Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) class climate, learning interest, learning discipline, learning motivation, and learning outcomes; (2) the effect of class climate on learning outcomes; (3) the effect of learning interest on learning outcomes; (4) the effect of learning discipline on learning outcomes; (5) the effect of learning motivation on learning outcomes; and (6) the dominant effect between class climate, learning interest, learning discipline, and learning motivation on learning outcomes. The population in this study is a tenth grade student that consist of 175 students, a sample of 120 students with used proportionate random sampling technique. The method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) class climate can be classified good, learning interest can be classified good, learning discipline can be classified good, learning motivation can be classified good, and learning outcomes can be classified quite high; (2) there is no positive effect and significant between class climate on learning outcomes; (3) there is no positive effect and significant of learning interest on learning outcomes; (4) there is no positive effect and significant of learning discipline on learning outcomes; (5) there is no positive effect and significant of learning motivation on learning outcomes; and (6) learning motivation is the dominant variable affecting learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative research by using descriptive and ex-post facto. The purpose of this research is to know how: (1) the description of learning achievement, description of internship experience, description of working interest, and description of working readiness; (2) the effect of productive learning achievement, internship experience, and working interest partially on the readiness of work for the students of SMK Negeri 1 Kraksaan Probolinggo. Data collection techniques used are questionnaire and documentation method. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. The result of the analysis shows that: (1) student learning achievement of productive, student internship experience, students working interest, and readiness of student work is in good category; (2) there is a negative and not significant influence between learning achievement of productive education and training on job readiness; (3) there is a positive but insignificant influence between internship experience on job readiness; (4) there is a positive but not significant influence between the interest of work to the readiness of class XII business management students in SMK Negeri 1 Kraksaan Probolinggo.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is: generate a module-based POE (Predict-Observe-Explain) correspondence on the subject matter of making procedures commercial letters, know the feasibility of module, and knowing the difference skill writing letters that do not use the modul correspondence with the letter writing skills using a module correspondence. This type of research and development and modul after being validated matter expert, expert modules, and 12 students with result very valid/usable. The skills of letter writing in students with t-test calculations in SPSS, it is known that a significant difference between the average student learning outcomes experimental class and control class.

Abstract

The low rate of economic growth have an impact on rising unemployment. One alternative solution to cultivate people's economy has proved resilient to the economic crisis through economic Pancasila. Economy can be developed through entrepreneurship Pancasila Pancasila as diapandang more in keeping with the character and socio-cultural values of the community that developed in Indonesia, because the current value of these values already exist in the community and contained in the values of Pancasila. Pancasila so Entrepreneurship is seen as more relevant and closer to the people. Pancasila entrepreneurship can be developed through entrepreneurial economy Pancasila education at all levels of education, both formal and non formal education through community empowerment. Pancasila is expected entrepreneurship and government policies in the field of integrated economy will be able to encourage people to want and more intensive economic activities that can foster independent democratic economy. Entrepreneurship development Pancasila in the form of an independent economic populist, in accordance with the character of the society to encourage the opening of new jobs and could create employment and reduce unemployment. In turn, will be able to move the economy and increasing the per capita income of the people.Abstrak:Rendahnya tingkat pertumbuhan ekonomi berdampak pada naiknya pengangguran. Salah satu solusi alternatifnya dengan menumbuh kembangkan ekonomi kerakyatan yang sudah terbukti tangguh dalam menghadapi krisis ekonomi melalui ekonomi Pncasila. Ekonomi Pancasila dapat dikembangkan melalui kewirausahaan pancasila karena diapandang lebih sesuai dengan karakter dan nilai-nilai sosial budaya yang berkembang di masyarakat Indonesia, karena saat ini nilai nilai tersebut sudah ada dalam masyarakat dan tertuang dalam nilai-nilai butir Pancasila. Sehingga Kewirausahaan Pancasila dipandang lebih relevan dan lebih dekat dengan masyarakat. Kewirausahaan Pancasila bisa dikembangkan melalui pendidikan ekonomi kewirausahaan Pancasila pada semua tingkatan pendidikan baik formal maupun non formal melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat. Di harapkan kewirausahaan Pancasila dan kebijakan pemerintah dalam bidang ekonomi secara terintegrasi akan bisa mendorong masyarakat untuk mau dan lebih intensif melakukan kegiatan ekonomi yang bisa menumbuhkan ekonomi kerakyatan yang mandiri. Berkembangnya Kewirausahaan Pancasila dalam bentuk ekonomi kerakyatan yang mandiri, sesuai dengan karakter lingkungan masyarakat mendorong terbukanya lapangan kerja baru dan bisa menyerap tenaga kerja dan bisa mengurangi pengangguran. Pada gilirannya akan mampu menggerakkan perekonomian dan meningkatkan pendapatan perkapita masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstract: The research finding shows that: (1) the implementation of fingerprint is in the excellent category, working motivation for teachers is in the high category, and the teachers’ performance is good as well; (2) there is a direct positive significant effect between the application of fingerprint on working motivation of teachers; (3) there is a significant direct positive effect between motivation and teachers’ working performance; and (4) there is no direct significant effect between the application of fingerprint on teacher performance through motivation.Lastly, the recommended advices are: (1) in improving teachers’ motivation and performance at SMAN 5 Malang, the institution should always monitor, review and improve the implementation of fingerprints that has already existed. It can also reduce the attitude of the teachers who are less motivated by the presence of fingerprint systems which has been used; (2) SMAN 5 Malang should conduct a study of motivation and performance on a regular basis with the hope to know what are the things that can affect the motivation and performance of teachers, as well as identifying the problems that might arise so that it can be resolved soon. In addition, SMAN 5 Malang needs to examine other factors that may affect the motivation and performance of teachers at SMAN 5 Malang apart from the implementation of fingerprint; these factors could be working environment, interpersonal relationships, and others.Abstrak: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) Penerapan presensi sidik jari (fingerprint) termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik, motivasi kerja guru termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, dan kinerja guru termasuk dalam kategori baik. (2) Terdapat pengaruh secara langsung yang signifikan dan positif antara penerapan presensi sidik jari terhadap motivasi kerja guru. (3) Terdapat pengaruh secara langsung yang signifikan dan positif antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru. (4) Terdapat pengaruh secara tidak langsung yang signifikan dan positif antara penerapan presensi sidik jari terhadap kinerja guru melalui motivasi kerja.Saran yang direkomendasikan sehubungan dengan hasil penelitian adalah: (1) Untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 5 Malang, hendaknya lembaga pendidikan tersebut selalu memantau, meninjau, dan memperbaiki pelaksanaan presensi sidik jari (fingerprint) yang sudah ada. Hal ini juga dapat mengurangi sikap para guru yang tidak terlalu termotivasi dengan sistem presensi sidik jari (fingerprint) yang sudah berjalan selama ini. (2)Lembaga pendidikan di SMA Negeri 5 Malang hendaknya melakukan kajian motivasi dan kinerja secara berkala dengan harapan dapat mengetahui hal-hal apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi motivasi kerja dan kinerja para guru, sekaligus mengidentifikasi masalah-masalah yang mungkin saja timbul sehingga masalah tersebut dapat segera teratasi. Selain itu lembaga pendidikan di SMA Negeri 5 Malang perlu mengkaji faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 5 Malang selain penerapan presensi sidik jari (fingerprint), faktor-faktor tersebut bisa saja mengenai lingkungan kerja atau iklm kerja, hubungan interpersonal, dan  lain-lain.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to determine the effect of self efficacy and adversity quotient on entrepreneurial intentions of students of SMK Negeri 1 Kanor Bojonegoro. This study uses descriptive research and quantitative approach. The Respondent in this study is 56 students of Grade XI of State Vocational School 1 Kanor from Marketing Department. Saturated sampling is a technique used for sampling in this study. Questionnaires and structured interviews used in data retrieval techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression equations. In this study provide conclusions: 1) there is an effect of self efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions in Grade XI SMK Negeri 1 Kanor, Department of Marketing, 2) there is an influence of adversity quotient on entrepreneurial intention in Grade XI students of State Vocational School 1 Kanor Department of Marketing, 3) there are self-influences simultaneous efficacy and adversity quotient on entrepreneurial intentions in Grade XI SMK Negeri 1 Kanor, Department of Marketing. The ability of self efficacy and adversity quotient variables explains the effect on entrepreneurial intentions by 48 percent.

Abstract

The study aims to investigate and analyze the needs of information and communications technology (ICT) in the learning process of digital-native students of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Padang in Indonesia. The data were collected by using a structured questionnaire, and it was analyzed undergoing the descriptive method. The results of this study indicated that the majority of students use technology in the learning process, such as smartphone and laptop all the time. In general, students prefer using WhatsApp and e-learning to support their learning activity. The adoption of technology is affected by easiness to use and provide a piece of fast and comprehensive information. Therefore, they believe that the use of technology is relatively high within the learning process of the digital natives that technology integration in education is highly demanded.

Abstract

This study aims to description of self-efficacy, family environment, and interest in entrepreneurship, and to determine the partial effect of self-efficacy and family environment on the entrepreneurship interest, and to determine the dominant effect between the variables of self efficacy and family environment on the entrepreneurship interest. The population in this study is eleventh grade student that consist of 445 students, a sample of 156 students with used proportionate random sampling technique. The method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. In this study indicates that self-efficacy, family environment, and entrepreneurship interest student’s variable is relatively good, self efficacy and family environment variable show that there is a partial effect on student’s interest on entrepreneurship, and self efficacy is the dominant variable affecting the interest in entrepreneurship students.ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efikasi diri, lingkungan keluarga, minat berwirausaha, dan mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri dan lingkungan keluarga secara parsial terhadap minat berwirausaha, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh dominan yang mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha siswa. Populasi  penelitian ini siswa kelas XI dengan jumlah 445 siswa, sampel sebesar 156 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik proportionate random sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri, lingkungan keluarga, minat berwirausaha siswa tergolong baik, efikasi diri dan lingkungan keluarga secara parsial mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha siswa, serta efikasi diri adalah variabel dominan yang mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha siswa.

Abstract

Pengaruh Motivasi Berwirausaha Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Melalui Prestasi Belajar Mata Pelajaran Kewirausahaan Siswa Kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 KraksaanAbstract:the graduates of Vocational High School are ready human resource who is easily used for job. Yet, the problem appears when the increasing numbers of graduates is not followed by the job occupancy which causes unemployment. Therefore, this phenomenon can be solved through self-employed or doing entrepreneurship. Students’ interest in entrepreneurship is growing because of the motivation and entrepreneurship learning achievement subject at school. This research was conducted on the eleventh grade students of AK, APK, Marketing of SMK 1 Kraksaan. The sample technique in this study used proportional random sampling. The population in this research is 196 students. The number of sample obtained 132 students. Then, the analysis of the data in this study used path analysis. The research finding of this study are: 1) there is positive and significant correlation between entrepreneurship motivation on learning achievement of entrepreneurship subject for the eleventh grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Kraksaan; 2) there is positive and significant correlation between learning achievement of entrepreneurship subject for the eleventh grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Kraksaan;3) there is positive and significant correlation between entrepreneurship motivation for entrepreneurship interest for the eleventh grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Kraksaan; and 4) there is an indirect effect of a positive and significant correlation between entrepreneurship motivation for entrepreneurship interest through entrepreneurship learning achievement for the eleventh grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Kraksaan.Abstrak: Siswa lulusan SMK merupakan tenaga siap pakai yang mudah terserap kerja. Hal yang menjadi perhatian adalah semakin banyaknya angka lulusan tetapi tidak diimbangi dengan penyediaan lapangan pekerjaan, menjadi salah satu penyebab banyaknya pengangguran, upaya yang dilakukan adalah berwirausaha. Minat berwirausaha siswa tumbuh karena adanya motivasi dan prestasi belajar mata pelajaran kewirausahaan di sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas XI AK, APK, Pemasaran SMK Negeri 1 Kraksaan. Teknik sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan proporsional random sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 196 siswa. Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 132 siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Kraksaan. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi berwirausaha terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran kewirausahaan siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Kraksaan, 2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara prestasi belajar mata pelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Kraksaan, 3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi berwirausaha terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Kraksaan, 4) terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi berwirausaha terhadap minat berwirausaha melalui prestasi belajar mata pelajaran kewirausahaan siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Kraksaan.
