Abstract

Kemajuan pariwisata akan berpengaruh terhadap terangkatnya UMKM dan dampaknya keberadaan UMKM akan lebih berkembang, pariwisata mempengaruhi munculnya pengusaha baru di berbagai sektor pendukung kegiatan wisata. Pengembangan pariwisata memberikan dampak berupa stimulus untuk perkembangan UMKM di sekitar kawasan wisata tersebut, sehingga pariwisata berdampak positif oleh para pelaku usaha jasa pariwisata utamanya untuk ekonomi lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas mengenai faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi keunggulan bersaing UMKM Tegalwaru. Variabel independen yang didapatkan dari hasil survei pendahuluan adalah promosi, citra destinasi, dan kualitas produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data SEM dan pengolahan data menggunakan PLS versi 3.0. Populasinya adalah UMKM yang berwilayah di Tegalwaru, Bogor. Dengan sampel 160 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa promosi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing, citra destinasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing, serta kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing.

Abstract

Improving the creative economy of environmental quality and human resources in North Kembangan through a packaging strategy in increasing online sales volume is a form of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at Mercu Buana University in realizing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The service through the development of the creative economy and environmental quality carried out by the PKM Team of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Mercu Buana University together with the community partners of North Kembangan, went according to expectations. The contribution of activities increases insight and knowledge of how packaging strategies can increase the volume of sales during the Covid-19 pandemic. Especially creating competitive advantage and realizing the sustainability of the cooperation partners' business in the future. The packaging strategy is an important factor as the main consideration for consumers to have a positive attitude and behavior towards the products offered. The importance of implementing a packaging strategy by collaborative partners to support this program in a sustainable manner, of course in encouraging and improving the creative economy of North Kembangan.

Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of individual characteristics, organizational commitment and leadership profile on employee performance in implementing Work From Home (WFH). The object of this research was student employees of Mercu Buana. This research is qualitative research with a questionnaire instrument as the survey method. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. A total of 286 respondents participated in this research. The sample size was determined by the sloven formula and generated a sample of 167 employees. This study proves that individual characteristics positively and significantly affect employee performance with a T-statistic value of (3,845). Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a T-statistic value (3.136). The leadership profile positively and significantly affect employee performance with a T- statistic value of(4.095).

Abstract

This research aims to understand standards of conduct as part of ethics in shaping workplace culture. An exploratory research method is used in this study to analyse the survey result of workplace culture conducted biannually by an international organization in seven provinces in Indonesia. The same data are taken to compare Indonesia with the other seven ASEAN countries: Cambodia, Lao DPR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam to enrich the interpretation of the survey result. The research is to answer two research questions: to what extent standards of conduct as part of ethics influence the workplace culture using gender perspective lens and to find out the most crucial factors in cultivating a conducive working environment.

Abstract

Purpose The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, and leverage on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Methodology The methode of sampling in this study using purposive sampling method with the number of samples used were 16 companies from 52 manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019 with 80 observational data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Findings The results of this study indicate that profitability (Return on Assets), liquidity (Current Ratio), and Leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio) have a significant positive effect on DPR in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX. 2015-2019. Suggestions Investors and potential investors who want to invest their capital should pay attention to the ROA and CR variables in a company, because these variables have a positive effect on DPR.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the condition of the independent variables (awareness and communication) and the dependent variable (employee behavior) and to test the effect of awareness and communication of the code of ethics on employee behavior. This type of research is a quantitative research using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 77 respondents in the Jabodetabek area and outside Jabodetabek, and respondents who are still in working condition by using the media google form. Data processing uses variant-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) variant based Smart-PLS. The results of the study show that awareness of the code of ethics has no positive or significant effect on employee behavior and communication of the code of ethics has a very positive and significant effect on employee behavior in a company.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi variabel independen (kesadaran dan komunikasi) dan variabel dependen (perilaku karyawan) serta melakukan pengujian akan pengaruh kesadaran dan komunikasi kode etik terhadap perilaku karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuisioner terhadap 77 responden di area Jabodetabek dan luar Jabodetabek, dan responden yang masih dalam keadaan bekerja dengan menggunakan media google form. Pengolahan data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) berbasis varian Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran kode etik tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku karyawan dan komunikasi kode etik sangat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku karyawan di suatu perusahaan.

Abstract

The future of Indonesia is determined by the quality of human resources, especially the millennial generation. In the context of facing the problem of fraud cases in Indonesia, of course we hope that the millennial generation is relatively more sterile from permissive values towards fraud behavior. A negative work environment (deviant workplace behavior) can affect employee performance in an organization. Fraudulent behavior will have an impact on the poor performance of millennial employees. This can also affect organizational performance in a company. Survey fraud conducted by AFCE (2019), that the biggest fraud perpetrators were employees with a percentage of 31.8% and 20% with an age group of 20 - 35 years. This means that most fraud perpetrators come from the millennial age group. This study aims to analyze the effect of deviant workplace behavior and work commitment on millennial employees with the implementation of anti-fraud strategies as a mediating variable at Permodalan Nasional Madani. This study uses quantitative research methods and this research data is taken using purposive sampling, meaning that the sample is based on certain characteristics, traits or characteristics. The number of samples in this study were 140 millennial employees at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani. The results showed that the performance of millennial employees has a significant effect on deviant workplace behavior and work commitment through the implementation of anti-fraud strategies.

Abstract

Examining millennials' views on Indonesia’s ideal future highlights ways to rebuild their trust in democracy and shows their strong rejection of corrupt behavior. This study examines the anti-fraud strategies as a mediating variable and implementation of maqashid al-syariah on millennial employee performance at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM). Employing a mixed-methods design, quantitative data were obtained from 140 purposively sampled millennial employees and analyzed using SEM-PLS version 4.0. The qualitative phase utilized semi-structured interviews, analyzed thematically within the normative framework of Maqasid al-Shariah to contextualize ethical considerations. The variables assessed include deviant workplace behavior, work commitment, anti-fraud strategy implementation, and employee performance. Findings demonstrate that deviant workplace behavior negatively and significantly affects both anti-fraud strategy implementation and employee performance, whereas work commitment exerts a positive and significant influence. Additionally, anti-fraud strategies function as a significant mediator in these relationships. The study contributes theoretically by integrating Maqasid al-Shariah principles as a culturally grounded ethical lens for understanding millennial workplace conduct, emphasizing values of amanah (trust) and adl (justice) in mitigating deviance and fostering commitment. The qualitative insights corroborate the quantitative results, underscoring the role of Islamic ethics in reinforcing organizational integrity. This study shows that strong work commitment improves millennial performance and supports anti-fraud efforts, while deviant behavior harms both. Anti-fraud strategies reduce negative behavior and strengthen commitment. Using Maqasid al-Shariah values helps build ethical, trustworthy, and effective organizations.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Reward, Punishment, dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada McDonald’s Kota Tangerang. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam studi ini, dengan melibatkan 70 responden yang merupakan karyawan Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tertentu (PKWT). Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen, yaitu Reward, Punishment, dan Motivasi Kerja, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen, yaitu Kinerja Karyawan. Artinya, semakin baik pemberian reward dan punishment serta semakin tinggi motivasi kerja, maka kinerja karyawan juga akan meningkat. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran bahwa pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang tepat melalui sistem penghargaan, pemberian sanksi yang proporsional, dan peningkatan motivasi internal karyawan sangat berkontribusi terhadap pencapaian kinerja yang optimal. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan praktis bagi pihak manajemen dalam menyusun strategi peningkatan produktivitas karyawan.
