Abstract

Toko Aneka Sablon merupakan salah satu usaha yang berkembang dalam bidang penjualan. Namun Toko Aneka Sablon masih menggunakan cara dengan didokumentasikan menggunakan kertas nota dan program aplikasi Ms. Exel dalam melakukan pencatatan data transaksi penjualan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun sistem informasi penjualan Toko Aneka Sablon yang dapat membantu dalam proses penjualannya. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Sedangkan metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah SDLC (System Development Live Cycle) Model Waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi Sistem Informasi Penjualan Toko Aneka Sablon.Kata Kunci: Penjualan, Model Waterfall, Aplikasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Studi Asosiatif Tentang Motivasi Kerja Karyawan STMIK Amikom Purwokerto. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebutuhan fisiologis, penghargaan dan aktualisasi diri terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Berdasarkan pada hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kebutuhan fisiologis, penghargaan dan aktualisasi diri berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Kebutuhan penghargaan merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan STMIK Amikom Purwokerto.

Abstract

Salah satu tujuan otonomi daerah adalah mewujudkan pelayanan publik yang berkualitas. Pendidikan sebagai salah satu layanan publik dasar mendapatkan perhatian besar dari pemerintah. PP No. 17 tahun 2010 menegaskan bahwa keberadaan komite sekolah dan dewan pendidikan memiliki peran dan fungsi sangat penting. Penelitian ini mengkaji peran komite sekolah dan dewan pendidikan di Kabupaten Sleman dari aspek advisory, supporting dan controlling dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas layanan pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran komite sekolah dan dewan pendidikan di Kabupaten Sleman belum seperti yang diharapkan. Meski secara kuantitatif sudah menunjukkan kinerja yang baik, namunhasil FGD ditemukan beberapa peran yang belum dijalankan secara optimal, terutama peran supporting dan controlling karena ada beberapa hambatan diantaranya masih adanya inkonsistensi kebijakan, kurangnya dukungan sumber daya manusia maupun dana dan sarana, adanya mispersepsi dan misinformasi dalam memaknai peran dan fungsi komite sekolah dan dewan pendidikan serta rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat maupun kalangan usaha.Kata kunci: dewan pendidikan, komite sekolah, layanan pendidikan

Abstract

The background of research is that Master Plan Activity Serayu River Voyage (SRV) that compiled by department of tourism and culture Banyumas Regency in 2007 but the implementation has not been in line with expectations and stagnation. That Master Plan Activity Serayu River Voyage (SRV) expected completed within five years from 2008 to 2012, but during the period until 2013 programs and activities in the Master Plan Activity Serayu River Voyage (SRV) most have not been implemented. The results showed that the Master Plan of Activities Serayu River Voyage (SRV) in the Framework of Tourism Development in Banyumas Regency has not been implemented properly the cause is is the absence of good coordination between agencies, the lack of integration of programs and activities (overlap), supporting documents have not been revised, no good socialization, and the role of the private sector is still lacking. The actors that constrain and support implementation of the Master Plan Activity Serayu River Voyage (SRV) is supporting factors : competent human resources (implementor) already available at the managerial level and who have intellectual tourism, only need to be added to personnel in the field of culture , pamong budaya. The availability of adequate budget. Institutions that have been effective and efficient. High community response. High commitment of Regent Banyumas and cooperation related parties (stakeholders). Natural conditions Serayu tend to calm the river slope condition ( i ) is small. The constrain factors: regulatory policies, integration of programs and activities, Coordination and socialization that occurs sectoral ego that it is time to be addressed

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh rasio cutent latioterhadap retum on investment, pengaruh rasio debt to equity ratio terhadap return oninvestment, pengaruh rasio debt to total asset terhadap retwn on iwestment, pengaruhrasio total assets tum over terhadap retum on investment, pengaruh rasio fixed assetsturn over terhadap return on investment, dan utttuk menganalisis rasio keuangan yangberpengaruh paling besar terhndap return on investment.- Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dengan menggunakan analisislinier berganda dapat disimpulkanL Berdasarknn hasit uji F dapat disimpulkan rasio likuiditas (current ratio),solvabilitas (debt equity ratio dan debt to total asset) dan ahivitas (total assetturnover) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Berdasarkanuji t dapat disimpulkan rasio likuiditas (current ratio), solvabilitas (debt to equityiatio) ian aktivitas (total assets turnover) secara parsial berpengaruh terhadapprofitabititas, sedangkan Debt to total assets dan fixed assets turnover tidakberpengaruh s ignifi knn terhadap profi tab il ttas.2. Total assets turn over memberikan pengaruh yang paling besar terhadap return oninvestment. Hal ini menunjukkan peningkatan perputaran total ahiva yangditunjukkan dengan adanya peningkatan omset penjualan dapat meningkatkankeunttmgan pe rus a haan.Ksta kunci : Likuiditas, Solvabilitas, Aktivitas dan Profitabilitas

Abstract

E-Commerce merupakan extension dari commerce dengan mengeksploitasi media elektronik. Toko Meubel Murah adalah suatu usaha dagang yang bergerak dibidang penjualan meubel. Permasalahan yang dimiliki Toko Meubel Murah dalam penjualan produknya masih terbatas atau kurang luas. Oleh karena itu, Toko Meubel Murah ingin memperluas jangkauan usahanya dengan memanfaatkan media internet yaitu e-commerce. Dengan adanya e-commerce ini diharapkan dapat membantu dan memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat khususnya customer dalam memperoleh informasi. Perancangan toko online merupakan solusi yang tepat diera digital seperti ini. Dengan perancangan toko online ini diharapkan jalannya kegiatan usaha Toko Meubel Murah menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien serta dapat meningkatkan volume penjualan dan promosi.Kata Kunci: E-Commerce dan Perancangan Toko Online.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan dari pembuatan Sistem Informasi Penjualan Handphone Pada Toko OK Cell Pangandaran Berbasis Website adalah untuk membantu memberikan informasi tentang produk terbaru dari toko OK Cell Pangandaran kepada konsumen dan membantu dalam proses pembelian produk secara efektif dan efisien dan mempercepat proses pengolahan data dalam penjualan. Untuk pengembangan sistem dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Waterfall. Aplikasi dibuat dengan menggunakan Dreamweaver cs4, PHP dan Mysql. Dengan penggunaan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Penjualan Handphone Pada Toko OK Cell Pangandaran Berbasis Website ini pengelola toko OK Cell pangandaran dapat melakukan proses pengolahan data dengan lebih baik dibandingkan dengan cara manual.

Abstract

This study entitled "Climate Relations Leadership Organizational CommitmentOrganizational Performance And Compensation Of Employees STMIK AMIKOMPurwokerto". Research conducted in 2009 and took place in Purwokerto AMIKOMSTMIK. This type of research is survey research. The population in this study were all employees at Purwokerto AMIKOM STMIK totaling 46 people. The sampling techniquein this study using a Proportional Stratified Random Sampling by strata of employee status results showed that organizational climate, organizational commitment, leadership and compensation has a positive relationship with employee performanceSTMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto.
