Abstract

System is a set of elements of education which are related and connected each other and give influence each other to achieve a certain goal. One of attempt that can be done is through developing system of Islamic Education there, while the model is a product of developing system. Focus of this research is how the model of “Rakyat Al Amin” Islamic boarding school in SumberpucungKab. Malang including some components of Islamic boarding school itself: boarding, mosque, Islamic classic books, students and kiyai. This research used study case and Analyzing datadone through two steps, the first step is step with the process of collecting data in the field and step after collecting data. The result of this research shows the difference of the components of Islamic boarding school commonly and the components of Rakyat Islamic boarding school. In the reality Rakyat Islamic boarding school only has 3 components such as teaching Islamic classic book, students and kyai, but it doesn’t mean that the other components of Islamic boarding school are not important, the other components just have different function.Key word: Model of Islamic Boarding School

Abstract

This article focuses on the understanding “tasamuh” concept by the students in the learning Islamic. This article is the result of research that using quantitative method, while to get the data using collecting data technique: observation, questionnaire, and documentation. The result of this research shows that: First, variable of Qur’an-Hadith lessonhas contribution to understanding “tasamuh” concepts by the students significantly. This is evidenced by the result of SPSS analysis for windows with significance level p= 0,042 and in the partial analysis the contribution is 4,9%. Second, variable of Qur’an-Hadith lesson has contribution to understanding “tasamuh” concepts by the students significantly. This is evidenced by the result of SPSS analysis for windows with significance level p= 0,012 and in the partial analysis the contribution is 6,9%. Third, variable of Qur’an-Hadith lesson do not have contribution to understanding “tasamuh” concept by the students significantly. This is evidenced by the result of SPSS analysis for windows with significance level p= 0,469 andin the partial analysis the contribution is 0,7%. Fourth, based on the result of double regression analysis use SPSS for window was obtained determinant coefficient R2= 0,117; p= 0,009. Its mean 12% variation of variable of understanding “tasamuh” concept of the students influencedby Al-Qur’an Hadith lesson, Aqidah Akhlak, and Fiqh at the same time. The rest are influenced by other variable beside the variable of Al-Qur’anHadith, Aqidah Akhlak, and Fiqh.keywords: Understanding, Tasamuh, Contribution

Abstract

Education as a social system, cannot be separated from the other system outside itself, is politic system. Both of them are two important elements in the social politic system of nation. The condition of social politic in the Abbasid era related with politic of manpower. Politic of manpower is education politic tends to be teacher oriented, not institution oriented. It’s mean that the quality of education depends on the quality of teacher, not to institution. It can be evidenced by the condition in which students are free to choose the lesson as they want, they are not only study at mosque, but also at library, private house, and bookstore. Abstract

Metode tafsir maudhu’i adalah metode tafsir yang berusaha mencari jawaban al-Qur’an dengan cara mengumpulkan ayat-ayat al-Qur’an yang mempunyai tujuan yang satu, yang bersama-sama membahas topik/judul tertentu dan menertibkannya sesuai dengan masa turunnya selaras dengan sebab-sebab turunnya, kemudian pemperhatikan ayatayat tersebut dengan penjelasan-penjelasan, keterangan-keterangan dan hubungan-hubungannya dengan ayat-ayat yang lain, kemudian mengistimbatkan hukum-hukum. Metode tafsir maudhu’i memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan masingmasing serta terdapat perbedaan dalam pelaksanaannya. Namun, dalam aplikasinya metode-metode ini sebaiknya disesuaikan dengan situasi dan kondisi, sehingga dapat memberikan manfaat.Keywords: Al-Qur’an, Metode, Tafsir Maudhu’i

Abstract

Education thought of KH. M. Hasyim Asy’ari is the concept of character education, but also consistently gives positive contribution to the Indonesia civilization. Its dedication not only focuses on one field, but also on education, politic, social, religion, physical confrontation, organization, and the other intellectual works. Not only to educate young generation through Tebuireng Pesantren that was built, but for next generation, KH. M. Hasyim Asy’ari has inherited many books or holy books that able as main reference to search alternative solution of various problems thatfaced by nation. KH. M. Hasyim Asy’ari has been given fundamental conceptual framework for national education. Technical and operational steps must still be reviewed to implement the educational thinking. Figure of NU’s founding at some point want to do the balancing for education in Indonesia. Not only formality aspects, but also substanceof the meaning of education must be internalized and implemented in the life of students. Abstract

The procedures and attributes are must fulfilled to integrated curriculum development of schools or madrasah that consist: (1) the concept of integrated curriculum development is conducted at SMAN 10 Malang, consists of the integrated conception of vision and mission, institutionalintegration, the integration of curriculum and learning by models that are suitable to within single disciplines, across several disciplines, and inside the mind of the learner; (2) planning of integrated curriculum that is used the rational-interaction model, and deductive rational model to divide roles between the principal of school and the teachers, and toorganize educational components that are supporting the integrated curriculum development; (3) implementation for integrated curriculum is carried out with the learning process in classroom, that prioritize the methods of problem solving, project methods, teaching units, inquiry, discovery, thematic approach, media of learning and sources of learningthat are varied; (4) evaluation for integrated curriculum is conducted with control function and supervision by the principal, while the teachers assess students that is based on three domains, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor, then all of domains are manifested to form of test instruments and non-test.keywords: Curriculum Development, Integrated Curriculum

Abstract

This research is the implementation of Islamic education in instilling religious consciousness. This research is descriptive-qualitative. The data from a school principal, teachers, and students were collected through observation, interview, and documentation. The data were analyzed usingsuch techniques as the reduction, display and verification of data. The implementation of religious consciousness and reinforcement of Islamic education in this kind of activity was carried out in structured learning in classroom, and extra-curricular activities outside class, established by teachers through instilling religious values, giving a role model, and habituation. The model of reinforcement is; fist) verbal reinforcement that’s praise, second) giving reward to the student that finish his duty, third) punishment for breaking the rules; fourth) religious activities and prayingfor created religious culture at school. Student’s religious consciousness can be seen from school culture manifested in such activities as Zhuhr prayer by jama’ah, Friday’s charity, respect for teacher and friends, student’s responsibility, student’s avoidance of negative interactionswhich can harm themselves and their learning achievements.Keyword; reinforment of Islamic education, religious consciousness,

Abstract

This article discusses about cognitive development among military personnel in the Moral and Military Ethical Education programs (MMEE) in the Malaysian Armed Forces (MAF). This study was conducted to evaluate the influence of the elements used in the MMEE’s program to cognitive performance among the participants. A total of 469participants took a moral and military ethical (MME) achievement test and the data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The findings show that, out of the five key elements of MMEE’s program, elements of the table shows that there is a significant contribution to cognitive achievement by the contribution of = 1.4 % . The remaining elements of the syllabus, facilities, location and teaching and learning process of each show there is no significant contribution to cognitive achievement among theparticipants.

Abstract

During these universities only produce graduates who only have a certain skill, while they do not have personal integrity as a member of the family, community, and religious citizens. This situation will greatly affect the education system in universities. Where the College as an organization of higher education is a means of cooperation group of people (Higher Education and Society) to achieve the desired objectives. Achievement of the goal Universities, both in quality and quantity depends on the people who gathered at the agency. if the increase is not accompanied by planting intellectual Islamic values are embodied in building religious culture in the Universities, the national education goals will not be achieved well. Keywords: Religious, Culture, Higher Education

Abstract

Leaders and leadership are two interrelated problems of daily life in society, organization, nation and state. The development level of society, organizations and nations and countries influenced by the leaders and leadership. Islam itself as a religion rahmatan lil 'Alamin also put the issue of leaders and leadership as one of the major issues in his teaching. In the Qur'an and Hadith leadership gets a share of the discussion is not small, many verses of the Koran and the hadiths of the Prophet who Membincang about leadership.
