Abstract

This study aims to analyze and assess BAZNAS's operations performance in Kediri Regency, using the Maslahah Performa (MaP) framework. The main issue addressed in this research is the importance of examining not only financial and management efficiency but also how well the objectives of maqasid shariah are achieved in zakat management. Using a qualitative descriptive approach with a normative-sociological viewpoint, the research gathered information through observations, interviews, and document reviews. The results indicate that BAZNAS Kediri shows a strong level of Maslahah Performa (MaP), achieving a performance score of 0.941, indicating significant success in meeting the welfare needs of stakeholders across six critical areas: worship, internal processes, human resources, learning, customer relations, and asset management. On the other hand, the process-oriented score of 0.550 indicates that although the execution of the Maslahah Scorecard (MaSC) stages is satisfactory, further improvements are needed to achieve optimal results. In summary, the Maslahah Performa method is an effective assessment tool for evaluating zakat institutions by combining financial and spiritual elements, thereby enhancing overall accountability and promoting sustainable performance.

Abstract

This study examination's analysis aims to pinpoint the partial and concurrent impacts of workplace stress, work environment, and remuneration on worker productivity. The study's focus is the workers in PT. XYZ company's logistics division, and the sample size is made up of 31 respondents they was determined by the use of purposive sampling. The quantitative correlation methodology is the method employed in this study. Information was gathered by distributing questionnaires, and the results were examined using multiple linear regression analysis, as well as validity and reliability tests and traditional assumptions like normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. The t-test results indicate that employee productivity is somewhat significantly impacted by pay, work environment, and job stress. The F-test's significance score of 0.001 indicates that these three factors simultaneously had a substantial effect on labor productivity. With an index of correlation (R squared) of 0.595, these three factors account for 59.5% of the variation in labor productivity. Therefore, it is anticipated that this research will aid in the development of labor productivity growth plans by using an appropriate technique to analyze the components under study. These three elements must be equally prioritized by the organization in order to increase worker productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the development of human resource management (HRM) at PT. Damar Outsourcing Anugrah, a company that provides labor services in the fields of security and cleanliness, operating in Bengkulu Province. Human resource management is a key factor in determining the company's success, particularly in the outsourcing industry, which heavily relies on the quality, competence, and loyalty of the workforce.(1) This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, utilizing techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation involving the management and employees of PT. Damar Outsourcing Anugrah. The primary focus of the research includes aspects of employee recruitment, placement, training, and career development. The research findings indicate that the company has implemented a systematic recruitment process in line with work competency standards, places workers based on their qualifications and client needs, and provides training to enhance employees' technical and non-technical skills. Additionally, the company has established a career development system to boost motivation and loyalty among the workforce.(2) In terms of the human resource development variable, the company has made efforts to apply the principles of Human Capital Management (HCM) by viewing human resources as a long-term investment asset. However, challenges persist, such as high turnover rates, a lack of sense of ownership toward the company, and limited career opportunities for outsourcing workers. Therefore, a more comprehensive human resource development strategy is required, including enhanced continuous training, structured career planning, and the implementation of a digital-based human resource management system to enable the company to compete sustainably.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Credit Risk Management and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on the Financial Performance of conventional banks with Operational Efficiency as a mediating variable. Secondary data were obtained from the financial reports of conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020–2024 and analyzed using panel data regression and mediation tests. The results show that Credit Risk Management has a positive effect on Operational Efficiency but a negative effect on Financial Performance. GCG has a positive effect on operational efficiency but no significant effect on Financial Performance. Operational Efficiency has a negative effect on Financial Performance but is able to mediate the relationship between Credit Risk Management and GCG on Financial Performance. These findings indicate that the implementation of effective Credit Risk Management and GCG can improve efficiency, although their impact on profitability is not yet consistent. This study provides implications for bank management to strengthen governance and risk control in order to promote sustainable financial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of product quality, price, and brand image on consumer purchase decisions at Faste Coffee, particularly among students in Bandarlampung. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression, with a sample of 200 respondents who are Faste Coffee consumers that made purchases in the last three months. The results indicate that product quality, price, and brand image significantly affect purchase decisions simultaneously. Among these three factors, product quality has the most significant impact on purchase decisions, followed by price and brand image. The regression coefficients show that improvements in product quality, competitive pricing, and a positive brand image increase the likelihood of consumers making repeat purchases. Moreover, the ANOVA test reveals that the regression model is highly significant, with Sig. < 0.001, indicating that these three factors contribute greatly to purchase decisions. This study provides valuable insights for Faste Coffee's management to enhance product quality, offer more competitive pricing, and strengthen their brand image through positive consumer experiences. The findings are expected to assist Faste Coffee in formulating more effective marketing strategies, especially to attract young consumers, particularly students as the primary market segment.

Abstract

The oil and gas industry carries high operational risks, making the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices crucial. This study aims to explore the implementation of HSE practices at PT Perta Arun Gas (PAG), an LNG terminal company that has successfully achieved a zero-accident record. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with the HRD Manager and HSE Staff, supplemented by analysis of supporting documents. The findings reveal that PAG's success is achieved through the integration of three key factors: (1) Technological innovation via the PEKA DIGI application, which facilitates real-time hazard reporting and active participation from all employees; (2) Communication as Proactive management commitment and leadership demonstrated through programs like Daily Brief, Management Walk Through (MWT), Safety Walk and Talk (SWAT) and HSE Values Socialization; and (3) The visual aspect serves as a highly effective tool for conveying constant and memorable safety messages through HSE Posters. It is concluded that PAG's zero-accident achievement is not the result of a single factor, but rather an outcome of a comprehensive and integrated HSE system where technology, leadership, and culture reinforce each other. This study recommends enhancing PEKA DIGI's predictive analytics capabilities and establishing a more structured feedback mechanism to further strengthen a sustainable safety culture.

Abstract

PT XYZ, as a state-owned enterprise in the energy sector, faces challenges in implementing appropriate integrated governance. The latest regulation, Permen SOEs No. 02/MBU/03/2023, emphasizes the importance of implementing integrated governance encompassing risk management, internal audit, and compliance. Therefore, an adaptive, effective, and efficient integrated governance model is needed, capable of addressing the weaknesses of the current silo approach while consistently strengthening GCG across all group entities. The purpose of this study is to analyze the structure of risk management organs in each subsidiary, identify and formulate relevant parameters for designing an effective and optimal integrated governance model or policy, and develop a roadmap for implementing integrated governance in the PT XYZ Group. Data were collected through primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires, while secondary data were obtained from PT XYZ's annual reports. The analysis was conducted using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method based on three main parameters: (1) Business Line (directly connected to the parent supply chain, not related to the supply chain but supporting the RJPP pillars, not supporting both), (2) Size and Contribution (assets, capital, net profit), and (3) Status and Share Ownership (operational, controlling, non-controlling). The findings show that based on the analysis of the hierarchy process (AHP), the priority weights of the criteria in the entity assessment are Business Line (59.6%), Status & share ownership (22.8%), and size & contribution (17.5%). The AHP results confirm that subsidiaries in the core supply chain and with operational status have the highest priority in strengthening governance. Based on the risk classification, this study simplifies the entity types into three categories: Type 1, Type 2 and Type 3 and this study compiles a three-stage roadmap (short, medium, and long term). This study recommends that strengthening integrated governance in PT XYZ Group must be carried out gradually and proportionally.
