Abstract

This study aimed to describe the application of Quantum Learning study with combination of Mind Mapping technique (Mind Mapping) and think pair share in the learning process, describe improving student learning outcomes, as well as describing the students' response to the application of learning. Research procedure includes pratindakan, the first cycle and the second cycle. Quantum Learning teaching and learning of the perpaduaan between mind mapping technique (Mind Mapping) and Think Pair Share to improve learning outcomes of economic class X IPS 2 SMAN 8 Malang can be applied in the learning process very well and have an impact on student learning outcomes. The results showed an increase in the percentage of student learning outcomes classical mastery of the first cycle to the second cycle of 27.3%. Completeness of student learning outcomes classical first cycle an average of 60.6%, the second cycle average rose to 87.9%. Student learning outcomes first cycle an average of 70.9 and the second cycle the average rose to 84.2. The application of this study received a positive response.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine: 1) the influence of teacher competence on student learning outcomes, 2) the influence of teachers' commitment to the learning outcomes of students, 3) the influence of the competence and commitment of teachers to the study of students majoring in social studies on economic subjects in high school MA and SMA in Batu. This study uses a quantitative research approach with descriptive format, the data obtained using a questionnaire instrument controlled with interviews and analyzed with descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression percentage filled by 12 teachers as respondents. The results from this study: there is influence between the competence and commitment of teachers to student learning outcomes either simultaneously or partially. Simultaneously the competence and commitment of teachers has the effect of 92 240% of the learning outcomes of students. Partial influence of teacher competence on student learning outcomes by 44 504%, while the teachers' commitment to the study of students have the effect of 47 736%.

Abstract

The Internship Program is one of Social Life Subject in Department Of Economics Development which may be taken by either Study Program of Economics Education or Economic Development. Internship are a popular method of experiential learning where students practice in the real work environment which cannot be replicated in a normal classroom setting. The Internship Program is very important to increase the graduates quality, but in preparation and implementation, the problems are still faced. This research was carried out to describe some matters, included of problems happened during Internship Program, looked from the viewpoint of advising lecturer and apprentice university student. This research used descriptive qualitative research design. The data of this research was collected through interview result with informants. The data collecting was carried out by interview technique. To keep the data validity, data triangulation was carried out. Data analyzing activity was started from data organizing, data re-investigating, data processing, and data analyzing.Based on the data analyzing result, the research conclusion was gotten here. Firstly, the university students faced problem during the  process in propos-ing Internship Program in administration and searching the precise instance. Sec-ondly, there was no clear work schedule during the implementation of Internship Program. Abstract

Consumptive behavior is activates that are not based on need but on desire and satisfaction itself. Consumptive behavior comes not from self, but from process certain someone but in private hearts, between lay namely about financial knowledge and self-control in consume. The phenomenon at the State University of Malang showed their consumptive behavior is hapen in student, it can be seen from the student appearance follow the trend of use of mobile phones well as higt price. Behavior such as research feared would disrupt student life hearts because later consumptive behavior of students will continue to take root and can be life & style consumptive. This study uses a population study with proportional random sampling technique with 192 respondent. The collection of data by using questionnaires and test. The method is descriptive quantitative. Analysis of the data used is multiple linier regression analysis. The results of this research showed three results. First, economy literacy negatively affected on consumptive behavior with effective contribution by 19,2%. Second, self-control negatively affected consumer behavior with effective contribution by 4,6%. Third, economy literacy  and  self-control negatively affected on consumptive behavior with effective contribution by 23,8%.Keywords: financial literacy, self control and consumptive behavior

Abstract

Interest in entrepreneurship is a desire and a sense of interest to entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurship interest identified in keinginann to be a good entrepreneur and trying to develop the ability to look and see business opportunities, gather the resources needed to make something more useful and can take keuntunngan. Interest in entrepreneurship in students can be nurtured and developed at school through the learning economy, besides one of them also through the facilities provided by the school as a place of business or a business that is in school, the school cooperative. This study aims to explain the influence of the independent variable is participation in the cooperative school students and student learning outcomes on economic subjects and entrepreneurship chapter dependent variable is the students' interest in entrepreneurship either partially or simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach with a kind of explanatory research and the sample amounted to 88 students drawn from the primary data source and using the questionnaire technique. The results using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 16.00 for Windows indicates that the data are normally distributed, besides the independent variable has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable the percentage coefficient of determination of 66.6%.

Abstract

In order to improve the result of class X student of SMK Ardjuna 02 Arjosari on subject Introduction to Economics and Bussiness is measured through learning motivation, emotional intelligence and family environments. This study aims to determine the effect of learning motivation, emotional intelligence and family environment on learning outcomes in subject Introduction Economics and Business. The method is used mainly quantitative explanation by the number 77 with a sample population using proportional random sampling as much as 65 students. The test results demonstrate the significance of the t test hypotheses learning motivation of 0,003, emotional intelligence of 0,001 and family environment of 0,004. While testing f 0,000 on learning outcomes. So there is a significant relationship between learning motivation, emotional intelligence and family environment on learning outcomes in subject Introduction Economics and Business. Key Words: Learning Motivation, Emotional Intelligence, Family Environment, Learning outcomes

Abstract

Teacher has an important role in learning process. The teacher is good teacher if he/her has ability or competence such as a set of capabilities can realize their professional performance. In addition, the school environment also plays an important role for the development of students' learning. The students 11 IPS Grade SMA Negeri 2 Malang learning result are included into low learning result because they lack of motivation to study. The lack of enthusiasm for learning is due to the teachers who are constantly using less varied learning model that makes students become bored and less concentrating while studying. The other thing is the fatigue caused by the long duration of the school which is not matched by adequate rest hours. This causes students to become lazy to learn and give the impact on learning result become low.  This research used quantitative approach with explanation type. Data analysis that used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. Based on data analysis result, it could be concluded: (1) there was positive and significant effect students perception about competence of economics teacher to the learning result on economy subject, (2) there was positive and significant effect students perception about school environment to the learning result on economy subject, and (3) there was positive and significant effect students perception about competence of economics teacher and school environment to the learning result on economy subject. Keywords: perception, competence of teacher, school environment, learning result

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to describe some of the things that include student difficulties in understanding the Economics subject and efforts to overcome the problems for the tenth grade students of Social Studies 1 at SMA Islam Kepanjen. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Checking the validity of data use a tringulation. Based on the analysis of data obtained in the study area, it obtained 4 following conclusions: (1) students’ difficulty in understanding the Economics material is only on the material of SHU (Business Profits) calculation. (2) the cause of the students’ difficulties in understanding the economy material is influenced by several reasons such as: first, the lack of interest of students to study Economics. Second, students do not have books or text books to support economic study, which owned only the record books. Third, students are burdened with too much school work, so that students find it hard to learn and eventually lazy to learn Economic. Fourth, students are less able to understand the material surrounding Economic existing calculation formula, such as the material count of Business (SHU). Fifth, the potential intelligence of students who have difficulty in understanding the material is included in the category Economy average down. Students who are potential intelligence belonging to the low could be difficulty in learning the material calculating, especially if the count was a lot.; (3) the efforts of students in overcoming the difficulty in understanding the Economic subject to study in groups with class mates who are more familiar and ask for help or ask the teacher a field of study that described the material back and taught the ways of solving problems calculating the SHU; (4) the efforts of teachers in overcoming the students’ difficulties in understanding the Economics subject is first, by giving assistance during the process of learning in the classroom is the teacher explains the return of material that has not been understood by the students because it can help students to learn the material, and so students can finish practice questions that had been given. Second, teachers also provide motivation during the learning process in the classroom by way of gift giving. Giving gifts is done so that students are more eager to learn Economics, so that students can take pleasure in learning in the classroom.

Abstract

This research was implemented because of the burnout and boredom Economics students to receive lessons because teachers only use the lecture method without any other study variation and only rely on one textbook as a source of learning. In addition, many students are reluctant to read the text book because the book is less interesting and too many posts. SMA Negeri 1 Panggul Trenggalek have been had some enough electronic facilities, but it not used optimally by the teachers in learning process. The E-Module research and development model used is ADDIE. Model with five steps, that is analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. In the development of this Economics E Module involves the validation of material expert and media experts from Economics professor and lecturer who are competent in the learning media. In addition, the subject of the trial in this research are all students in Tenth Grade A that about of 32 students. The result of the research and validation of material expert and media expert shows that the Econimics E-Module on Money and Banking Material is fit for use. Based on the result of pre test and post test that was gave to students before and after using the Economics E-Module indicates that E-Module is effectively used to improve the students learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research is aiming to know the effect of Scholarship Use and Learning Motivation toward Learning Result of Undergraduate Economic Education College Students class of 2012, State University of Malang. This research used quantitative descriptive research. There were 64 persons as the population. The data collection used questionnaires and documentations. Meanwhile, the data were analyzed using SPSS 23.00 for Windows. The results of this research indicated that Scholarship Use and Learning Motivation were a significant and positif effect toward learning results of undergraduate economic education college students class of 2012 who received scholarship on 2015.Keywords: Scholarship Use, Learning Motivation, and Learning Result.
