Abstract

The purpose this study to determine and explain whether there influence between Store Atmosphere, Emotion and Purchase Decision. This is causality research. Methods data collection using a survey. The population were all those people who have made purchases transaction in Alfamart minimarket, in Center Point. Sampling method using Non-Probability Sampling with questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Square. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and examine the factors that affect the performance of employees at PT. Wimcycle Indonesia Surabaya. These factors are grouped into 2 (two): the individual dimensions (abilities, work experience, motivation) and the organizational dimensions (leadership, communication, organizational climate), while for the variable employee performance is the result of work shown by employees at a certain time based on performance standards set. The research sample consisted of 90 employees that divided into several divisions. The questionnaire was developed by researchers using 5-point Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. Multiple linear regression model with six independent variables could explain 54.5% of the variation of the variable employee performance. Partially it can be seen that out of the six independent variables in this study, the capability of employees to have the most influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Pendidikan di  Pendidikan Tinggi  dalam memberikan  pembekalan  untuk mempersiapkan para manajer dan pemimpin tidak hanya tergantung pada lima teori: bisnis dan keuangan, strategi dan berkelanjutan keunggulan kompetitif, teori agensi, teori kelembagaan, dan bias keputusan. Teori-teori ilmu  sosial  akan  sangat  cocok  sebagai komponen yang  penting  dalam mempersiapkan manajer  yang berkualitas  dan pemimpin  di perguruan tinggi.  Kurikulum  harus berisi pengetahuan tentang pengetahuan bisnis yang menawarkan model teoritis yang dapat diterapkan oleh manajer,  dengan menawarkan  model  kausalitas  di mana  faktor-faktor  yang mendasari adalah variabel yang dapat dipengaruhi oleh manajer yang efeknya dapat dipertahankan  / diatur oleh manajer.  Persyaratan utama  yang akan  diambil  oleh para akademisi  di perguruan tinggi sehingga teori yang disajikan dapat berguna adalah: manajer dapat memutuskan apakah ia harus mengadopsi praktek atau tidak, dan tidak dengan mengadopsi praktek-praktek yang telah diambil oleh orang lain  (misalnya  pemegang saham  saham-pemilik-atau  instansi pemerintah). Dengan demikian, manajer dan pemimpin benar-benar memiliki kekuatan dan kemampuan lainnya untuk menerapkan praktek-praktek baru diambil, bagi manajer pengadaan harus memberikan prioritas pada variabel dependen dan variabel  independen yang relevan dengan manajerial, bukan hanya menjelaskan  teori. Sebuah  teori memenuhi syarat ketika ia bisa menjelaskan variabel-variabel, sehingga teori tersebut bermanfaat dalam kegiatan manajerial dan akan memberdayakan tindakan manajerial

Abstract

This study aims to empirically study the effect of variable Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to the Brand Image, Brand Trust and Brand Loyalty. The samples used in this study 116 respondents using Accidental Sampling. Respondents are society around village Keboncandi and acquire CSR PT. Tirta Investama, Using Aqua Danone products and Making a purchase at least 3 times during the last six months. The results showed that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) have significant effect toward Brand Image. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) have significant effect toward Brand Trust. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) have significant effect toward Brand Loyalty. Brand image have significant effect toward Brand Trust. Brand Image have significant effect toward Brand Loyalty. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian yaitu menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap variabel Motivasi Kerja, menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh variabel Karakteristik Individu terhadap variabel Motivasi Kerja pada Perusahaan Umum Jasa Tirta I Malang, menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh langsung variabel Motivasi Kerja terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan, menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan dan menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh langsung variabel Karakteristik Individu terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian explanatory. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan organik (karyawan tetap) Perusahaan Umum Jasa Tirta I Malang. sebanyak 481 karyawan. Sampel ditetapkan sebanyak 83 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Analisis statistik deskriptif digunakan untuk memberikan deskripsi mengenai variabel bebas dan variabel terikat dengan menggunakan tabel distribusi frekwensi, sedangkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat digunakan analisis statistik inferensial yakni analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Motivasi, Karakteristik Individu berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja, Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan Karakteristik Individu berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.   Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Karakteristik Individu, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRACT The purpose of research is to analyze and explain the effect of transformational leadership style variable to variable work motivation, analyze and explain the influence of individual characteristics variables on work motivation variables on Jasa Tirta I Public Corporation Malang, analyze and explain the direct influence of the variable variable Work Motivation Employee Performance, analyze and explain the variable effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance variables and analyze and explain the direct effect of individual characteristics variables to variable Employee Performance. Types of research used in this study is the kind of explanatory research. The study population was all organic employees (permanent employees) Jasa Tirta I Public Corporation Malang. as many as 481 employees. Sample set were 83 respondents. Data collection methods used were questionnaires and documentation. The analysis uses descriptive statistics and inferential statistical analysis. Descriptive statistical analysis is used to provide a description of the independent variables and the dependent variable using frequency distribution tables, whereas to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable used inferential statistical analysis of the multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing results indicate that the transformational leadership style significantly influence motivation, individual characteristics significantly influence work motivation, work motivation significantly influence employee performance, transformational leadership style significantly influence employee performance and individual characteristics significantly influence employee performance.   Keywords: transformational leadership style, Individual Characteristics, Work Motivation, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Layanan mobile data yang muncul adalah melanjutkan konvergensi teknologi komunikasi mobile data layanan. Layanan mobile data akan tumbuh sangat cepat  tapi pengguna  ilmu perilaku pada penggunaan mobile data masih langka. Mobile data dalam penelitian ini difokuskan pada telepon seluler yang  telah lebih  banyak  digunakan  dan menembus  tingkat  semua  masyarakat  dalam upaya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan komunikasi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan  faktor-faktor yang  mempengaruhi  intensitas  penggunaan  layanan data  mobile menggunakan  model  phone  research  mobile,  didasarkan pada perilaku  yang  menggabungkan faktor-faktor kebutuhan dan motivasi pribadi dalam menggunakan layanan mobile data  . Model ini telah diuji melalui survei terhadap 200 responden, yang aktif sebagai pengguna perpustakaan mahasiswa  UB.  Metode  analisis  data yang digunakan adalah  model persamaan  Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Analisis Struktur Momen (AMOS) . Hasil penelitian  ini adalah faktor persepsi manfaat  / kegunaan, kenyamanan, kesenangan, nilai moneter,  pengaruh sosial.  , media, mobilitas dan  sikap  pengguna  telah memberikan pengaruh positif pada intensitas penggunaan layanan mobile data

Abstract

The objectives of the research are to analyze the influence of capital structure and asset management on profitability and firm value of real estate and property that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2011-2013 and give recommendations as the completion upon this research. By applying Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA) of the population consisted of 54 company and a sample of 30 company was taken in 3 years observation, the analysis attempts to examining the influence among variables. This research uses debt ratio (DR), debt to equity ratio (DER),) as the variables of capital structure, inventory turnover (ITO, fixed asset turnover (FATO) and Total asset turnover (TATO) as the variable of asset management, and price book value (PBV), closing stock price as the variable of firm value. Result of the research reveal that capital structure has a significant and positif influence on profitability, asset management has no significant and positif influence on profitability, capital structure has a significant and positif influence on firm value, asset management has no significant and positif inflence on profitability. Furthermore profitability has a significant and positif influence on firm value. The present research confirms that capital structure, asset management, profitability and firm value is the essential and important aspect for the investors in determining the profitable stocks. Therefore, it is very useful for the investors to considerate these variable of research in order to make the right investment decisions and do stock trading confidently.Keywords: Capital Structure, Asset Management, Profitability, Firm Value, Real Estate and Property, GesCA, Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah eksplanatory research. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Terdapat 20 produk Reksa Dana Saham dalam penelitian ini. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa (1) variabel tingkat inflasi adalah tidak signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan, (2) variabel nilai tukar adalah signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan, (3) variabel tingkat suku bunga SBI adalah signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan, (4) variabel harga minyak dunia tidak signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan, (5) variabel harga emas dunia tidak signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap IHSG, (6) variabel tingkat inflasi tidak signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap return NAB Reksa Dana Saham, (7) variabel nilai tukar adalah tidak signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap return NAB Reksa Dana Saham, (8) variabel tingkat suku bunga SBI tidak signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap return NAB Reksa Dana Saham, (9) variabel harga minyak dunia signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap return NAB Reksa Dana Saham, (10) variabel harga emas dunia tidak signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap return NAB Reksa Dana Saham (11) variabel Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap return NAB Reksa Dana Saham.   Kata kunci: Variabel Makro Ekonomi, tingkat inflasi, nilai tukar, tingkat suku bunga SBI, harga minyak dunia, harga emas dunia, Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan, return NAB Reksa Dana Saham.   This study is explanatory research. Sampling was taken by purposive sampling method, There are 20 product of Equity Fund in this study.The data analized by using path methods. Analysis result proves that (1) inflation rate does not bring any significant effect on Indonesia Composite Index, (2) exchange rate significantly effect on Indonesia Composite Index, (3) interest rate of SBI significantly effect on Indonesia Composite Index, (4) world oil price does not significantly effect on Indonesia Composite Index, (5) price of gold does not bring any significant effect on Indonesia Composite Index, (6) inflation rate does not bring any significant effect on return of NAV Equity Fund, (7) exchange rate does not bring any significant effect on returns of NAV Equity Fund, (8) interest rate of SBI does not bring any significant effect on return of NAV Equity Fund, (9) world oil price significantly effect on return of NAV Equity Fund, (10) gold price does not bring any significant effect on return of Equity Fund, (11) Indonesia Composite Index significantly effect on return of NAV Equity Fund. Abstract

This paper tries ti find out a model in upgrading motivation and participation of cooperation members as one way to increase their service quality. In General, cooperation has three goals, i.e business success, members success, and community development success. The are some barriers faced by them in catching their purposes, i.e limited modal, technology, market access, production quality and simple management. Basically, members of cooperation have to positions (dual identity), as owner and user of cooperation. Abstract

The kind of research this is explanatory research, the goal of this research is to analyze and explain: (1) Transformational Leadership influence significantly to job satisfaction, (2) Job Characteristics influence significantly to job satisfaction, (3) Transformational Leadership influence significantly to the performance of employees, (4) Job Characteristics impact Employee Performance, significantly to (5) job satisfaction influence significantly to the performance of employees. The population of this research as many as 212 people permanent employees of PT.PLN (Persero) of East Java, the withdrawal Distribution samples using Simple Random Sampling techniques so that the retrieved sample as many as 68 people permanent employees of PT.PLN (Persero) of East Java, Distribution data collection using the questionnaire. This research result is: ( 1 ) leadership transformational influence significantly to job satisfaction ( 2 ) characteristic of job satisfaction, influential significantly to work ( 3 ) leadership transformational significant impact on the performance employees ( 4 ) characteristic work influential insignificant against employees performance ( 5 ) complacence influential insignificant work on the performance of employees.
