Abstract

Teacher performance plays a role in realizing national education objectives and determining the high quality of education, but teacher performance is influenced by various factors both from within and outside the individual concerned. This research is an effort to get an idea of how teacher performance and influencing factors in order to improve the quality and quality of Vocational High School teachers, especially in SMK Negeri 1 Takalar South Sulawesi. The research was conducted by qualitative method and using primary data obtained through in-depth interviews. The results of research in improving the performance of human resources in SMK Negeri 1 Takalar were carried out by means of time discipline, improving knowledge and skills, procurement and improvement of school infrastructure and establishing good communication. The headmaster's strategy is to improve the performance of human resources by regularly evaluating work programs that have been/have not been achieved by each teacher, knowing and understanding the curriculum that is being run, and teachers are rewarded according to their performance.Keywords: Performance, Teacher Strategy, Human Resources.

Abstract

Education and training are seen as the main instruments for improving the quality of civil servant human resources which include improving knowledge, improving skills and skills, and changing attitudes and behaviors, and correction to performance weaknesses. So that education and training is the most effective policy instrument to achieve the work competencies required by a position in the bureaucracy. Staffing management system, echelon IV structural officials play a very important role in determining when planning the activities of agencies and subordinate leaders and all stakeholders of the implementation of Leadership Training Level IV aimed at equipping participants with the competencies needed to become operational leaders felt there is not enough need for a training. The application of Level IV Leadership Training at the Makassar Religious Training Center Office, the overall temporary observation is not fully in accordance with the principles of concept and theory of leadership. Leadership Training activities bring changes in both behavior and character changes, with the output of results with the construction of teamwork in completing tasks both individually and organizationally in government tasks, thereby improving performance accountability in the Ministry of Religious Affairs. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test: 1) the influence of CAR on ROA in Conventional Commercial Banks, 2) the influence of LDR on ROA on Conventional Commercial Banks, 3) the influence of NIM on ROA in Conventional Commercial Banks. Data collection method using non participant observation method is by documenting all data required in this research as stated in the Indonesian Banking Statistics Report for the period of 2014 - 2019 which is available on the OJK website. The data analysis method in this study used multiple linear regression analysis to obtain a comprehensive picture of the influence between independent variables (CAR, LDR, NIM) and dependent variables (ROA) using the SPSS for Window program. The results showed the following: 1) Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a significant effect on variable Return on Asset (ROA) in conventional commercial banks indicated by a value of significance less than 0.05, so hypothesis 1 is accepted. 2) Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR).has no significant effect on variable Return on Asset (ROA) in conventional commercial banks indicated by a value of significance greater than 0.05, so hypothesis 2 is rejected. 3) Net Interest Margin (NIM) has a significant effect on return on asset (ROA) variables in conventional commercial banks indicated by a significance value less than 0.05, so hypothesis 3 is accepted. 4) Net Interest Margin (NIM) is the variable that most dominantly affects Return on Asset (ROA)Keywords : CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), LDR (Loan To Deposit Ratio), NIM Net Interest Margin), ROA (Return on Asset)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of quality of pharmaceutical services and management on the decision to repur purchase outpatient medicines at the Pharmaceutical Installation of Labuang Baji Makassar Hospital in 2019. The research was conducted at Labuang Baji Makassar Hospital which began with a survey first until the research in February 2020. The population in the study was patients (Non BPJS / KIS) re-buyers in the Pharmaceutical Installation of RS Labuang Baji Makassar in February 2020 and the sample in this study amounted to 60 0rang Analysis method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method, with double regression testing preceded by conducting validity and reliability tests of each variable question items as well as assumption tests. The results of this study show that: 1) Officer-friendly attitude has a significant positive influence on the decision to re-buy at the pharmacy Labuang Baji Hospital, 2) The completeness of the prescription has a significant positive influence on the decision to re-buy at the pharmacy Labuang Baji Hospital, 3) The price of the drug has an insignificant negative influence on the decision to re-buy at the pharmacy Labuang Baji Hospital , 4) Drug safety information has a significant positive influence on the decision to re-buy at the pharmacy Labuang Baji Hospital, 5) Drug safety information has a dominant effect on the buyback decision. Abstract

Poor management and health services bpjs health participation provided by the hospital to patients turned out to cause a lot of losses both hospitals and for patients. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect bpjs patient satisfaction with health services. The design of this study is cross sectional study. The population in this study was all BPJS Non PBI patients in the Inpatient Room of Labuang Baji Hospital. Sampling technique is accidental sampling. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire sheet. Analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was an influence between reliability (p = 0.002), empathy (p = 0.000), responsiveness (p = 0.037), assurance (p = 0.000), with the satisfaction of inpatient BPJS Non PBI in Labuang Baji Hospital, Makassar City. While the tangible variable (p = 0.545) had no effect on the satisfaction of BPJS Non PBI patients at Labuang Baji Hospital, Makassar City. Based on the results of the logistic regression test, it shows that the empathy variable is the most dominant variable. Keywords : Patient Satisfaction, Empathy, Hospitalization.

Abstract

This study aims to see and analyze professional competence, motivation, and self-concept on the performance of state junior high school teachers in the Chinese District of Bone Regency and to analyze and analyze the effects of competence, motivation, and self-concept on the performance of junior high school teachers. country of the District of China, Bone Regency. The analytical method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method with multiple regression testing, by performing validation and reliability tests of the question items for each variable as well as testing assumptions. The trial of 105 question items contained 24 invalid items so that the remaining 81 items were valid.The results of this study indicate that the coefficient of the influence of professional competence on teacher performance is 0.417 which is in the medium category with a value of p = 0.039 <0.05. This shows that professional competence has a significant effect on teacher performance of 0.905 which is in the very high category with p = 0.000 <0.05. This shows that motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance. And the value of F = 11.147 with a value of p = 0.00, this is the basis for decision making that the variables of professional competence, motivation, and self-concept together have an effect on teacher performance. This means that the better professional competence, motivation, and concepts owned by a teacher, the performance of public junior high school teachers in the Chinese District of Bone Regency will increase. Keywords: professional competence, motivation, self-concept and performance

Abstract

This study aims to explain the role of human capital and achievement motivation in the ability of teachers to transfer of knowledge in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The informant in this study was a teacher at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah YPRI Wawondula. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used by researchers is data reduction and triangulation. The results of the study are: The role of Human Capital or teachers is very influential on the ability of achievement motivation, Teachers are required to become learner teacher and master in information technology related to the use of online learning applications, teachers must be able to provide material that attracts students' attention So that teachers must take various kinds of training to master online learning applications to attract more students to learn online in the during COVID-19 pandemic. After participating in training on the use of online learning applications and providing additional incentives for purchasing internet quotas, the teachers are increasingly motivated to be more creative in making learning materials that attract students to learn. Keywords: Human Capital, Achievement Motivation and Teacher Ability.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of Leadership, Organizational Climate, and Competence on the Performance of First Middle School Teachers (SMP) Negeri 1 Pallangga. This research is an ex-post facto research which is correlational in nature. The population of this research is SMP Negeri 1 Pallangga in Gowa Regency which consists of 75 people. This study uses a questionnaire instrument of Leadership, Organizational Climate, Teacher Competence, and Teacher performance. The statistical analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results of the analysis show that the leadership of the principal at SMP Negeri 1 Pallangga is categorized as high, with an average score of 32,85 and a standard deviation of 7,86 and located in the 20 - 65 interval. Teacher competence is categorized as high, with an average score of 22,44 and a standard deviation of 4,29 and located at intervals of 10-30 and the work climate of teachers is categorized as high, with an average score of 21,75 and a standard deviation of 3,27 and located at intervals of 14 - 31 While teacher performance is categorized as high, with an average score of 23,45 and a standard deviation of 4,29 and is located at the interval 13-30 and categorized as high.Keywords: Principal Leadership, Organizational Climate, Teacher Competence and Teacher Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of innovation and product quality on customer satisfaction through new products. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques through online questionnaires to 180 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses path analysis with the help of AMOS 21 software.The results showed that the innovation variable had a significant positive effect on new products; Product quality has a significant positive effect on new products; Innovation has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction; Product quality has no significant positive effect on customer satisfaction; New products have a significant effect on customer satisfaction; Innovation has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction through new products and product quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction through new products. Keywords: Innovation, Product Quality, Customer satisfaction, New produduct.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of location, service, image, and lifestyle as moderating variables on people's buying interest in Makassar Mall. The type of research used in this research is experimental research. The research design used is a quantitative approach. This research was conducted in Makassar Mall. The number of samples in this study was 185 people who shopped at Makassar Mall. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire or google form with data collection techniques, namely the provision of questionnaires. The collected data was then analyzed using descriptive statistics, inferential statistics, and path analysis. The results showed that the variables of location, service, image had a significant positive effect on lifestyle. Furthermore, the location and service variables have a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest, while the image has no significant positive effect on consumer buying interest. Furthermore, lifestyle variables have a significant effect on buying interest at Makassar Mall. The location has a significant effect on consumer buying interest through lifestyle. Meanwhile, service has a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest through lifestyle and image has a significant effect on consumer buying interest through lifestyle. Based on the results of the study, it is illustrated that the results of path analysis on 3 variables X and Y1 then the X variable (location, service, and image) affect Y (lifestyle). While the influence of X (location and service) has a significant positive effect on Y2 (consumer buying interest), while the X3 variable (image) does not affect consumer buying interest. Furthermore, for the influence of the Lifestyle variable, it was obtained that it had a significant effect on buying interest. The results of the path analysis showed that the location, service, and image variables had a significant effect on consumers' buying interest through lifestyle.Keywords: Location, Service, Image, Lifestyle, Buying Interest
