Abstract

The study aims to descrie the effectiviness of public complaint services online through the LAPOR! Application. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This study uses data sourced from primary and secondary data. The results of this study state that the effectiveness of online public complaint services through the LAPOR! It can be said to be effective based on the indicators of measuring the criteria fo effectiveness and quality of public sevices that are good, it’s just that the accuracy indicator of diskominfo as the main admin still has to desseminate information  to yhe public that there are some complaints that are not included in the realm of  LAPOR!. However, with the LAPOR! As a means of complaint it makes it easier for the public to make a complaint. It is proven that up to September 2020, there were 173 complaints in the application data.

Abstract

This research is motivated by strategic issues that develop in society which shows that the performance of the state civil apparatus in fostering street children in Kendari City is still considered lacking, seen from street children who still roam the streets of Kendari City and there are still some obstacles in the implementation of child development. the streets. Therefore, this research aims toknowing and describing the performance of the state civil apparatus in fostering street children at the Kendari City Social Service.The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The informants in this study were the State Civil Apparatus of the Kendari City Social Service and street children who had been caught by the Kendari City Social Service. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observations, interviews, and documentation. Then the data analysis technique used in this study was carried out by means of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the performance of the State Civil Apparatus of the Kendari City Social Service in handling street children that had been carried out so far had not been maximized, there were no handling efforts related to the development of street children carried out by the Social Service because of several obstacles including limited funds and human resources, public participation and awareness as well as awareness of street children themselves are still lacking, as well as a special coaching center to accommodate street children such as a halfway house that does not yet exist in the Kendari City Social Service.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of performance allowances on the performance of state civil servants at the Kendari City Land Office. The Population and sampel in this study at the Kendari City Land Office as many as 33 people. Data collection in this study using a questionnaire and documentation study. The data analysis method in this study is simple linear regression using the SPSS version 23 program. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Kendari City Land Office. This is indicated by the coefficient of determination of 26,4% and the remaining 73,6% due to other factors. Then from the research results using simple linear regression analysis shows that the performance allowance X affects the performance of the State Civil Apparatus Y at the Kendari City and Office as evidences by the regression coefficient value which is significant positive Y = 17,376 + 0,465 X (Y = a + b X). The b efficiency is called the regression direction coefficient and states the change in the mean of variable Y for changes in variable X for the increasein the value of b which is positive and decreasesb if b is negative. So that from this equation it can be interpreted: 1.) constans (a) of 17,376 explains that if the independent variable in this case the performance allowance variable is zero (no value), then the performance value of the State Civil Apparatus is 17,376 or is in the category of influence. 2.) Of  0,465% means that if there is an addition, in this case the performance allowance increases by 1 (one) value, it will result in an increases in the performance value StateCivil Apparatus to increases by 0.465. The coefficient is positive, meaning that the performance allowance has a significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Characteristics of Organizational Culture. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research method by means of observation, interviews and documentation at the Kendari City Samsat Office. The conclusion in the study is that the organizational culture characteristics in the Kendari Samsat Office still need to be improved because there are still risk-taking innovations, attention to details, orientation to benefits, Orientasi In the team that must be improved again. Then the performance of existing employees can be seen from the existence of several things, namely the quality of work, accuracy, initiative, ability and communication where it will make the people who come get better service from the performance performed by existing employees at Samsat Kendari. Its performance still needs to be improved, especially regarding the timeliness and services provided to the people of Kendari City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe organizational development in improving the performance of the apparatus at the Kendari state prosecutor's office, this study uses descriptive qualitative methods to 11 informants determined by snowball sampling technique, data analysis techniques consist of data collection, data reduction, presentation data, drawing conclusions/verification, the data obtained were analyzed qualitatively and described in descriptive form.  The results of this study indicate that organizational development in improving the performance of the apparatus at the Kendari State Attorney (Kejari) has been very good, this can be seen from human resources, namely in its development. has been implemented with standard operating procedures so that employee performance has been quite good, the response and behavior has been very good, this can be seen in several cases handling processes that are in accordance with what has been determined by the Prosecutor's Office. flexible, accountable, and reliable behavior, organizational behavior is also very good and organizational structure but the performance of the apparatus at the Kendari District Attorney has not been effective as a whole, this can be seen in the implementation of tasks that are already quite good but in terms of work quality, quantity work and responsibilities still need to be improved regarding the quality of work that needs to be improved again, one of which is in terms of the process of resolving or handling cases, the quantity of work also needs to be increased in the process of accuracy in carrying out tasks so that mistakes or errors do not occur again, and for responsibility need to be improved again because employees especially in the field of coaching have a small number of employees so that the responsibilities given may not necessarily be carried out properly because the shortage of staff has not run effectively as a whole.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of implementing the national health insurance program policy for the healthy Indonesia card for the poor at the Wua-Wua Public Health Center, Kendari City and to determine the factors that influence the implementation of the national health insurance program policy for the healthy Indonesia card for the poor at the Wua-Wua Health Center. Kendari City. The research methodology used in this study is a descriptive method that seeks to describe the intended phenomenon. The data obtained from the results of interviews with informants amounted to 7 people who were directly involved and knew about the role of implementing policies for the National Health Insurance Program for the Healthy Indonesia Card for the poor. Which then the data obtained and then analyzed then interpreted and drawn a conclusion.The results of this study are based on the results of the analysis and discussion that have been described, that the implementation of the policy of the national health insurance program for the healthy Indonesia card for the poor at the Wua-Wua Public Health Center Kendari City consists of 2 frameworks, namely the implementation of the national health insurance program for the healthy Indonesia card which consists of communication indicators, resources and disposition. Then further about the factors that influence the implementation of the policy of the National Health Insurance Program for the Healthy Indonesia Card. Keywords: Implementation; National Health Insurance Program for the Healthy Indonesia Card.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the development of state civil servants in the Southeast Sulawesi Province Civil Service and Human Resources Development Agency to identify and describe the performance of civil servants in the Southeast Sulawesi Province Civil Service and Human Resources Development Agency. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research method, with data collection techniques carried out by using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Development of State Civil Apparatus Resources in the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Southeast Sulawesi Province has improved, it can be seen that education to occupy positions in organizations is given to him to advance to a higher and better level and training. what has been done has helped employees understand practical knowledge and its application, And the performance of State Civil Service Employees is enough to carry out their work well because Civil Servants can serve the community well, but are friendly, but sometimes there are employees who do not understand their work and also the timeliness or discipline where there are still employees who come late and even a leader rarely comes to the office.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training on the work productivity of PT. Bank Danamon Cabang Kendari. The population in this study were employees of PT. Bank Danamon Cabang Kendari, as many as 30 people. The sample in this study was determined by a census sample where the sampling method was if all of the sample population was 30 employees. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The results in this study indicate that training from the dimensions of 1) training objectives, 2) training participants, 3) training materials, 4) training methods, has a significant effect on work productivity. Then based on the results of the analysis of the effect of training on the work productivity of PT. Bank Danamon Cabang Kendari, shows that the effect of training is 66% and the remaining 34% is caused by other variables outside of this study. Then the dimensions of employee training at PT. Bank Danamon Cabang Kendari which provides the highest reflection on work productivity is the dimension of training objectives. While the dimensions of employee training at PT. Bank Danamon Cabang Kendari, which provides the lowest reflection on work productivity is the quality dimension.

Abstract

The research objektives are (1) to find out the mechanism of how the archival arrangement system supports administrative order at the SMP Negeri 1 taliabu Laut Barat North Maluku Province, while the dimensions of the archive arrangement system studied include (a) archive organization, (b) systems and procedures file filing, (c) the classification pattern of the archives used, (d) the equipment used, (e) archive storage, (f) borrowing and recovering archives, to (2) to determine the orderly implementation of administration at the SMP Negeri 1 Taliabu Northwest, North Maluku Province. The results show that the archival arrangement system at SMP Negeri 1 Taliabu,  Northwest Maluku Province, is seen from the dimensions: archival organization, system and procedures for filing archives, archival classification patterns used, equipment used, archive storage, borrowing and re-discovering archives, archiving archives. The majority of informants said that in the process of storing, structuring and re-discovering archivest, it was  still not carried out properly, due to the lack of human resources in the implementation of archival storage with a qualification, so that archive storage had not been implemented optimally. Thus, it can be concluded that the archive management system at the SMP Negeri 1 Taliabu Laut Barat is still very minimal and there are no administrative employees with archiving undergraduate qualifications.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of management functions in the student field in improving the performance of the administrative staff of SMPN 12 Kendari and to determine the performance of the administrative staff of SMPN 12 Kendari in the student field. The method used is descriptive qualitative research method by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the student management function in improving the performance of the administrative staff of SMPN 12 Kendari starting from the planning, organizing and mobilizing functions had been carried out well. In the planning function, there is the preparation of student programs, one of which is the admission program for new students, by determining in advance who, when, where to implement it by paying attention to available sources and supported by adequate infrastructure and conducting training and socialization first. Furthermore, the organizing function is to divide the schedule and tasks for each employee. In the function of driving the principal to motivate employees in completing tasks. However, the supervisory function is still not optimal where there is still a lack of employee work discipline. Furthermore, the performance of the administrative staff of SMP Negeri 12 Kendari in terms of quantity and quality is good, where employees pay attention to aspects of accuracy and neatness. However, the punctuality aspect still needs to be improved because there is still a lack of employee work discipline, there are still employees who come late and add work holidays.
