Abstract

This study aims to explain the role of women leaders in local government, in this case Dusun 001, in carrying out leadership roles and trying to advance the welfare of the community. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative, and research data were collected through interviews, observation, and literature study. There were three informants in the study: Yustina Sumini (head of Dusun 001), Sumadi (community leader), and Aseni (head of the women farmer group). From the results of the study, it was found that female leaders can make a lot of contributions and are more effective at mobilizing citizens, especially women. Yustina Sumini's leadership belongs to the category of transforming entrepreneurial leadership type. This can be found in the elements led by Yustina Sumini in mobilizing and inviting mothers to engage in the creative economy to improve family welfare.

Abstract

Poster film animasi merupakan salah satu untuk untuk mempromosikan suatu film, keberadaan poster film sudah menjadi bagian dalam produksi film, selain berfungsi untuk promosi, poster juga memiliki suatu makna makna tersembunyi yang akan membuat orang-orang penasaran ingin mengetahui isi dari poster tersebut melalui menonton filmnya. terlihat dari poster film animasi milik disney dan pixar, poster “Luca” ini memiliki karakteristik tersendiri dan mempunyai keunikan dimana terdapat sebuah pesan dan juga makna dari objek yang berada pada poster tersebut. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk lebih memahami makna visual dari poster “Luca”. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan semiotika dari Roland Barthes, dimana pada poster tersebut memperlihatkan perubahan wujud dari monster laut menjadi manusia biasa yang dapat bersahabat dengan seorang manusia. Pengambilan latar tempat yang terinspirasi dari kota Riviera berlokasi di Italia, serta pemilihan warna yang cerah pada poster semakin memberikan kesan bahagia dan cocok untuk ditonton oleh anak anak. Animated film posters are one way to promote a film, the existence of a film poster has become part of film production, apart from functioning for promotion, posters also have hidden meanings that will make people curious to know the contents of the poster by watching the film. . seen from Disney and Pixar's animated film posters, posters "Luca" has its own characteristics and is unique in that there is a message and also the meaning of the object on the poster. This study aims to better understand the visual meaning of the “Luca” poster. This research method uses a descriptive semiotic approach from Roland Barthes, where the poster shows the change in form from a sea monster to an ordinary human who can be friends with a human. Taking a background inspired by the city of the Riviera located in Italy, as well as the selection of bright colors on the poster gives a more happy impression and is suitable for children to watch.

Abstract

Perkembangan media sosial dimanfaatkan oleh humas pemda Kabupaten Sumbawa untuk memaksimalkan penyebaran informasi terkait pemerintahan. namun jumlah like pada setiap postingan hanya berkisar 20 hingga 30 like.penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat Kelurahan Seketeng terhadap Humas Pemerintah Kabupaten Sumbawa dalam penyebaran informasi pemerintahan melalui akun media sosial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi masyarakat terhadap humas pemda Kabupaten Sumbawa dalam penyebaran informasi pemerintahan melalui akun media sosial cenderung positif dengan beberapa harapan dan kritikan yang diharapkan dapat membangun dari masyarakat untuk humas pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Sumbawa.

Abstract

The development of telecommunications technology is increasingly opening up great opportunities for everyone to have their own media. So that opens up opportunities for everyone to become a citizen journalist. This research arises from the results of the increasingly widespread phenomenon of citizen journalists using social media such as Instagram to convey local news, such as at the sub-district or residential area level. The purpose of this research is to observe how citizen journalists apply journalism to convey news and information to citizens via Instagram. The research method uses a qualitative approach, literature, interviews, and analyzes content created by citizen journalists for one year. The results of the research show that the types of local news at the sub-district level with news values of proximity are really needed or in demand by residents of the area where the journalist lives.

Abstract

Keterbukaan informasi publik menjadi jembatan pemerintah daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat dengan pemerintah Desa dan Nagari untuk peninjaurn pembangunan. Bahkan Nagari III Koto Aur Malintang Kabupaten Padang Pariaman Provinsi Sumatera Barat, berhasil meraih penghargaan berprestasi “Informatif” dari Komisi Informasi Sumatera Barat yang mengemas komunikasi Nagari kepada Masyarakat dari seluruh Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Pemetaan model komunikasi di Nagari III Koto Aur Malintang penting untuk dilihat karena pemerintahan Nagari ini memiliki struktural Pejabat Pengelola Informasi Publik (PPID) atau yang biasa dikenal dengan Humas Pemerintah. Humas Pemerintah ini mengelola roda aspirasi masyarakat di Nagari sehingga berperan atas kemajuan Nagari. Model komunikasi Humas Pemerintah Nagari III Koto Aur Malintang ini dipelajari secara detil proses, karakteristik, power relations dengan perspektif komunikasi pemerintahnya. analisis penelitian dimulai dengan memetakan persoalan-persoalan yang dihadapi humas pemerintah sebagai Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi berfungsi sebagai pengelola dan penyampai dokumen yang dimiliki oleh badan publik sesuai dengan amanat UU 14/2008 tentang keterbukaan informasi publik di Nagari III Koto Aur Malintang Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan paradigma konstruktivisme. subjek penelitian adalah Pejabat Humas Pemerintah di Nagari III Koto Aur Malintang, Wali Nagari, praktisi media, dan pemangku kepentingan yang mewakilkan masyarakat Nagari. Hasil penelitian melihat model komunikasi humas pemerintah memiliki peran dalam pembangunan hubungan fungsional dengan publik melalui kerjasama dengan pemangku adat bersama anak Nagari dalam rangka publikasi kegiatan Nagari III Koto Aur Malintang sehingga menunjang pemerataan pembangunan di Nagari.

Abstract

The problem raised in this study is what are the symptoms of groupthink that occur in the Community One Piece Bengkulu Rafflesia which has several advantages compared to other communities, one of which is that this community adheres to a family system within it. The method used in this study was a qualitative descriptive method by producing descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from the people being observed. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. This study used the theory of groupthink from Irvin. L. Janis as the main theorist. The results of the study show that the symptoms of groupthink that arise in this community are the perception of invincibility, belief in group morality, collective rationality, illusions about unanimity and pressure on those who disagree. The symptoms of groupthink arise because the group members already feel very confident that their group is the best group compared to other groups. Even so, not all the conditions and symptoms described in theory occur. because basically, all members of the group still maintain each other's integrity.

Abstract

The drama entitled True Beauty is a Korean drama produced by tvN which was released in 2020 directed by Kim Sang Hyub. In this study, researchers used Charles Sanders Peirce's theory of semiotic analysis. Charles Sanders Peirce's theory emphasizes that criminal behavior is not due to heredity, but social/social environmental factors. The purpose of this research is to represent bullying, which the researchers found that there are three types of bullying that occur in this drama, namely physical bullying, verbal bullying, and psychological bullying. The method used is to group signs based on scenes related to the representation of bullying in the drama, which is then explained in each type of bullying scene. The conclusion of the study was that students bullied Lim Ju Kyung and Han Go Won on the grounds that both Lim Ju Kyung and Han Go Won had ugly looks. So that students at the school carry out bullying in the form of slapping, grabbing, pushing, insulting, threatening, giving nicknames, and looking down on victims. These actions can cause the victim to become insecure, easily scared, and can even lead to suicide.

Abstract

Rukun Tetangga (RT) pada Keputusan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 49 Tahun 2021 tentang Penataan Lembaga Ketahanan Masayarakat Desa atau Sebutan Lainnya, merupakan bagian dari Lembaga Ketahanan Masyarakat Desa (LKMD). Salah satu tujuan RT untuk mempercepat teciptanya tertib administrasi, rasa aman, damai dan dapat melindungi warga tempatannya dalam rasa ketakutan dan ancaman. RT juga berperan sebagai kontrol pada tingkat grass root sebagai pembinaan keamanan ketertiban masyarakat. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian survey, dengan tingkat eksplanasi deskriptif serta menggunakan analisis data kualitatif, dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 7 orang. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah, observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan triangulasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model dari Miles dan Huberman. Adapun hasil penelitian peranan Rukun Tetangga (RT) dalam penanganan masuknya teroris di wilayah Rukun Tetangga (RT) 08 Rukun Warga (RW) 04 Dusun Ujung Lebuh Desa Logas Kecamatan Singingi Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi tidak dapat dilaksanakan sebagaimana yang diharapkan.

Abstract

As population growth continues to increase, the transportation needs that support each person's journey will increase. The increasing number of motorized vehicles can pose a risk to traffic accidents. A strategy is needed to reduce traffic accidents in order to reduce the number of accidents in Bengkulu City. This strategy was carried out by the Bengkulu City Resort Police, especially Laka and Bengkulu City. This thesis aims to provide information and describe the strategy of the city of Bengkulu in reducing traffic accidents in the city of Bengkulu. This thesis reveals strategies in the form of counseling or socialization to the people of Bengkulu city. The research method used is a qualitative method with an inductive approach based on descriptive strategies that will clearly explain the strategy in reducing traffic accidents in the city of Bengkulu. Guided by Michael A Hitt's theory of Strategy Management Theory, namely human factors, vehicles, and the physical environment. The results of the study concluded that there were several strategies for the Bengkulu city police in reducing Bengkulu city accidents: 1) Conducting counseling to schools in the city of Bengkulu, 2) Notifying parents so that their children do not drive to school if they do not have a driver's license (SIM ), 3) Giving appeals on the road to the community, 4) Conducting counseling to motorcycle taxi drivers for orderly traffic, 5) Coordinating with relevant agencies such as Public Works and the Transportation Agency.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are to describe and find how ethnic group REJANG efforts to preserve regional language,effort of parents and generations who lived in the Tanjung Karet village.This research uses qualitative method,data colectiontechniques were perfomed using primary dta through observation and interviews with research information while secondary data obtained from photo techniques.Which is obtained from multiple data sources through interviews with research information.Though the sosiolinguistik theory the resultsof this research show that people are still live at Tanjung Karet using rejng language for interactions in everyday activities such as when using a public speech the community still using rejang language though the event was attended by outsiders Tanjung Karet.The community using the rejang language for pray to god and other custom events.sentence allusion to the young people who use a foreign language with the local community.People still enthusiastically singings songs Rejang language when weddings.Parents using rejang language to their children from childhood.
