Abstract: Total Reward combines Transactional Reward and Relational Reward can meet any level of employee‘s needs therefore will foster employee to invest their Job involvement (cognitive energy), Job satisfaction (emotional reaction), Intrinsic motivation (physical energy) actively into complete work role performance. If employee shows Job Engagement during work in turn will create superior performance that are directly involved in the accomplishment of core job tasks involved in organization‘s =technical core‘ (task performance) and also motivational behavior such cooperation, helpfulness, innovation, contribute to organization by fostering a social and psychological environment conducive to accomplishment of work involved in organization‘s =technical core‘ (contextual performance). Result of the study taken by questionnaire to employee of Sekretariat Pengadilan Pajak confirm our hypothesesrelationships between Total Reward and Job Engagement also relationships between Job Engagement and Job Performance. In fact our results support our hypotheses that mediating role of Job Engagement accounts for relationships between Total Reward and Job Performance.Keywords: Total Reward, Job Engagement, Job Performance, Mediating Role of Job Engagement

One of the things that can be done to maximize firm value is by having a board of directors with diverse characteristics. Gender diversity in the firm’s board of directors can bring a positive impact to the firm. Females are generally more risk-averse than males, and this could lead to a lower risk that must be borne by the firm. This study is conducted to investigate the impact of Board Gender Diversity to firm’s value and financial risk. Using 51 manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange from year 2016 to 2017, data was analyzed with the multiple linear regression model for panel data. The findings suggest that the presence of female directors has a positive and significant effect to firm’s value, and a negative but not significant effect to firm’s financial risk

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the influence of attitude toward behavior,subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control on Bogor‟s employee. This study isaims too to analyze the demography characteristic of Bogor‟s employee who haveretirement planning. This study was conducted on 97 Bogor‟s employee and wasconducted in August until October 2016. The results of logistic regression showed thatthe indicators of subjective norms and perceived behavioral control have positive effecton financial retirement planning to Bogor‟s employee. Research also showed thatownership of financial retirement planning tend to be owned by the city of Bogor‟semployee who have more than one number of dependents, aged over 30 years old,married, and earning over nine million per month.Keywords: retirement planning, theory of planned behavior, employee in Bogor

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to examine differences between abnormal returnsbefore and after Idul Fitri holidays on Jakarta Islamic Index stock (JII) compared with shares isnot including the Jakarta Islamic Index stock (Non JII). This research is event study withcomparative analysis between abnormal return Jakarta Islamic Index stocks (JII) and that is notincluded in the Jakarta Islamic Index stocks (Non JII). The time of research is about five daysbefore Idul Fitri holidays and five days after the Idul Fitri holidays with period five years from2009 until 2013. The result of this research is the abnormal returns after Idul Fitri holidays ishigher than before the Idul Fitri holidays, both for JII stock and non JII . Abstract: The purpose of this study was to tested and explained empirically about (1)the effect of leadership style on the organizational performance, (2) the effect of ethicon the organizational performance, (3) the effect of leadership style on theorganizational performance through organizational culture, and 4) the effect of ethicalon organizational performance through organizational culture. The sample was takenusing the sample proportion method. The selected respondents were employees of PTWidatra Bhakti who have worked for more than 2 years. In this case the researcher tooka sample of 174 respondents. The research hypothesis was tested using Partial LeastSquare (PLS) analysis technique. The results of this study indicated that leadershipstyle and ethics did not give a direct influence on organizational performance.Organizational culture had a role in mediated the effect of leadership and ethical styleson organizational performance. Thus the role of organizational culture had an importantrole in producing performance in the organization.

Abstract: This thesis was made in order to determine how much ofthe correlation of compensation and motivationon the performance of Pegawai Departemen SDM, PT. Columbindo Perdana. The method used in this research is descriptive and qualitative with path analysis. Data collection method used is through the study of literature, observation and interviews. The study was conducted at the Human Resource Departement on PT. Columbindo Perdana, the number of respondents 64 people. From these results it is known that the compensation and motivation has apositive and significant correlation to the performance of the company, in this case PT. Columbindo Perdana. Compensation has a higher correlation to the performance of the company compared to the motivation.Keywords: compensation, motivation, performance

Studi tentang B2B branding relatif masih sedikit dibandingkan dengan studi B2C branding. Kajian empiris ini didorong oleh beberapa pertanyaan penelitian terkait dengan B2B branding, terutama tentang faktor yang mempengaruhi customer satisfaction dan brand loyalty. Pengembangan model dilakukan atas dasar pertimbangan rasional, oleh karenanya beberapa konstruk diuji selaku antecedent dari customer satisfaction. Kajian empiris dilakukan terhadap pasar industri kimia emulsi, yakni persepsi konsumen produk kimia terhadap product brand dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam proses pengambilan keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini mendapatkan temuan utama: brand loyalty dipengaruhi oleh customer satisfaction, dan customer satisfaction dipengaruhi sangat kuat oleh perceived brand quality, selain pengaruh dari switching cost dan perceived value. Industri kimia perlu untuk secara konsisten melakukan pengembangan product dan service, serta technical solution, bahwa hal ini akan menjadi suatu point of differentiation dan competitive advantage bagi perusahaan di tengah persaingan yang ketat.

Abstract : The process of initial public offering of a company to the investors calledIPO (Initial Public Offering). .At time the company do an IPO, the shares price at IPOwas an agreement between the company and its underwriter. The phenomenon thatoccurs is the shares price at IPO lower than the intrinsic shares price based onvaluation, after the shares has been traded on the stock exchange, the phenomenon thatoccurs is IPO share price lower than the closing price on the first day. The purpose ofthis research is to create a model of how to set the share price at the time the companywill conduct IPO based on intrinsic share price valuation results. The valuation methodused is the Price to Earning Ratio. Research carried out on companies that did an IPOin 2000 - 2014 with a purposive sampling of 240 companies. The results showed therewas a difference between intrinsic shares prices based on the valuation and the sharesprice that set at the time of IPO. After the shares listed in the secondary market, therewas a difference between IPO share price and the closing price on the first day.Meanwhile, there is no difference between the intrinsic shares price and the closingprice on the first day, so in order to avoid underpricing, the IPO price can be predictedbased on intrinsic shares price valuation.

Abstract: This research was initiated by an government policy which since January2011 at the Sibolga- Teluk Dalam route a subsidy budget are not given, as well as thequay demage of Teluk Dalam Port, so that there is no transportation ship at that route.At the urging of Nias Selatan government, finally PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero)operating KMP. Raja Enggano without a subsidy budget and using pioneer tariff. In themain cost component in accordance with the rules prevailing in the government, then itcan be studied more in depth the current condition of pioneers tariff as proposed tariffadjustments to the government using dynamic simulation models. Development of adynamic model simulations conducted through the stages of identifying basicoperational costs, identify variables, simulation calculations, the validation results ofthe simulation calculations, scenario development and determination of policyalternatives. Results of dynamic simulation models using scenarios that have beendeveloped show that the average basic tariff satuan unit produksi (SUP) in the currentcondition is smaller than the average basic tariff SUP break-even point. It is influencedby considerations of operating ratio and working ratio is currently quite high so it isneeded the company's efforts to increase average basic tariff SUP in order to minimizelosses.Keywords: basic costs transport, transportation tariff, ferry crossing transportation,dynamic simulation model.

Environmental issues developed rapidly driven by the high impact on environmental damage due to the production process that is not environmentally friendly. The increase of goods and services consumption that are quite high throughout the world has resulted in a reduction in natural resources that have an impact on the environment. Efforts to reduce this impact are the existence of a green consumption policy. In 2006, Indonesia introduced eco-label markers on products that have been produced environmentally friendly. This policy needs to be supported by increasing consumer awareness to buy eco-labeled products. This study purposes to identify factors that influence consumer awareness in purchase eco-labeled paper products. This study uses the Structural Equation Modeling, while data processing uses AMOS software. The results showed that the higher the consumer's concern about the state of the environment would be to increase a proper assessment for the environment (environmental attitude), and ultimately the consumer would consciously consume products that have a minimal impact on the environment (environmentally conscious purchasing behavior). Recommendations that can be given to increase consumer awareness in purchasing eco-labeled products, including the use of mass media; environmental education; always socializing to the public regarding environmental issues; provide training to producers
