Abstract

Tuntutan era industri 4.0 dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi di segala bidang perlu diperhatikan secara khusus. Pemanfaatan teknologi untuk memenuhi bermacam- macam kebutuhan hidup mengembangkan teknologi informasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk kesejahteraan di seluruh aspek kehidupan termasuk dalam dunia pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberdayakan pemahaman konsep siswa melalui pemanfaatan multimedia berbasis autoplay. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian PTK dengan dua siklus dimana masing-masing siklus terdiri dari 4 kali pertemuan. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan di SMP Islam Purwosari. Subyek penelitian yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas IX berjumlah 26. Disimpulkan dari hasil penelitian bahwa terdapat pemberdayaan pemahaman konsep siswa dengan adanya peningkatan pemahaman konsep siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 1,15%.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine influence of NHT learning model using box puzzle media toward student learning outcomes on IPA subjects class IV SD Muhammadiyah Jetis Salaman Magelang.The research design was quasy experimental design with one group pretest posttest model. The research variable was IPA learning outcomes. Data analysis used was parametric statistical techniques paired sampel t-test. The research subject were 15 students class IV SD Muhammadiyah Jetis Salaman Magelang. The data collection methods used test questions. The results of this study indicated that NHT learning model using box puzzle media effective to increased student learning outcomes on IPA subjects class IV SD Muhammadiyah Jetis Salaman Magelang. The increase student learning outcomes was evidenced by the result of test analysis paired sampel t-test with the probability of the sign value (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,005, that mean was significant difference between before and after being given treatment with HT learning model using box puzzle media. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the application of NHT learning model using box puzzle media influenced to student learning outcomes on IPA subjects Keyword: NHT learning model using box puzzle media, learning outcomes

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberagaman yang terkandung dalam bangunan Klenteng Hok Tek Bio Brebes serta untuk mengedukasi generasi milenial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif untuk memahami fenomena-fenomena sosial dari sudut atau prespektif partisipan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di klenteng Hok Tek Bio Brebes, pada tanggal 13-15 Maret 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan etnografi dan agama, dengan tujuan mendapatkan informasi terkait etnis dan kepercayaan dalam suatu kelompok. Untuk mendapatkan sumber informasi yang lengkap dan akurat, penulis terjun di lapangan dengan mengamati objek serta mewawancarai narasumber dalam beberapa tahapan. Keberagaman yang terkandung dalam bangunan Klenteng Hok Tek Bio dibedakan menjadi dua, yaitu keberagaman fisik (wuwungan, motif mega mendung, tema bunga-bungaan, altar utama, daun pintu, warna mencolok, Yin dan Yang, dan nabi Kong Hu Chu) dan non fisik (tradisi gunungan, nilai sastra pada kayu nasib dan kayu obat) dan edukasi untuk generasi milenial yang terkandung seperti makanan tradisional, kesehatan, dan spirit yang berkaitan dinamika masyarakat yang harus diketahui dan ditanamkan sejak dini.Kata Kunci: Klenteng Hok Tek Bio Brebes, Keberagaman, Edukasi

Abstract

This study aims to improve learning outcomes of Roman numerals through the Buah Romawi game in grade IVa students at SD Negeri Pacitan. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research. As the research subjects were 32 students of grade IVa at SD Negeri Pacitan. As the research object is the learning outcomes of Roman numerals obtained from learning. Data collection techniques using observations, tests and documentations. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that learning through the Buah Romawi game could improve the learning outcomes of grade IVa students at SDN Pacitan. The average score of student’s learning outcomes obtained from the pre-cycle test was 58.75, increasing to 64.53 in the first cycle and increasing again to 71.72 in the second cycle. The percentage of classical class completeness at the pre-cycle stage was 25% (8 students completed), increased to 41% (13 students completed) in first cycle and increased again to 75% (24 students completed) in second cycle. With the success indicators of Classroom Action Research that have been achieved, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Buah Romawi game can improve the learning outcomes of Roman numerals in grade IVa students at SD Negeri Pacitan.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine teacher barriers in thematic learning in the era of the Covid19 pandemic.This research was conducted in Soroyudan Public Elementary School, Tegalrejo district, Magelang regency. This research was conducted using data collection methods in the form of interviews conducted with principal, teachers, and students, observations to teachers and students, as well as examining some supporting documents. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. Triangulation used is source triangulation, techciques triangulation and time triangulation.The results of this study were obtained analysis of teacher barriers in thematic learning in the era covid19 pandemic. The barriers in the initial activity was low internet network access, there are 16,9% of student who do not have smartphone, and there are 9% of parents who cannot use smartphone. Abstract

Interactive e-module is one of the learning media that has many benefits. In this e-module there are features such as text, images, animations and videos that make it easier for students to understand lessons, especially during distance learning. This research was conducted through a literature study method from various literatures such as books, articles from electronic journals, trusted websites and various statistical data sourced from the internet which will then be investigated through several stages which will then be examined through several stages, including: descriptive analysis, content analysis, and critical analysis. Based on the results of research through library research, the use of interactive e-modules can increase students' learning motivation, students' scientific literacy skills, student learning outcomes, students' independence and students' critical thinking skills. From the results of the study, we can see that this e-module can be a choice of learning media that can be used by teachers in distance learning.

Abstract

There are many theories about human development, one of which is Jean Piaget's theory of development, this theory will be discussed by researchers how the Basic Concepts of Cognitive Development in Early Childhood According to Jean Piaget. Studying the theory of cognitive development will be the basis for understanding every step of cognitive development, especially in early childhood. Piage describes the concepts used in children's cognitive processes and how the stages of cognitive development in children are. This time the research was conducted through the library method which is a method of searching, collecting and analyzing data sources in books, scientific articles and scientific sources.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of school organizational culture, communication and teacher competence on teacher performance either partially or simultaneously. The sample in this study were teachers of SMK YP Satrya Budi Karang Rejo, Simalungun Regency, totaling 45 people. Data analysis techniques in this study using quantitative techniques. The data in this study are primary data. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the Multiple Linear Regression model. To test the hypothesis simultaneously the F test is used and partially the t test is used. The results of the tests carried out with SPSS obtained multiple regression equations: Y = 1.822 + 0.179 X1 + 0.207 X2 + 0.237 X3 which means a constant value of 1.822 which indicates that if the school's organizational culture, communication and teacher competence are assumed to be zero, then the value of performance teacher is 1,822. If the independent variable increases by 1%, the teacher's performance will increase. The results of the t-test hypothesis of the research variable are the Organizational Culture variable obtained tcount 2.143 with a significant probability of 0.038 less than the level of confidence (level of significant) = 0.05, Communication variable obtained tcount 2.071 with significant probability 0.045 less than the level of confidence (level of significant) = 0.05, the variable Teacher Competence obtained tcount 2.207 with a significant probability of 0.033 less than the level of confidence (level of significant) = 0.05. So the decision taken is to reject H0 and accept Ha, meaning that school organizational culture, communication and teacher competence have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at YP Satrya Budi Karang Rejo Vocational School, Simalungun Regency.

Abstract

Text book used at Indonesian elementary school particularly the reading sections play significant role for 1st – 3rd grade students as it prepares them to master their reading skill at 4th – 6th grade. Reading strategies which appropriate to students needs should be implemented to give rooms for student to exercise their reading skills. Occurred from April to June 2021, this study aimed to determine whether or not the five text books used at Purbalingga regency  are suitable for students, and to find out what kind of reading strategy used in those textbooks. As a library research, the prime source of this study is five textbooks for 3rd grade students from which Miles and Huberman model was used to analyzed the data. The findings showed that the five textbooks are all suitable, they fitted the criteria to be categorized as good and proper for teaching reading. Three out of the five textbooks utilized whole language reading strategy, the other two textbooks, brought into play both contextual and whole language reading strategies. These two reading strategies encourage students to be active participants and all the five textbooks make this possible through various independent reading activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis implementasi nilai-nilai karakter masyarakat adat dan proses penanaman nilai-nilai karakter masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Adapun subjek di dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala desa Pekuncen, ketua adat, budayawan Banyumas, sejarawan Banyumas, guru Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan, tokoh masyarakat adat. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melalu reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: Pertama, karakter masyarakat adat Pekuncen masih dipertahankan dan diimplementasikan melalui karakter religius yang merupakan sinkretisme antara ajaran agama Islam dan kepercayaan lokal (kejawen) dalam bentuk tradisi Unggah-Unggahan, karakter disiplin turut mewarnai tradisi masyarakat dengan bentuk kepatuhan pengikut Bonokeling pada ajaran dan norma yang berlaku, karakter kerjasama (gotong royong) yang diwujudkan dalam sikap saling membantu kegiatan sosial. Kedua, proses penanaman karakter dilakukan di lingkungan keluarga dan masyarakat melalui sifat keteladanan, sikap disiplin, pembiasaan dan upaya melestarikan adat istiadat.
