Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya minat dan kesan siswa terhadap matematika sehingga hasil belajarnya rendah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN Jomin Barat I Kecamatan Kotabaru Kabupaten Karawang, yang terdiri dari 17 siswa perempuan dan 12 siswa laki-laki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  penggunaan media bangun ruang dan bangun datar pada materi menghitung luas bangun datar sederhana dan menghitung volume kubus dan balok serta menggunakannya dalam pemecahan masalah dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN Jomin Barat I tahun pelajaran 2017/2018? Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi, catatan lapangan dan tes. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pelaksanaan tindakan pada siklus I nilai rata-rata 62,75 meningkat menjadi 74, 50 pada siklus II. Berdasarkan tindakan yang dilakukan pada setiap siklus dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media bangun ruang dan media bangun datar dapat mengaktifkan dan meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika.Kata Kunci : Media Bangun Ruang, Hasil Belajar This research is bassed on the lack of interest and the students impression on the subject of mathematics, so the result of mathematics learning is low. This research done in SDN Jomin Barat I Kec. Kotabaru Kab. Karawang. The subject is the students of grade V, consist of 17 female and 12 male. This study aims to determine the using geometry media to calculating the area and volume material can improve the result of mathematics learning in Vth grade in 2017/2018. The method used is classroom action research.. The data collection process is carried out by observing, field record and Test. This research is carried out in 2 cycles. The results obtained from the  implementation of the action on the cycle I average value of 62.75 increased to 74, 50 on cycle II. Based on the actions taken on each cycle it can be concluded that the use of geometry media can activate and improve the results of learning mathematic.Keyword : Geometry,  Learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstrak. Anak pertama kali akan memeroleh penguasaan dan pemahaman terkait pengetahuan secara kognitifnya melalui pengalaman pembelajaran di rumah. Sekaitan dengan itu, penerapan karakter secara tidak langsung terjadi di dalamnya. Persoalannya terkadang orang tua terlalu mendominasi seorang anak dengan berbagai kalimat larangan dalam mengajarkan karakter terhadap anaknya. Banyak anggota keluarga di masyarakat yang menyepelekan persoalan sastra. Masyarakat memiliki perspektif bahwa sastra hanya menghadirkan khayalan dan angan-angan semata pada seorang anak. Literasi memang tidak melulu selalu yang bermakna membaca buku, namun membaca atau mendengarkan cerita melalui sastra anak sebagai bagian dari tahap awal seorang anak mendekati sastra dalam menumbuhkan karakter pada seorang anak, khususnya anak usia sekolah dasar. Sementara itu, tantangan teknologi informasi semakin pesat berkembang maju. Sehingga apabila seorang anak tidak dibiasakan dengan literasi yang baik, maka dapat terjebak dalam hegemoni media sosial dan melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan yang tidak mencerminkan karakter. Anak akan menjadi pribadi yang asing di lingkungan masyarakatnya bahkan terhadap orang tuanya sendiri. Sementara itu, sastra dapat menghadirkan kebijaksanaan seseorang melalui karakter-karakter tokoh yang dihadirkan di dalamnya. Seorang anak dapat diajak berdiskusi mengenai isi cerita yang ada di dalamnya. Selain itu juga, seorang anak dapat memperoleh pembelajaran sastra secara tidak langsung dan kegiatan literasi menjadi bagian dalam kehidupannya. Dengan demikian adanya keterkaitan literasi cerita anak dalam keluarga berperan penting dalam pembentukan karakter anak usia sekolah dasar.Kata Kunci: Literasi, Cerita Anak, Pembelajaran KarakterAbstract. Children will first acquire mastery and related understanding through home experience. Related to that, the application of indirect characters takes place inside it. The problem with parents is also very different from children. Many family members are underestimated. Society has a perspective that literature presents only delusions and delusions to a child. Literacy is not simply meaning reading a book, but reading or receiving stories through child literature as part of early learning for boys to learn, elementary school children. Meanwhile, information technology is getting ahead. No one can get used to good literacy, can be incorporated into social media and perform activities that do not reflect the character. The child will become a normal person in the community even the parents themselves. Meanwhile, literature can present a person through the characters presented in it. A child can be invited to discuss because of the content of the story in it. In addition, a child can learn directly and literacy activities become part of his life. Thus, there is a significant correlation between literacy of children's stories in families in character building and elementary school time.Keywords: Literacy, child literature,Character building.

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan meningkatkan kemampuan penguasaan kosa kata Bahasa Inggris pada siswa SD yang berada di pedesaan. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan quasi experimental design. Jenis quasi experimental design yang dipilih adalah nonequivalent control group design dengan memasukan pretes-posttes pada kelompok kontrol dan eksperimen dalam menentukan skor perbandingan tingkat kemampuan sebelum dan sesudah mendapat perlakuan. Peneliti mengambil sampel dari masing-masing sekolah sebanyak 15 siswa kelas 5 dari SDN Buaran Bambu 1 Kab. Tangerang sebagai kelas eksperimen dan SDN Periuk 4 Kota Tangerang sebagai kelas kontrol. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini adalah pada umumnya tingkat motivasi belajar siswa SDN Buaran Bambu 1 mengalami peningkatan, hal itu terlihat dari nilai terendah pada pre-tes 15 dan post-test meningkat menjadi 35. Akan tetapi pemberian perlakuan sebanyak 6 pertemuan tidaklah cukup untuk meningkatkan prestasi siswa SDN Buaan bambu 1 dalam penguasaan kosa kata bahasa Inggris, apabila dibandingkan dengan SDN Periuk 4 Kota Tangerang yang nilai terendah pre-test mencapai 35 dan post test 50. Sehingga hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa, H0 diterima dan Ha ditolak yang artinya tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dalam peningkatan penguasaan kosa kata Bahasa Inggris dengan menggunakan  metode TPR pada siswa SD yang berada di desa.Kata Kunci: Total Physical Response (TPR), Kosa Kata, Siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD) Abstract.  The aims of the research are to improve students’ motivation and students’ vocabulary mastery in English at Elementary School, especially in the remote area. The researcher used quantitative approach by using quasi experimental design. Kinds of  quasi experimental design chosed is  nonequivalent control group design used  pretest and posttest in the control and experimental group in determining the skill level score before and after treatment. The researcher taking samples from each   school, SDN Buaran Bambu 1 Kab. Tangerang as the experimental class, 15 students of 5 grade as a sample and SDN Periuk 4 Kota Tangerang as the control class, 15 students of 5 grade as a sample. The findings of this research are generally the level of students' learning motivation SDN Buaran Bambu 1 has increased, it is seen from the lowest score on pre-test 15 and post-test increased to 35. However, the treatment of 6 meetings is not enough to improve the students’ vocabulary mastery at  SDN Buaran Bambu 1, when compared with SDN Periuk 4 Kota Tangerang which the lowest pre-test value reached 35 and post test 50. So the hypothesis could be concluded that, H0 accepted and Ha rejected which means there is no difference significant in improving English vocabulary mastery by using TPR method on elementary school students residing in the village.Keywords: Total Physical Response (TPR), Vocabulary, Elementary School Students

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw sebagai alternatif meningkatkan minat belajar dan mendeskripsikan apakah pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw lebih efektif diberikan kepada siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas IV semester II SD Negeri Mangunsari 02 Kecamatan Sidomukti Kota Salatiga tahun pelajaran 2017/2018.Varibel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw sebagai variabel bebas dan minat belajar sebagai variabel terikat. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan instrumen pengumpulan data angket/kuisioner (questionnaire), dan daftar cek (checklist). Berdasarkan penelitian minat belajar siswa terhadap mata pelajaran IPS dengan menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe Jigsaw, yaitu dari 24 siswa, 2 (8.4%) siswa berminat, 21 (87.5%) siswa kurang berminat, 1 (4.1%) siswa tidak berminat. Uji t yang telah dilakukan setelah tindakan  diperoleh signifikasi  .000 lebih  kecil  dari  0,05  (0,000<0,05),  karena  signifikansi  2-tailed  pada  independent sample t test lebih kecil dari 0,05.  Dari data penelitian yang telah didapat Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe Jigsaw efektif diterapkan dalam pemebelajaran IPS dan dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dalam proses pembelajaran dikelas. Kata Kunci :  Jigsaw, Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial.Abstract. This resarch was purposed to describe effectivity of learning model cooperative type jigsaw as an  alternative to increase students’ interest in learning and adress if cooperative learning type jigsaw more effective to be given to fifhth graders students in the semester II of SD Negeri Mangunsari 02 Kecamatan Sidomukti Kota Salatiga school year 2017/2018 for learning Social Knowledge Subject. Variable in this reasearch included learning model cooperative type jigsaw as independent variable and learning interest as dependent variable. This reserach used qualitative and quantitative method within the instruments questionaire and checklist. Based on the research revealed students’ interest toward Social Knowledge Subject used learning model cooperative type jigsaw; from 24 students, 2 ( 8.4 %) students were interested, 21 ( 87,5 %) less interested, 2 (4.1 %) not interested at all. Test t that had been done after action obtained significance 0,000 which less than 0, 05 (0,000<0,05), because of  the significance 2-tailed to independent sample t test less than 0,05. From the research data, learning model cooperative type jigsaw was effective to be applied in Social Knowledge Subject learning and also increasing students’ interest in classrooom learning processes.Keyword: Jigsaw, Social Knowledge Subject.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model open ended problems terhadap peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas IV SD 1 Golantepus. Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek penelitian 25 siswa kelas IV. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik tes dan non tes. Analisis data yang digunakan merupakan analisis  kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa mengalami peningkatan. Pada siklus I diperoleh presentase 74,1% dengan kriteria cukup kreatif, dan meningkat di siklus II presentase 85,92% dengan kriteria kreatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model open ended problems berbantuan compact disk (CD) pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas IV SD 1 Golantepus.Kata Kunci: Open Ended Problems, CD Pembelajaran, Berpikir Kreatif.  This research aims to describe the application of open ended problems model to the improvement of students' creative thinking ability the fourth grade students of SD 1 Golantepus. The type of this research is a classroom action research, with the subject of 25 students in fourth grade students. Technique of collecting data is done by technique of tes, product assesment and performance. Data analysis used is qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of this research showed that students' creative thinking ability improved. In the firt cycle obtained precentage 74,1% with criteria creative enough, and increased in the second cycle of 85,92% with creative criteria. Based on the result of research, it can be concluded that the implementation of open ended problems problem with compact disk (CD) learning can improve creative thinking ability fourth grade students of SD 1 Golantepus.Keywords: Open Ended Problems, CD Learning, Creative Thiking.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis augmentedreality pada pada konsep pengelompokan hewan berdasarkan jenis makanannya, dan untukmengetahui kelayakan serta respon siswa terhadap media pembelajaran tersebut. Metode penelitianyang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dari 3-D (Three-D) yang dimodifikasi dari Trianto, meliputi 3 tahap yaitu, tahap pendefinisian (define),tahap perencanaan (design), dan tahap pengembangan (develop). Media pembelajaran ini akandivalidasi oleh tim ahli. Setelah dilakukan validasi oleh tim ahli dan diperbaiki, maka dilakukan ujiterbatas. Uji terbatas dilakukan di SD Negeri Simpang Tiga, Kota Cilegon tahun ajaran 2018/2019pada 30 siswa kelas IV.Kata kunci: media pembelajaran, augmented reality, ilmu pengetahuan alam.Abstrack. This research aims to develop augmented reality-based learning media on the conceptof animal based on the type of food, and to know how the feasibility and responses of students onthe media learning. This research method used Research and Development method of 3-D (ThreeD) modified from Trianto, covering 3 stages, define, design, and development stage ). Thislearning media will be validated by a team of experts. After validation by the team of experts andrepaired, then conducted a limited test. The limited test was conducted at Simpang TigaElementary School, at Cilegon City, academic year 2018/2019 at 30 students of class IV.Keywords: learning media, augmented reality, science

Abstract

AbstractIncomplete curriculum documents for the Madrsasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Study Program such as curriculum structure, study materials, and formulation of course learning outcomes. It is necessary that further curriculum redesign must refer to the latest regulations and be oriented towards the future. The curriculum preparation needs to involve stakeholders from the Education office, the Ministry of Religion, both at the city / provincial level. This research aims to analyze the preparation of the curriculum for the PGMI IAIN Palangka Raya Study Program referring to the Guidebook for Higher Education Curriculum Compilation. This research method uses descriptive-qualitative, while the data collection techniques uses interviews, observation, and documentation with the subjects of PGMI study program secretary, 4 homebase lecturers, and 10 PGMI students. The research results on the 2017 PGMI curriculum document are still lack of study material matrix according to the CPL, most of the courses have a weight of 2 credits, the courses on each semester are enough only 7 or 8 courses, the Semester Learning Plan (RPS) must be in accordance with the KPT book.Keywords: Analysis, Curriculum, PGMI

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to improve the students’ cultural diversity based on the application of role playing learning models in elementary schools. This type of research is classroom action research, conducted in two cycles. The data is collected by observation and questionnaire techniques. This research was conducted on fourth grade students of 33 students. The success of the research is determined by the class average score that must be at least 70. The obtained data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that there was an increase in the students' cultural diversity from first cycle to second cycle. The results showed a change in cultural diversity attitudes of elementary school children after role playing learning, where students could respect and appreciate the differences of cultural, ethnic, racial, and regional language of students. Role playing learning can be applied in elementary schools to improve the national cultural diversity attitude of students.Keywords: Cultural Diversity; Multicultural; Role Playing

Abstract

AbstractAudio-visual-based numbered heads together (NHT) learning model to improve the learning outcomes in multiples and number factors of mathematics subjects (This study uses a Classroom Action Research Approach for fourth grade Students of Walantaka 1 Elementary School, Walantaka District, Serang City, 2020). This research is a collaborative study between researchers, observers, and the subject under study. The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of mathematics in the fourth grade students through developing audio-visual based numbered heads together (NHT) learning models. The subjects of this research were 25 fourth grade students. The research process was carried out in three cycles. Each meeting consists of four main actions, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. At the end of each cycle a test was held using a question instrument. The results showed that the learning completeness in cycle 1 was 24%, in cycle 2 was 48%, and in cycle 3 was reached 100%. Student activeness in cycle 1 was 63.8%, increased in cycle 2 to 67.6%, and in cycle 3 reached 78.67%. The increase in the implementation of learning, in cycle 1 the score of learning implementation reached 53.2%, in cycle 2 it reached 71.6%, and in cycle 3 with an average score of learning 82.8%. This research concluded that the development of the audio-visual based numbered heads together learning model succeeded in improving students' learning outcomes in Mathematics subject of fourth grade Walantaka 1 Elementary School, Walantaka District, Serang City.Keywords: NHT, Mathematics, Multiples and Number Factors

Abstract

AbstractThe Research is motivated by reality in the field, where teachers have a strategic role in improving the quality of education in schools. The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between supervisory competence and school leadership with teacher performance. This research was conducted on elementary schools in Zone 1 of Pandeglang Regency. The method used was a survey technique with a Likert scale, using a questionnaire with a sample of 168 respondents. The analysis of research data using descriptive analysis, simple regression and multiple regressions with the SPSS software version 20 for windows. From the estimated standard for supervisory competency variables (X1), school leadership (X2) and teacher performance (Y), with the equation Y = 32.973 + 0.116X1 + 0.155X2. The analysis results are in the level of the close relationship between supervisory competence and school's leadership along with the teachers’ performance are 0,467 that included in the medium category.
