Abstract

This study aims to analyze customer loyalty towards Sekarbela pearl jewelry, a leading product of Mataram City. Using a descriptive approach, the study measures loyalty as a key aspect of consumer behavior. A sample of 100 respondents was purposively selected from customers at several sales points in Mataram City, including the craft center, city outlets, and street vendors. Data analysis was conducted using the Net Promoter Score (NPS) model. The results show variation in loyalty levels based on purchase location. Customers at the Sekarbela craft center are categorized as highly loyal, while buyers at city outlets and street vendors are categorized as loyal. This loyalty is built through positive perceptions of product attributes such as pearl quality, aesthetics, durability, framing materials, specification suitability, and price. The high perception of product performance encourages customers to recommend the product to others. These findings underscore the importance for marketers to maintain and enhance loyalty to ensure the future sustainability of the Sekarbela pearl jewelry business.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Social Media Promotion and Service Quality on Revisit Intention with Tourist Satisfaction as a mediating variable in homestays at Kembang Kuning Tourism Village, East Lombok. This quantitative research employed Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis using data collected from 100 respondents who had stayed at Kembang Kuning homestays. The results show that social media promotion has a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction and revisit intention. Service quality also positively and significantly affects both variables. Tourist satisfaction significantly influences revisit intention and mediates the relationship between social media promotion and revisit intention but does not mediate the relationship between service quality and revisit intention. The R-square results indicate that tourist satisfaction is explained by social media promotion and service quality by 78.5%, while revisit intention is explained by 89.8%. These findings emphasize the importance of digital promotion and improved service quality in enhancing tourist satisfaction and fostering revisit loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the innovation of digital financing models in Islamic Microfinance Institutions (IMFIs) as a strategy to enhance financial inclusion among marginalized communities in Indonesia. The research is motivated by the financial access gap among low-income groups. The study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach by reviewing national and international journal articles published between 2019 and 2025 that are relevant to the topics of digitalization, Islamic microfinance, and financial inclusion. The review process involved systematic stages of literature collection, selection, and thematic analysis to identify patterns, trends, and research gaps. The findings reveal that digital innovations such as mobile banking, Islamic peer-to-peer lending, social crowdfunding, and online information systems enhance institutional efficiency, transparency, and access to financial services for low-income groups. Moreover, digitalization strengthens financial literacy and economic empowerment for marginalized communities. However, key challenges remain, including low digital literacy, infrastructure limitations, and institutional readiness.

Abstract

The phenomenon of gentrification in big cities like Jakarta cannot be understood simply as a local process, but part of the dynamics of global capitalism that reconstructs urban spaces. This article examines how the logic of global capital accumulation and investment, particularly in the property and infrastructure sectors, drives spatial transformation and social marginalization in Jakarta. Using an urban political economy approach and a secondary literature review, the discussion shows that gentrification in Jakarta is characterized by rising land prices, changes in land ownership patterns, and forced relocation of low-income communities—especially the Betawi community. This process leads to the exclusion of space, where access to housing, public services, and urban space is increasingly concentrated in the upper-middle class and investors. A comparison with the city of Seoul shows that although gentrification also occurs in developed countries, the exclusion mechanism in developing countries is sharper due to weak regulations and dependence on foreign capital. This article recommends an integrated and inclusive approach to urban development, placing the right to the city as a fundamental principle for reducing social inequality and maintaining the sustainability of local culture.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Regional Expenditure, Revenue Sharing Fund (DBH), and Regional Own-Source Revenue (PAD) on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of districts/cities in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province during the 2018–2024 period. GRDP is a key indicator reflecting regional economic performance, making it essential to examine the extent to which fiscal instruments contribute to economic growth. This research employs a quantitative approach using panel data regression. Secondary data were obtained from district/city budget realization reports and publications from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The results indicate that Regional Expenditure has a positive and significant effect on GRDP, Revenue Sharing Fund (DBH) also has a positive and significant effect, while PAD shows a positive but insignificant effect. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly influence GRDP with a coefficient of determination of 72%. These findings highlight that NTB’s economic growth is largely supported by regional expenditure and DBH, while PAD needs to be strengthened to enhance regional fiscal independence.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the level of women’s political participation in legislative elections, identify barriers, and analyze efforts to enhance participation in Setanggor Village, Sukamulia District, East Lombok Regency. Using a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods, data was collected through purposive sampling, involving election organizers, village officials, community leaders, and female voters. Semi-structured interviews, passive participation observation, and documentation were used for data collection. Miles and Huberman’s analysis model was applied, including data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that women’s political participation is limited to formal involvement, such as voting, without substantial political awareness. Internal barriers include low education, political literacy, low self-confidence, and domestic workload, while external barriers involve patriarchy, religious influence, limited access to information, and weak institutional support. However, community-based political education, strengthening women’s organizations, and inclusive policies can enhance participation.

Abstract

This study examines factors influencing micro, small, and medium enterprises’ (MSMEs) intention to use accounting software by adopting an extended UTAUT2 model that includes performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price value, and habit. A quantitative survey of 252 MSME owners in Mataram City was analyzed using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 4. The findings indicate that performance expectancy and hedonic motivation positively and significantly affect intention to use, while price value is also significant, highlighting the importance of perceived cost–benefit balance in adoption decisions. In contrast, effort expectancy, habit, facilitating conditions, and social influence are not significant. These results suggest that software providers should prioritize demonstrable performance benefits, enjoyable user experiences, and competitive pricing to attract MSMEs. Future research should employ larger, more representative samples and incorporate additional variables (e.g., digital literacy and prior technology experience) to develop a more comprehensive understanding of technology adoption determinants among MSMEs.

Abstract

This study examines the competence of civil-service human resources at the Office of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services of West Nusa Tenggara Province in implementing regional investment policy. It focuses on the competence profile of public officials, the barriers to capacity development, and the strengthening strategies required for modern investment services. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, non-participant observation, and document review of regulations, performance reports, staffing data, and investment realization records. Informants were selected purposively and through snowball sampling, including structural officials, functional officers, cross-sector staff, academics, and business actors. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The findings show that officials’ competence is fairly good, especially in integrity, discipline, and service ethics. However, gaps remain in OSS-RBA mastery, understanding investment regulations, promotional capability, and investment-control analysis. The main barriers include competence disparities, a limited number of functional personnel, constrained human resource development budgets, suboptimal digital infrastructure, and weak interagency coordination. The study recommends competency-based training, stronger digital literacy, merit-based talent management, knowledge-management systems, and multi-stakeholder collaboration forums.
