Abstract

Abstract. The background of problem of this research was occurred due to the student’s lack of identifitying if this folklore (Banten Folklore). The result of learning process of moral massage analysis was only focused on knowledge, and it did not give any significant effect towards student’s behavior and caracters. The formulations of problem for this research were: (1) Is there any moral message on Bnaten’s Folklore (2) Can learning process of Banten’s folklore be described through charahter education- oriented. This research was conducted through qualitative descriptive method.Meanwhile the data collecting technique were conducted test and non- test by using observation. The result of the research showed that the analysis of moral message on Banten’s Folklore entitled “Oath Mosque of Inland Terate” reached 6.20 (fairly good), on “Legend OF Pinang Mountain” reached 7.45 (good), and on “ The Lagend of Kuwung Stone” reached 8.00 (very good) and stories could be concluded contained the moral message. The result of observation showed that character education- oriented the moral message. The toward student’s attitudes and behavior. From the research could be conclude that Banten’s Folklore had its own moral message. The learning process of character education- oriented gave significant effect towards student’s behavior and it also could be applied in their daily life.Keywords: Banten’s folklore, moral message, and character education

Abstract

"The implementation of the Primary School Curriculum 2013 is done through partial learning towards an integrated learning, with a thematic approach-integrated from Class I to Class VI" (Permendikbud No. 65 and 67 in 2013). Integrated Thematic learning is implemented using the principles of integrated learning. The integration of the thematic order competency materials related to one another, so as to be mutually reinforcing, avoid overlapping and maintain alignment of learning (interdisciplinary) and contextual (transdisciplinary). Integrated thematic learning relevant to accommodate differences in qualitative learning environment, and is expected to inspire learners to acquire learning experience. Integrated thematic learning has a qualitatively different with other learning model, because it guides learners achieve higher levels of thinking to optimize multiple thinking skills, an innovative process for the development dimension of attitudes, skills and knowledge. However, the tendency has been teaching in elementary schools put more emphasis on (LOTS) Lower Order Thingking Skills are only able to answer factual questions which alternative is only one answer and the answer is usually something that can be found directly in the book or memorizing. Low-level thinking skills is the medium of higher thinking skills. That is why learning patterns that need to be initiated HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills). These skills need to be trained since elementary school age to make students familiar with the way of thinking that would be a high level of capital in the next education level. Abstract

Abstrak. Pelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SD sering dianggap sebagai pelajaran yang membosankan karena terkesan hanya mengcatat materi dan  jarang dipraktikkan. Keluhan tentang prestasi belajar khususnya mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia, tidak bisa dikatakan sebagai kelalaian guru pada sekolah yang bersangkutan. Namun hal ini harus dikembalikan lagi pada kembiasaan membaca siswa, sehingga menarik peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian tentang Pengaruh Kebiasaan Membaca Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Bahasa Indonessia Pada Siswa Kelas V SDN Kubanglaban. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN Kubanglaban Kabupaten Serang dengan 30 siswa.  Metode yang digunakan adalah korelasional dengan 3 teknik penelitian, yaitu Teknik angket dimaksudkan untuk memperoleh data tentang kebiasaan membaca, tek tes untuk mengukur kemampuan dan prestasi siswa dalam mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia, dan teknik analisis data dimaksudkan untuk mengukur pengaruh variabel kebiasaan membaca terhadap prestasi siswa SDN Kubanglaban. Hasil angket menunjukan tingkat kebiasaan membaca mencapaian sebesar 67 % dari 30 siswa. Tingkat pencapaian 90 % diperoleh dari skor prestasi belajar bahasa Indonesia setelah diadakan tes, dengan nilai terendah 80 dan tertinggi 89. Hasil analisis data dari korelasi kebiasaan membaca terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas V SDN Kubanglaban memperoleh angka sebesar 0,641. Korelasi tersebut termasuk  ke dalam korelasi tinggi. Sekitar 41% prestasi belajar dipengaruhi oleh kebiasaan membaca. Hal ini menunjukan bahawa  kebiasaan membaca amatlah penting dalam upaya meningkatkan prestasi belajar khususnya pada siswa kelas V SDN Kubanglaban.Kata Kunci : kebiasaan membaca, prestasi belajar Abstract. Indonesian Language Lesson in Elementary School is often regarded as a tedious lesson because it seems to only record material and is rarely practiced. Complaints about the achievement of learning, especially Indonesian subjects, can not be said as negligence of teachers at the school concerned. But this should be restored again on the habits of reading students, thus attracting researchers to conduct research on the Influence of Reading Habits of Learning Achievement of Language Indonessia In Students Class V SDN Kubanglaban. The sample of this research is the students of grade V SDN Kubanglaban Serang with 30 students. The method used is correlation with 3 research techniques, namely questionnaire technique is intended to obtain data about reading habits, test techniques to measure the ability and achievement of students in Indonesian subjects, and data analysis techniques intended to measure the influence of reading habit variable on student achievement SDN Kubanglaban. The questionnaire results show the reading habit reached 67% of 30 students. 90% achievement level is obtained from the score of learning achievement of Indonesian language after the test, with the lowest score 80 and the highest 89. The results of data analysis of the correlation of reading habits on student achievement class V SDN Kubanglaban get the number of 0.641. The correlation is included in the high correlation. About 41% of learning achievement is influenced by reading habits. This shows that reading habit is very important in an effort to improve learning achievement, especially in grade V SDN Kubanglaban.Keywords: reading habit, learning achievement

Abstract

Literasi merupakan keterampilan yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap siswa. Namun, meurut survei yang dilakukan PISA ditemukan bahwa kebiasaan literasi belum membudaya dikalangan siswa Sekolah Dasar. Perlu adanya tindakan yang harus dilakukan untuk mengubah perilaku tersebut. Program 6M (mengamati (observe), mencipta (create), mengkomunikasikan (communicate), mengapresiasikan (appreciate), membukukan (post), memamerkan (demonstrate)) merupakan suatu program yang bertujuan menciptakan budaya literasi di kelas. Dalam kegiatan program 6M siswa dibiasakan untuk peka terhadap lingkungan dengan membuat suatu karya. Karya yang telah dibuat siswa kemudian dikumpulkan dalam folder atau dipajang disekitar area kelas. Prinsif yang dibangun dari program ini bertujuan untuk membangkitkan serta mewadahi segala potensi siswa dengan cara belajar secara langsung. Kegiatan ini mengintegrasikan materi pembajaran dalam aktifitasnya. Sehingga guru dapat memanfaatkan program 6M ini sebagai bagian dari pembelajaran di kelas.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing lebih baik dari pada kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran ekspositori pada mata pelajaran IPA. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan desain posttest only design with nonequivalent group. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri Ciherang tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan ialah purposive sampling. Pada penelitian ini kelas V B sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VA sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji-t satu pihak kanan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji hipotesis satu pihak kanan diperoleh hasil bahwa kemampuan berpikir krtis siswa yang menggunakan model inkuiri terbimbing lebih baik dari kelas kontrol yang menggunakan model ekspositoriKata Kunci : model inkuiri terbimbing, model ekspositori, kemampuan berpikir kritisAbstract. This study aims to determine: whether the critical thinking skills of students who use guided inquiry learning model is better than the critical thinking skills of students who use the model of expository teaching in science subjects. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental design posttest only design with nonequivalent group.This research was conducted in SD Negeri Ciherang the academic year 2016/2017. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. In this study, class V B as an experimental class and class VA as a control class. To  test  the  hypothesis in this research used t-test one tailed of the right. Based on the calculation results of hypothesis testing one tailed of the right, that the results of critical thinking skills students use models guided inquiry better than the control class that uses the model expository.Keyword : guided inquiry model, model expository, critical thinking skill

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan pada peserta didik SD Negeri Pitara 2 Kota Depok yang berjumlah 38, terdiri dari 18 laki-laki dan 20 perempuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas 3 SD Negeri Pitara 2 dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran picture and picture dan media gambar seri. Hasil pembelajaran Prasiklus dengan KKM 75 diperoleh rerata kelas 63,8. Pada Siklus I nilai rerata kelas 70,8, yang tuntas dalam belajar berjumlah 23 atau 60,5 %. Dari data pengamatan sebanyak 25 orang 66%, atau dapat menjawab dengan benar dan yang tidak dapat menjawab dengan benar 13 orang atau 34%. Pada Siklus II hasil nilai rerata kelas adalah 80. Data pengamatan hasil belajar juga menunjukkan peningkatan yaitu sebanyak 32 orang atau 84% menjawab dengan benar, dan yang tidak dapat menjawab dengan benar ada 6 atau 16%. Dengan demikian pembelajaran menggunakan Picture and Picture dan media gambar seri dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar, keaktifan dan motivasi bagi peserta didik. Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar, Picture and Picture, Gambar Seri. Abstract. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) conducted on the students of the State Elementary School Pitara 2 Depok City amounting to 38, consisting of 18 men and 20 women. This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of students in grade 3 SD Negeri Pitara 2 by using the model of learning picture and picture and media drawing series. Results of pre-cycle learning with KKM 75 obtained the average class 63.8. In Cycle I the grade average of 70.8, which completed in study amounted to 23 or 60.5%. From observation data as many as 25 people 66%, or can answer correctly and who can not answer correctly 13 people or 34%. In Cycle II the result of grade grade is 80. Observation data of learning result also shows improvement that is as many as 32 people or 84% answer correctly, and who can not answer correctly there is 6 or 16%. Thus learning using Picture and Picture and series image media can improve learning outcomes, liveliness and motivation for learners.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Picture and Picture, Picture Series

Abstract

Representasi matematis penting bagi mahasiswa untuk menyampaikan ide-ide kreatif terhadap permasalahan statistik. Pentingnya representasi matematis, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis perbedaan peningkatan representasi matematis mahasiswa calon guru sekolah dasar yang difasilitasi dengan menggunakan model collaborative problem solving. Metode yang digunakan adalah Quasi Eksperiment dengan desain Non-equivalent Pretest-Posttest Control Group. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 70 mahasiswa calon guru sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan representasi matematis mahasiswa, dimana mahasiswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran dengan model CPS memperoleh N-gain 0,46 lebih tinggi dari kelompok ekspositori dengan N-gain 0,30. Berdasarkan kemampuan awal matematis (KAM), baik level tinggi, sedang, dan rendah kelompok CPS mencapai peningkatan kemampuan representasi matematis lebih tinggi dari kelompok ekspositori (EPS). Perbedaan peningkatan mengindikasikan bahwa penggunaan model CPS dalam perkuliahan statistika pendidikan lebih baik dari model pembelajaran EPS. Peningkatan ini dikarenakan berkolaborasi dilaksanakan dalam kelompok, namun tujuan utamanya bukan untuk mencapai kesatuan yang didapat melalui kegiatan kelompok, tetapi mahasiswa calon guru sekolah dasar didorong untuk menemukan berbagai pemikiran kreatif yang disampaikan setiap individu dalam kelompok.Kata Kunci: Representasi Matematis, Kemampuan Awal Matematis (KAM), Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS) Mathematics representation are important for students to convey creative ideas to statistical problems. The purpose of this study was analyzed the difference in improvement of mathematics representation of students who are elementary school student teacher candidate facilitated by using collaborative problem-solving model. By using Quasy Experimental method with non-equivalent pretest–posttest control group design. The study sample consisted of 70 students of elementary school student teacher candidate. The result showed that there was a difference increase in mathematics representation in which student who were gained in collaborative problem-solving model identified to have N-gain 0, 46 higher than those who were ekspository group with the N-gain 0,30. Based on the prior-ability mathematics (PAM), the higher level, medium, and lower level of students in CPS group increased high mathematics representation than the ekspository (EPS) group. This increased result indicates that the use of CPS model in lectures of educational statistics was better than EPS. This increase internalized that the collaboration was in group but the main objective was of getting the unity gained in the group, but the students urged to get creative thinking recived individually in group.Key words; Mathematics representation, Prior-Ability Mathematics (PAM), Collaborative problem solving (CPS)

Abstract

This research aims to describe and explain the model of student’s discipline attitude formation. The method used was descriptive with qualitative approach. The data were collected through observation, interview and documentation. The data were analyzed by using Miles and Huberman’s model. The data source consisted of principal, teachers and students. The results: (1) effort to form student’s discipline attitude, (a) planning, (b) school program, (c) activity, (d) implementation of activity. (2) school commitment in forming student’s discipline attitude, (a) affective, (b) continuance, (c) normative. (3) supporting factors: parents, principals and teachers, the willngness of the students. (4) the school's assessment using social attitude journals. Through these results, the model for the establishment of students’s discipline attitude formation included the pre-implementation stage, containing the planning; implementation, containing the implementation of activities, carrying capacity, attitudes would be assessed to determine follow-up. The whole stage was accompanied by commitment from principals, teachers, parents, and students.Keywords: attitude formation, discipline, commitment, attitude assessment.

Abstract

Abstrak. Masalah pendidikan adalah masalah yang kompleks. Pembahasan di satu isi belum tentu dapat menyentuh sisi yang lain. Ada banyak masalah yang barangkali memang sudah “mengakar” pada tradisi kita, seperti ada sebentuk mental yang tak disadari. Tulisan ini mencoba membicarakan hal-hal yang “mengakar” itu, problem mentalitas itu, dalam soal peggunaan bahasa nasional kita dan lalu akan disambungkan dengan refleksi atas pikiran-pikiran Paulo Freire, sebab penulis menduga ada sangkut pautnya antara “liar”nya penggunaan bahasa nasional kita dengan masalah “adanya ketertindasan dalam ranah pendidikan.”Kata Kunci: bahasa, literasiAbstract. Education problems are complex problems. The discussion in one content may not necessarily touch the other side. There are many problems that may indeed have "rooted" in our tradition, as there is an unconscious mental form. This paper tries to talk about those things that are "rooted", the problem of mentality, in the matter of the use of our national language and then it will be connected with reflection on the thoughts of Paulo Freire, because the authors suspect there is a connection between the "wild" use of national language us with the problem of "oppression in the realm of education." Keyword: language, literacy

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada ranah kognitif mata pelajaran PKn. Rendahnya hasil belajar siswa tidak terlepas dari minimya keterlibatan siswa selama proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada peningkatan hasil belajar melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Take and Give (TAG) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar PKn siswa kelas v. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi kelas V SD Negeri Mangunsari 07 Salatiga yang berjumlah 24 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa tes dan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh bahwa hasil belajar siswa pada ranah kognitif mengalami peningkatan setelah diterapkanyan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Take and Give. pada siklus I skor rata-rata siswa termasuk kategori sedang sementara pada siklus II rata-rata skor siswa termasuk kategori tinggi. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa hasil belajar siswa pada aspek kognitif mengalami peningkatan setelah diterapkanya model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Take and Give. Kata Kunci : Take And Give, hasil belajar PKn This research is motivated lack of student learning result in the cognitive domain Civics subjects. Low student learning result can not be separated from minimya involvement of students during the learning process. The research is focused on improving learning result through the implementation of cooperative learning Take and Give (TAG) model. This study to improve learning result Civics Education fifth grade students. In this study, the method used is a Class Action Research (CAR). Subjects in this study were students of class V Elementary School 07 Salatiga Mangunsari amounting to 24 people. Data collection techniques used in the form of tests and observation. Based on the results of the study, found that student learning result in the cognitive domain has increased after application cooperative learning Take and Give model, in the first cycle of the average score students  medium category while the second cycle of the average scores of students including higher category. This shows that student learning result in the cognitive aspects of the increase after application cooperative learning Take and Give model.Keyword : Take And Give, learning outcomes Civics
