Abstract

Image is a term from the world of industry that is currently entered in the education world, especially the Islamic educational institutions. Today the business is very important imaging in the presence of Islamic educational institutions, this is due to the more important and urgent to establish the image of Islamic educational institutions in response to his role in educating generations of the nation, especially in the framework of the unitary republik of Indonesia. Abstract

A phenomenon living hadith in community Nahliyyin in Jombang is a tradition of asking testimony and guaranteed the deceased debt conducted after jenazah prayer. This article investigates that community tradition in Jombang by using phenomenology approach, and normative-textual approach to examine the truth of that tradition if it is measured by using hadith text. In conclusion, the tradition of asking testimony for deceased after conducted jenazah prayer in fact is appropriate with the Prophet’s doctrine, because that tradition is conducted to pray deceased, and the purpose of jenazah prayer is asking help. Furthermore, the tradition of asking the deceased debt free after conducting jenazah prayer is still in line with hadith of Salmat ibn al-Akwa’ about the rejection of the Prophet conducted prayer for deceased before there is a person who guarantees his/her debt, because after fathu makkah is happened the Prophet is the first person who guarantees the debt of died Mukmin. That tradition is considered still in line with the meaning of hadith, so that this living hadith is considered true and appropriate with Islam syari’at.Keywords; asking testimony, debt free, Living Hadith

Abstract

H adi th is believed to be a guideline for life after the Qur’an, hence the various methods of understanding used must be appropriate so that the traditions can provide benefits for life. So far many criticisms have been directed at the classical hadith methodology of hadith because they are considered irrelevant to current needs. This criticism is not entirely true because after all the classical sharih method is still needed. At least as a reference for the new sharih hadith method so that he does not lose his footing. The effort that needs to be done is how to combine the old method with the new method so that the sharih of the hadith can produce a valid understanding. This article presents the development of Sharh Hadith since the 6th century until now using the historical-phenomenological approach. Furthermore, the Sharh Hadith methodology is also offered which applies the old methodology in the new direction accompanied by an explanation of the steps. Furthermore, also included a concrete example of the realization of the values of hadith in contemporary life. Thus the reader can find the meaning of syarh hadith in his real life.Keywords: Sharh, hadith, method, model

Abstract

Tawarruq contract is that if someone buys goods from a seller to credit the price and he sells the goods in cash to a third party other than the seller at a cheaper price. The goal is to get the cash. Tawarruq transaction models is used as a form of transaction in the banking system. The existence of this Tawarruq contract can help Islamic banks in the world were very limited and very limited business anyway. The use of contract Tawarruq can help improve the liquidity of Sharia banking, but set the MUI fatwa banning the use of Tawarruq contract in Indonesia. Whereas in some other countries that have Sharia banking system, this agreement is allowed to use it. One of these neighboring Indonesia itself, namely Malaysia. Article outlines a comparative analysis on the MUI fatwa expression in the four main schools of jurisprudence. School of Imam Opinions are divided into two groups; The first group may judge, while the next group judge illegitimate. Abstract

This article tries to explore the concept of shahabat in a book Manhaj Żawīal-Naẓar written by Maḥfūẓ al- Tarmasī. This book is Sharḥ Naẓm Alfīyah al-Suyūṭī (died in 911 H) consisting of 980 stanzas, and is added 20 stanzas by al-Tarmasī, so the total is 1000 stanzas. One of the interesting point to be discussed in hadith study is the concept of shahabat, the first source of hadith. The validity of shahabat becomes polemic between Sunni and Shi’i, especially on the concept of shahabat justice. In the book, there is no new concept of shahabat’s justice in general. Al- Tarmasī only repeats the previous ulama’s explanations in his book. By following the majority of ulama, he states that all shahabat are ādil (fair), but the reality shows that not all of them are ādil (fair). This article has been proved it by quoting some sources. Modern Muslim scholars also ask about the concept of al-ṣaḥābah kulluhum udūl. In some literatures, it has been mentioned some shahabat’s attitudes that did not show the Islamic values. There are many examples of bad shahabat’s behavior, so it can be said that the concept of al-ṣaḥābah kulluhum udūl does not have to be understood that all shahabat are ādil (fair). The appropriate meaning is that some of shahabat are ādil (fair) since “kullu” here is juz’iyah (some), not kulliyah (whole). Keywords: ādil, Maḥfūẓ al-Tarmasī, Manhaj Żawīal-Naẓar, Sahabat

Abstract

Hadis dalam tatanan aplikasinya merupakan sumber hukum yang menjadi penjelas bagi al-Qur'an. Dalam proses penyebarannya, hadis berkembang di Indonesia seiring dengan masuknya agama Islam di Nusantara. Adapun di daerah Jawa, Islam lebih dipopulerkan oleh Wali Sanga. Dan dalam menyebarkan agama Islam, para Wali Sanga mempunyai beragam cara penyebaran agama. Sebut saja Sunan Kalijaga dan Sunan Bonang yang menggunakan metode budaya dalam penyebaran agama Islam, salah satunya adalah wayang kulit. Maka dalam penelitian ini, penulis akan membahas mengenai resepsi hadis yang juga merupakan sumber syariat Islam dalam pagelaran wayang kulit. Fokus penelitian ini pada Wayang Kulit Ki Suparno Hadi. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif-kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan sosio-historis. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data, penulis melakukan observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Metode dekriptif-eksplanatif penulis pakai dalam menganalisis data yang terkumpulkan. Sedangkan teori yang ditawarkan oleh Geertz akan menjadi pisau analisis dalam penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Ki Suparno Hadi tidak mempunyai kriteria khusus dalam meresepsikan hadis dalam pagelaran wayang kulitnya. Namun, dalam pagelarannya penulis merangkum setidaknya menjadi lima resepsi, yaitu: Resepsi Simbolis, Resepsi Filosofis, Resepsi Eksegesis, Resepsi Historis, dan Resepsi Estetis. Pertunjukan Wayang Ki Suparno Hadi dalam lakon Sena Babat terdapat 12 penggunaan hadis, dengan rician 9 adalah hadis sahih, 2 hadis hasan, dan satu hadis yang belum diketahui status kehujjahannya. Selain itu, penulis menemukan dua pola dalam penggunaan hadis dipagelarannya, yaitu pengutipan dan penjelasan. Kedua pola ini hampir penulis temukan dalam setiap pagelaran wayang kulit Ki Suparno Hadi yang penulis ikuti, terkhusus lakon Seno Babat yang menjadi pembahasan dalam tulisan ini.

Abstract

Religion that preached by means of persuasive with acculturation patterns, more easily accepted. And it create a new color in the existing cultural traditions. Klutuk farmers with all the ritual tradition is entrenched, able to accept the arrival of a new religion due to the new value that does not exclude and offend them as people who have been cultured before. Hinduism and Buddhism that come later, patterned religion earth, existence is able to maintain and further strengthen that tradition. Until Islam came, although he patterned sky religion whose mission is to spread (da'wah) teachings, but do not lead to conflict with the tradition of the klutuk farmers. The result, in addition to reinforce, is also able to fill the spiritual void by providing transcendent value and a new outlook on the tradition. Abstract

In Islamic study especially in Islamic law study, study on hadith has been conducted. However, it is often that the resulted works tend to one of two tendencies namely absolutism and skeptics. The absolutism paradigm is developed in traditional Islamic study; meanwhile, skeptics paradigm is grown among orientalist and Muslim scholars oriented to West. This article discusses the ideas of Fazlur Rahman, one of contemporary Muslim scholars having popular works in Indonesia since the last year of 90. Rahman tried to formulate the basis of history study and hadith methodology that use both traditional Islamic knowledge and some important findings of orientalists. Abstract

This study aimed to improve early childhood numeracy skills through the game of “Bowling Kaleng”. Numeracy is the ability of every child in terms of mathematics such as sort of numbers or counting and know the number. Development of children’s numeracy skills can do through the game. This would be more effective because the children’s world is playing world, one of which is the game of “Bowling Kaleng”. Research was conducted on 30 children in Group B TK Dharma Wanita Gogorante Kediri. Those aged 5 to 6 years old, consists of 16 boys and 14 girls. The method used in this study is classroom action research using two cycles. Each cycle consists of four phases: planning, action, observation and reflection. The study was conducted at the beginning of January 2016. The results of this study indicate that learning through the “Bowling Kaleng” game can improve children’s numeracy skills. The average of child’s ability to counting, add up dan reduce numbers increased to the last cycle. Through this game, children learn to count concrete objects they like in a cheerful and pleasant atmosphere.Keywords; Numeracy skills, early childhood, Bowling Kaleng game

Abstract

This research explains the important picture that is highlighted regarding the development of the theories and practices in the science of takhrij al-hadith. The hadith is part of one of the two sources of Islamic law after the Koran. The prince of tahkhrij hadith has actually been done at the beginning of the development ‘ulum al-hadith, by only tracing the location of the hadith in the sources of literature or books compiled by hadith collectors. The rest regarding in-depth research on the quality of the hadith (sanad-matan) was not too carriedout by previous scholars. discourse of hadith is classified into 2 (two) types, such as: 1) discourse about the authority of the hadith as hujjah in Islamic law, and 2) study of the authenticity of the hadith itself (whether or not the Hadith itself is valid). So it is important for the next generation to be introduced to the science of takhrij al-Hadith. This has become important for Muslims to be able to connect and reveal their messages historically from the Prophet Muhammad. The author uses a literature study which introduces the methods in the takhrij al-hadith. The results of his conclusion that takhrij al-hadith had indeed been carried out by previous scholars with their respective methods, but nowadays the development and portrayal of takhrij hadith has begun to target digitalisation methods in the form of online, software or applications. For this reason, it is necessary tointroduce these technology and information-based methods while elaborating and collaborating on pre-existing methods with contemporary methods based on technology and information.Keywords: Takhrij al-Hadith, Theory, Practice
