Abstract

Inadequate asset management in non-profit organizations, in this case, Higher Education (PT), will harm the value of the potential benefits that can be obtained from those assets. SIMA IPB is the application of Information Technology (IT) which is expected to be able to support the achievement of accountability in the environment of IPB. In this research, the maturity level analysis of SIMA IPB uses the Framework of Control for Information and Related Technology 4.1 (COBIT 4.1), which is one of the tools used to see existing IT governance. COBIT has four domains, namely Plan and Organization (PO), Acquisition and Implementation (AI), Delivery and Support (DS), and Monitoring and Evaluation (ME). The results of this study were carried out in the PO, AI, DS and ME framework domain based on the maturity level of the COBIT 4.1 framework illustrated in the spider chart. The results found that the level of IT maturity in SIMA IPB Beta Version at Level 4 (managed) with an average maturity index (PO, 3.66), (AI, 3.39), (DS, 3.59), (ME, 3.54), and the gap value (gap) with an average value of 0.84, for the PO domain at level 4 (managed), AI domain level 3 (defined), DS level 4 (managed) domain and ME level 4 (managed) domain. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to give a comprehensive picture about the development of Corporate Social Responsibility in accounting research in Indonesia. In this study, CSR research development was traced through mapping articles published in 14 national accredited journals and 10 international journals which sourced from Emerald, Elsevier, Springer, and Wiley. The sample of this research is 81 articles which examine CSR in Indonesia for the period of 2008-2018. This study classifies articles based on research topic, research method, and the model used by the researchers. The research showed that most of the study about CSR in Indonesia discussed about firm size and profitability (as antecedent variable), firm performance (as consequence variable), and the examination and application of CSR practices in Indonesia This research also showed that analytical method is commonly used as the research method in this topic. Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the portfolio performance in each economic sector based on return and risk of portfolio credit at 3 Sentra Kredit Menengah (SKM) under BNI WJS supervision and to find out the optimal combination or composition of the loan portfolio that provides the greatest return and the lowest risk. In this study using the Markowitz model to produce an optimal portfolio combination. The results showed recommendations of portfolio for the Jakarta Senayan Jakarta Regional especially for SKM, it was suggested to management to expansion in sectors or business with their competencies. To plan the optimal composition of the loan portfolio for credit expansion plan, the alternative of optimum portfolio from the results of this study can be used as a reference. Abstract

This study aims to determine consumer attitudes towards Buavita Royale products, analyze the factors that influence willingness to buy consumer (WTB), and measure the maximum value of willingness to pay consumers' (WTP) towards Buavita Royale products. The results of research on consumer attitudes toward Buavita Royale products using the Fishbein analysis method found that overall obtained an assessment of 291.37 so that consumers remain willing to consume, buy and have the desire to pay for Buavita Royale products. Based on the research results of consumer attitudes with the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) approach to find out what strategies can be carried out by the company is found packaging design variables, benefits, tastes, consumer experience and reputation of PT Unilever needs to be maintained, but the variables; recognition of product brands, availability in the market, and outstanding prices need to be improved. Factors that influence willingness to buy consumers'Buavita Royale products found that the variable that has a significant effect on consumers' desire to pay for Buavita Royale products is that the prices of products circulating in the market today are not a problem for respondents, so product prices tend to increase consumers' willingness to buy. Consumers also have a positive attitude towards Buavita Royale products. The maximum value of the consumer's WTP against Buavita Royale products for 250 ml size with an average value of maximum price of Rp8,226 while for the size of 1000 ml consumers are willing to pay the maximum price with an average price of Rp30,019. Abstract

The tourism sector contributed as the third largest foreign exchange in 2017 after coal and palm commodities that amounted to 14.86 billion US $. In another condition, tourism services export’s growth is lower than other sector. This research is aiming to (1) analyze tourism service performance, (2) Develop a strategy to increase the competitiveness of Indonesia's tourism sector with a case study of the tourism service sector in Lake Toba and Bali. Bali is chosen as a research location because it becomes a benchmark for the development of 10 destination priorities for Indonesia's tourism, while Lake Toba becomes one of the priorities for the development of increased tourist visits to Indonesia. This research uses primary and secondary data. Primary data are obtained from distributing questionnaires in in-depth interviews and FGDs. While secondary data come from the Central Statistics Agency, Bank of Indonesia, The World Economic Forum, and The World Bank. The analytical method used is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results show that tourists visiting Indonesia are dominated by countries in the ASEAN and other Asia Pacific regions such as Malaysia, China, Singapore, Australia, Timor Leste, Japan, India, and South Korea. Furthermore, other partner countries included in the Top 15 are the United Kingdom, the United States, France, Germany, and the Netherlands. The priority strategy for increasing competitiveness of Indonesia’s tourism services case studies Toba Lake and Bali are government facilitation and synergy between Ministries/Institutions followed by a strategy to create a business climate with friendly regulations and finally a strategy to strengthen tourism support infrastructure. Abstract

E-learning is a learning system that uses information systems and internet and intranet technology. E-learning is one of the learning tools in the era of the technological revolution 4.0 which is one of the programs of the Ministry of Higher Education Research. Higher education institutions in Indonesia have used e-learning in learning activities. This study aims to evaluate, and analyze the factors that influence the successful use of e-learning in the Faculty of Engineering. Respondent in this Research consisted of 330 people consisting of students and lecturers of the Faculty of Engineering who use e-learning. Sampling is done by accidental sampling method. The model used in the study is the successful model of Delone and McLean using descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Models (SEM) analysis using SMARTPLS 2.0. The results showed the high level of success in using e-learning at Engineering Faculty at Riau University in semantic succes level, then technical success level, and effectiveness success level. Abstract

Karimata is a restaurant that has two branches at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII), Jakarta and Sentul, Bogor. Even though they are in the same management, both of them have different turnover rates. The average annual turnover at TMII is higher than in Sentul. The purpose of this study was to examine job satisfaction, employee involvement and turnover intentions in both Karimata restaurant locations to reduce turnover rates. The method used is quantitative analysis. The data used is primary data which obtained through filling out questionnaires directly to all permanent employees. Data were collected by census method. The data were analyzed by SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) using SmartPLS software. This study concludes that indicators that affect job satisfaction in TMII are tasks, promotion opportunities, and colleagues, while Sentul branches are salaries, assignments, promotion opportunities, supervisors, and colleagues. The indicator that influences employee involvement in TMII is sincerity and dedication, while in Sentul is dedication. The indicator that influences turnover intentions in TMII is the intention to leave, while in Sentul there is no indication of employees who intend to leave, look for other jobs or think of quitting. Abstract

Koperasi as an association for mutual welfare, conducts business and activities to fulfill the needs of the members. Koperasi Pinto Jaya located at Cipinang Melayu, East Jakarta, was established in 2011. The aim of this study is to design a business model in the future as a step towards further development of KSU Pinto Jaya. This research using descriptive qualitative with approaching method of business model canvas (BMC) and equipped with SWOT and blue ocean strategy. Respondents include internal and external respondents. Internal respondents are the chairman of the cooperative, supervisor, manager, head of the savings and loan unit and cooperative members with the qualifications as respondents. The external respondent is the chairman of the PT. Chingluh and Department of cooperatives and small and medium enterprises. The results obtained from this research is the idea which driven from several central innovation point, including the key activities where KSU Pinto Jaya forms a trading unit business which purposes meeting the need of the member and increasing the revenue. While the next idea as a starting point to form an innovation that starts from the addition of key resources to support and increase key activities. The official website and computer application development carried out by KSU Pinto Jaya becomes starting point to form business model ideas based on conditions where the utilization of information technology by KSU Pinto Jaya is not optimized yet. Abstract

Karawang Regency is an area of rice production center which will be a model for supply chain studies in this research. This study aims to determine the condition of the rice supply chain, determine the performance of the rice supply chain, and formulate efforts to improve the performance of the rice supply chain. The method used is the Food Supply Chain Network (FSCN) and Supply Chain Operation Network (SCOR) approaches. Based on the results of research members of the rice supply chain starts from farmers, traders, and rice mills. The value of performance metrics for farmers that are still not in line with expectations include the metric for orders delivered in full, perfect conditions, production costs, ranges of debt and receivables payments. Obtained several factors causing ineffective and inefficient performance of the rice supply chain in Karawang regency in each supply chain actor. Factors affecting farmers are the high cost of farming and the long range of payment of receivables can be overcome by increasing knowledge and application of technological developments and agricultural machinery, and strengthening the function of farmer groups. Factors affecting collecting traders are the low value of suitability of procurement flexibility. Factors affecting the low performance of rice milling are procurement flexibility and shipping flexibility. Abstract

PT JICT is largest container terminals at Tanjung Priok and has capacity of container up to four million TEUs(Tweenty Foot Equivalent). To compete with other container terminal at Tanjung Priok, JICT needs to evaluate and determine strategy for improving operational performance. The purposes of this research is to indetify internal factor and external factor that influence operational performance at PT JICT and to determine priority of alternative strategy to improve operation container terminal performance.This study used 4 analysis tools matrix i.e. IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) and EFE (External Factor Evaluation), BSC (Balanced Scorecard), AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process), and Analytical Network Process ( ANP). The result showed that position JICT in quadran I with weigh (3.79; 3.16) indicated that JICT phase in grow and build. The results of BSC and AHP showed that perspective of the customer is the first priority that influence operational performance improvement with a weight of 0.48. The main priority alternative strategies generated by using the ANP method to improve operational performance are maintenance of operational facilities and equipment on a regular schedule as well as investing in new operational equipment with a weight of 0.0321.
