Abstract

This study is a study of ushul fiqh relates with the law of the transaction between individuals in relation to the property. In that transaction is sometimes used the term of the engagement (al-iltizam) and agreement (al-?aqd), both of which are often interpreted and used in different contexts. Iltizam is closely related to the case of al-haq (right), which is something that arises as a form of human relations. Therefore, the fulfillment of such right is bound by rules that must be complied with. In addition, sometimes arising form the relationship between humans, sometimes in the form of the agreement. Both became important in the discussion of Islamic law.

Abstract

Salah satu persoalan yang sama-sama dihadapi oleh keilmuan dalam tradisi Barat maupun Islam adalah masalah penentuan batasan kebenaran yang diusung oleh tradisi keilmuan yang dibangun. Metodologi seperti apakah yang digunakan oleh masing-masing tradisi dalam menentukan kebenaran ilmu atau pengetahuan yang dibangun. Persoalan ini dalam tradisi keilmuan Barat telah melahirkan berbagai diskursus sangat intens, sehingga telah memunculkan berbagai teori yang membicarakan batas-batas kebenaran ilmu pengetahuan, yang salah satunya adalah teori falsifikasi yang dikemukakan Karl Raymond Popper. Teori Popper ini menegaskan bahwa kebenaran proposisi suatu ilmu tidak ditentukan melalui uji verifikasi, tetapi upaya penyangkalan atas kebenarannya melalui berbagai percobaan yang sistematis. Semakin besar upaya untuk menyangkal suatu teori, dan jika teori itu ternyata terus mampu bertahan, maka semakin kokoh pula keberadaannya. Prinsip dalam teori falsifikasi Popper ini tampaknya sangat baik jika diterapkan dalam berbagai studi keilmuan di dalam Islam.

Abstract

Tulisan ini berupaya mengkaji cara kerja ilmu empiris ditinjau dari sistematisasi metodologi induktif dan menganalisis implikasi cara kerja ilmu empiris bagi keilmuan dakwah. Kritik metodologis metode induktif diantaranya, pertama, cara kerja induktif bukan merupakan prediksi yang benar-benar akurat. Kedua, induktif seringkali dikaitkan dengan sebuah korelasi (hubungan kausalitas). Ketiga, problem induktif berkaitan dengan masalah objektifitas, intersubjektif, dan netralitas. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menjawab problem induktif adalah pertama, meraih keabsahan, kevalidan, dan kepercayaan atas kebenaran ilmu pengetahuan melalui refleksi metodologis. Kedua Memahami makna gejala alam dan kemanusiaan dilakukan dengan jalan produktif. Ketiga, proses dan cara kerja metodologis diupayakan bukan untuk mencari kebenaran absolut, melainkan kebenaran yang bermanfaat bagi umat manusia pada setiap tahap perkembangannya. Keempat, refleksi ilmu pengetahuan harus diprioritaskan pada aspek internal dan eksternal. Dakwah tidak hanya menyangkut dimensi kehidupan sosial, tetapi juga dimensi pemikiran yang dituangkan dalam teks suci ajaran agama. Salah satu cara kerja yang dibangun dalam proses dakwah adalah menggabungkan aspek rasionalitas dengan teks dan penggunaan aspek batiniah, ini dimaksudkan persoalan-persoalan yang bersifat ruhaniah dapat dikaji secara empiris, sesuai nilai, dan tidak bersifat kaku. Pengkajian secara empiris dilakukan dengan melihat setting social dan budaya masyarakat Muslim dengan tetap memperhatikan kedudukannya sebagai subjek dan objek dakwah sekaligus.

Abstract

ABSTRACTCommunicative Competence (CC) is the target of language teaching today. It contains six competences: Linguistic Competence, Discourse Competence, Socio-Cultural Competence, Formulaic Competence, Interactional Competence, and Strategic Competence. Teaching English  for students of PTKI should also convey those competences. The competences should be applied in the syllabus, the materials, etc. However, most of the English syllabus has not conveyed the highlight of those competences. This paper, therefore, aims to propose a syllabus design and the sample of materials based on Communicative Competence. The syllabus contains the highlight of those competences for each topic. The design, then, can be developed by the lecturers to meet the students? needs.

Abstract

Character education is not new issues in human history. Parents who have variety of ways to do the schooling before there was a formal educational institution as it is now, have been trying to educate their culture. Strengthening the education character in the present is very relevant to solve the moral crisis that is happening in our country. Whether it is approved or not a real crisis is happening in our country. Whether it is approved or not a real crisis is happening and threatening the society by engaging our most precious children. The impact is quite serious and it is not regarded as simple problem because these actions have led to the crime. Crisis and moral decadence indicate that the religious and moral knowledge that was acquired in school did not impact on the change of Indonesian people are inconsistent; they act differently from their speech. Many people assumed that these conditions were started from what is produced by the education. Demoralization occurs because the learning process tend to teach moral and character that are only limited to the text and it is not create the student to act and confront the contradictory real life.

Abstract

There is no religion encourages its adherents to commit violance. However, it is not rare acts of violence committed by religious peoples, even by those with a strong religious base and they do it in the name of their religion. In fact, the idea to undertake dialogue and cooperation among believers have often done. However, the passion and intensity of dialogue is still a lot that is done on the basis of sociological and political interests or the like. It has not been coupled with changes in dogma and the more fundamental religious thought, so the dialogue, cooperation and harmony that is generated is only an artificial unity, not a genuine unity. In this context, the ?harmony? hermeneutics of Farid Esack uphold pluralism and religious inclusivism is worth considered for developed in Indonesia given one of the causes of tension and violence that the nuances of religion is accentuating the views and attitudes of religious exclusivism.

Abstract

This research tries to know the influence of work type and level of education to divorce in Religious Court of Semarang Year 2015. This type of research is field research that is quantitative and qualitative in nature. The quantitative approach, which is to find out the relationship and differences in the variables influence the type of work, and the level of education to the occurrence of divorce in the Semarang Religious Court in 2015. While the qualitative data approach is used as an analysis material from quantitative results. The result of first hypothesis in this research is accepted that society having background of work type non-state civil apparatus will tend to easier to divorce, while people with a background of the type of work as state civil apparatus servants tend to be better able to control themselves from divorce, because the variables not in the equation score 6.512 with a significance level of 0.011 smaller than 0.05 (0.011 <0.05). The second hypothesis is accepted that people with with elementary and secondary will tend to be easier to divorce, while those with higher education will tend to be better able to control themselves from divorce because the variables not in the equation score of 5,738 with significance level of 0.017 less than 0.05 (0.017 <0.05); and the third hypothesis is also accepted that people with background of non-state civil apparatus and elementary and secondary will tend to be easier to divorce, whereas people with background types of work as State civil apparatus and higher education will tend to be more able to control themselves from divorce, because the variables not in the equation scores are 10.861 with a significance level of 0.004 smaller than 0.05 (0.004 <0.05).

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of teaching methods and learning outcomes of sex to kindergartners. Specifically the study aims to describe the methods of learning, gender, and learning outcomes and teaching methods and analyze the influence of gender on learning outcomes of children in kindergarten. The method of learning is the way in which teachers in the learning process to achieve the objectives of activities. Learning methods referred to in this study is the method of play and storytelling. Gender is defined as the biological and anatomical differences in body chemical composition between men and women who are considered influential in the development and intellectual capacity emotional respectively. The results of learning are obtained through assessment tests, which are grouped into three domains, namely kognitive, affective and psychomotor. Theoritically, the interaction of children with the learning methods of play the role remind one another duties as agreed in the game. This condition is easier for the child in games or understand the procedure and given the role and functions of each. But not all children feel and get the same role in a game so the experience they have got is different. Thus play role method can affect learning outcomes. Based on research results showed that this method of learning and gender had no interactive effects on learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper to describe observation techniques, as an alternative method of collecting qualitative data for social sciences. Observation is one of the scientific activity is empirical, factual, and besed on the real text. Observations carried out through the experience derived from sensing without using any manipulation. The purpose of observation is the description, in qualitative research, observation produces theories and hypotheses, in quantitative research, observation used for testing theories and hypotheses. To be able to approach the social phenomenon, an observer needs to have close access to the settings and the subject. Doing the observation techniques have to heed the ethical principles such as respect for human dignity, respect for privacy and confidentiality, respect for justice and inclusiveness, balancing harms and benefits. Method of observation, if positioned as a part of the methodological spectrum (includes techniques and data collection strategies) in proportion, it will produce a high validity and reliability, as the fundamental basis for all methods, to find strategic development policies.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to Assess the effect of competence, organizational commitment, and supervision simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees at the boarding school Al-Amin Mojokerto, and Revealing the factors which most influence on employee performance Pondok Pesantren Al-Amin Mojokerto. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with multiple linear regression methods. The sample used in this study is a sample of the population, meaning that all the population of research subjects. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. From the results, if the data found that competence, organizational commitment, and monitoring the significant effect on the performance of employees at boarding school Al-Amin. This is evidenced by the results of the F test shows that F count larger than F table. Partially each independent variable namely competence, organizational commitment, and supervision significantly influence the dependent variable employee performance as evidenced by t where t is greater than t table.
