Abstract

Media sosial adalah salah satu sumber menggali informasi. Hingga hari ini, media sosial menjadi media utama untuk memperoleh informasi dari berbagai portal informasi yang akhirnya membentuk suatu pandangan terhadap individu. YouTube merupakan bagian dari media sosial yang saat ini sedang banyak digunakan sebagai sarana hiburan. Youtube juga efektif dalam memberikan sebuah terpaan informasi mengenai isu-isu penting untuk dibicarakan seperti isu perempuan yang diunggah oleh Influencer, seperti Karin Novilda. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat adakah pengaruh dari terpaan informasi konten Youtube Karin Novilda mengenai isu perempuan di masa pandemi terhadap Tingkat Pengetahuan masyarakat khususnya untuk remaja usia 21-25 Tahun. Teori dan Konsep yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah terpaan informasi, komunikasi persuasif, feminisme, tingkat pengetahuan, dan Theory of Planned Behavior. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang mengetahui informasi terkait konten video yang diungah oleh Karin Novilda mengenai She For Her dan mengikuti akun Youtube Karin Novilda. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa variabel terpaan informasi (X) memengaruhi atau memiliki sebuah keterkaitan dengan Tingkat Pengetahuan (Y) yaitu 0,816 dan tergolong sebagai hubungan yang kuat atau positif. Maka dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terpaan informasi melalui konten Youtube Karin Novilda dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat terlebih Remaja usia 21-25 tahun.

Abstract

Belakangan ini, ruang privasi semakin marak dijadikan sebagai suatu komoditas dagang dalam tayangan vlog media sosial YouTube maupun televisi. Ruang privasi biasanya ditentukan oleh suatu jarak tertentu antara diri sendiri dengan pihak lain yang di mana jarak itu sangat ditentukan oleh bagaimana kualitas hubungan antar individu tersebut untuk memberikan informasi yang mereka miliki. Namun saat ini, standar nilai nilai moral dan etika masyarakat mulai melonggar di mana masalah pribadi menjadi salah satu jenis tontonan yang menarik dalam layar kaca masyarakat khususnya perihal kehidupan selebriti seperti salah satu tayangan vlog YouTube Atta Halilintar “Malam Pertama” yang menjadi fenomenal serta menimbulkan pro dan kontra karena mempertontonkan kehidupan pribadi yang dimiliki oleh seorang selebriti kepada khalayak luas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan paradigma konstruktivis. Menggunakan analisis resepsi Stuart Hall dan strategi penelitian naratif untuk memperoleh data yang terkait dengan pemaknaan khalayak terhadap adegan dalam tayangan Youtube Atta Halilintar dengan menganalisis hasil wawancara dan mengelompokkan ke dalam kategori Dominant Hegemonic, Negotiated Reading atau Oppositional Position.

Abstract

Jumlah pemimpin perempuan di Indonesia berbanding jauh dengan jumlah laki-laki. Baik sebagai presiden, Menteri, Gubernur, misalnya. Faktor yang memengaruhi di antaranya ialah adanya glass ceiling dan budaya patriarki. Dampaknya, kesempatan perempuan untuk dapat maju mengambil posisi top leader management perlu effort yang lebih. Adapun figure perempuan yang berhasil salah satunya ialah Khofifah Indar Parawansah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi dan gaya komunikasi politik yang dilakukan Khofifah Indar Parawansah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan konstruktivis serta analisis naratif. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, dapat diketahui bahwa brand identity yang melekat pada Khofiffah tidak terbangun secara instan, namun ada jangka waktu yang cukup jauh untuk bisa mendapatkan reputasi yang baik sehingga brand yang terbangun dalam diri Khofifah bukan hanya sekadar identitas namun juga memiliki simpatisan yang loyal (brand loyality). Khofifah sebagai warga NU sangat aktif terlibat kegiatan rutin berzanji dalam tradisi masyarakat Nahdliyyin. Pendekatan kultural sebagai ketua ketua muslimat NU sejak tahun 2000 hinga kini bisa menyatukan suara jamaah. Dengan memilih pasangan yang pas, yaitu Emil Dardak yang berasal dari partai Demokrat tentu menjadi penguat. Begitu juga dengan gaya komunikasi yang santun dan mendidik seperti seorang guru menjadi figure teladan bagi masyarakat Jawa Timur.

Abstract

Fulfillment of children's rights must be carried out by the government for the continuity of future development. The problem with this research is that there are still many children whose rights have not been fulfilled, such as the lack of facilities and infrastructure in the field of participation towards a Child Friendly City. Many children in Tanjungpinang City do not know about the existence of a participation forum that is directly under the umbrella of the government. In a situation like this, the government has formed a forum such as the Tanjungpinang City Children's Forum to become an organization that can embrace and express the aspirations of the children in Tanjungpinang City. The Tanjungpinang City Children's Forum which was formed as an instrument to become a forum for children's participation refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Women's Empowerment for Child Protection of the Republic of Indonesia Number 18 of 2019 concerning the Implementation of the Children's Forum. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the role of the Tanjungpinang City Children's Forum in the Development of a Child Friendly City in Tanjungpinang City. The theory used is Daniel Stufflebeam's evaluation model, namely CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product) with a qualitative approach to evaluative methods. The results of this study indicate that the role of the Tanjungpinang City Children's Forum in the Child Friendly City Policy has been fulfilled for a small part of the fulfillment of children's rights. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the Management of Coastal Areas and Small Islands in the Riau Archipelago Province. In this study the theory used by Terry (in Hasibuan, 2012: 3). The population in the study amounted to 5 people, the data analysis used in this study was a qualitative descriptive data analysis technique. Based on the results of the study, it can be analyzed that the Coastal Areas and Small Islands in the Riau Archipelago Province have been managed well, although there are still problems related to coastal areas. Riau Islands Province as a coastal area is an ecosystem that is under threat due to waste pollution scattered in the sea area. Garbage floating in coastal areas causes problems in coastal water boundaries. The garbage can easily come into contact with aquatic animals, humans, boats, fishing nets and so on. Coastal communities also tend to lose their source of life and livelihood. Thus the coastal area requires maximum waste management. The coastal area waste management runs optimally requires government intervention in the form of supervision. Supervision is a management function that is closely related to the achievement of organizational goals, so that supervision in any organization is absolutely necessary. Suggestions that can be submitted are that the marine and fisheries service of the Riau Islands Province needs to formulate sustainable activities in the Coastal Zone and Small Islands in the Riau Archipelago Province. There are sanctions for people who manage coastal areas and small islands that are not in accordance with existing rules and policies.

Abstract

The background of this study is the covid-19 virus outbreak which has an impact on the health sector in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). The problem urges the Panggungharjo Village Government to innovate public services, especially digital-based public services to minimize physical contact. Answering these problems, the Panggungharjo Village Government made Panggungharjo Covid-19 Response (PTC-19). Through PTC-19, it is expected to suppress the growth rate of the COVID-19 virus outbreak in the local area. The research method uses a qualitative type with a case study approach. The data in this study were obtained through in-depth interviews, as well as literature studies taken through a number of previous studies. The data obtained were analyzed using Qualitative Data Analysis Software with a cross tab feature in NVivo 12 Pro. In addition, the data analyzed also using interactive model techniques through three aspects of analysis, including: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The purpose of this study is to determine the public policy cycle in PTC-19. Researchers use William Dunn's public policy cycle theory which has three indicators, 1) Agenda Formulating, 2) Policy Formulation (Policy Implementation), 3) Policy Legitimacy (Monitoring and Evaluation). This theory makes it easier for researchers to identify the problems behind the creation of PTC-19, available facilities, and monitoring and evaluation of PTC-19. Abstract

Presidential election is a form of democracy that is implemented in Indonesia. In this case, the community responds with various perceptions. People's attitudes in responding to the presidential election that will be held in 2024 have various kinds. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with interview techniques with informants, namely the people of Jembeng Village, Slahung District. The use of this method as a way to strengthen the data that will be obtained by researchers. And the use of the documentation method is to match the findings in the field with community responses. The results of this study are the people of Jebeng Village, Slahung District, know about the presidential election through billboards that are installed on the side of the road. The public also has knowledge about the 2024 presidential election and the chances of a candidate pair winning. Keywords: Public Attitude, Election
