan proses penempatan tenaga kerja yang akan bekerja di luar negeri. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di BNSP, BKSP, Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi, serta BP3TKI. Subyek dipilih sesuai kompetensinya. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Keabsahan data menggunakan kriteria kredibilitas, dependabilitas, konfirmabilitas, dan transferabilitas. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa jenis-jenis keterampilan yang dibutuhkan di dunia usaha dan industri terutama pasar ASEAN antara lain pariwisata, operator produksi, kayu lapis, konstruksi. Yang telah siap MRA-nya adalah bidang pariwisata dengan dikeluarkannya ACCSTP dan CATC. Pelaksanaan sertifikasi kompetensi di Indonesia adalah Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi yang telah mendapat lisensi dari Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi. Proses penempatan tenaga kerja yang akan bekerja di luar negeri hanya dapat dilakukan oleh pemerintah dan pelaksana penempatan TKI swasta. Prosedur penempatan dimulai dari pra penempatan, penempatan dan pasca penempatan.
