Abstract

Education is a process toward birth humanizationhumanly valuable human being. The main agenda of education isthe process of humanizing humans being human. That process iscalled humanization; the human form becomes a true human being.Education as a process carried out by a community in order toprepare the next generation to be able to socialize and adapt to theculture they profess, actually one of the traditions of the human racethat is almost as old as mankind. Abstract

The Changes to a curriculum will undoubtedly continue to occur. The big mission of these changes alone is in order to create a better situation for the out put of education. Such changes substantially in order to strike a balance between the spiritual and social attitudes, curiosity, creativity, cooperation with intellectual and psychomotor abilities. Curriculum 2013 appears to create output that is expected of it. To reach it, one fundamental factor is the maximization of the candidates' professional aptitude of teachers as an important instrument for the success of education. Abstract

This research aims to develop audio visual media that have been validated so that the media is suitable for using as a media representative in social studies learning in the school. The data in this research is gotten from questionnaire and obtained from the test subjects that include media expert, material expert and the students from 31 students of SDN Pagentan 03 Singosari. The result of the questionnaires are analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. According to media expert, the media is valid, so the media can be used in learning, but with revision. Matterial expert argue that the material is valid, so the media can be used.Material expert gives advice as a repair material for media excellence. Based on trial results to the 31 students who have tried this product, this media is interested and the material is understandably. Keywords: developtment, audio visual media, local history

Abstract

Second language (Arabic) learning, focused on optimizing speaking skill with appropriate oral communication style is challenging. This phenomenon inextricably has initiated myriad of innovative methods and strategies to improve speaking skill effectively and efficiently in the schools across Indonesia. Besides, those methods and strategies can be a means of maintaining interactive atmosphere in the classroom. One of the adequate strategies is role play. In the form of play or drama instructional activities, the teachers can help students enhance their speaking skill by naturally interacting in the classroom so as to produce well appropriate expression. For broader aspect, role play as one of cooperative language learning can foster the students’ character building in its own dimension.

Abstract

The Kiai as the leader of the boarding school is not just to lead, but also develop curricula, create evaluation system, determine the order of the institution came to organize the life of the whole community of cottage boarding and also foster community. In this study, there are three objectives are achieved, namely: (1) obtain a description and a complete picture of the behavior of the leadership of clerics; (2) obtain a description and a complete picture of the interaction patterns clerics; and (3) obtaining a description and a complete overview of the concept of modernization of education schools in Higher EducationThis type of research is qualitative and using the case study method. Ma'had Sunan Ampel Al-`Aly selected as the research object because it is the first boarding school students in the environment PTAIN. Data obtained by interview (interview), documents (documents) and observations (observation). Spradley data analysis using a model consisting of domain analysis, analasis taxonomy, componential analysis and thematic analysis.Three results obtained, namely, (1) Conduct Yai Chamzawi leadership in MSAA UIN Maliki leads to transformational leadership; (2) The pattern of interaction Yai Chamzawi in MSAA UIN Maliki leads to the traditional leadership; and (3) The concept of modernization of education schools in universities based on the principle of al-Muhafadzatu 'ala qadimi as-salih wa al-akhdu bi al-jadidi al-aslah. So from the third conclusion above can researchers find a style of leadership clerics in MSAA UIN Maliki is Leadership Style Neo-Transformasionalisme, which is a combination of leadership styles transfomasionalisme and leadership style traditionalism based on the principle of al-muhafadzatu 'alal qadimi shalih wal akhdu bil jadidil ashlah.Keywords: Leadership of Kyai, Modernization of Islamic Boarding Scool Education, College

Abstract

The study of the history of Islamic education in Indonesia is a study that should continue to be able to give ibrah for development and improvement of the quality of education. This dynamics is the metamorphosis, a process towards perfection. Based on a historical perspective, Islamic educational institution found that Indonesia is still experiencing a metamorphosis is less perfect. This indicates that the Islamic educational institutions should hold first settled towards perfect metamorphosis, a process that ushers in the institution of Islamic institutions on excellence and advancement. This paper attempts, identify the metamorphosis of the Islamic educational institutions as well as find aspects of the imperfections of the process metamorfosisnya. The results of this paper will, be insightful while discourse and early action to improve the image and quality of the institutions of Islam.

Abstract

This paper is about to assert that the triumph of science in the Islamic Spain didn’t only occur in the period following the Umayyad dynasty II (c. 756-1031), but quite the dynasty during the reign of al-Muwahhidun (1078-1214) and reached its peak under the the reign of the Caliph Abu Yusuf Ya'qub al-Mansur (d. 580 h./1184 M). The intellectual glory of Andalusia marked several things: first, expedition scientists massively in the Umayyad II to the Eastern Islamic world in order to study and acquire as many references to the development of science upon his return to their Islamic Spain; Second, the migration of scientists to Eastern Andalusia happened in al-Muwahhidun dynasty is the transmission of knowledge from the East to the Islamic Spain; and the third, the translation movement in the 12th century and 13rd based in Toledo can be seen is the bridge to the current scientific knowledge of the Arab world to Europe, Islam is encouraged intellectual progress stretching in Andalusia. Abstract

The paper explores the design and strategy of Islamic teaching (Pendidikan Agama Islam) which where implemented at Tribuana Tungga Dewi University of Malang. The university is consider as fairly a new university, established in 2001, located in the west of Malang. The findings of research are as follow: (1) the design of teaching is based on the actual topics that are based on students needs. (2) the strategies of  teaching are applying various strategies such as moving class to some mosques, involving students in Islamic community surrounding of university, and reporting for daily religious activities. Keywords: Religious Activities, Moving Class, Involving In Society Sorrunding The University, and Actual Topics.

Abstract

The institution is now faced with the challenges of globalization and the increased flow of technology very quickly. This phenomenon became the motivation for educational institutions to continue to learn and improve to work more professional in his field. The institution also responds to the presence of the desire of the community to the services of quality education, to be realized it can be done through a process of planned, terpola, and tersistematisasi through an educational process that leads to the realm of cognitive, affective, psychomotor. In addition, it can also be done through establishing a conducive campus culture through the creation of religious culture on campus, through activities such as the obligatory prayers in congregation activities, recite the Koran, do prayers together, the process of teaching started by reading al-fatiha and continued with reading Koran together, after it finishes with reading hamdalah together and use a neat muslim muslimah clothing at work.
