Abstract

Humanity is currently in deep sadness due to the outbreak of Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) which has hit almost all parts of the world. Indonesia spontaneously implemented policies of learning from home, working from home, and worshiping at home. One of the learning methods used by the Indonesian education system is online or the abbreviation for the network. Online or online is a learning method that is carried out online. While online courses are courses that are wholly or partly held online or online, using learning management. This study aims to determine the effect of the learning style system on student achievement inequality education. The method used in this research is experimental. The study population numbered 120 students who were selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing learning style questionnaires and documenting student report cards within 1 semester. This study uses quantitative data analysis techniques, normality and homogeneity tests, and ANOVA tests. Hypothesis testing used a one-way ANOVA test with data processing using Lisrel. The results showed that the learning style had a significant influence or contribution to the learning achievement of students. This can be seen from the results of the significant value of 0.500 so that the significance value of the ANOVA test of students is more than 0.45. Novelty is product style learning system, this is very important for education

Abstract

The implementation of collaborative learning model in Nonformal Education is based on the condition of learning in classroom that not optimal. It can be seen from the activities of students are passive. The purpose of this model is to improve student’s ability in course of Life Skills Education Nonformal Education Department. The improving of student’s learning ability can be indicate by; (a) the improving of student motivation in contend, (b) the reducing of fear and shame of students in ideas, (c) the improving of interaction in communication among students. This study used Lesson Study method that includes three cycles. Each cycle is consisting of planning, implementation and evaluation or plan-do-see. The implementation of this study is focusing in the first cycle on the planning. The second cycle is based on the result from the cycle one. The last cycle is result of the evaluation from the cycle two. Data are analyzed by qualitative model to explain comprehensive result. The result of this study shows that the students have done three positive activities in the classroom. Firstly, the students are active in convey the ideas. This situation can be seen from the activities of students that appreciate each other’s. Secondly, the students areestablished positive interaction among students. The students are not shame in communication each other and the students have high confidence in communication. Lastly, students in the group discussion can evaluation each other and make conclusion from the result of discussion. The success of learning of life skills education is supported on various things; a) the participation active of student that trigger other students to communicate, b) the provision of equal opportunities for every student to argue so that no individual differences, c) feedback from educators to the students so that the students gain meaningful experience.

Abstract

Tutor performance is very influential on the level of success in achieving the objectives of implementing equality education, The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the direct and indirect effects of ability, motivation, and organizational culture on the performance of tutors Paket C SKB in Central Java Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative associative research design. The respondents of this study were tutors of equality education in the area of Central Java which number were 185 respondents in total by using a proportional stratified random sampling technique. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique was using SPSS 23.0 software. The results showed that the ability, motivation, and organizational culture had a positive and significant direct effect on tutor performance, the ability and motivation have an indirect and positive and significant effect on tutor performance through organizational culture. This research concludes that organizational culture mediates the influence of ability and motivation on the performance of tutors Paket C SKB in Central Java. This research provides knowledge to non-formal education institutions in improving the performance of tutor Paket C, needing to pay attention to agility, motivation, and culture organization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengelolaan pembelajaran berbasis kewirausahaan masyarakat program Kejar Paket C. Fokus penelitian meliputi perencanaan, implementasi, penilaian, dan hasil pembelajaran program Kejar Paket C yang berbasis kewirausahaan masyarakat. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam ini adalah kualitatif melalui metode studi kasus. Adapun unit penelitiannya di PKBM Bina Sejahtera Desa Telukjambe Kecamatan Telukjambe Timur Kabupaten Karawang. Subyek penelitian terdiri dari pengelola PKBM, tutor, dan warga belajar Kejar Paket C. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif. Teknik keabsahan melalui triangulasi berbagai sumber melalui diskusi teman sejawat. Hasil penelitian mendeskripsikan bahwa : 1) perencanaan pembelajaran dilakukan melalui identifikasi berbagai sumber daya dan dana pengembangan kewirausahaan, 2) implementasi pembelajaran menggunakan strategi sesuai kelompok usaha dengan berbagai metode pembelajaran partisipatif, 3) penilaian pembelajaran meliputi aspek pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan berusaha, dan 4) hasil pembelajaran menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan kewirausahaan warga belajar Kejar Paket C.This study aims to analyze the management of entrepreneurial community-based learning of Paket C program. Focus areas include planning, implementation, assessment, and outcomes on entrepreneurial community-based learning of Paket C program. The approach used is a qualitative case study method. The research unit was at Community Learning Centre (CLC) Bina Sejahtera Telukjambe, Telukjambe Timur, Karawang. The research subjects consisted of PKBM managers, tutors, and Paket C learners. The data was collected using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using an interactive model. Technique authenticity of data used triangulation of different sources through peer discussion. The research result describe that: 1) planning of learning is done through the identification of resources and funds, entrepreneurial development, 2) the implementation of learning use strategies that are appropriate to business group with various methods of participatory learning, 3) learning assessment includes aspects of knowledge, attitudes, and skills sought, and 4) the learning outcomes showed an increase of knowledge, attitudes and entrepreneurial skills of Paket C learners.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui mutu proses pembelajaran, faktor penentu mutu proses, dan merumuskan model yang dipandang tepat dalam pembelajaran kesetaraan berbasis keterampilan vokasional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, dan observasi. Prosedur penelitian ini mengikuti alur studi literatur, servei lapangan, dan penyusunan model. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan: mutu perencanaan pembelajaran memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap mutu pelaksanaan pembelajaran; mutu perencanaan pembelajaran dan mutu pelaksanaan pembelajaran memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap perolehan hasil belajar warga belajar;  penentu mutu proses pembelajaran dipengaruhi oleh faktor tutor, disamping sarana prasarana, pembiayaan, kepemimpinan, dan iklim kerja; pendidikan kesetaraan dikembangkan bermuatan keterampilan vokasional sesuai dengan kemampuan warga belajar dan daya dukung lokal, melalui proses yang dikembangkan dalam pembelajaran  berdasarkan potensi keunggulan lokal memnajadikan warga belajar sebagai pelaku-pelaku yang memberdayakan potensi lokal didaerahnya.

Abstract

Capacity-building is a series of efforts undertaken to provide maximum capacity or output improvement. In this research, the economic capacity of rural communities is enhanced through the ecological potential in the cultural context. Therefore, this research has much to do with various forms of community life to develop all the potential environmental, potential and cultural potential of human beings there. The method used in this research is qualitative method and using triangulation approach, where the existence of research process involving three parties as source of validation of information obtained. The subjects of this research are PKBM Geger Sunten, PKBM Kinanti, and PKBM Bina Terampil Mandiri which are all located in West Bandung Regency. The results of this study after the counseling through PKBM related to the utilization of ecological potential in cultural context, the surrounding community increasingly aware of the importance of ecological potential. It is seen that the community understanding around PKBM area has increased, ie PKBM Geger sunten from 33% to 75%, PKBM Kinanti from 37% to 72%, PKBM Bina skilled self-reliant from 25% to 70% and creativity began to emerge in the community in developing the potential to serve improve the economic capacity of the community

Abstract

Creating healthy, independent, quality and productive older adults can be performed through routine health care efforts, namely the need to pay attention to risk factors to improve the health of the elderly. This study aims to explain the process of empowering the elderly, explain the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of allowing the elderly, and explain the outcomes of the elderly empowerment program through the posyandu. This qualitative study uses the subject of Posyandu management, posyandu’s cadres for elderly and elderly families. Data analysis is shown in an interactive model by describing complete description data. The results showed that the process of empowering the elderly starts from preparation, assessment, planning alternative programs, formulating action plans, implementation and evaluation; while supporting factors are enthusiastic elderly who are high enough to know the health and support of the elderly family. Awareness is still low even there is a lack of infrastructure. The implication of this research for the field of community empowerment studies is to provide the benefits of preliminary studies for the development of betterquality empowerment models.

Abstract

Keragaman latar belakang dari peserta didik program paket C PKBM Sunan Drajat yang berbeda-beda membuat kesiapan belajar dan hasil belajar masing-masing peserta didik menjadi lebih variatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesiapan dan hasil belajar peserta didik, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesiapan belajar terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik program paket C Di PKBM Sunan Drajat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 67 peserta didik yang terdiri dari 35 peserta didik kelas XI dan 32 peserta didik kelas XII. Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif persentase diperoleh data secara keseluruhan kesiapan belajar peserta didik berada pada kualifikasi tinggi dengan jumlah persentase 67,16 % peserta didik di atas rata-rata. Pada variabel hasil belajar juga diperoleh hasil yang sama dengan persentase 68,66 % peserta didik berada pada kualifikasi di atas rata-rata. Pada analisis regresi sederhana diperoleh hasil yaitu skor = 45,247 lebih besar dari  = 3,99 pada taraf signifikansi 0,05, sehingga hipotesis nol ( ) ditolak dengan kata lain ada pengaruh kesiapan belajar terhadap hasil belajar. Sedangkan pada tabel R square diperoleh skor 0,410 yang artinya besaran pengaruh kesiapan belajar peserta didik terhadap hasil belajar adalah sebesar 41,00 %. The diversity of backgrounds of students program package C PKBM Sunan Drajat different makes learning readiness and learning outcomes of each student become more varied. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of readiness and learning outcomes of students, as well as to determine the effect of learning readiness to the learning outcomes of students program package C PKBM Sunan Drajat. This study used quantitative descriptive method with a sample of 67 students consisting of 35 students of class XI and XII grade 32 students. Based on the descriptive analysis of the data obtained by the percentage of the overall readiness of learners are at high qualification on the percentage of 67,16% of students above average. In learning outcome variables were also obtained similar results with the percentage of 68,66% of students are at the qualifications above average. In simple regression analysis obtained result is a score = 45,247 is greater than = 3, 99 at a significance level of 0,05. So that the nol hypothesis ( ) rejected. While the R square table obtained scores 0.410, which means the amount of influence the readiness of learners on learning outcomes is equal to 41.00%.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic outbreak, a disaster that shocked the whole world, has affected various aspects of people's lives, including the resilience of society, especially the poor. This study aims to see the condition of the resilience of the poor in Bandung in facing the COVID-19 pandemic. The survey method was chosen to obtain the latest data flexibly with a total of 200 respondents, through the distribution of a questionnaire of 40 items consisting of aspects of individual, family, and community resilience. The results show that individual resilience is very dominant during the COVID-19 pandemic disaster, this mutually affects family resilience and community resilience. The most dominant factor in the resilience of individuals and families is the factor of spirituality and optimism in facing this epidemic, the factors that affect community resilience are individual interactions in community activities in the security, social and religious fields

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dampak penyelenggaraan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pamong belajar Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB). Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah pamong belajar di Eks Karesidenan Semarang yang sudah pernah mengikuti pelatihan peningkatan kompetensi yang diselenggarakan oleh Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Sumber data meliputi Kepala SKB, pamong belajar peserta pelatihan, serta pamong belajar rekan sejawat dari peserta pelatihan. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan angket. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber, metode dan teori. Sedangkan teknik analisis data dan interpretasi hasil penelitian dilakukan dengan cara reduksi, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, dampak dari penyelenggaraan pelatihan terhadap peningkatan kinerja pamong belajar, diperoleh hasil bahwa 8,33% kinerjanya sangat meningkat, 58,33% meningkat, dan 33,33% tidak mengalami perubahan atau biasa saja. Sedangkan untuk pengimplementasian hasil pelatihan di tempat kerja, belum semua pamong belajar yang mengikuti pelatihan mengimplementasikan hasil pelatihan di tempat kerjanya. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil penelitian bahwa hanya 25% pamong belajar yang mengimplementasikan hasil pelatihannya di tempat kerja, 50% pamong belajar belum sepenuhnya mengimplementasikan hasil pelatihan, dan terdapat 25% pamong belajar tidak mengimplementasikan hasil pelatihan.
