Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain in overcoming conflict in madrasas. The method used in this research is qualitative. The learning technique used is the study of the movement of the study room. The final result of the study confirms that there are several indicators of conflict that develop in madrasas. Conflict assets come from the different values and goals that develop from each agency and are not directed at communication. The forms or efforts to resolve conflicts that occur within the organization include: determining goals in overcoming organizational conflicts. Conflict control is achieved through mediators in getting closer to conflict actors and the use of accommodation methods. The effects of conflict can foster high-five college jobs even though many non-publics are now no longer helping college progress.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the learning supervision activities carried out at Madrasah 'Aliyah Nahdlatul 'Ulama (MA NU) Banat. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with the resource persons being the head of the madrasa and the teacher. In addition, researchers also made direct observations to explore data related to supervision carried out at MA NU Banat. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of supervision at MA NU Banat is carried out in 2 (two) models, namely academic supervision and clinical supervision. The steps in clinical supervision are divided into planning supervision, implementation of supervision and evaluation of supervision. The implementation of supervision is carried out in 4 (four) stages, namely interviews with supervisees, supervisees prepare and conduct clinical supervision, supervisors make observations and make assessment notes, feedback from the implementation of clinical supervision.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the fiqh learning model during the new normal and the impact of online learning during the new normal. The method used is qualitative, with data sources of people, place and paper. The data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research are that during the fiqh learning takes place in the new normal era, it is carried out in 3 (three) ways, namely learning using online media, limited face-to-face learning and learning with assignments. The positive impact in fiqh learning that takes place in the new normal era is the increasing mastery of information technology, being able to learn anytime anywhere as long as there is an internet network, easy to find learning materials. While the negative impact is the unpreparedness of the teacher in operating information technology, the learning motivation of students decreases, and is constrained by the network.

Abstract

Assessment activities in schools are part of the learning process to reflect an understanding of individual students and measure progress. In assessment, the domain is the cognitive aspect and is part of the assessment of intellectual abilities related to the student's knowledge. This study aimed to identify and analyze assessments of cognitive aspects of testing techniques in PAI learning at SMP Negeri 2 Nusawungu. This research uses field research, interview techniques, and documentation. The findings of this study suggest that PAI teachers' assessments of cognitive aspects of testing techniques tend to use objective testing techniques, such as short-answer and oral, and subjective forms of descriptive testing techniques. The cognitive level of the test technique is C1-C2, and the dimensions are factual knowledge and conceptual knowledge. This testing technique has advantages and disadvantages. The advantage is that there is an increase in the learning outcomes of class VIII students, which are known to be better than the previous semester. Meanwhile, the drawback is that the test technique has not yet reached the HOTS level and uses only a few types of instrument techniques.

Abstract

Character building guides students to become human beings with character, and simplistic values ​​are a person's habit of behaving according to their needs and abilities. This study aims to determine how students' character development is based on the value of simplicity in SDN Gedongkuning. The research was conducted in field research with exploratory qualitative research. The data collection technique in this study interviewed several informants: the school principal, our students and teachers. Data analysis techniques in this study used the theory of Miles and Huberman's data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study can be concluded that SDN Gedongkuning applies the character value of simplicity, including 1) Getting used to students helping friends who are in trouble; 2) Assign students to dress modestly and avoid using items such as shoes, bags or jewellery that are too expensive; 3) Encouraging students to bring pocket money reasonably. By applying the value of simplicity so that there are no gaps between students and others.

Abstract

Parenting in the family and society is an important part that needs to be continued. Islamic education for children is essential in forming a good personality or character, starting with teaching monotheism, morals, and worship in the family and society. This research aims to analyze parenting patterns through an Islamic education approach. The research method used is qualitative, with a psychological system to collect data with literature studies while analyzing various data through descriptive analysis associated with problems to answer research problems. Data collection by collecting research according to the theme, then analyzed using content analysis. This study explains that parenting style can determine the character and attitude of a personality in everyday life, both in the family and in society. Thus, the Islamic education approach is one of the solutions to strengthen and shape children's character in navigating their lives.

Abstract

The role of Islamic boarding schools in improving public education and how the existence of Islamic boarding schools changes the way people think and attitudes about the importance of education. This study aims to determine the presence of Pondok Pesantren Al Anwar 2 in improving the level of public education and the pattern of its implementation. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis, data reduction, data presentation, concluding and checking the validity of the findings with the degree of trustworthiness, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The study results are as follows: Pondok Pesantren Al Anwar 2 in improving the level of community education is by developing the existing curriculum, instilling an attitude of tawadu', and establishing good relations with the community. The pattern of implementing Islamic boarding schools' existence in improving community education is equipping students with theoretical and practical knowledge and inviting the community to learn and implement religious guidance. Some of the activities initiated by Al Anwar 2 Islamic Boarding School to improve community education are programming various activities, including khataman Akhiru Sanah, hadrah art training, recitation, clean Friday and bathsu al masail during yasinan and other activities.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the application and benefit of curriculum management in TK 'Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 42 Ciputat. The method used is descriptive qualitative research; primary and secondary data sources are used; Data collection techniques used interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the curriculum at TK 'Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 42 Ciputat uses the 2013 curriculum specifically for TK 'Aisyiyah, which is integrated between Islamic education, Muhammadiyah, and Aisyiyahan education. There are four steps in implementing curriculum management in this school: 1) Planning, 2) Organizing and Coordinating, 3) Implementation and 4) Control/Evaluation. The benefits of implementing curriculum management in this school include: 1) with curriculum management, the use of existing resources in schools can be utilized to the fullest; 2) with planning for extracurricular and extracurricular activities programs that are adapted to the curriculum, kindergarten children get the opportunity to achieve maximum results in the learning process; 3 ) increase the level of effectiveness of teachers' teaching performance and kindergarten children's activities so that they are expected to be able to achieve the desired learning objectives; 4) increase efficiency and effectiveness in the teaching and learning process because it has been planned.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia have played an essential role as institutions to spread Islam and make changes in society for the better. It can be viewed from the education system to advance the quality of education in Islamic educational institutions such as Islamic boarding schools. This study aims to analyze the education system in the Galih Agung Private Junior High School Darularafah Raya Islamic Boarding School. This study uses qualitative research with a naturalistic qualitative approach. This study's data collection was done using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Informants in this study were Ustadz and Ustadzah, who served at the Darularafah Raya Islamic Boarding School and several students and dyah. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The study results indicate that: 1) The education system at Galih Agung Private Junior High School consists of educational objectives, conditions of educators and students, curriculum, and facilities/ infrastructure. The supporting factors are as follows: Competent educators, wise caregivers, adequate facilities and infrastructure, a comfortable boarding school environment, and improving the quality of extracurricular activities, while the inhibiting factors are: Lack of awareness of students as a student, not accustomed to discipline and independence, and students feel lazy.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the learning activities at Al Hikmah Penajam Integrated Islamic High School, which implements a block learning system. The block system is a process of student interaction with the teacher and learning resources by grouping material, grouping time, and implementing schedules. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with sources from school principals, teachers, and students. In addition, researchers also made direct observations to gather data related to block system learning which was carried out at SMA IT Al Hikmah and studied data documentation related to information on the implementation of the learning block system. The data analysis technique is interactive data analysis, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study indicate that learning using the 2013 curriculum with the implementation of this block learning system is 2 to 3 meetings (1 meeting consisting of 4 hours of lessons x 45 minutes) combined into one session with 8 to 12 hours of lessons x 45 minutes a week. This calculation is based on the accumulated hours per syllabus. Obstacles in implementing learning are the application of blocks, conditions for students, sources of teacher background, and student learning media, including books, wi-fi, and LCDs.
