Abstract

Arabic language learning that is not optimal in class VII B at MTs Negeri 1 Sidoarjo is caused by the learning media used so far that is less attractive, and the teacher needs to include the four skills that the teacher into the learning media must own. So it is necessary to develop a learning media to help optimize learning. This study aims to explain and examine the learning media developed in the form of an android application called Lughotuna. The mixed method was used in this study. Data is sourced from informants who know the focus, such as school principals and learning admins obtained by observation and interviews. The supporting data comes from various books, journals and other encyclopedias. The data were then analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. Learning media development includes 1) problem identification; 2) product design; 3) validation; and 4) product publication. In product design, there are two validations: media design validation and media content validation. Media design validation uses four aspects of assessment, including 1) ease of use and navigation; 2) aesthetics or beauty; 3) media integration, and 4) technical quality. In validating media content, three aspects of assessment are used, namely 1) suitability; 2) quality and purpose of content; and 3) instructional quality. In validating media design and media content, possible results are obtained.

Abstract

This research was to find how many level of self-regulated learning in MTs santri at the Daarul Rahman Bogor Islamic Boarding School, and to find how manner to increase the self-regulated learning of MTs santri at the Daarul Rahman Islamic Boarding School Bogor after receiving Islamic cognitive behavior therapy counseling and to formulate how Islamic cognitive behavior therapy counseling which is effective to improve the santri from self-regulated learning at Mts level. This research used a quantitative with method that is quasi-experimental and a nonequivalent control group design model through a pre-posttest approach and compared with the control group. Based on the results of this research, that the level of self-regulated learning of MTs santri in the low category was 3 santri, the medium was 11 santri and the high was 16 santri. After implementing Islamic cognitive behavior therapy treatment, there was an increase, namely, in the medium category from 11 santri it decreased to 2 santri and in the high category from 16 santri it increased rapidly to 27 santri. The experimental group has a mean of 90.37 while the control group has a mean of 83.57. Thus, can be interpreted what the provision of Islamic cognitive behavior therapy to santri will increase self-regulated learning.

Abstract

This study aims to describe an overview of the concept of environmental conservation in the Koran, the urgency and conservation efforts in the Qur’an. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive research method with library research techniques. The results of the study show that environmental preservation in the Qur'an, which teaches us always to protect the environment, is contained in several verses, including QS Ar-Rum: 41-42 about Prohibition of Making Damage on Earth, QS Al A'raf: 56-58 about Caring for the environment. and QS Al-Baqarah (2): 60 about Allah providing sustenance to all humans and forbidding humans to make mischief on this earth. Then the urgency of environmental preservation, according to the Qur'an, is explained that the environment is nature where humans are in it must be preserved. This is based on human dependence on nature, and everything is created in balance, everything in nature is for the benefit of humans and nature as a source of sustenance and the efforts recommended by the Qur'an in preserving the surrounding environment, among others; planting trees for reforestation, managing dead and vacant land, keeping the environment clean and avoiding destruction and maintaining the balance of nature.

Abstract

This study aims to describe students' planning system and implementation management in developing their talents in memorization with extracurricular tahfidz at the Integrated Muhammadiyah Elementary School (SDMT) Ponorogo, East Java. The research method used was qualitative, with a case study design and data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The main objects in this study were informants from the tahfidz extracurricular coordinator and samples from the tahfidz extracurricular students themselves. This research resulted in: (1) Management planning of students in the extracurricular tahfidz at the integrated Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Ponorogo using the halaqah system, forming an ad hoc team consisting of the coordinator-secretary-teacher halaqah-infrastructure, only those who have passed iqra' are allowed to participate in extra tahfidz evidenced by a certificate of completion). (2) Implementation of student management in the tahfidz extracurricular at the integrated Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Ponorogo: tahfidz extracurricular activities after the core class hours are over, namely at 14.30-16.00 WIB every thursday & friday, using the nahawan tone, each student is recorded and uploaded on LP3Q youtube for archives and general learning evaluation materials, the method used is talkin & sorogan, a tasmi' exam is held for special follow-up evaluation.

Abstract

Human resource management is a process closely related to implementing management strategies that are directly handed over to schools to be developed according to their potential. The purpose of this study is to describe the strategy for the development and quality of human resources in elementary schools. This research is a type of field study or qualitative, collecting data according to the phenomena at the location, namely at Muhammadiyah Al-Birru Ponorogo. Data collection techniques through observation during meeting activities between leaders and subordinates, interviews with school principals, committee members, foundation members and stakeholders, documentation of assignment letters, photos of activities. The results showed: that a well-planned human resources improvement strategy is a benchmark for the maximum success or failure of human resources management by developing the potential of human resources who have their respective talents directed according to the knowledge of the teachers and healthy competition between human resources with the stimulus of giving awards to educators. Implementation of improving human resource educators through periodic semester career coaching, maximizing IT class management, and learning innovation with collaborative teaching methods. The success of improving school human resources very influential in carrying out the learning process properly and perfectly organized.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the process of implementing the takrir bil-ghoib program and the inhibiting and supporting factors. The type of research used is a qualitative field research type. This research was conducted at the Pondok Pesantren Tahfizhul Qur'an Putri Al-Lathifiyyah Palembang. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing are the analytical techniques used. The research results are 1) the implementation of the takrir bil-ghoib program has been implemented optimally even though it has not yet received maximum results. Islamic boarding schools have done their best to support the program's success, but many students still have not implemented the program properly and still need a lot of encouragement and strict supervision; 2) the supporting factor is an intense desire and support from all parties. The inhibiting factor is the lack of sincerity from some students. It requires strong motivation. The researcher concludes that implementing the takrir bil-ghoib program will get maximum results if all students cooperate in supporting this program.

Abstract

This article explores the impact of dhuha prayer religious activities on increasing student scores at SMP IT Insan Mulia Pati. The religious program carried out in which the Dhuha prayer in congregation and the reading of Al-Ma'surat are also carried out. Regarding the selection of SMP IT Insan Mulia Pati as the object of this research, because at the school it has become a routine activity that must be carried out as a daily education program. This study uses qualitative analysis techniques and data collection. The researcher used a qualitative method of collecting data and analysis by emphasizing the qualitative descriptive method. The purpose of this study (1) is to find out the values that can be contained in the implementation of the religious activities of praying dhuha and reading al ma'surat at SMPIT Insan Mulia, (2) knowing that these religious activities can affect student achievement, (3) knowing that these activities can increase the value of emotional intelligence of students in religious activities of Duha prayer and Al Ma'surat reading, (4) knowing supporting activities other than religious activities Duha prayer and Al Ma'surat reading.

Abstract

Not only experiencing differences in religion, but the residents of Pematang Johar Village also consist of various ethnicities. Starting from Malay, Batak, Javanese, Banjar, Banten and others. Therefore, religious moderation and tolerance are very important things to be prioritized in religious life. Religious moderation is very important because tolerance in religious moderation is a good way to deal with threats in religious life. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The descriptive qualitative method adjusts the opinion between the researcher and the informant. The people of Pematang Johar Village, even though they have different religions, still help each other if there are activities. Mutual respect and appreciation when it comes to worship are also good enough. Then, when there is an invitation for Muslims, they do not hesitate to help financially and in terms of energy. We are born with many differences, including different ethnicities, religions, and races, but all of this is not our will but has become the destiny of the almighty. Every difference should not be used as a mistake in socializing and socializing.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain accurate information about the causes of illiteracy in the village of Manyabar, Panyabungan sub-district and the strategies of UINSU students to overcome illiteracy. This research is descriptive qualitative research. According to Sugiyono, as quoted by Salim and Haidir, qualitative research is research aimed at understanding social phenomena from the participant's point of view. Respondents in this study were students in Manyabar Village, totalling 30 children (12 men and 18 women). The research was conducted for one month, starting from June 18 to August 18, 2022. The results of this study found that the factors causing the occurrence of the Al-Qur'an script in the village of Manyabar, Panyabungan sub-district, were among others due to economic factors and lack of a supportive environment. The strategy is by using various methods and using a curriculum that refers to the competence of students; evaluation is by measuring the level of ability of students both in terms of writing, reading and listening, which UINSU students then give an assessment.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what learning motivation is, how to motivate children to learn, the function of learning motivation at school. The data collection technique is through this research using a qualitative approach, so that the main instrument in this research is the researcher himself. The instruments used in collecting data in the field are in accordance with the object of this journal, by observing and interviewing. The child's educational parenting style must be in accordance with the child's psychological condition, namely with an authoritative style. Second: educating with an Islamic educational perspective, will make children mentally healthier, namely those who have excellent physical condition, high intellectual mental intelligence (IQ), mental health/personality conditions that are mature and stable in their mental-emotional (EQ) have personality integrity high (mental-social) and have firmness of faith and Islam. Third: The important role of psychology in Islamic education is to bridge the process of imparting knowledge so that it pays more attention to the psychology of each individual child or student, because this greatly determines the success of parents or educators in transferring the knowledge given to their children.
