Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan bahwa : (1) variabel tingkat inflasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan, (2) variabel suku bunga SBI berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan, (3) variabel tingkat nilai tukar Rupiah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (4) variabel Indeks Nikkei 225 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan, (5) variabel harga Indeks Dow Jones berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan. Penelitian ini adalah cuantitative eksplanatory research. Data yang digunakan sebagai sampel adalah data bulanan IHSG, tingkat Inflasi suku bunga SBI, Nilai tukar, Indeks Nikkei 225 dan Indeks Dow Jones selama periode Januari 2008-Desember 2012. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa (1) variabel tingkat inflasi adalah tidak signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan, (2) variabel suku bunga SBI adalah signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan, (3) variabel tingkat nilai tukar Rupiah adalah signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan, (4) variabel indeks Nikkei 225 signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan, (5) variabel Indeks Dow Jones tidak signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap IHSG. Kata kunci: Variabel Makro Ekonomi, tingkat inflasi, nilai tukar, tingkat suku bunga SBI, harga minyak dunia, harga emas dunia, Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan, return NAB Reksa Dana Saham.   This study aims to analyze and explain that: (1) a significant effect of the inflation rate variable toward Composite Stock Price Index, (2) a significant effect of interest rate of SBI variable toward Composite Stock Price Index, (3) a significant effect of echange rate variable toward Composite Stock Price Index, (4) a significant effect of Nikkei 225 index variable toward Composite Stock Price Index, (5) a significant effect of Dow Jones Index variable toward Composite Stock Price Index, This research is explanatory research cuantitative. The data used as the sample is monthly data index, inflation rate SBI, exchange rate, and the Nikkei 225 Index Dow Jones Index over the period January 2008-December 2012. Methods of data analysis using linear regression analysis. Results of data analysis showed that (1) the inflation rate variable is not significant influence on Composite Stock Price Index, (2) a variable interest rate of SBI is a significant influence on Composite Stock Price Index, (3) a variable rate of the rupiah is a significant influence on index Composite Stock Price, (4) the Nikkei 225 index variables significantly affect Composite Stock Price Index, (5) variable Dow Jones does not significantly influence the index. Retailer require to “create” loyal and finatical buyer and also which comprehend the important of product quality without too confused by price tough a little higher than is other. He also have to can create “shopping culture” to consumer, so that can draw customer as much as possible passing effort of relationship marketing. Marketer expected can run correct tactics to play in every step enchain behavior of the expense so that consumer can satisfy and finally loyal to shop. Strive shop loyalty also require to be conducted because will affect shop business performance. This researchaim to depict Customer Loyalty in Retail Business From The Relationship Marketing Perspective and explain influence of Relationship Marketing to Customer Loyalty in Retail Business with Customer Satisfaction as intervening variable. The result of this of research expressed that in general applying of Relationship Marketing in Hypermart Malang Town Square have goodness. Conception the conducted sale in place by applying discount at certain days as effort pamper individual consumer which shop at there. Besides, going into effect also reward poin use Matahari Club Card (MCC) as exist in Matahari Department Store. Other program which do not fail drawing it is the existance of program check lotery and price which is very captivate customer to continue to go shopping. This kind of model it is true represent new metter to consumer in Malang City, so that do not surprise if more opting consumer of this place as family expense medium as well as recreation area with. Changing over of it consumer to shopping centre which is one this is not quit of applied effort to its consumer to give promise in the form of guarantee will the quality of product, price, promotion program and better service

Abstract

Small Medium EnterpriseS (SME) development is one of essentials matters in Indonesia’s economy. One of SME s which currently keeps growing is SME in tourism sector. SME in this sector is the form of people’s economic independence, for example batik craft SME from Blitar which is a tourism product. This research explains about the influence of entrepreneur behavior and group participation against business performance managed by the variable of motivation. This type of research is an explanatory research using questionnaire as a primary data collection tool distributed to the owners of Blitar batik SME s. The sample of this research is saturated sample by making all Blitar batik SME owners as research samples up to 77 respondents. Path analysis using SPSS 20.0 is selected to analyze the influence of the variable in this research. The result of this research shows that entrepreneur behavior and group participation bring positive and significant influences against motivation and business performance.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of ability and organizational climate and organizational innovative behaviour towards citizenship behavior. Free variables in the peneltian this is the abilty of the variable (X 1) and organizational climate variables (X2) while the variable is bound in this research are innovative behaviour (Y1), organizational citizenship behavior (Y2). The five hypotheses formulated related research objectives. This research uses a quantitative approach to data and research is a kind of eksplanatori. Data collection is done using questionnaires, from 26 questionnaires presented and everything back.  To test the hypothesis testing done path analysis using Least Square SmartPartial. Before the test is done hypothesis testing test validity and reliability. The results of this research show that abilty influential significantly to organizational citizenship behavior in addition to this ability also has significantly to innovative behavior. While it was found that the Organization's influential climate not significantly to innovative behavior and also organizational citizenship behavior. As for innovative behaviour also has not significantly to organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

The   research   was   motivated   by   the   demands   of   the   increasing government revenues, especially in the sector of taxation, both form all repair and fundamental change in all aspects of taxation. One of them is the demans on taxpayer compliance. Taxpayer compliance in implementing the tax obligations can not be separated from the role of the tax administration system that has been determined by the government and also the attitude of the public taxpayer itself. In addition, one of the efforts that are not less important is the government’s efforts in improving taxpayer  satisfaction through improved quality of service performed by the tax authorities which is expected to have an impact on taxpayer compliance. This study aims to determine the effect of the tax administration and the quality of service performed by tax authorities to taxpayer compliance is mediated by the behavior of taxpayer. This research is explanatory reseach using a quantitative approach. This data using primary data sources are derived from filling the questionnaire and interviews whit taxpayer that registered in tax office south Malang and assisted with a variety of relevant secondary data. Data were collected using accidental sampling method and analyzed by using path analysis in SPSS version 20. The results showed that both the tax administration, the quality of service performed by the tax authorities, and the behavior of taxpayer directly have a significant impact on taxpayer compliance. The results also show that the tax administration and the the quality of service performed by the tax authorities has a significant effect when mediated through the behavior of taxpayer. Therefore, based on the reseach that has been done, then all hypotheses that have been constructed in this study is acceptable. Various limitations faced by researchers is expected to become a challenge for future research to obtain reseach results further illustrate the factor that influence the increase taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

To produce the right decisions and profitable investment, the investor needs to do forecasting of changes in capital markets. In forecasting, investors need to analyze the macroeconomic changes that are being and will happen. Observations of changes in macroeconomic variables such as inflation, interest rates bank certificate of Indonesia, the exchange rate and stock price index that can be trusted to help investors predict what happens in the market modal.The higher of  inflation and interest rates will cause the operating expenses companies are increasingly severe and will affect the financial performance of business entities. On the other hand, rising interest rates could be a promising investment opportunities for investor deposits. When the U.S. dollar exchange rate trends continue rising, investors tend to shift their capital in foreign exchange markets, with the hope of obtaining a higher return than investing in stocks, whereas a decrease in foreign exchange rates would lead to an increase in investment in shares. All this will ultimately have an impact on stock prices in the capital market. The data used as samples in this study are data Composite Stock Price Index, inflation, interest rates SBI, rupiah exchange rate against the U.S. dollar, which is limited to the data of late closing of each month during the period between January 2007 to December 2011 the 60 observations. The data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Bank Indonesia. This type of research is researched explanatory and analytical methods used are multiple regressions to explain the influence of independent variables and the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate the simultaneous presence of significant effects of inflation, SBI interest rate, exchange rate of rupiah against the U.S. dollar against the Composite Stock Price Index. Partially, a significant positive effect of inflation on stock index, interest rate SBI significant negative effect on stock index, exchange rate of rupiah to the U.S. dollar significantly negative effect on ndeks Composite Stock Price, Keywords: Inflation, Interest Rate Certificates of Bank Indonesia, Rupiah Exchange Rates And The Us Dollar and Stock Price Index   Untuk menghasilkan keputusan investasi yang tepat dan menguntungkan, para investor perlu melakukan peramalan terhadap perubahan pasar modal. Dalam melakukan peramalan tersebut, investor perlu menganalisis perubahan ekonomi makro yang sedang dan akan terjadi. Pengamatan terhadap perubahan beberapa variabel ekonomi makro seperti inflasi,suku bunga sertifikat bank Indonesia, nilai tukar mata uang dan indeks harga saham yang bisa dipercaya bisa membantu investor dalam meramalkan apa yang aka terjadi di pasar modal.Tingginya inflasi dan suku bunga bank akan menyebabkan beban operasional perusahaan semakin berat serta akan mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan badan usaha. Disisi lain, meningkatnya suku bunga merupakan peluang investasi yang cukup menjanjikan bagi investor deposito. Ketika tren kurs US Dollar terus beranjak naik, para investor cenderung mengalihkan modalnya pada pasar valuta asing, dengan harapan memperoleh return yang lebih tinggi dari pada menanamkan modal pada saham, sebaliknya penurunan nilai tukar valuta asing akan menimbulkan kenaikan investasi pada saham. Semua ini pada akhirnya akan berdampak pada harga saham di pasar modal. Data yang digunakan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah data IHSG, inflasi, tingkat suku bunga SBI, Kurs rupiah  terhadap US dollar, yang dibatasi pada data penutupan tiap akhir-akhir bulan selama periode antara bulan januari tahun 2007 sampai bulan desember 2011 yakni 60 amatan. Data tersebut diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia dan Bank Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory researce dan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda untuk menjelaskan pengaruh antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan secara simultan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dari inflasi, tingkat suku bunga SBI, Kurs rupiah  terhadap US dollar terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan. Secara parsial, inflasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap IHSG, tingkat suku bunga SBI berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap IHSG, Kurs rupiah  pada US dollar berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap IHSG, Kata kunci: Tingkat Inflasi, Suku Bunga Sertifikat Bank Indonesia, Dan Nilai Tukar Rupiah Pada Us Dollar dan Indeks Harga Saham  Gabungan

Abstract

Cooperation to Indonesian nation it represent mechanism to fulfill requirement of economics all its members, appliance improve prosperity of society in that environment, media to develop economics system, and alsoas impeller of its form an social structure which is humanistic and democratic. Therefore, cooperation life in Indonesia society have to be strenghtened and developed in order to reaching prosperous and fair society. This research aim to know and explain factors influence partnership relation loyalty. Pursuant to research result, attainment of member loyalty at cooperation constituted by satisfaction, shall needto be constructed by organizer of cooperation as effort to develop the exertion together as principality  form cooperate meaning that cooperation there are awareness and disabusing of is spirit cooperation and responsibility with the result without thinking of their own interest, but always for bliss together. This matter as anticipatory form because reason of there no alternative besides the cooperation to accomodate result of society production

Abstract

Transportation becomes vital to tourism activities, especially when it comes to accessibility. Online transportation has become one of the choices for tourists to use in Bandung. This study focuses on analyzing how drivers or riders of online transportation in serving tourists and general consumers. The research method is qualitative with in-depth interviews with respondents (operators/drivers/riders) randomly chosen. Data Triangulation and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) are the methods use for data analysis. The results show that respondents join the online transportation, as the service has become such a trend in the city that more and more people are using it. Some takes the job as operators as their main job, while some others do that as simply a side job. Some even have a double membership status (both as offline and online transportation crew), yet some others choose to only become part of the online team. These riders or drivers purchase their vehicles by a credit system.

Abstract

Marketing mix is one of several types of strategies in marketing that is useful to find out which suitable strategies should be used in the company at the market. Elements of marketing mix nowadays have developed approaches starting from 4P, 5P, 6P, 7P and 15P. Besides, many companies in the world always improve their marketing concept if they want to be survivor and be the winner in the market as well as to get consumers’ value. It is very important for companies to survive in its business. The marketing concept has three main elements, which are consumers’ oriented, integrated marketing and consumers’ satisfaction. This study used the characteristics of consumers for doing a research at the developer since the marketing concept is believed to be the main key to achieve the goal of an organization in creating, delivering and communicating consumers’ value towards the selected market of the target. Abstract

Setiap pengusaha tentu menginginkan bisnis yang digelutinya dapat berhasil ditengah-tengah persaingan yang semakin kompetitif. Kondisi lingkungan yang senantiasa berubah menuntut manajemen untuk mampu merespon dengan cepat dan akurat. Posisi bersaing merupakan indikator penentu yang pengaruhnya paling tinggi terhadap lingkungan operasional perusahaan. Penelitian survey ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi keunggulan yaitu strategi biaya rendah dan strategi diferensiasi (inovasi produk, desain produk, keutamaan  kualitas) terhadap kinerja keuangan dan kinerja non keuangan pada pengusaha keramik di kota Malang. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisa  menggunakan statistic descriptive, analisis korelasional. Hasil penelitian ini  menunjukkan bahwa Variabel kinerja keuangan dalam kondisi baik, hal itu dibuktikan dengan nilai/skor rata-rata sebesar 3.56, artinya keberhasilan yang dapat dicapai pada tingkat penjualan merupakan cerminan peningkatan omset penjualan yang mempersepsikan pula terhadap tingkat laba maupun tingkat kekayaan. Strategi Keunggulan Biaya berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan strategi keunggulan biaya terhadap kinerja keuangan. Strategi Keunggulan Biaya berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Nonkeuangan, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi keunggulan biaya tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja nonkeuangan, artinya semakin perusahaan berupaya meningkatkan kemampuan daya saing terhadap para pesaing yang dihadapi, tidak menjadikan kondisi kinerja nonkeuangan semakin baik, ataupun kinerja non keuangan menjadi semakin jelek.Kata kunci: Strategi keunggulan bersaing, strategi biaya rendah, strategi diferensiasi, inovasi produk, desain produk, dan keutamaan kualitas
