Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and describe the implementation of civil servant coaching in an effort to improve work discipline at the Kadia Sub-district Office, Kendari City. The results of this study indicate that; 1) efforts to implement supervision through observation, inspection and monitoring at the Kendari District Head Office are generally quite optimal. Where the leadership sometimes makes observations on the accuracy of employees in working and the implementation of assigned employee duties, and sometimes checks the attendance of employees. But on the other hand, the leadership always checks the work results of employees, monitors the use of work facilities and monitors the accuracy of the implementation of tasks, 2) the effort to implement supervision is enough to increase the work discipline of employees at the Kendari District Head Office. Where there is a condition that there is still a lack of employee obedience to working hours, and the implementation of work is sufficient based on work procedures / mechanisms. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the effectiveness of the implementation of the Rastra program in Konawe Village, Kusambi District, Muna Barat Regency. Data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique in this research is using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. There were 8 informants in this study consisting of Rasmin S.Pt as the head of the village head, La Dae as a functional position, Wa Haliya SP as the secretary of the village head, La Salati as the head of environment II, 3 people who received rastra and I as a community member. who are not rstra recipients.The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the implementation of the Rastra program in the Konawe village, Kusambi district, West Muna district. In general, it does not fully refer to the provisions of the 6T indicator, namely right on target, right amount, right price, right time, right quality and right administration. Because in the distribution of literature in the field it only fulfills 2 indicators, namely the right amount and the right price. Meanwhile, the accuracy of targeting is still not quite right because there are still people who receive rastra whose economic conditions are already quite good but are still given rice assistance, then punctuality means that there are often delays in distribution every month. While the accuracy of quality is still not good because many people still get rice that is not bad enough. Meanwhile, administrative accuracy has not been achieved because the income for the recipients of this rastra aid should be families that really meet the criteria, namely families with low economic income. However, the fact remains that there are well-off families who are registered as recipients of rice rastra assistance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of village head leadership on community participation in paying Land and Building Tax (PBB) in Koepisino Village, Bonegunu District. The population in this study were the taxpayers (heads of families) in Koepisino Village, as many as 177 people. The sample in this study was determined by proportional random sampling with a total sample of 64 people. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative.  The results in this study indicate that the leadership of the Village Head consists of dimensions 1) ways of communicating, 2) providing motivation, 3) leadership ability, 4) decision making, 5) positive power, which has a significant effect on community participation when paying Land and Building Tax (PBB). Then based on the results of the analysis of the effect of the village head on community participation in paying land and building taxes in the village of Koepisino, Bonegunu District, it shows that the effect of the village head is 58.3% and the remaining 41.7% is caused by other factors. Then the leadership dimension of the Village Head in Koepisino Village that gives the highest contribution to community participation in paying land and building taxes is the dimension of how to communicate. Meanwhile, the leadership dimension of the Village Head in Koepisino Village which gives the lowest contribution to community participation in paying land and building taxes is a positive dimension of power.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the work motivation of employees at the West Muna district education office and to determine the performance of civil servants at the West Muna district education office. The research methodology used in this study is a descriptive method that seeks to describe the intended phenomenon. The data obtained from interviews with informants amounted to 3 people who were directly involved in the process of providing work motivation in improving the performance of civil servants. Then the data obtained is then analyzed and interpreted and a conclusion is drawn. The results of research on direct motivation at the Education Office of West Muna Regency are quite good, this can be seen from the provision of direct motivation in the form of salary bonuses, praise to employees at the West Muna Regency Education Office who have good performance. Then the performance of employees at the Education Office of West Muna Regency is quite good. The quality of work employees work with discipline, make the best use of working time and understand their respective duties and responsibilities in doing the work given.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. TASPEN (Persero) Kendari City branch. This type of research is qualitative. With informants as many as 5 customers of PT TASPEN (Persero) Kendari City branch. Data collection techniques are interviews and document studies. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that service quality had an influence on customer satisfaction at PT TASPEN (Persero) Kendari City branch. Based on the results of research and discussion between service quality and customer satisfaction, there is a very close relationship where if the service quality is good then the customer gives a good response and vice versa.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the quality of public services in administering the pension fund program at PT. TASPEN (Persero) Branch Kendari. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the quality of public services in administering the pension fund program at PT. TASPEN (Persero) Branch Kendari is quite good, this can be seen from the results of the research which refers to the five dimensions of service quality which include tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy for the two types of Civil Servant pension fund programs at PT. TASPEN (Persero) Branch Kendari namely Old Age Savings and Pension Program. Even so, there are still shortcomings that need to be fixed, namely the completion of the claim process for Old Age Savings funds and pension salary payments that cannot be completed on time, irregular parking lots and lack of facilities for participant families who come to take them.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the work discipline of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN in increasing work efficiency at the Education And Culture Office in Muna Regency and to find out how the work efficiency of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Muna Regency Education and Culture Office. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method, by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that Work Discipline of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in increasing work efficiency at the Muna Regency Education and Culture Office has not been implemented properly, seen from several aspects, namely: obedience to time proved by there are still State Civil Apparatus (ASN) who are not yet on time when they come to work and come home not in time. Then in the aspect of obeying behavior at work, it is still found that the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) delegates its responsibilities to honorary employees. Meanwhile, the work efficiency of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is not good, which can be seen from the lack of professionalism because there is no technical training so that the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) does not understand the main duties and functions of each employee. In addition, the Muna Regency Education and Culture Office paid less attention to the matter of giving rewards or awards to the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) which aims to spur their work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of public services on the satisfaction of elderly patients and the factors that affect the quality of service on the satisfaction of elderly patients at Abeli Public Health Center, Abeli District, Kendari City. The informants in this study were the Director of the Abeli Puskesmas, Abeli District, Kendari City, the Head of Public Relations at the Abeli Puskesmas, Abeli District, Kendari City, and 3 (three) people who received services at Abeli Puskesmas Abeli District, Kendari City. The results showed that the quality of public services at Abeli Public Health Center, Abeli District, Kendari City was seen from the dimensions of physical evidence with a poor category, reliability dimensions with good categories, responsiveness dimensions with good categories, assurance dimensions with good categories, and empathy dimensions with poor categories. Supporting factors that affect the quality of public services at Abeli Public Health Center, Abeli District, Kendari City are Leadership Factors, Team Work Spirit Factors, and Employee Job Satisfaction Factors. Inhibiting factors that affect the quality of public services at Abeli Public Health Center, Abeli District, Kendari City, namely there are still facilities that are not yet available and the presence of employees who are less friendly to service users.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the principle of transparency in the management of Village Fund Alocation (ADD) in Jaya Makmur Village, Binongko District Wakatobi Regency. This type of research is qualitative research. The date collection techniques used consisted of interviews and documentation. The resource person used in this study were village officials and the hamlet head of Jaya Makmur village. The result ot this study indicate that the management of Village Fund Allocation in Jaya Makmur Village is transparent. Based on the transparency indicator, it shows that there is availability that can be accesed by the public through APBDes billboards, clarity and completeness of information by involving the community in the implementation of development, there is an open process by involving the community in the planning, deliberation and implementation processes, as well as the regulatory framework which guarantees transparency, namely Permendagri Number 113 of 2014 concerning Village Financial Management.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and understand the causes of implementing the posyandu program in improving the welfare of mothers and children and the obstacles in implementing the posyandu program in improving the welfare of mothers and children in Labaraga Village. This type of research is qualitative, using several informants to conduct interviews and observations. Sources of data used are primary data sources, namely information that comes from direct observation to the research location by means of observation and interviews. Meanwhile, secondary sources are data obtained from documents held by posyandu cadres to complement primary data. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the posyandu program in improving the welfare of mothers and children in Labaraga Village, namely: socialization, counseling and assistance. Meanwhile, the posyandu cadres' obstacles in improving the welfare of mothers and children in Labaraga Village, North Wakorumba District, North Buton Regency, namely: obstacles from the Human Resources aspect, obstacles to facilities and infrastructure and obstacles in the implementation process.
