Abstract

The uncontrolled spread of covid-19 in the last two years and still not finding a solution to this pandemic, the government urges the public to and help the spread of covid, among others, by limiting social and physical contact. This research was conducted on February 12, 2022 to February 24 2022. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the people of Tanjung Priok District have carried out social-physical distancing or not. The sample used in this study were 10 informants who lived in the surrounding area of Tanjung Priok District, North Jakarta City. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this study conclude that the people of Tanjung Priok District have implemented social-physical distancing policies. However, on the other hand, there are still a number of people who do not include social-physical distancing policies, such as not wearing masks, not keeping their distance, and others. Thus, the number of COVID-19 cases in the North Jakarta area is still experiencing this incident.Penyebaran covid-19 yang tidak terkendali dalam jangka waktu dua tahun terakhir dan masih belum menemukan solusi dari pandemi ini, maka pemerintah menghimbau kepada masyarakat untuk serta membantu menghentikan penyebaran covid antara lain dengan membatasi kontak sosial dan fisik. Peneltian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 12 Februari 2022 sampai 24 Februari 2022. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah masyarakat Kecamatan Tanjung Priok sudah melakukan social-physical distancing atau belum. Sampel yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 informan yang tinggal di daerah sekitaran Kecamatan Tanjung Priok, Kota Jakarta Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa masyarakat Kecamatan Tanjung Priok sudah melakukan kebijakan social-physical distancing. Namun, di sisi lain masih ada sejumlah masyarakat yang belum menaati kebijakan social-physical distancing seperti tidak memakai masker, tidak menjaga jarak, dan lain-lain. Sehingga, jumlah kasus covid-19 di wilayah Jakarta Utara masih mengalami lonjakan.

Abstract

The existence of acts of violence against children both physically and psychologically in Malang Regency requires the attention of many people. Protection of children is the responsibility of the local government in this case is the Department of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Malang Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of policies regarding child protection programs in Malang Regency. This study uses the perspective of Charles O. Jones and uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Collecting data in this study using interviews, observation, and documentation. The determination of informants was carried out purposively with the key informant being the head of the Division of Women's Empowerment and Special Protection for Children. Meanwhile, other informants are Women and Children Empowerment Analysts, and victims' companions. Data analysis was carried out with data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions with the validity of the data using triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the child protection program carried out by the Department of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Malang Regency consists of three activities, namely organizing, namely teamwork and the interpretation is the preparation and implementation of the program, and application, namely services and providers of goods and services according to the purpose. The supporting factors in the implementation of this program are the cooperation and accountability of the implementers of the child protection program and public awareness to make complaints directly or through the Wadool DP3A application. While the inhibiting factors are the problem of limited funds and the facilities for providing safe houses or shelters that are still not maximized.Adanya tindak kekerasan terhadap anak baik dalam bentuk fisik maupun psikis di Kabupaten Malang memerlukan perhatian banyak kalangan. Perlindungan terhadap anak merupakan tanggung jawab Pemerintah Daerah dalam hal ini adalah Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Malang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kebijakan tentang program perlindungan anak di Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan perspektif Charles O. Jones dan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penentuan informan dilakukan secara purposive dengan key informan adalah kepala Bidang Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Khusus Anak. Sedangkan informan lainnya adalah Analis Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak, dan pendamping korban. Analisa data dilakukan dengan teknik yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program perlindungan anak yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Malang terdiri dari tiga aktivitas yaitu pengorganisasian ialah kerja sama tim dan sumberdaya, interpretasi ialah penyusunan dan pelaksanaan program, dan aplikasi ialah pelayanan dan penyedia barang dan jasa sesuai tujuan. Adapun faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan program ini adalah adanya kerjasama dan pertanggungjawaban para pelaksana program perlindungan anak dan kesadaran masyarakat melakukan pengaduan langsung maupun melalui aplikasi Wadool DP3A. Sedangkan faktor penghambat adalah masalah pendanaan yang terbatas dan fasilitas penyedian rumah aman atau shelter yang masih belum maksimal.

Abstract

The authority of the village government to manage such a large amount of funds independently carries a heavy responsibility. For this reason, quality human resources are needed, so that the village government can manage funds based on the principles of good governance. This study aims to analyze the quality of human resources in the District Government of South Lasalimu, Buton Regency. This study uses a qualitative methodology and uses interviews as a method of collecting data. To measure the quality of human resources, this study took indicators of knowledge, skills, abilities and experience. The results showed that based on the four indicators of the quality of human resources, the Village Government of Lasalimu Selatan District was still inadequate to manage village funds. There needs to be an effort from the local government to improve the quality of the human resources of the village government.Kewenangan pemerintah desa untuk mengelola dana sebesar itu secara mandiri memiliki tanggung jawab yang berat. Untuk itu diperlukan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, sehingga pemerintah desa dapat mengelola dana berdasarkan prinsip tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas sumber daya manusia pada Pemerintah Kecamatan Lasalimu Selatan Kabupaten Buton. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dan menggunakan wawancara sebagai metode pengumpulan datanya. Untuk mengukur kualitas sumber daya manusia, penelitian ini mengambil indikator pengetahuan, keterampilan, kemampuan dan pengalaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan keempat indikator kualitas sumber daya manusia Pemerintah Desa Kecamatan Lasalimu Selatan masih belum memadai untuk mengelola dana desa. Perlu ada upaya dari pemerintah daerah untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia pemerintah desa.

Abstract

BAPPARDA Blitar Regency as the Regional Tourism Promotion Board of Blitar Regency made a breakthrough by utilizing Instagram social media to strengthen the regional tourism brand image and can increase the number of local tourist visits in Blitar Regency through Instagram social media. This type of qualitative research.The theory used is the theory of new media. New Media Theory is a theory developed by Pierre Levy, which is a theory that discusses the development of media from conventional to digital modern era. The object of this research is the implementation of BAPPARDA on the use of social media Instagram in strengthening the brand image of regional tourism. Data analysis techniques are carried out continuously, along with data collection and then continue after data collection is complete. The results of the research are BAPPARDA Blitar Regency through Instagram plays a role in buildingbrand imageregional tourism and has launched two programstour packages that are promoted through Instagram because Instagram has quite a lot of users so that the public and tourists can access informationprogramtour packages from BAPPARDA very easily and quickly. BAPPARDA Blitar Regency provides information and promotions must be made more attractive So that Instagram social media users will easily access this information. It is hoped that there will be an increase in the regional tourism brand image which is supported by an increase in Human ResourcesBAPPARDA Kabupaten Blitar selaku Badan Promosi Pariwisata Daerah Kabupaten Blitar membuat terobosan dengan memanfaatkan media sosial Instagram untuk memperkuat brand image pariwisata daerah dan dapat meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan lokal di Kabupaten Blitar melalui media sosial instagram. Jenis penelitian kualitatif. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori media baru. Teori New Media adalah teori yang dikembangkan oleh Pierre Levy, yaitu teori yang membahas perkembangan media dari konvensional ke era modern digital. Obyek penelitian ini adalah implementasi BAPPARDA tentang penggunaan media sosial Instagram dalam memperkuat brand image pariwisata daerah. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara terus menerus, bersamaan dengan pengumpulan data kemudian dilanjutkan setelah pengumpulan data selesai. Hasil penelitian adalah BAPPARDA Kabupaten Blitar melalui instagram berperan dalam membangun brand image pariwisata daerah dan telah meluncurkan dua program paket wisata yang di promosikan melalui instagram karena instagram memiliki pengguna yang cukup banyak sehingga masyarakat dan para wisatawan dapat mengakses informasi program paket wisata dari BAPPARDA dengan sangat mudah dan cepat. BAPPARDA Kabupaten Blitar memberikan informasi dan promosi harus di buat lebih menarik sehingga pengguna media sosial instagram akan mudah mengakses informasi tersebut. Diharapkan ada peningkatan brand image pariwisata daerah yang ditunjang peningkatan Sumber Daya Manusia.

Abstract

In recovering conditions due to the Covid-19 pandemic, through the President's direction that Indonesia must immediately carry out herd immunity or group immunity. For this reason, the Covid-19 vaccination was carried out so that the government mobilized the TNI and Polri and involved the regional government as the organizer of the Covid-19 vaccination. The Cirebon Regency Government is making efforts to achieve good Covid-19 vaccination. Plered and Depok are the sub-districts that have been one of the successes of the Covid-19 vaccination in Cirebon Regency. The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination policy in Plered and Depok Districts, Cirebon Regency. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used primary data and secondary data. The informant selection technique in this study used purposive sampling and snowball techniques. The results of the research are First, the communication carried out by the organizers of the Covid-19 vaccination is carried out systematically and massively, whether it is transmission communication, consistent communication. However, in clear communication, there are a few obstacles, namely the change in the schedule for the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination, which makes Covid-19 vaccination participants confused. Second, the resources for the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination are adequate, sufficient and of good quality. Third, Disposition in the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination is carried out according to established regulations. The Cirebon District Health Office did not recruit a team of volunteers to carry out the Covid-19 vaccination. Fourth, the bureaucratic structure in the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination uses the structure of the Cirebon District Health Office.Dalam pemulihan kondisi akibat pandemi Covid-19 melalui arahan Presiden bahwa Indonesia harus segera melakukan herd immunity atau kekebalan kelompok. Untuk itu, dilakukan vaksinasi Covid-19 sehingga pemerintah mengerahkan TNI dan Polri serta melibatkan pemerintah daerah sebagai peyelenggara vaksinasi Covid-19. Pemerintah Kabupaten Cirebon melakukan upaya guna capaian vaksinasi Covid-19 baik. Kecamatan Plered dan Kecamatan Depok merupakan kecamatan yang menjadi salah satu keberhasilan vaksinasi Covid-19 di Kabupaten Cirebon. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan vaksinasi Covid-19 di Kecamatan Plered dan Kecamatan Depok Kabupaten Cirebon. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskripsi kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pemilihan informan dalam penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan teknik snowball. Hasil penelitian yaitu Pertama, Komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh penyelenggara vaksinasi Covid-19 dilaksanakan secara sistematis dan massive  baik itu komunikasi transmisi, komunikasi konsisten. Namun, dalam komunikasi kejelasan sedikit ada kendala yaitu terdapatnya perubahan jadwal pelaksanaan vaksinasi Covid-19 membuat binggung peserta vaksinasi Covid-19. Kedua, Sumber daya dalam pelaksanaan vaksinasi Covid-19 memadai, mencukupi dan berkualitas baik. Ketiga, Disposisi dalam pelaksanaan vaksinasi Covid-19 dijalankan sesuai peraturan yang telah ditetapkan. Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Cirebon tidak merecruit tim relawan untuk pelaksanaan vaksinasi Covid-19. Keempat, Struktur birokrasi dalam pelaksanaan vaksinasi Covid-19 menggunakan struktur dari Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Cirebon.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the developing countries in Southeast Asia which has many islands, ethnic diversity and abundant natural resources that must be preserved. All countries including Indonesia are being hit by a virus from Wuhan, namely Corona Virus Disease-19, according to the Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 15 of 2021 concerning the Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities, which are urged to close workplaces and businesses, one of which is the affected sub-district, namely Kotaanyar District. This causes minimal income for the place of business which causes unemployment and layoffs in Kotaanyar District. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The focus of the research discussion is the implementation of a new work system during a pandemic. The research was conducted in Kotaanyar District, with the interview method to collect data. The results of this study are that in implementing a new work system during this pandemic, village and sub-district governments have succeeded in overcoming people who have lost their jobs and lost income with the new work system during the pandemic, and it is hoped that this pandemic will end soon so that people can carry out their activities and work normally. return.Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara berkembang di Asia Tenggara yang memiliki banyak pulau, keanekaragaman suku bangsa dan sumber daya alam yang melimpah yang harus dilestarikan. Seluruh negara termasuk Indonesia sedang dilanda virus dari Wuhan yaitu Corona Virus Disease-19, menurut Instruksi menteri dalam negeri Nomer 15 tahun 2021 tentang Pemberlakukan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat yang dihimbau untuk menutup tempat kerja dan usaha salah satunya kecamatan yang terkena dampak yaitu Kecamatan Kotaanyar. Hal ini menyebabkan penghasilan tempat usaha minim yang menyebabkan pengangguran maupun adanya Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja di Kecamatan Kotaanyar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Penelitian Deskriptif dengan pendekatan Kualitatif. Fokus pembahasan penelitian yaitu pelaksanaan sistem kerja baru dalam masa pandemi. Penelitian dilakukan di Kecamatan Kotaanyar, dengan metode wawancara untuk mengambil data. Hasil Penelitian ini yaitu dalam pelaksanaan sistem kerja baru dalam masa pandemi ini pemerintah desa dan kecamatan sukses untuk mengatasi masyarakat yang kehilangan pekerjaan dan kehilangan pendapatan dengan adanya sistem kerja baru dalam masa pandemi, dan diharapkan pandemi ini segera berakhir agar masyarakat bisa beraktifitas dan bekerja secara normal kembali.

Abstract

The Smart Indonesia Program is a program created by the government by providing cash assistance to students who come from underprivileged families. This writing uses the literature review method. The results of the analysis of the implementation of the PIP program with a good governance perspective in Madrasahs are considered to have met the requirements and are considered effective in accordance with the guidelines or technical guidelines in the perspective of good governance according to UNDP namely participation, legal certainty, transparency, responsibility, agreement-oriented, fairness, effectiveness and efficiency, accountability, strategic vision. The recipients of the PIP program are right on target, namely students who come from underprivileged families. The use of funds from the PIP program disbursed through the Indonesia Smart Card (KIP) from the government is in accordance with technical guidelines, the funds are used for the needs of students while studying at Madrasah.Program Indonesia Pintar merupakan program yang dibuat oleh pemerintah dengan memberikan bantuan berupa uang tunai kepada peserta didik yang berasal dari keluarga kurang mampu. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka. Hasil analisis penerapan program PIP dengan perspektif Good governnace di Madrasah dinilai sudah memenuhi syarat serta dinilai sudah efektif sesuai dengan buku pedoman atau juknis dalam prespektif good governance menurut UNDP yakni Partisipasi, Kepastian hukum, transparansi, tanggung jawab, berorientasi pada kesepakatan, keadilan, efektifitas dan efisiensi, akuntabilitas, visi strategik. Penerima program PIP sudah tepat sasaran yakni peserta didik yang berasal dari keluarga tidak mampu. Penggunaan dana dari program PIP yang dicairkan melalui kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP) dari pemerintah sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan juknis, dana tersebut digunakan untuk keperluan peserta didik selama menempuh pendidikan di Madrasah.

Abstract

Information and communication technology in education can be understood as a complex and integrated process that involves people, ideas, equipment, and organizations to analyze problems and manage problem solving that includes all aspects of learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online-based lectures on the level of effectiveness of communication during the Covid-19 pandemic at Timor State University. The method used in this study is a quantitative method and uses a simple regression analysis technique with an independent or independent variable (X) which in this study is the effect of online lectures while the dependent or dependent variable (Y) is the level of communication effectiveness. The data collection technique used is using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The results of this study are online lectures applied at the State University of Timor have an influence of 52.4% on the level of communication effectiveness, while the rest is influenced by other factors that are not included in this study of 47.6%.Keywords : Technology and Communication, Online Lecture, SignificantTeknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam pendidikan bisa dipahami sebagai suatu proses yang kompleks dan terpadu yang melibatkan orang, ide, peralatan, dan organisasi untuk menganilisis masalah dan mengelola pemecahan masalah tersebut yang mencakup semua aspek belajar. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kuliah berbasis online terhadap tingkat keefektifan komunikasi selama Pandemi Covid-19 di Universitas Negeri Timor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana dengan variabel independen atau bebas (X) yang mana dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengaruh kuliah online sedangkan variabel dependen atau terikat (Y) yaitu tingkat keefektifan komunikasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan angket atau kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kuliah online yang diterapkan di Universitas Negeri Timor memberikan pengaruh sebesar 52,4% terhadap tingkat keefektifan komunikasi, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lainyang tidak dimaksukkan dalam penelitian ini sebesar 47,6%.Kata Kunci : Teknologi dan Komunikasi, Kuliah Online, Signifikan

Abstract

The declaration of victory for the presidential and vice presidential candidates Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga Uno before the KPU centrally counted and officially announced the vote acquisition became interesting material to be constructed into the news.. However, the result of news construction carried out by the media differ from one another. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with a framing approach to the Robert N. Entman model. The results show that Kompas.com defines Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga Uno's declaration of victory as a unilateral victory claim with an estimated source of trouble (causal interpretation) of the results of the BPN internal vote count and evidence of fraudulent efforts in various regions. From a moral evaluation point of view, this is an inappropriate decision. The Prabowo-Sandiaga pair need to wait for the official results from the KPU and have legally protested to the court although in the end they could not change the result of the winner of the 2019 Presidential Election. Meanwhile, Cnnindonesia.com sees (problem identification) the incident as a morality problem with an estimate of the source of the problem. (causal interpretation) which is the same as Kompas.com. From a moral evaluation point of view, the Prabowo-Sandiaga camp does not believe in the 2019 Presidential Election voting process. Therefore, the recommended solution is to wait for the KPU's official results and file a procedural lawsuit regarding evidence of fraud. The direction of framing that was built by both Kompas.com and Cnnindonesia.com both directed the event to an unwise decision.Deklarasi kemenangan pasangan Calon Presiden dan Wakil Presiden Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga Uno sebelum KPU secara terpusat menghitung dan mengumumkan perolehan suara menjadi bahan yang menarik untuk dikonstruksi ke dalam berita. Namun demikian, hasil konstruksi berita yang dilakukan oleh media berbeda satu sama lain. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan framing model Robert N. Entman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompas.com mendefinisikan deklarasi kemenangan Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga Uno sebagai klaim kemenangan sepihak dengan perkiraan sumber masalah (causal interpretation) hasil penghitungan suara pihak internal BPN dan ditemukannya bukti usaha kecurangan di berbagai daerah. Dari sisi moral evaluation, hal tersebut merupakan keputusan yang kurang tepat. Pasangan Prabowo-Sandiaga perlu menunggu hasil resmi dari KPU dan telah melakukan protes secara hukum ke pengadilan meski pada akhirnya tidak bisa merubah hasil pemenang Pemilu Presiden 2019. Sementara itu, Cnnindonesia.com melihat (problem identification) peristiwa tersebut sebagai permasalah moralitas dengan perkiraan sumber masalah (causal interpretation) yang sama dengan Kompas.com. Dari sisi moral evaluation, kubu Prabowo-Sandiaga tidak percaya pada proses pelaksanaan pemungutan suara Pemilu Presiden 2019. Oleh sebab itu, penyelesaian yang direkomendasikan adalah menunggu hasil resmi KPU dan melakukan gugatan prosedural terkait adanya bukti kecurangan. Arah framing yang dibangun baik Kompas.com maupun Cnnindonesia.com sama-sama mengarahkan peristiwa tersebut pada keputusan yang kurang bijakasana.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that uses a democratic system, since using the Pancasila democracy system in this reform era, one of the most prominent changes is a more democratic general election. The purpose of the study was to determine the role of the KPU in Batu City in Increasing Political Participation in the Community and the factors that could influence this participation. The research method was carried out with qualitative methods. The research findings show the role of the Batu City KPU in Improving Community Political Participation in the 2019 Presidential Election is to conduct socialization about elections, establish election smart houses, collaborate with the government through Kesbangpol, and collaborate with several community organizations in order to socialize simultaneous elections so that they run well. in accordance with applicable laws and achieve nationally determined goals. The supporting factor for the role of the Batu City Election Commission in Increasing Community Political Participation in the 2019 Presidential Election is the collaboration between Batu City Election Commission and the City Government through the Kesbangpol in socializing the general election to make the 2019 general election in Batu City successful, and assistance from the Batu City community, such as community communities, community organizations. The inhibiting factors for the role of the Batu City KPU in Improving Community Political Participation in the 2019 Presidential Election are the lack of budget, lack of human resources, delays in regulations given by the Central KPU.Keywords: KPU, General Elections, Society.Indonesia adalah negara yang mengunakan sistem demokrasi, sejak menggunakan sistem demokrasi pancasila di era reformasi ini salah satu perubahan yang paling menonjol adalah pemilihan umum yan lebih demomokratis. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peran KPU Kota Batu dalam Meningkatkan Partisipasi Politik di Masyarakat dan faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi partisipasi ini. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukan Peran Kpu Kota Batu Dalam Meningkatkan Partisipasi Politik Masyarakat Pada Pilpres 2019 adalah dengan melakukan sosialisai tentang pemilu, mendirikan rumah pintar pemilu, menjalin kerjasama dengan pemerintah melalui kesbangpol, dan menjalin kerjasama dengan beberapa organisasi masyarakat agar mensosialisasikan pemilu serentak agar berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan aturan Undang-Undang yang berlaku dan mencapai tujuan yang sudah ditentukan secara nasional. Faktor pendukung Peran Kpu Kota Batu Dalam Meningkatkan Partisipasi Politik Masyarakat Pada Pilpres 2019 adalah Kerjasama antara Kpu Kota Batu dengan Pemerintah Kota melalui Kesbangpol dalam mensosialisasikan pemiluh untuk mensukseskan pemiluh 2019 di Kota Batu, dan bantuan dari masyarakat Kota Batu, seperti komunitas masyarakat, organisasi masyarakat. Faktor penghambat Peran Kpu Kota Batu Dalam Meningkatkan Partisipasi Politik Masyarakat Pada Pilpres 2019 adalah Kurangnya anggaran, kurangnya Sumber Daya Manusia, terlambatnya regulasi yang diberikan oleh KPU Pusat.Kata Kunci: KPU, Partisipasi Politik, Masyarakat.
