Abstract

Makalah ini dimaksudkan untuk menjelaskan tentang meningkatkan planned happenstance skills dalam perspektif Al Qur’an surah Al Balad dari ayat 1 hingga ayat 20. Konsep planned happenstance skills percaya bahwa perilaku manusia merupakan produk dari pengalaman belajar yang tersedia dalam situasi terencana dan tidak terencana. Dalam ajaran Islam semua perilaku manusia tertumpu pada keyakinan bahwa segala sesuatu sudah merupakan rencana Allah, manusia hanya dituntut untuk mencoba dan kemudian mengembalikan hasil dari upaya tersebut kepada Allah. Dalam skema enam prinsip yang dapat diterapkan konselor untuk meningkatkan planned happenstance skills yang dikemukakan Krumboltz, surat Al Balad dapat menjadi alternatif alur yang unik dengan: (1) Menekankan mempercayai kehendak Allah, ayat 1-4; (2) Mengambil hikmah terhadap apapun yang telah terjadi, ayat 5-7; (3) Konseli didorong untuk bersikap fleksibel dalam menanggapi kondisi yang terjadi, ayat 8-10; (4) Konselor menerima umpan balik konseli, ayat 11-16; (5) Konseli dapat menafsirkan setiap hubungan komunikasi secara efektif, ayat 17-18; dan terakhir (6) Memastikan konseli menjalankan keseluruhan alur secara maksimal dan utuh, ayat 19-20. This paper is intended to express the increased planned happenstance skills based on Al Qur'an Surah Al Balad from verses 1 through 20. Planned happenstance skills believe in human behavior is the product of many learning experiences available by planned and unplanned situations. In the teachings of Islam everything is based on the belief that everything has been planned by Allah, man is required to be able to try and then return the results of such efforts to Allah. In the scheme of six counselor lines increasing the planned happenstance skill offered by Krumboltz, the Al Balad surah can be a unique alignment alternative with: (1) Emphasis to trust Allah, verses 1-4; (2) Taking wisdom on what has happened, verses 5-7; (3) The counselee is encouraged to be flexible in response to the circumstances, verses 8-10; (4) Counselors receive counselee feedback, verses 11-16; (5) The counselee can interpret every communication relation effectively, verses 17-18; and lastly (6) Ensure the counselee runs the overall flow as a whole and safely, verses 19-20.

Abstract

Rendahnya internalisasi nilai-nilai etika dan moral dikalangan remaja terutama mengenai perilaku seksual pranikah, menjadi latarbelakang dilakukannya studi eksperimen dengan rancangan pretest-posttest nonequivalent yang melibatkan dua kelompok remaja. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan signifikansi penurunan perilaku seksual pranikah melalui tazkiyatun nafs berbasis REBT. Kajian penurunan perilaku seksual pranikah melalui tazkiyatun nafs berbasis REBT dilakukan dengan mengendalikan perbedaan perilaku seksual pranikah sebelum perlakuan selain itu ditinjau berdasarkan pengaruh jenis kelamin terhadap tazkiyatun nafs berbasis REBT. Ancova dan Two-way anova dijadikan sebagai Teknik analisis data. Ada dua temuan dalam penelitian ini, yang pertama terjadi penurunan signifikan perilaku seksual pranikah setelah mendapatkan layanan tazkiyatun nafs berbasis REBT. Kedua, jenis kelamin tidak mempengaruhi keefektifan tazkiyatun nafs berbasis REBT. Tazkiyatun nafs berbasis REBT dapat menjadi alternatif untuk menurunkan perilaku seksual pranikah remaja. The lack of internalization of ethical values and morals among adolescence especially premarital sexual behavior, became background of the experiment study with pretest-posttest design nonequivalent involving two groups of adolescence. This research was conducted to determine the significance of decrease in premarital sexual behavior through tazkiyatun nafs based REBT. Study of decrease in premarital sexual behavior through tazkiyatun nafs based REBT is done by controlling premarital sexual behavior differences before treatment, then reviewed based on the influence of gender against nafs tazkiyatun-based REBT. Ancova and two-way anova was used as data analysis techniques. There are two findings in this study, first there is a significant decrease in premarital sexual behavior after receiving tazkiyatun nafs service based REBT. Second, gender does not affect the effectiveness of tazkiyatun nafs based REBT. Tazkiyatun nafs based REBT could become an alternative to reduce adolescence premarital sexual behavior.

Abstract

Melaui artikel ini penulis memberikan gambaran terkait pelaksanaan bimbingan konseling nilai dan spiritual terhadap transgender dalam menumbuhkan nilai dan spiritualnya untuk kehidupan kesehariannya serta berbagai upaya yang dilakukan oleh Konselor/pembimbing. Dalam penelitian ini bimbingan konseling nilai dan spiritual dapat dilihat sebagai jendela untuk membaca dan melihat lebih jauh fenomena bimbingan nilai dan spritualitas terhadap transgender yang dilakukan dengan berbagai upaya. Disamping itu, akan di fokuskan pada pokok permasalahan besar dengan  rumusan masalah terkait proses bimbingan konseling nilai dan spiritual terhadap santri Pondok Pesantren Waria Al-Fatah Yogyakarta, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat bimbingan nilai dan spiritual santri. Adapun metode penelitiannya yakni menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan mendeskripsikan terkait bimbingan konseling nilai dan spiritual santri. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan spiritual santri yakni, bimbingan dan koseling pribadi-sosial serta bimbingan dan konseling religius. Adapun faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya yakni, adanya dorongan motivasi santri mendalami nilai spirtual melalui bimbingan nilai dan spritualitas. Adapun faktor penghambat yakni, kurangnya respon masyarakat publik serta respon lingkungan sekitar dengan adanya pengucilan di masyarakat. Ini dilakukan agar terpenuhinya bimbngan nilai dan spiritual transgender  untuk belajar mengenal Islam melalui nilai dan spritual dalam kehidupannya. Through this article provides an overview related to the implementation of counseling of value and spiritual counseling on transgender in fostering the value and spiritual for their daily lives as well as various efforts carried out by counselors. In this study, counseling on value and spiritual counseling can see further the phenomenon of guidance on values and spirituality towards transgender people. major issues with the formulation of the problem related to the process of counseling the value and spiritual counseling for the students of Waria al-Fatah Islamic Boarding School in Yogyakarta, as well as supporting factors and obstacles to the guidance of values and spiritual santri. The research method is using qualitative research by describing santri's spiritual and value counseling. From the results of the study indicate that the guidance is carried out in improving the spiritual of the students namely, personal-social guidance and counseling and religious guidance and counseling. As for the supporting and inhibiting factors, namely, the motivation for students to explore spiritual values through the guidance of values and spirituality. The inhibiting factors are the lack of response from the public and the response of the surrounding environment to the existence of isolation in the community.

Abstract

Efikasi diri dapat diartikan sebagai penilaian seseorang tentang kemampuan-kemampuan yang dimiliki individu dalam mencapai sesuatu yang telah ditargetkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penjelasan secara deskriptif tentang efikasi diri pada siswa, khususnya kelas VIII MAN Wonokromo Bantul.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Subyek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII MAN Wonokromo Bantul sejumlah 282 siswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan statistik diskriptif berupa frekuensi dan persentase. Berdasarkan analisis dan pembahasan diperoleh hasil bahwa efikasi diri siswa  kelas VIII MAN Wonokromo Bantul cenderung menunjukkan kategori sedang. Dari 142 siswa kelas VIII yang memiliki efikasi diri dengan kategori sangat rendah sebanyak 9 siswa (6,34%), efikasi diri dengan kategori rendah sebanyak 35 siswa (24,65%), efikasi diri dengan kategori sedang sebanyak 62 siswa (43,66%), efikasi diri dengan kategori tinggi sebanyak 26 siswa (18,31%) dan efikasi diri dengan kategori sangat tinggi sebanyak 10 siswa (7,04%). Seyogyanya hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi panduan bagi guru bimbingan dan konseling sebagai upaya untuk membantu meningkatkan efikasi diri siswa. Self-efficacy can be interpreted as someone's assessment of the abilities that individuals have in achieving something that has been targeted. This study aims to provide a descriptive explanation of self-efficacy in students, especially grade VIII MAN Wonokromo Bantul. The research method used in this study is quantitative descriptive. The subjects used in this study were eighth grade students of MAN Wonokromo Bantul totaling 282 students. The sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study is using descriptive statistics in the form of frequency and percentage. Based on the analysis and discussion, the results showed that the self-efficacy of eighth grade students of MAN Wonokromo Bantul tended to show moderate categories. Based on 142 class VIII students there were students who had self-efficacy in the very low category as many as 9 students (6.34%), self-efficacy in the low category as many as 35 students (24.65%), self-efficacy in the medium category of 62 students (43 , 66%), self-efficacy in the high category as many as 26 students (18.31%) and self-efficacy in the very high category as many as 10 students (7.04%). The results of this study should be a guide for teachers guidance and counseling as an effort to help improve student self-efficacy

Abstract

Perasaan aman dan nyaman berada di sekolah sangat dibutuhkan oleh setiap siswa untuk menunjang pengembangan potensinya. Fenomena yang terjadi terdapat beberapa siswa yang mengalami kekerasan di sekolah berupa perilaku bullying. Kemunculan perilaku ini dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya yaitu kontrol diri. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kontrol diri dan perilaku bullying siswa, serta menguji hubungan kontrol diri dan perilaku bullying siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dan korelasional dengan subjek penelitian 47 siswa. Penelitian menggunakan instrumen angket yang disusun dengan meggunakan model skala likert. Data diolah dengan teknik statistik deskriptif dan untuk uji korelasi kedua variabel digunakan rumus product moment correlation. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kontrol diri dengan perilaku bullying siswa. Feelings of comfort and secure in the school is needed by every student to support the development of potentialities. The phenomenon that occurs there are some students who experienced violence in schools in the form of bullying behavior. The appearance of this behavior can be caused by various factors, one of which is self-control. The study aims to describe self-control and bullying behavior of students, as well as to examine the relationship of self-control and student bullying behavior. This research is a descriptive and correlational research with subject of research of 47 students. The research used questionnaire instrument that was prepared using Likert scale model. Data is processed by descriptive statistical techniques and for the correlation test of both variables used product moment correlation formula. The results revealed there was a significant relationship between student’s self-control and bullying behavior.

Abstract

Dalam rangka mengontrol perilaku dan perkembangan anak pada usia pendidikan dasar, perlu adanya sinergitas serta komunikasi antara pihak sekolah dengan orangtua. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis program konseling dalam mengontrol perilaku siswa Sekolah Dasar Unggulan Terpadu Bumi Kartini Jepara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan penelitia lapangan melalui wawancara, observasi langsung dalam implementasi program konseling. Hasil temuan  penelitian menunjukkan ada tiga program konseling yang dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Unggulan Terpadu Bumi Kartini Jepara. Pertama, konseling secara individu yang dilakukan guru kelas dengan siswa. Program ini dilakukan sesuai kebutuhan pada waktu kondisional. Kedua, konseling bulanan antara guru kelas dengan orangtua siswa. Jadwal pelaksanaan setiap hari Jum’at pada akhir bulan. Ketiga, program layanan parenting bersama orangtua siswa setiap akhir semester. Program parenting dilakukan dalam bentuk variatif seperti seminar, sarasehan, gathering, dengan tema berbeda setiap semester. Parenting merupakan media update dan sharing informasi tentang perkembangan sikap anak dengan fasilitator ahli. Media komunikasi penunjang konseling adalah grup whatsapp orang tua siswa, guru, pimpinan sekolah, dan buku konseling tentang catatan masalah beserta hasil konseling.In order to control the behavior, attitudes, and development of children in the age of basic education, there needs to be synergy and communication between stakeholder of the school and parents. This study aims to analyze counseling programs in controlling the behavior of students of Integrated Primary School Bumi Kartini Jepara. The research method used descriptive qualitative. In collecting data using field research through interviews, direct observation in the implementation of counseling programs. The results of the study are three counseling programs carried out at the Integrated Primary School Bumi Kartini Jepara. The first, individual counseling by class teachers with students. This program is carried out as needed in conditional time. The second, monthly counseling between class teachers and parents. Implementation schedule every Friday at the end of the month. The third, parenting service program with parents of students at the end of each semester. The parenting program is carried out in various methods such as seminars, parent class, gatherings, with different themes every semester. Parenting is a medium for updating and sharing information about the development of children's attitudes with expert facilitators. There are communication media in order to supporting counseling program, such as WhatsApp group of parents, teachers, school leaders, and counseling books about the problem notes and the results of counseling.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pelaksanaan konseling individu untuk menumbuhkan kepercayaan diri orang tua yang memiliki anak autis di SLB Autis Mitra Ananda Colomadu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang mana peneliti menjelaskan dan mendeskripsikan hasil temuan. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua anak autis. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dan observasi, metode analisis data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis interaktif dan keabsahan data menggunakan metode trianggulasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konseling individu menggunakan teknik REBT dapat membuat orang tua sadar bahwa anaknya membutuhkan dukungan dari orang tuanya. Karena salah satu keberhasilan terapi untuk anak autis adalah dukungan dari orang tuanya. Dengan teknik logotherapy klien mulai memberikan nilai pada keadaan yang dia punya serta klien sadar akan karunia Tuhan yang diberikan kepadanya, dan dengan teknik humanistik, klien mulai mampu menerima kondisi anaknya. Hal tersebut membuat klien memiliki kepercayaan diri sebagai orang tua yang memiliki anak autis.The purpose of this study is to know how the process of individual counseling implementation to foster self-confidence of parents who have children with autism in SLB Autis Mitra Ananda Colomadu. This type of research is descriptive qualitative in which the researcher describes and describes the findings. Subjects in this study were parents of children with autism. Data collection techniques using interviews, and observation, data analysis methods used in this study is interactive analysis and data validity using data triangulation method. The results of this study indicate that individual counseling using REBT techniques can make parents aware that their children need support from their parents. Because one of the successes of therapy for children with autism is support from their parents. With the logotherapy technique the client begins to give value to the circumstances that he has as well as the client is conscious of God's gift given to him, and by humanistic techniques, the client begins to be able to accept his child's condition. This makes the client has confidence as parents who have children with autism.

Abstract

Self-efficacy is a predictor for individuals with Substance Abuse Disorders (SAD) to recover from drug addiction. The need for measurements to determine the efficacy of individuals with SAD. The aim of the study was to determine the level of self-efficacy of people with SAD to recover from drug addiction in the level dimensions, strength dimensions, and general dimensions. This study uses a descriptive approach. The research instrument was self-efficacy scale with subject N = 217. Research subjects were substance users undergoing a drug rehabilitation program at the Drug Rehabilitation Center, Indonesia. Research subjects had 217 with male gender (Re-entry, HOC, Faith, Care, and Hope) and female gender (Female). Quantitative descriptive analysis to determine the level of self-efficacy in individuals with SAD. The level dimension at a high level. Unlike the level dimension, that in the dimension of individual strength and individual generality to recover has a low level. Level dimension differences with the dimensions of strength and general dimensions because the level dimension is limited to individual feelings to be able to recover from drug addiction, while the dimensions of strength and general center on cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects to recover from drug addiction. Counselors can design a counseling strategy to develop self-efficacy and prevent relapse.
