Abstract

Masalah penyalahgunaan narkoba di Indonesia menjadi masalah kompleks yang perlu menjadi perhatian khusus sebab dapat merusak berbagai sisi kehidupan. Rehabilitasi pecandu narkoba merupakan upaya untuk menghentikan kecanduan dari penyalahgunaan narkoba. Pondok Inabah 18 di Ciahaurbeuti, Ciamis memiliki metode terapi unik yang memadukan konsep terapi rational emotive behavioral Therapy (REBT) dengan terapi inabah yang menekankan pada praktik ibadah dan pembenaran aqidah serta akhlah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran dari integrasi terapi inabah dan Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) dalam mengurangi kecanduan narkoba. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus dengan teknik pengambilan data berupa wawacara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sementara teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisa pola. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa integrasi antara Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) dengan terapi Inabah sangat berperan dalam pemulihan pecandu narkoba. Hal ini dikarenakan adanya pembenahan pola berpikir melalui terapi REBT dan pembenahan aqidah serta akhlah melalui terapi inabah yang menekankan pada praktik ibadah keseharian. Para konseli rehabilitasi di pondok Inabah 18 merasakan adanya perubahan pola pikir mengenai narkoba yang selama ini keliru dan pembinaan keagamaan melalui terapi inabah. Abstract: The issue of drug abuse in Indonesia is a complex problem that requires special attention, as it can damage various aspects of life. Drug addiction rehabilitation is an effort to halt addiction caused by drug abuse. Pondok Inabah 18, located in Ciahaurbeuti, Ciamis, employs a unique therapeutic method that integrates Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) with Inabah therapy, which emphasizes religious practices, doctrinal correction, and moral improvement. This study aims to examine the role of integrating Inabah therapy and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) in reducing drug addiction. A qualitative case study approach was employed, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman technique. The findings of this study indicate that the integration of Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) with Inabah therapy plays a significant role in the recovery of drug addicts. This is due to the cognitive restructuring facilitated by REBT, alongside the doctrinal and moral reinforcement provided by Inabah therapy, which emphasizes daily religious practices. Rehabilitation clients at Pondok Inabah 18 reported a transformation in their perception of drugs, correcting previous misconceptions, and experiencing religious development through Inabah therapy.

Abstract

Masalah psikologis tidak lepas dari kondisi kesejahteraan psikologis setiap orang. Penting untuk memiliki kesadaran terkait kesejahteraan psikologis guna mengantarkannya pada aktualisasi diri.Sehingga dibutuhkan layanan yang membantu membentuk kesejahteraan psikologis tersebut, melalui konseling, salah satunya adalah konseling kelompok. Konseling kelompok dapat berbasis logoterapi yang berperan untuk membantu individu dalam menemukan makna dan tujuan hidup serta membentuk kesejahteraan psikologis melalui dinamika kelompok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan konseling kelompokberbasis logoterapi sebagai alternatif solusi pembentukan kesejahteraan psikologis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahsystematic literature review dengan teknik Preferred Reporting Items for Sysematic Review and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Hasil pencarian pertama penelitian pada database menghasilkan 1.900 judul yang relevan. Kemudian, diterapkannya kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi pada proses screening, sehingga hanya 6 artikel yang dianalisis dan disintesis secara kualitatif. Hasil review menggambarkan bahwa konseling kelompok berbasis logoterapi menjadi salah satu alternatif solusi pembentukan kesejahteraan psikologis.Abstract: Psychological problems are inseparable from the psychological well-being of each individual. It is important to have awareness regarding psychological well-being to lead to self-actualization. Therefore, services are needed to help shape this psychological well-being, through counseling, one of which is a group counseling. Groups counseling can be based on logotherapy, which plays a role in helping individuals find meaning and purpose in life and foster psychological well-being through group dynamics. This study aims to describe logotherapy-based counseling groups as an alternative solution for developing psychological well-being. The method used in this study was a systematic literature review using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) technique. The result of the initial search in the database yielded 1.900 relevant titles. Then, inclusion and exclusion criteria were applied in the screening process, resulting in only 6 articles being analyzed and synthesized qualitative. The review results illustrate that logotherapy-based counseling groups are an alternative solution for developing psychological well-being.

Abstract

Trend pengukuran kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa SMK semakin meningkat pada 5 tahun terakhir. Kemampuan berpikir kritis digital menjadi fenomena baru yang penting dieksplorasi namun masih memilki keterbatasan dalam instrumentasi khususnya untuk mendukung kesiapan karier siswa SMK, Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan memvalidasi instrumen kemampuan berpikir kritis digital berbasis indikator Watson-Glaser melalui pemodelan Rasch. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada siswa kelas XI SMK di Jawa Timur dengan desain survei kuantitatif observasional. Instrumen yang dikembangkan terdiri dari 44 butir pernyataan dengan aspek argumentasi, asumsi, deduksi, interpretasi, dan kesimpulan. Analisis Rasch dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi Winsteps 3.73 untuk menilai validitas, reliabilitas, serta kualitas item. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan instrument memiliki keberterimaan pada kategori baik mendekatai ideal berdasarkan penilaian statistik dan Rasch. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa instrumen yang dikembangkan memiliki kualitas item yang sangat baik dan layak digunakan oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengukur kemampuan berpikir kritis digital siswa SMK sekaligus mengakomodasi sumber data dalam pengembangan program layanan bimbingan dan konseling karier di SMK. Abstract. The trend of measuring critical thinking skills of vocational high school students has increased in the last 5 years. Digital critical thinking skills are a new phenomenon that is important to explore but still has limitations in instrumentation, especially to support career readiness of vocational high school students. This study aims to develop and validate a digital critical thinking ability instrument based on Watson-Glaser indicators through Rasch modeling. The study was conducted on 11th grade vocational high school students in East Java with an observational quantitative survey design. The developed instrument consisted of 44 statement items with aspects of argumentation, assumptions, deductions, interpretations, and conclusions. Rasch analysis was carried out using the Winsteps 3.73 application to assess validity, reliability, and item quality. The results showed that the instrument had an acceptability in the good category approaching ideal based on statistical and Rasch assessments. These findings indicate that the developed instrument has very good item quality and is suitable for use by guidance and counseling teachers in measuring digital critical thinking skills of vocational high school students while accommodating data sources in developing career guidance and counseling service programs in vocational high schools.

Abstract

Fenomena perceraian orang tua merupakan pengalaman berat yang dirasakan anak, sering kali meninggalkan dampak psikologis yang mendalam, dan berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan emosional anak dalam membentuk karakter dan stabilitas mental mereka di masa dewasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penggunaan strategi coping dengan proses rekontruksi makna hidup dalam menghadapi situasi perceraian orang tua. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, yang menghasilkan data berupa kata-kata atau ungkapan baik lisan maupun tertulis, serta perilaku yang dapat dicermati dari subjek. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan dengan tiga tahap, yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi coping  berperan penting dalam proses meaning making, yaitu kemampuan merekontruksi pengalaman perceraian menjadi sumber pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan psikologis posotif (post-traumatic growth). Temuan ini memberikan implikasi terhadap layanan bimbingan dan konseling, terutama dalam memberikan dukungan dan intervensi yang tepat  bagi konseli dewasa awal yang mengalami situasi perceraian orang tua. Abstract:  The phenomenon of parental divorce is a difficult experience for children, often leaving a deep psychological impact and affecting their emotional well-being in shaping their character and mental stabilitiy in adulthood. This study aims to examine the use of coping strategies with the process of reconstructing the meaning of life in dealing with parental divorce. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, which produces data in the form of words or expressions, both verbal and written, as well as observable behavior from the subjects. Data collection techniques include observation and interviews. Data analysis is carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results of the study indicate that coping strategies play an important role in the process of meaning making, namely the ability to reconstruct the experience of divorce into a source of learning and positive psychological growth (post-traumatic growth). These findings have implications for guidance and counseling services, especially in providing appropriate support and intervention for early adult counselees experiencing parental divorce.

Abstract

Gangguan perilaku pada anak tunalaras sering kali berakar pada hubungan kelekatan yang tidak aman antara anak dan orangtua, yang dipengaruhi oleh dinamika keluarga yang tidak harmonis dan lingkungan sosial yang disfungsional. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap 55 responden. Data dianalisis secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola kelekatan, latar belakang keluarga, dan pemicu perilaku delinkuen. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa mayoritas responden berasal dari keluarga dengan ekonomi menengah ke bawah (81,8%) dan mengalami pola pengasuhan tidak harmonis (58,2%), ditandai dengan konflik kronis, broken home, dan pengabaian emosional. Dinamika kelekatan didominasi pola tidak aman (insecure attachment), dimana 58,2% responden merasa tidak dipahami keluarga dan 40% beralih mencari dukungan pada figur di luar orangtua. Temuan utama menunjukkan pemicu utama konflik dengan hukum adalah kasus hubungan seksual yang dilaporkan sebagai pemerkosaan (45,5%), ini merefleksikan benturan antara norma sosial dan otonomi remaja, kemudian diikuti tindakan properti crime yang didorong faktor ekonomi. Hasil penelitian attachment figure shifting dalam kajian ini juga mendorong pengembangan model layanan konseling berbasis hubungan terapeutik yang hangat, empatik, dan konsisten, bagi anak yang kehilangan dukungan emosional dari orangtua. Secara praktis, implikasi penelitian ini menjadi dasar untuk mengembangkan layanan konseling keluarga dan konseling berbasis trauma di lembaga pendidikan maupun lembaga rehabilitasi anak.Abstract: Behavioral disorders in children with mental retardation are often rooted in insecure attachment relationships between children and parents, influenced by disharmonious family dynamics and a dysfunctional social environment. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study design through in-depth interviews with 55 respondents. Data were analyzed thematically to identify attachment patterns, family backgrounds, and triggers of delinquent behavior. The results revealed that the majority of respondents came from families with lower-middle incomes (81.8%) and experienced disharmonious parenting patterns (58.2%), characterized by chronic conflict, broken homes, and emotional neglect. Attachment dynamics were dominated by insecure attachment patterns, with 58.2% of respondents feeling misunderstood by their families and 40% turning to figures other than their parents for support. Key findings showed that the main trigger for conflict with the law was cases of sexual relations reported as rape (45.5%), reflecting the clash between social norms and adolescent autonomy, followed by property crimes driven by economic factors. The findings of this study on attachment figure shifting also encourage the development of a counseling service model based on a warm, empathetic, and consistent therapeutic relationship for children who have lost emotional support from their parents. Practically, the implications of this research provide a basis for developing family counseling and trauma-based counseling services in educational institutions and child rehabilitation centers.

Abstract

Fenomena kecanduan game online semakin banyak ditemukan pada peserta didik, termasuk siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Permasalahan ini berdampak pada motivasi belajar, prestasi akademik, serta kemampuan regulasi diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas konseling behavior teknik self control dalam mereduksi kecanduan game online pada siswa SMK. Penelitian menggunakan desain quasi experimental dengan model one-group pretest–posttest. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 10 siswa dengan tingkat kecanduan game online tinggi berdasarkan kuisioner Game Addiction Scale (GAS). Analisis data menggunakan paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara skor pretest dan posttest, yang mengindikasikan bahwa konseling behavior teknik self control efektif mereduksi kecanduan game online pada siswa SMK. Implikasinya, guru BK dapat mengintegrasikan teknik ini pada layanan program responsive untuk meningkatkan regulasi diri siswa terhadap penggunaan teknologi.Abstract. The phenomenon of online game addiction is increasingly being found among students, including vocational high school (SMK) students. This problem impacts learning motivation, academic achievement, and self-regulation skills. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of behavioral counseling and self-control techniques in reducing online game addiction in vocational high school students. The study used a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest model. The study subjects were 10 students with high levels of online game addiction based on the Game Addiction Scale (GAS). Data analysis used a paired sample t-test. The results showed a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores, indicating that behavioral counseling using self-control techniques is effective in reducing online game addiction in vocational high school students. The implication is that guidance and counseling teachers can integrate this technique into responsive program services to improve students' self-regulation of technology use.
