Abstract

Abstract. The aim of this study is trying to identify a group of variables that can beused to predict firm bankruptcy. The examined variables consist of Net Income to TotalAssets (NIMTA), Total Liabilities to Market Value of Total Assets (TLMTA), Cash toMarket Value of Total Assets (CASHMTA), Relative Size (RSIZE), Excess Return(EXRET), Volatility of Return (SIGMA), Stock Price (PRICE) and Market to BookEquity (MB). By using Hazard Model as a modelling basis, the result of this studyfound there were six variables that could be used as a predictor of firm bankruptcy,including TLMTA, TLMTAsq2, TLMTAsq3, EXRET, SIGMA dan PRICE. Theevaluation of the model showed that it has a good accuracy. In accordance with modelaccuracy approaches, the level of accuracy of the model showed a range between89.36-96.51 percent; Area Under Curves (AUC) of ROC Curves reached 0.8476; andthe Brier Score showed a very low number which was 0.0309.Keywords: Model Hazard, Bankruptcy Firm.

Abstract

Abstract: PT. Indonesia Nippon Seiki Supply Chain Performance related to supplying Passthrough good, based on three categories, the quantity, ontime delivery and quality, the performance can not reach 100% performance. Management said that to reach perfect performance PT. INS must take high cost consequenses. There are too many factor that must be considered, so three point of view are not enough to describe the performance of the supply chain of the Passthrough goods. In this research, the writer tries to propose some Key performance indicator (KPI) based on Balanced Scorecard approach related to Supply Chain issues. All of these KPI‟s will be choosen by some management of INS as the questionaire respondent, using Analitical Hirarchy Process (AHP) and then after the proper KPI have determined the performance will be calculated and will be sumarized using Objective Matric Weighting, to get an objective analysis of the performance of Passthrough good Supply chain in PT. INS. The result of the research, there are 22 KPIs that are used to calculate the perfomace of Passthrough good Supply chain in PT. INS based on Balanced Scorecard approach. The research shows that the performance of Passthrough good Supply chain year 2012 is low but in 2013, the performance tend to be increase. PT. INS must concern to resolve the customer complaint because this KPI tend to be not good. But in generally the performance is growing better and have a lot of chances for improvement.Keywords: Performance, supply chain, Key Performance Indicator, Balanced Scorecard

Abstract

Abstract. This research is intended to analyze the efficiency and the factors influencing the choice of marketing of vanda douglas cutting orchids in Bogor district. Respondentsin this study requires 40 farmers vanda douglas cutting orchids. The analysis ofmarketing channel efficiency uses marketing margins, farmers' share and profit-to-costratio. The result of this research is there are three patterns of marketing channel ofVanda douglas cutting orchids: (1) farmers - village collector traders - wholesalers -consumers (2) farmers - wholesalers - consumers (3) farmers - florists - consumers.Seen from the efficiency of the most efficient marketing channel is on channel two thatis farmers - wholesalers - consumers. Where on this channel has a low margin of 72percent, farmer shares by 28 percent and the ratio of profit to the largest cost of 7.4. Ofthe seven factors that affect the quality of work. Vanda douglas hence significantexplanatory variable to response variable is farmer age, orchid sale price, long farmingand land area.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of advertising creativity and product attributes against AC Brand Xdi buying interest kotamadyaJakarta West. The study was descriptive. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires using cluster sampling methodwith a total sample of 100 respondents. Data were tested using the test of validity, reliability, and the classical assumption, and analyzed by multiple linear regression using the software SPSS17.Hasil show that in partial advertising creativity affect the buying interest but the variable product attributes do not affect the buying interest. Variables simultaneously advertising creativity and product attributes affect the buyinginterest. Variables advertising creativity gives greater influence on the buying interest, compared to the variable product attributes. The influence of the independent variables and product attributes advertising creativity for 66.0% of the dependent variable buying interest, while the remaining 34.0% influenced by other factors.Keywords: creative advertising, product attributes, buying interest, cluster sampling.

Abstract

Companies engaged in the field of construction services usually get a job in the form of project implementation, an activity that produces something that is unique. This activity is temporary and very time-limited, and often not continuous. From this condition it can be understood if most (> 75%) employees in construction service companies are employees of inter-time contracts that will expire their contracts when the project is completed. This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Stress, Leadership Style, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance Contract Project at PT. Jaya Construction MP.This study was conducted on employees of 98 contract employees in Jakarta project from the number of employees in Jakarta 686 employees. Furthermore, the analysis is done by multiple regression after previou test instruments and test data The results showed that simultaneously three independent variables have a controller of 35.1%, From the results of partial tests obtained the result that organizational culture has a weak influence, work stress moderate and force influence leadership strongly influenced it is suggested that the company more socialize the organization culture to all employees, especially employees of the project contract, the company must also have a way to reduce work stress

Abstract

Abstract. This research aimed to analyze the mediating effect of profitability on therelationship of good corporate governance and firm size to corporate socialresponsibility. The population were 29 firm of Indonesia trusted companies based onthe survey of Indonesia Institute for Corporate Governance in Indonesia StockExchange from 2014 – 2015. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling.Based on the sampling criteria, the number of selected samples were 20 firms. Dataanalysis used was path analysis method. The research findings were: 1). Goodcorporate governance had no effect to profitability and corporate social responsibility,2). Firm size and profitability had positive influence on corporate socialresponsibility.3). Firm size had negative effect to profitability. 4). Profitability did notmediate the relationship of good corporate governance and firm size to corporate socialresponsibility.

Abstract

Abstract: This study was conducted to determine the effect of emotional intelligence,organizational climate and job stress on employee performance. The population in thisstudy were employees at the Head Office of National SAR Agency (BASARNAS)Jakarta. Sampling was done by metore accidental sampling. The method used in thisstudy is a descriptive analysis of the data collection through literature review,observation, interview. Analysis was conducted on the validity, reliability test, theclassic assumption test, correlation and regression testing. Results of the analysisshowed that emotional intelligence is partially significant effect on employeeperformance is strongly correlated with empathy Dimension initiative. Partial results ofthe analysis of organizational climate have a significant effect on employeeperformance. Dimensional support strongly associated with cooperation. Partial resultsof the analysis of job stress had no effect on employee performance. Abstract

The establishment of Batik Air as a Full-Service-Carrier (FSC) of Lion Air Group, a Low-Cost-Carrier group, marks a new development in the airline industry. LCC groups had started their move to serve a larger customer segment to increase their share in key markets. Previously the multi-brand strategy was only utilized by FSC groups as a response to the entry of LCC in the market. This study specifically tries to investigate the perception of passengers towards FSC within an LCC group. An online survey was conducted among the passengers of Batik Air in the last one year. 247 respondents were obtained resulting in a 67.1% response rate. SEM analysis was used to analyze the data. This study provides light in revealing how passengers perceive the service quality of FSC under an LCC group. The current results also clarify whether the service performances of such FSC align with the perceived services by its customer. This study contributes to the existing customer perception and strategic literature in the way that is among the first studies to investigate the perception of passenger a newly established FSC from an LCC group. The study includes implications for the low-cost airline group that plans to establish a full-service unit to maintain the level of service quality thus can succeed in attracting passengers within the intended market

Abstract

Abstract: This study analyzes the application of Supply Chain Operations Reference Model(SCOR). The purpose of this study to determine the application of supply chain model byusing the SCOR model by measuring the performance of the supply chain management at PT.INDOTURBINE based model of Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). This study isa category of business research which uses quantitative and qualitative research methods. Thepopulation in this study were all kind or kinds of turbine parts of various brands with asample of the data delay in delivery of turbine parts. Data mismatch turbine parts in the fieldfor the period of 2011 to 2014 for customers Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE), which has thelargest percentage. Technical analysis used in this research is to use the metric system forassessing the performance of the supply chain which consists of three levels, namely level 1,level 2 and level 3. These results indicate that conditions in the supply chain of PT.Indoturbine less efficient because the metric measurements of PT. Indoturbine especiallyPOF and OCFT value is below the industry median value Benchmark Data Advantage. Thecomparison is as follows: Value POF by 64.03% while the value of POF Advantage DataBenchmark by 71.8% while the value OCFT for 92 days while the value OCFT AdvantageData Benchmark by 90 daysKeywords: SCOR Model, Supply Chain ManagementAbstrak: Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan Model Supply Chain Operation Reference(SCOR). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan model rantai pasok denganmenggunakan model SCOR dengan melakukan pengukuran kinerja terhadap manajemenrantai pasok di PT. Indoturbine berdasarkan model Supply Chain Operation Reference(SCOR). Penelitian ini merupakan katagori riset bisnis yang menggunakan metoda penelitiankuantitatif dan kualitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua jenis turbine parts dariberbagai merek dengan jumlah sampel dari data keterlambatan pengiriman turbine parts .Data ketidaksesuaian turbine parts dilapangan untuk periode tahun 2011 sampai 2014 untukpelanggan Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) yang mempunyai persentase terbesar. Teknisanalisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan sistem metrik untukmenilai kinerja rantai pasok yang terdiri atas 3 level yaitu level 1, level 2, dan level 3.Berdasarkan tahapan-tahapan proses yang terdapat pada setiap bagian pada level 1 rantaipasok terdapat beberapa proses yang mengalami kesalahan. Penelitian ini menunjukkanbahwa kondisi rantai pasok di PT. Indoturbine kurang efisien karena metrik pengukuranyang dimiliki PT. Indoturbine khususnya nilai POF dan OFCT berada di bawah nilai medianindustri yaitu nilai Advantage Data Benchmark. Adapun perbandingannya adalah sebagaiberikut : Nilai POF sebesar 64,03% sedangkan nilai POF Advantage Data Benchmark sebesar71,8% sedangkan Nilai OFCT sebesar 92 hari sedangkan nilai OFCT Advantage DataBenchmark sebesar 90 hari.Kata Kunci : SCOR Model, Supply Chain Management

Abstract

Abstract. This study aimed to analyse the effect of coordination, competence and discipline to employee performance ULP MORA Center. Research involving as many as 64 people as a sample of respondents with saturated sampling technique. Data retrieved by using a questionnaire filled with self-rating method. Analysis of data using multiple linear regressionmodels were processed with SPSS. F test showed that coordination, competence, and disciplined work together significant effect on the performance of employees. The results of ttest showed that coordination, competence and discipline influence on employee performance individually. Analysis shows that the correlation between the dimensions of vertical coordination in coordination variables have the strongest correlation with the work on employee performance variable, the variable knowledge competency has the strongestcorrelation with the work on employee performance variables, and corrective discipline to discipline variables correlated The most powerful of the quality of work on employee performance variables. Based on these findings, the employee's performance can be maximized ULP MORA Center through increased vertical coordination (formal meeting), knowledge (training of employees) and corrective discipline (verbal or written warning)Keywords: Coordination, Competence, Discipline, Employee Performance.
