In order to make Indonesia the center of the worlds Islamic economy, tourism is one of the potential sektors to be developed. The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy visited Indonesia as many as 6 million visitors until 2024. Kota Tua area is one of the priority tours that will be made Muslim-friendly tourism in DKI Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to provide recommendations for strategies in increasing visits to Kota Tua by 2000 visits each day where descriptive analysis is used as a research method FGD, Deep Interview, Literature Study. The Tourism Value Chain Accommodation, Food and Beverage and Tourism Assets is based on the Standard Business Field Classification KBLI so that it becomes a reference in developing Muslim-friendly tourism activities. Recommended strategies used from the accommodation sektor are Rebranding conventional hotels to halal / Sharia hotels, especially three-star hotels, accelerating halal hotel certification, synergies with the Islamic capital sektor, synergies with Islamic boarding schools, and synergies with creative fields of Architecture Interior Design. From the food and beverage sektor, it is proposed that the acceleration of halal certification, changes to healthy and halal food brands, and promotion by selecting a culinary ambassador to introduce local food. From the tourism asset sektor, Digital Tourism is one of the leading strategies, arranging museum collections, door-to-door promotions, increasing the intensity of performances held at museums, and increasing museum service programs as an institution that serves the community

Abstract

At the time of the current era of globalization, every company should be able to compete with competitorsin order to survive. The most striking is the intense competition in the food industry, the number ofcompetitors and substitute products, Is very vulnerable to those who engaged in it to be able to compete if they can not satisfy customers. To that end, the authors are interested in creating a research against one ofthe restaurants there, by taking Abuba steak at Greenville as research material, with price as theindependent variable (X1) and quality service as the independent variable (X) to satisfaction as thedependent variable (Y). This research is done by spreading the questionnaire to 100 respondents. Throughthe data processing with PASW 18.00 is known that price as independent variable (X2) and service quality(X2), but only service quality (X21) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). Note that for 0.472for satisfaction variation can be explained by the variable price and service quality of 0.283 while the restcan be explained by other variables. With the linear regression equation is Y = 9.251 - 0.084 (X) + 0.450(X).

Abstract

Jakmall adalah e-commerce (jualbeli) yang sedang berkembang di indonesia. Persaingan bisnis yang ketat antara e-commerce di Indonesia, membuat jakmall harus menindak lanjuti keluhan yang dirasakan oleh konsumen. Jika hal tersebut tidak cepat ditinda klanjuti ada kemungkinan konsumen akan beralih kepada pesaing. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, citra merek dan kualitas layanan mempegaruhi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk online jakmall. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling, kuesioner disebarkan secara online kepada 125 responden. Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS), dengan menguji outer model, Inner model dengan tingkat signifikan 0,05 (5%) =1,96. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga, citra merek, dan kualitas layanan bersifat positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap keputusan pembelian produk jak mall. Variabel terbesar yang mempegaruhi sikap konsumen atas pembelian produk online jakmall ialah variabel citra merek , karena konsumen merasakan banyak keuntungan yang diperlukan saat membeli produk jak mall

Abstract

A company needs to determine the strategies that will be implemented by the company, after the strategy is set the company needs to consider the steps that must be taken so that the chosen strategy can provide added value to the company. Financial performance is one of the measuring tools that can be used in assessing the success of the strategy taken by the company and to know the amount of added value the strategy provides to the company's performance. Several financial indicators that can be used to determine financial performance such as NPV (Net Present Value), IRR (Internal Rate of Return), PP (Payback Period) and PI (Profitability Index) are indicators commonly used by companies, those are no exception for PT. Pelindo Properti Indonesia. PT. Pelindo Properti Indonesia (PT. PPI) is a subsidiary of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero). As a new company, PT. PPI needs to show good performance to its stakeholders, PT. BJTI and PT. Pelindo III, one of which is through a development strategy in the business division that contributes the most to the company, the Benoa Marina Bali business division. This research is a quantitative descriptive research and uses data collection through in-depth interviews and data processing by using financial indicators such as NPV, IRR, PP and PI. The results of the financial feasibility analysis on the development of marina in Benoa are feasible based on calculations on indicator of  NPV, IRR and PI. The payback period for Benoa marina development occurred in the 13th year of the 6th month. Based on the sensitivity test of funding combination using self capital and debt in the form of a shareholder loan, the most optimal combination is a combination of 50% equity and 50% debt.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of  company size and financial distress on going concern audit opinions with opinion shopping as moderation variables. The population in this study are companies with types of manufacturing industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016 to 2018. The sample was obtained using a purposive random sampling method. Data analysis uses logistic regression and different absolute values. The results showed that company size and financial distress affected going concern audit opinions, opinion shopping did not affect company size on going concern audit opinions and opinion shopping affected financial distress on going concern audit opinions.

Abstract

The existence of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era where the speed of information on technology is very much needed, especially to increase the profitability of a company, it is very necessary for the sustainability of the company, especially manufacturing companies that are engaged in creating products and then selling them to get the profitability of the company. Profit is also an indicator to measure the company's performance in managing financial management that is good, efficient, and effective. The purpose of the study is to find out whether there is a partial and simultaneous influence between the Independent variable and the dependent variable, namely Liquidity which is proxied by the Current Ratio (CR) with Variable Profitability is proxied by Return On Assets (ROA), Solvency variables are proxied by Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) to Return On Assets (ROA) and to determine whether there is a simultaneous or joint effect on all dependent variables, namely Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Against Return On Assets (ROA). The population taken in this research is all the financial statements of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa which are listed on the Indocement website and the sample studied is the Balance Sheet and Income Statement from PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa which is listed on the Indocement website. namely by collecting secondary data using a series of many tests, namely there is a classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation), Multiple Regression Analysis Test, Coefficient of Determination Test, namely Adjusted R square, hypothesis test, namely there is a partial test and Simultaneous Test, and. The results of this study prove that the Current Ratio to Return on Assets is said to have a significant effect, and also the joint test of the Current Ratio and Debt to Assets Ratio variables has a significant effect on Return on Assets. But it is necessary to pay attention to the Debt to Assets Ratio variable (DAR) has no significant effect on Return on Assets.

Abstract

Human resources are an important resource that supports organizations in achieving competitive advantage. Therefore, it is important to involve employees to drive the strategic goals of the organization. Media companies in the era of globalization are expected to face increasingly fierce competition. Therefore, the quality of the organization must be considered. This is inseparable from the role of human resources who will be required to carry out their duties and functions properly. This study aims to analyze the effect of psychology contract, job burnout, and job insecurity on employee turnover intention permanent employees. The type of research used is a causal relationship with a quantitative approach. The sample of 66 respondents who are employees of the Gramedia Asri Media. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis by analyzing data through the Partial Least Square (PLS) application with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the variables of psychological contract, job burnout and job insecurity influence the turnover intention permanent employees in Gramedia Asri Media employees.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job performance appraisal, work experience and personality on employee career development. The populations in this study were 78 employees of PT. Sunggong Logistics. The sample used was 78 employees. The sampling method uses saturated sampling technique. The data collection method used survey method with the research instrument was a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the analysis show that the job performance appraisal, work experience, and personality have a positive and significant effect on career development. Suggestions for the management of PT. Sunggong Logistics to make improvements during job performance appraisal and to include employees in job training to improve employee skills and for all employees of PT. Sunggong Logistics for employees of PT. Sunggong Logistics is recommended to create a comfortable work environment, and build good communication for fellow employees and with the stakeholders involved.

Abstract

Liquidity is the company's ability to pay off its short-term obligations. The higher the level of liquidity, the more capable the company is to pay off its obligations, conversely, the lower the liquidity, the lower the company's ability to pay off its obligations. This study aims to determine the effect of cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, and inventory turnover on liquidity as represented by the current ratio at the Harappan Regional Public Company, Alor Regency, either partially or simultaneously. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques by taking samples in the form of financial reports for 2015-2019. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression, t-test, and F test. The results showed that partially cash turnover had a positive significant effect on company liquidity. Accounts receivable turnover has a positive significant effect on company liquidity, and inventory turnover has a positive significant effect on the Company's liquidity. Simultaneously, cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover have a positive significant effect on company liquidity.

Abstract

Smoking is one of activities that is deeply rooted in Indonesian culture so that the economic contribution from this actvities is quite significant in the Indonesian economy. Along with the development of various policy discourses that counter the development of the tobacco industry and processed tobacco products, such as an increase in excise rates for tobacco (CHT) also there is shock of pandemic situation, the sustainability of local tobacco industry needs to be a concern and also has to be prompted the urgency to expand the market to another countries through export activities. This research aims to measure the impact of the potential utilization of tobacco and processed tobacco commodity export activities by considering production capacity, available policy frameworks, and challenges that faced by industrial actors. By using quantitative approach through  the calculation of Input-Output Tables, as well in-depth literature studies on the eport regulatory framework in Indonesia and in other countries also related studies on the opportunities and challenges of tobacco commodity exporters,this research succeeded in providing several findings. By considering the scale of production and eksport opportunities in trade balance deficit countries for tobacco commodities and their derivative products, the measured export potential is in the range of 17.5 bilion – 34.9 bilion USD, which 17.5 bilion USD if Indonesia export to countries with trade deficit ba;ance which has income per capita lower than Indonesia and 34.9 bilion USD when Indonesia is able to export to 20 major countries with the largest trade deficit balance. Policies that need to be taken to archieve this potential include uniformity of commodity quality standarts with international standards, encouraging production incentive policies through subsidy scheme and capital goods grants, and reducing export duties on several suppoting components of tobacco production and its derivatives.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Current Ratio, Return on Asset, Debt to Equity ratio and, Good Corporate Governance on Market Value Added. The population used in this study is the basic industry and chemical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange within 2014-2016 with a total of 25 companies. The research used purposive sampling method. The method of purposive sampling and regression analysis logistics, are use for election sample. The variable Market Value Added and Good Corporate Governance are measured by dummy and other variables as CR, ROA and DER measured by the ratio.The results show that current ratio and debt to equity ratio has a significant influence on Market Value Added, while Return on Assets and Good Corporate Governance doesn't.
