In order to make Indonesia the center of the worlds Islamic economy, tourism is one of the potential sektors to be developed. The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy visited Indonesia as many as 6 million visitors until 2024. Kota Tua area is one of the priority tours that will be made Muslim-friendly tourism in DKI Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to provide recommendations for strategies in increasing visits to Kota Tua by 2000 visits each day where descriptive analysis is used as a research method FGD, Deep Interview, Literature Study. The Tourism Value Chain Accommodation, Food and Beverage and Tourism Assets is based on the Standard Business Field Classification KBLI so that it becomes a reference in developing Muslim-friendly tourism activities. Recommended strategies used from the accommodation sektor are Rebranding conventional hotels to halal / Sharia hotels, especially three-star hotels, accelerating halal hotel certification, synergies with the Islamic capital sektor, synergies with Islamic boarding schools, and synergies with creative fields of Architecture Interior Design. From the food and beverage sektor, it is proposed that the acceleration of halal certification, changes to healthy and halal food brands, and promotion by selecting a culinary ambassador to introduce local food. From the tourism asset sektor, Digital Tourism is one of the leading strategies, arranging museum collections, door-to-door promotions, increasing the intensity of performances held at museums, and increasing museum service programs as an institution that serves the community

Abstract

Financial Distress is a phenomenon that shows a downward trend in a company's financial performance and is an early stage before bankruptcy. This study aims to examine the effects of profitability, leverage, interest rates, and inflation on the possibility of financial distress in the property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the IDX. The population in this study was the property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2010-2018 period, and the sample selection method used was a purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 153 companies. The method of data analysis was performed using logistic regression analysis with the E-Views 9 program. The results of this study show that profitability and leverage affect financial distress, while interest rates and inflation do not affect financial distress.

Abstract

The high competition in the coffee shop business and promising opportunities make Neira coffee shops able to adapt and develop their business. This study aims to evaluate the business strategy of the Neira coffee shop with a canvas model business approach as well as to design a new business model through five porter analysis and SWOT analysis including identification of internal and external factors. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with indept interview method. The results of this research show that the development of a business model in seven blocks on the canvas business model, namely the development of the customer segment is a type of professional worker or entrepreneur. In Customer Relationship, the development obtained is push notification email/ WhatsApp; Revenue Streams development is a consignment fee; Key Resources development is a customer database; Key Activity development is a continuous online promotion; Key Partnership development is namely partnering with bakery shops; and development on the Cost Structure is the cost of developing innovation

Abstract

This research to determine the perceptions of college students in Pontianak City on the level of adoption, use and acceptance of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is a descriptive quantitative using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling and quota sampling techniques. The sample of this research is college students in Pontianak City with 180 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with a focus on the elements of the average. The results showed the respondents 'responses regarding Attitude, Affect and Motivation towards online learning when the Covid-19 epidemic obtained the highest index value of 153, included in the high category, respondents' responses regarding Perceived Behavioral Control obtained an index value of 145.5 also included in the high category. Meanwhile, the respondents' responses regarding Perceived Behavioral Control have an index value of 120.5 in the medium category. The conclusion of research is that college students in Pontianak City prefer face-to-face learning activities compared to online learning. The ease of use of the online education platform and the acquisition of higher scores were also felt by students when participating in online learning. The majority of university students in Pontianak are still not satisfied with online learning

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) through Employee Trust on the reputation of the company PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. To overcome this, data was collected through questions that were disseminated online using a google form. Responses from 150 respondents with a sample of employees of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk, then analyzed using PLS-SEM through SmartPLS3 Software. The data collected was tested using the Validity Test and Reliability Test. To find out the results of the analysis of the inner model, outer model. As for testing the hypothesis using the bootstrap method. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence of CSR activities and perceptions of CSR programs on the Company's Reputation. the perception of CSR activities and CSR activities will increase employee confidence to improve the company's reputation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and compensation on employee performance. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive study using primary data sources taken directly from company employees who are actively working in the operational section of PT. ABCD South Tangerang, as a source of research data. The independent variables consist of work motivation and compensation, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The research design was a random sample study which was conducted on 184 samples of employees at PT. ABCD South Tangerang, data collection techniques through questionnaires. Furthermore, the data were analyzed quantitatively by using statistical methods with the help of the SPSS 12.00 computer program, with descriptive analysis techniques, simple correlation, multiple correlation, and basic assumption tests, partial correlation, multiple correlation, F test, t test, determination test. From the research results, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between work motivation and compensation on employee performance at PT. ABCD South Tangerang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Quality of Work Life, Role Conflict and Job Satisfaction on Auditor’s Organizational Commitment in the Government Organization. The populations in this study were 80 Auditors of Government Organization. The sample used was 80 respondents in the division of the Deputy State Accountant in the Government Organization. The sampling method uses saturated sampling technique. Design of this research is quantitative method with questionnaires for data collection. This research using Structural Equation Modeling with Part Least Square (SEM-PLS) version 3.0. The results of the research shows that Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Role Conflict has a not significant negative effect on Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. This research will contributed to institutions particularly in the Human Resources Division. Further researchers can also conduct research with the object of the Auditor in private institutions, so that the results can be compared.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has made people spend more time in the digital space for work, communicating, shopping, or just looking for entertainment. Many people end up shopping from home using e-commerce to buy their daily needs. Shopee is one of the e-commerce sites in Indonesia that has won first place with the most visits and the number of transactions has continued to increase, especially during the Covid-19 period. This shows that there has been a change in user interest in adopting the Shopee application. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence Continuance Intention in using the Shopee application. The theoretical approach used in this study is the UTAUT 2 model because the research model has the strongest predictive value. The research data collection was carried out by distributing online questionnaires via Google Form to 400 respondents. This study was tested with PLS-SEM as a technique for analyzing 8 research constructs from the modified UTAUT2 model. The results showed that the factors that influenced the Continuance Intention in adopting the Shopee application from the highest to the lowest were Social Influence, Hedonic Motivation, Habit, Trust, and Performance Expectancy. This model is proven to strongly predict the desire of consumers to continue to adopt the Shopee application in the future because the R² in the study is 74.1%. The influence of the age moderating variable in this study does not affect the Continuance Intention of consumers in adopting the Shopee application. While the influence of the moderating variable gender affects the Trust variable on Continuance Intention.

Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of individual characteristics, organizational commitment and leadership profile on employee performance in implementing Work From Home (WFH). The object of this research was student employees of Mercu Buana. This research is qualitative research with a questionnaire instrument as the survey method. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. A total of 286 respondents participated in this research. The sample size was determined by the sloven formula and generated a sample of 167 employees. This study proves that individual characteristics positively and significantly affect employee performance with a T-statistic value of (3,845). Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a T-statistic value (3.136). The leadership profile positively and significantly affect employee performance with a T- statistic value of(4.095).

Abstract

This research is about purchasing decisions for Green Lake City housing and this study aims to see the effect of e-WOM, Security and Trust on Purchasing Decisions of Green Lake City Housing and respondents who are owners of Green Lake City housing. This research is descriptive quantitative. Primary data and secondary data were obtained. Secondary data were obtained from various sources such as journalists, books and other related publications primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Determination of the number of samples using purposive sampling technique and will be displayed via google form to a minimum of 150 respondents. The results showed that e-WOM has a significant positive relationship with purchase decisions, security has a significant negative relationship with purchasing decisions, and trust has a significant positive relationship with purchasing decisions

Abstract

The Covid-19 condition brought changes to the company's performance and this situation was also felt by PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur CBP, Tbk. Thus, performance appraisal is needed by companies to evaluate and decide policies and take the right strategy. Performance appraisal for public companies can encourage value creation into stable growth, so that companies have good performance both from operations and finance and the public can invest in these companies. The purpose of this study is to assess the company's internal performance in order to assist the company in determining strategies that are appropriate to the company's circumstances and assessing the company's external performance for investment decision making for investors. This research method is a qualitative research with postpositivism method. The results of this study indicate that PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur CBP Tbk in 2018-2020 is in quadrant II in the financial strategy matrix by having a positive value in MVA and being in the excellent value manager quadrant in GVM, so that PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur CBP Tbk is very suitable for long term investment.
