Abstract

Islamic education is a process in forming human being totally, and without to differentiate between men and women. The existing of discrimination and the forms of injustice of gender is the influence from the local culture and also from interpreting method of Al-Qur’an verses that is less for women side. This is because Al-Qur’an verses was understood partially and uncontectually.  The Solution to overcome that problem is by understanding Al-Qur’an verses and Hadits Nabi/Prophet proportionally and giving opportunity to the women for getting better education.

Abstract

This classroom action research is conducted to reveal the application of cooperative learning with  Think-Pair-Share model to learners' learning outcomes on geography subjects of mapping basics. The type of this research is action research which carried out 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages: planning, action and observation, reflection, and refission. The subjects of this study are students Class X IPS 2 Semester 1 SMA Negeri 1 Bulu. Data obtained in the form of test results and non-test results. The results showed that the learning outcomes of learners increased from cycle I to cycle II that is equal to 76.00% in cycle I to 88.00% in cycle II. This classroom action research  concludes that cooperative learning with Think-Pair-Share model can improve learners' learning outcomes in geographic subjects of mapping basics material with shown to increase learning mastery of participants to achieve 88% in cycle 2. Think-Pair- Share learning model in this study proved able to increase learner activity

Abstract

This study aims to determine to describe: (1) implement measures tooptimize learning strategies teacher leadership through learningmanager as efforts to improve the quality of teachingEntrepreneurship in students of Class X Fashion 2 di SMK Negeri3 Pati, and (2) efforts to improve the quality of learningEntrepreneurship by applying learning strategies that optimize teacher leadershipthrough learning manager in the learning process.Classroom Action Research used model Kemmis and McTaggart. Implementationactions include four strands: (1) action planning; (2) the implementation of theaction; (3) observation; and (4) reflection. In action research with populationsstudents of Class X Fashion 2 in SMK Negeri 3 Pati amount 33 students, all ofwhich became the subject of research. Data collection techniques usedobservation, interviews, documentation and diaries, then the results wereanalyzed by calculating the percentage of: the quality of the learning process,assessment, and teacher performance.The results showed that the quality of the learning process of each Enterpriseincreased cycle, this is seen in the first cycle the average level of quality learningat 79 (degree of success "qualified") after the second cycle was held to 90 degreeof success "highly qualified"), so there is an increase of 7 points.In conclusion optimization strategies through teacher leadership learningmanagers can improve the quality of learning Entrepreneurship in students ofClass X Fashion 2.

Abstract

The Vocational School was established by the goal to prepare the learners for entering the job field. However, the fact at the field showed that The Vocational School contributed the highest jobless in Indonesia. This fact happened because the competence that was owned by the graduators of Vocational School have not fulfilled competence standard that is needed by the job world and industry. The graduators’ competence of vocational school can be increased by giving training and advanced education after graduated from school. The advanced education is not always in the university level, it means that the advanced education can be formed education to strength the field that is learned by the students during at school that is in line with the job world. However, the importance of education investment have not owned by the society. The society more oriented the graduators of Vocational School for getting job straightly without competence measurement that is owned by them. Therefore, the workers’ career of the Vocational School not as good as the other workers who have recognized for increasing their competence through education. The beginning of recognizing of education investment can be done by activating the career planning program. This Program can give direction to the students of Vocational School in order able to measure their own competence. So that, when those students chose the job can be in line with their competence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kompetensi interpersonal siswa antara siswa Program Khusus dengan siswa Reguler di SMP Batik surakarta.Populasi penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Batik Surakarta, baik Reguler maupun Program Khusus tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 84 siswa dengan teknik Propotional  Random Sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan angket dan dokumentasi, selanjutnya dianalisis dengan T test dua sampel.Simpulan penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada perbedaan kompetensi interpersonal siswa program Khusus dan Siswa program Reguler di SMP Batik Surakarta. Nilai rata-rata siswa yang menempuh pendidikan program khusus sebesar 153,05, sedang yang menempuh program reguler sebesar 137,41.Kata kunci : Kompetensi interperonal, siswa program khusus, siswa reguler

Abstract

The sustainable issue of street vendor (PKL) management in Surakarta needs a programed supervision model in order to make PKL growing and having greater impact. The research aimed to arrange a PKL coaching model which is well programmed and sustainable to make PKL become a power of stable economic people and capable to suppport many city development programs including The City Creatif Action Program year 2017-2021. This improvisation research studied the first year research findings with the colleagues who have responsibility in PKL supervision, observer and practitioner, in turn developing a programed and sustainable model. The critical analysis was used to analyze the data which is analyze the weaknesses and strength a model so that it become the most suitable model. The coaching is arranged as follows: (1) The implementation syntax consists of: bring around and forming attitude leads up to care and aware attitude, expand knowledge transformation, capability, basic skills, and intellectual skill improvement in order to develop initiative and innovation skill to reach an autonomy. (2) The coaching scope consists of: a) arrange a stable business environment, b) capital assistance, c) business protection, d) partnership development, e) training, f) establish special institution, g) promotion development, h) develop facilities and infrastructure. (3) Coaching PKL based on counseling and guidance. (4) Implementation of counseling and developing PKL consists of: a. Counseling and developing in production and processing, b. Marketing, c. Human resources, d. technology.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to know futher about the influence between parent socialeconomics condition and parent attention towards students study achievement, bothpartially or simultantly. The kinds of research is quantitative with this explanative approachused all students from class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Purwantoro in 2013/2014 Academic Year,around 103 students as population. Research sample around 78 students was established byusing sampling technique proportional random sampling. Technique of Data collection byusing questionaire and documentation, then data analysis by using doubled linierregression.The research result show that parent social economics condition and parentattention both partially or simultantly have positive influenced towards study achievement ofstudents from class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Purwantoro in 2013/2014 Academic Year, theeffective contribution of parent economics condition is 32,2%, while the effective contributionof parent attention is 22,8%, therefore total contribution of both is 55%.

Abstract

This research in the background with Padang City is one of the cities that has existing tourism potential, where Padang City itself has vulnerability and vulnerability to disasters on existing tourist objects. This is a concern or concern for the city government of Padang if you want to develop tourism. On the one hand, Padang City has strong tourism potential, and on the other hand, Padang also has a high vulnerability to disasters. Thus, of course, the Padang City Government needs to create or manage tourism development strategies in disaster-prone areas. This study uses the theory of types of a plan initiated by Kotten. In this theory, there are four types of policies, namely: Organizational Strategy, Program Strategy, Resource Support Strategy, Institutional Strategy. The method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach, data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation, while the method for selecting information is using a purposive sampling technique. To test the validity of the data obtained in the field, researchers used source triangulation. Based on the findings in the area, the Padang City Government has a strategy to develop tourism based on disaster mitigation, which through the Department of Tourism and Culture and the Padang City Regional Disaster Management Agency, has programs related to the development of disaster-based tourism mitigation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jenis media paling efektif, yang dapat digunakanuntuk memperoleh calon mahasiswa baru bagi perguruan tinggi. tujuan lain adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran berbagai alternatif media yang dapat digunakan untuk menyebarluaskan informasi keberadaan sebuah perguruan tinggi.Penelitian multiple case studi ini menggunakan subyek penelitian meliputi mahasiswa baru tahunakademik 2010-2011 pada lima perguruan tinggi swasta di Surakarta, meliputi : UMS, UNISRI, UTP, UNIBA, dan UNIVET. pengambilan sampel dengan random untuk mengambil 50 secara incidential untuk setiap perguruan tinggi. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket. Selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Varian Klasifikasi Tunggal.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) rata-rata jumlah media yang berhasil mempengaruhi kelimaPTS berbeda satu dengan yang lain, 2) variasi dan banyak model publikasi mempengaruhi jumlah calon mahasiswa pendaftar, 3) jenis media yang memiliki efektifitas tinggi adalah; mahasiswaPTS itu sendiri, Forum mahasiswa Daerah, spanduk, anjangsana ke sekolah-sekolah, dan iklan urdoor.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the learning outcome with the subject matter of Population Social Science Approach Jigsaw. Subjects and data sources eighth grade students study VIII F as many as 36 students. Methods of data collection using observation, documentation, and testing. Analysis of data using a critical and comparative analysis. Indicators of success using the criteria limit minimal is 75 and the target completeness 100%. Research procedure uses cycles. Based on the resultt of research and discussion can be concluded that: the data obtained from pre cycle until the second cycle, obtained the progress of student achievement in the learning of Social Sciences with the material of the population through the approach of Jigsaw, the pre cycle average of 73 and the first cycle an average of 79 and the second cycle by an average of 87. from this data, it seems clear that an increase in the average value of pre cycle to a first cycle of six figures (8%), from the first cycle to the second cycle an increase of 8 numbers (10%) , from the second cycle pre cycle to an increase of 14 points (19%). The highest value pre cycle stage at 82 and 88 as well as the first cycle of the second cycle of 92. It is clear that from the stage to the first cycle pre cycle an increase of 6 numbers (7%), from the first cycle to the second cycle an increase of 6 numbers (7% ), and the second cycle of pre cycle to an increase of 12 points (14%). The lowest scores were obtained for 66 pre cycle stage and the first cycle of 72 and the second cycle of 82. thus, can be affirmed that the step of the first cycle pre cycle to an increase of 6 figures (9%), from the first cycle to the second cycle an increase of 10 number (14%), and the second cycle of pre cycle to an increase of 16 points (24%). The percentage of mastery learning from pre cycle obtained by 29% and the first cycle was obtained by 70% and the second cycle of 100%. It seems clear that from the stage to the first cycle pre cycle an increase of 41%, from the first cycle to the second cycle an increase of 30%, and from the second cycle pre cycle to an increase of 71%. Thus, the learning achievements of students in Social Sciences with a population of matter through Jigsaw from pre cycle approach to the second cycle there is a significant riseKeywords: Jigsaw, demographic, academic achievement
