Abstract

Achievement of the objectives of education is very dependent on the skill and wisdom of the principals leadership is one of the leaders of education. Because the principal is a professional officer in the school organization responsible for the regulation of all sources of the organization and collaborate with teachers in educating students to achieve educational goals. With the professionalism of this principal professional development of educational personnel is easily done because according to function, to understand the needs of school principals who he led to the competence of teachers not only stagnates the competence he had previously, but grew and developed so well that the professionalism of teachers will be realized.

Abstract

Boarding school as one of the sub-systems of education in Indonesia, has been instrumental in educating the nation and many of them gave birth to a leader who is able to counter the society, which is controversial in the religious and moral norms. The existence of a boarding school in addition to educational institutions as well as social institutions. Boarding school grow and develop together society since centuries ago, because it was the agency receives. Despite boarding implicitly connotes as traditional Islamic educational institutions, does not mean the whole boarding covered with innovation. In line with the demands of the changing times is the boarding school itself has been trying to find a new alternative to the road opening up, so it is not surprising that since a few years ago many good boarding schools who live in cities or in villages have been changing rapidly. Changes here known as renewal, not only concerning the financial matters but rather subtansional such as goals, systems, curriculum and so on.

Abstract

If the teacher has been able to master the material to be taught, the teacher must be able to actualize themselves. Continuous training is the answer. Both the methodology of teaching and understanding the philosophy and the accompanying paradigm. This training should be coupled with endeavors to develop the sensitivity and creativity of each teacher, to develop their own methodologies appropriate for each student. Therefore, the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kemenag) and the Ministry of Education (Kemendiknas) which is responsible for developing the professionalism and quality of teachers in Indonesia.

Abstract

Culture of mutual aid is part of the social capital (social capital) who once practiced by the Indonesian people, ranging from the empire, colonialism, and the beginning of freedom to realize our goals. Mutual cooperation in the context of a mutual assistance are helping each other and community service, there are two forms of consciousness and / or coercion. Lately due to various factors impact the culture, strategy development, and the lack of good examples of cultural leaders is increasingly reduced. While on the other hand, the challenges of the Indonesian nation is not getting lighter, therefore the embodiment of efforts to revitalize or societal values in the development of a culture of mutual aid is urgent and appropriate choice.

Philosophy with its orderly ways of working, universal, and radical that husks, analyze is something exhaustively, apparently so relevant with all problematics of lives and man life and can become back paste among various kind was disciplined by knowledge that separatedly its bearing one by another one. Abstract

Career counseling is a process of assistance, information services and approach to the individual/ group of individuals to be able to know and understand themselves, to know the world of work to determine the career choice, able to take career decisions and acknowledge that the decision is the most appropriate / in accordance with the situation himself associated with requirements to be practiced career. Given the importance of career problems in human life, the children need to be prepared early on and helped to plan for a brighter future, by providing education and career guidance sustainable. Schools have an important role in career guidance. Through career counseling in elementary, junior high, high school and college facilitate learners in the achievement of his career.

Abstract

Fundamental social change in an era of globalization that tends to establish communication between the population of the world without any barriers of a countrys territorial boundaries resulted in the acceleration of the shift cultural values also result in the acceleration of the shifting role of education within the scope of the informal and formal and non-formal. Full scale Quality Management (TQM) happening if school or Islamic Junior High School does development and education upgrade chronically. Full scale Quality Management (TQM) happening if school has done quality surety management (Full scale Quality Assurance). Its mean is quality surety management happens if headmaster perform its leadership function with every consideration, so becomes support for management success all education component. In other words that curriculum business success, student’s business, things medium business, subjective business with society, finances and administration will very dependent on madrasah (school) headmaster or head leadership as top leader.

And to develop protege creativity exists one of learning form that corresponds to philosophy of approaching kontruktivis is kooperatifs learning. kooperatifs learning encourages student to get active ala interaction and positive deep agglomerate. available three studying deep strategies students with agglomerate system, amongst those; Pair-Share (Coupled strategy then shared). Both of; Jigsaw (student does two functions). Third; Split-class discussion (constituting learning strategy by divides class as two to do discussions). And learning with agglomerate system can take in protege plots, formulate, work, and finding and evaluates selftaught result in one group of this studying experience, protege will get to develop self for creative.
