Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of role conflict and emotional exhaustion of teachers and commitment to the organization. The experiment was conducted on teacher SMPN 2 and SMPN 12 Malang, amounting to 64 people and hypothesis testing is done by using path analysis. The results  of this study suggest that there is no direct effect of role conflict and emotional exhaustion on commitment to the organization, but both of them (role conflict and emotional exhaustion) had an indirect influence on organizational commitment.  Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh konflik peran dan kelelahan emosional guru dan komitmen terhadap organisasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada guru SMPN 2 dan SMPN 12 Malang yang berjumlah 64 orang dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh langsung dari konflik peran dan kelelahan emosional pada komitmen terhadap organisasi, tetapi keduanya (konflik peran dan kelelahan emosional) memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

The main focus of this study is to describe the implementation of Internship (PPL), the students’ interest in becoming a teacher, and whether the implementation of PPL program can increase of the interest of students to be a teacher. The research approach in this study is qualitative descriptive approach with the subjects of the research is the supervisor of the PPL program, counselor teacher, head of curriculum and students of Office Administration Education in the academic year of 2012 who have conducted PPL program. The research finding showed that: (1) PPL program has already performing quite well, it is due to the fact that it can provide benefits for students before becoming a teacher. However, there are still some obstacles and things that should be evaluated to ensure that PPL program can be ran effectively and efficiently, (2) the interest of students to become a teacher is influenced by various factors, internal and external, and (3) based on the interview result, the implementation of PPL program can increase of the interest of students to become a teacher.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to produce, to know the validation, and effectiveness of e-module based flipbook with Discovery Learning Model that is produced by researcher. The product resulted from this research and development is e-module based flipbook with Discovery Learning Model in archival with basic competencies Applying Archive Maintenance Procedures.  This research and development uses Lee & Owens consisting of 4 steps: (1) Assessment/Analysis; (2) Design; (3) Development and Implementation; (4) Evaluation. Subjects of this research and development are product technology experts, material experts, and learners. The average product technology expert validation is 95.4 percent, material expert validation is 97 percent, and student validation is 91.6 percent. The e-module is effective to be used in learning activities in the classroom as indicated by the normalized gain test > 0.7 of 0.75.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the direct effect of third-party funds (TPF) on People's Business Credit (PBC), Profitability, and the immediate effect of PBC on profitability, as well as the indirect effect of TPF on profitability through PBC.  The study employs multiple linear regression data analysis through data processing using the Micro Business segment financial statements. The population and sample were the data of monthly TPF, Micro PBC, and profitability in the form of a Return on Assets (ROA) ratio from 2017 to 2019 period. The research target is the Micro Business segment in the Regional Office of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (BRI) Malang. The results of the data analysis indicate that TPF has a direct effect on the increase of PBC and indirect impact on profitability, as well as an immediate effect of the increase PBC on the decrease of profitability

Abstract

On the tenth grade students of APK 3 at SMKN 2 Kediri, it is known that they have low achievement. The research finding showed that the Mind Mapping learning model is able to make students to be active and creative as well as helping students to improve their learning activities and outcomes Office Administration subject. This can be seen based on the value of learning activities that is observed by 3 observers. The average value of student activity before the given action was only 72.8 with criterion B (good). Furthermore, the average value of the class in the first cycle after the implementation of Mind Mapping learning model increased to be 75.8 with B (good) criterion. In the second cycle, the average value increased student learning activities to be 82 with criterion B (good). Meanwhile, the learning outcome of students is also increased during the study. The average value of daily tests before given action is 75 the number of students who completed a total is 18 students, while the average value of the first post-test cycle is 82.4 with a number of students who passed is as many as 23 students and the average value of post test cycle II is 91.1 with a number of students who completed as many as 34 students.Abstrak: Di kelas X APK 3 SMKN 2 Kediri diketahui bahwa nilai aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar siswa rendah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Mind Mapping mampu menjadikan siswa aktif dan kreatif serta membantu siswa untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar mereka pada mata pelajaran Administrasi Perkantoran. Hal tersebut terbukti pada nilai aktivitas belajar yang diamati oleh 3 orang observer. Nilai rata-rata aktivitas belajar siswa sebelum diberi tindakan hanya 72,8 dengan kriteria B (baik) Selanjutnya nilai rata-rata kelas pada siklus I setelah adanya penerapan model pembelajaran Mind Mapping meningkat menjadi 75,8 dengan kriteria B (baik). Pada siklus II nilai rata-rata aktivitas belajar siswa meningkat menjadi 82 dengan kriteria B (baik). Sedangkan hasil belajar siswa juga mengalami peningkatan selama penelitian. Nilai rata-rata ulangan harian sebelum diberi tindakan adalah 75 dengan jumlah siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 18 orang siswa sedangkan nilai rata-rata post test siklus I adalah 82,4 dengan jumlah siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 23 orang siswa dan nilai rata-rata post test siklus II adalah 91,1 dengan jumlah siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 34 orang siswa.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aimed to describe the implementation learning model of Cooperative Script on the archival subject study at students Office Administration program Class XII APK SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Kepanjen, as the effort to improve activities and learning outcomes. Research subject is all of students class XIIAPK SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Kepanjen which amount 33 students. Research method used cycle method, consist of 4 phase that are planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Data collection through observation, test, and analysis documentation which conducted through learning, exposure data and conclusions. Research result shows that through learning model of Cooperative Script can improve learning outcomes of student on the archival subject at the student Office Administration program Class XII APK SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Kepanjen.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian in adalah mendiskripsikan  penerapan model pembelajaran CooperativeScript  pada mata pelajarn Kearsipan studi pada siswa program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran kelas XII APK SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Kepanjen, sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa.  Subyek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XIIAPK SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Kepanjen yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode siklus  terdiri 4 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Data-data dalam peneletian ini diperoleh melalui observasi, tes dan dokumentasi.Analisis data dilakukan melalui pembelajaran, paparan data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nelalui model pembelajaran Cooperative Script  dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaan Kearsipan pada siswa program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran Kelas XII APK SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Kepanjen.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the magnitude of the influence of the problem-based learning model and learning styles on student learning outcomes at SMK Bina Pangudi Luhur Jakarta. The research method used in this study was a survey method with a population of 105 students in the X grade and the sampling technique was proportional random sampling. The result was a significant direct and indirect influence between the problem-based learning model on student learning outcomes, learning styles on learning outcomes, the problem-based learning model on student learning styles, as well as the problem-based learning models and learning styles on the learning outcomes of students of class X at SMK Bina Pangudi Luhur Jakarta. In addition to the problem-based learning model and learning style, student learning outcomes were also influenced by other factors. Therefore, further research can examine more closely the other factors that influence student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This module is integrated with guided inquiry model in order to improve the learning process that support students’ thingking ability development. The product developed is Filling Management learning module on the subject of filling system using guided inquiry model. Module validation is done by a lecture of department of management in office administration major of State University of Malang, a teacher on the subject of filling system at SMK PGRI 2 Malang and ten students of the tenth grade of SMK PGRI 2 Malang. The result of the validation shows that the modul is categorized as very valid. The average persentage of the validation result is 93%. This module is effective to improve the quality of learning processes and achievement, referring to the difference of the mean scor of students achievement of experimental class and the controlled class that is 73,767 and 59,674 using t test in SPSS program. The further is suggested to use this module based on guided inquiry as an alternative to support the learning of Filling Management in the subject of filling system.ABSTRAK: Modul ini diintegrasikan dengan model guided inquiry yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan proses berpikir siswa. Produk pengembangan adalah modul pembelajaran Kearsipan pada materi sistem kearsipan menggunakan model guided inquiry. Validasi modul dilakukan oleh 1 orang dosen jurusan manajemen program studi administrasi perkantoran Universitas Negeri Malang, 1 orang guru mata pelajaran Kearsipan di SMK PGRI 2 Malang, dan 10 siswa kelas X SMK PGRI 2 Malang. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa modul termasuk kategori sangat valid. Hasil persentase rata-rata uji validasi adalah 93%. Modul ini efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses dan hasil belajar, ditinjau dari perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol, yaitu 73,767 dan 59,674 melalui uji t program SPSS. Lebih lanjut disarankan untuk menggunakan modul berbasis guided inquiry ini sebagai alternative penunjang pembelajaran Kearsipan pada materi sistem kearsipan.

Abstract

Abstract: This study was conducted to determine (1) the implementation of correspondence learning by using visual media, (2) differences in the learning results for the tenth grade students who uses visual media and classes that do not use the visual media, (3) the response of the tenth grade students of in useing visual media in teaching. The research finding showed that: (1) the class that uses visual media, the attention and interest of students to the material is more visible and enthusiastic compared with classes that do not use the visual media. Most of the students in the control class show less interest and attention to the presented material. Most of the students are still not ready to accept the material, for example, there are students who are chatting with friends; (2) the results of gain score obtained from experimental class is 12.27 (13%), while the control class is 1.67 (2%). From these findings, it showed the results of the experimental class gain greater score than the control class that does not use visual media, (3) applied learning activities are also very fun and not boring so that students are able to absorb the material. From the results of the questionnaire instrument data processing, it can be concluded that as many as nine respondents (41%) assume that Visual Media that is applied is excellent, six respondents (27%) stated that applied Visual Media is good, five respondents (23%) stated Visual media is not good, and 2 respondents (9%) stated that Visual Media is very bad. Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui (1) pelaksanaan pembelajaran korespondensi menggunakan media visual, (2) perbedaan hasil belajar siswa kelas X yang menggunakan media visual dengan kelas yang tidak menggunakan media visual, (3) respon dari siswa kelas X yang menggunakan media visual dalam pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kelas yang menggunakan media visual, perhatian dan minat siswa terhadap materi lebih tampak dan antusias dibandingkan dengan kelas yang tidak menggunakan media visual. Sebagian siswa pada kelas kontrol kurang menunjukkan minat dan perhatian terhadap materi yang disampaikan. Sebagian siswa ada yang masih belum siap menerima materi, contohnya masih ada siswa yang mengobrol dengan teman sebangkunya. (2) hasil gain score yang diperoleh kelas eksperimen yaitu sebesar 12,27 (13%), sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar 1,67 (2%). Dari temuan tersebut menunjukkan hasil gain score kelas eksperimen lebih besar daripada kelas kontrol yang tidak menggunakan media visual, (3) kegiatan pembelajaran yang diterapkan juga sangat menyenangkan dan tidak membosankan sehingga siswa mampu menyerap materi. Dari hasil olah data instrument kuesioner, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebanyak  9 responden (41%) menganggap bahwa Media Visual yang diterapkan dinyatakan sangat baik, sebanyak 6 responden (27%) menyatakan Media Visual yang diterapkan berkategori baik, sebanyak 5 responden (23%)  menyatakan Media Visual kurang, dan sebanyak 2 responden (9%)  menyatakan bahwa Media Visual sangat kurang.

Abstract

This study compares the effectiveness of learning model use role playing and group guidance in improving entrepreneurial skills. This study applied true experimental design with postest-only control design model and pretest-postest control group design. The study was conducted on undergraduate students in FPIPS IKIP PGRI Jember as an experimental class with undergraduate students of economic pedagogy in FKIP University Jember as a control class. The finding showed that the role-playing games learning are more effective model instead of group counseling-based learning to improve students’ entrepreneurial skills and spirits. For this findings, it is suggested to the lecturer of this course to not only provides theoretical basis but also required to portray the entrepreneurial spirit.
