Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of dhikr training to reduce anxiety in first pregnant women. The method used in this research is one group pre-test post-test design by giving treatment in the form of dhikr training. Subjects in this research get dhikr training which is arranged based on dzikir aspect. The sample technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique with the total subjects of four of first pregnant woman. The writer uses anxiety scale as the data colection. Analysis of differences in pre-test and post-test values using Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test technique. The result of analysis shows the value p = 0,034 (p <0,05). Dhikr training can reduce anxiety in first pregnant women.

Abstract

In their first year study of adolescent students commonly met stressor and pressure of adaptation in their novel situation. It can make them have a problem. Adolescents student who can not cope with the problem will be more vulnurable to depression and negative emotions. It can lead them to be unhappy and dissatidfied with their life, but some factors predicted to influence their situation. The purpose of this research was to determine spiritual intelegence can be a predictor ofsubjective wellbeing ofadolescent students. Subject of this research  were 116 (N=116) adolescents students (17-18 years old) at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Subjective wellbeing scale from Utami (2008) and spiritual intelegence scale from Khalqi (2017) was used to collect data with incidental sampling technique. Datawas analyzed by regression technique analysis. The result of the analysis indicate that spiritual intelegence can be a predictor of students subjective wellbeing withr correlation 0.9033 and p = 0,003 (p < 0,005). It means the hyphotheses stated that spiritual intelegence can be a predictor of students subjective wellbeing was accepted. Furthermore there are 7,03% (R square=0,073) effective contribution of spiritual intelegence toward subjective wellbeing of student.

Abstract

As students in college and santri memorizing al-qur’an make them busy and stress, but so many activities make them still happy. They have been memorizing al-qur’an  and finishing their assignment from the college, and self-control help students organizing they activities and focus on their task. This research was intended to measure the effect of self-control on happiness. Subject of this study were 115 population and 21 santri only comply with  requirement from pesantren located in Bandung. Data collected through questioners, and analyzed using simple regression. The result showed that there was significant effect of self-control on happiness (r=0.642, p=0,002). It means that self-control contribute to their happiness on santri memorizing Al-Qur’an.

Abstract

Difabel mempunyai berbagai permasalahan yang harus dihadapi yang menyangkut kelainan fisiknya. Pengaruh yang tampak dari kelainan fisik tersebut terlihat pada masalah psikologis difabel yaitu rendahnya penerimaan dirinya. Suatu pemikiran yang positif dimungkinkan dapat mempengaruhi tercapainya suatu penerimaan diri pada diri difabel. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini dibatasi pada masalah berpikir positif dan penerimaan diri pada difabel yang mengalami cacat tubuh karena bawaan lahir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana hubungan antara berpikir positif dengan penerimaan diri pada difabel karena bawaan lahir. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah difabel baik laki-laki dan perempuan yang berada di SLB Negeri 3 Yogyakarta. Alat pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan skala penerimaan diridan skala berpikir positif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik korelasi product moment dari Pearson untuk menguji apakah terdapat hubungan antar berpikir positif dengan penerimaan diri. Keseluruhan komputasi data diolah dengan SPSS 17.0 for Windows. Abstract

The aim of this study is for examining the effectivity of Qur’anic Comprehension Training to the level of the meaning of life in students with divorced parents. The subjects are consist of six people, four women and two men, students of UIN Yogyakarta. Analysis method using Wilcoxon with SPSS 20.0 computer program. To measure the meaning of life using measurement scale, interview and observation. Result of this study is there is an increasing in the meaning of life in subjects after the intervention. Coefficient of difference (Z) between pretest-posttest is -2.207, with significance level (p) 0.027 (p<0.5) in individual analysis and group analysis. Thus, Qur’anic comprehension training proved can increase the meaning of life in students with divorced parents.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this research was to found out the correlation between karate martial art participation and aggression on children karatekas. The proposed hypothesis in this research was negative correlation between karate martial art participation and aggression on children karatekas. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between academic procrastination and cheating behavior on the students of Vocational High Schools “X” Yogyakarta. The hypothesis proposed that there was a positive relationship between academic procrastination and cheating behavior of students, the higher of the academic procrastination will result also to the higher of cheating behavior. As subject of this research are the class of XA, XB2, XIA, XI B2 and XI B3 students of Vocational High Schools “X” Yogyakarta, with the total amount of those are 70 students. The method of this research is quantitative. The data is from the measuring with academic procrastination scale and cheating behavior scale. The analysis technique used is the Pearson Product Moment test used SPSS version 15.0. The result obtained it shows that there was very significant and positive correlation between academic procrastination and cheating behavior on the students of Vocational High Schools “X” Yogyakarta with the value of correlation coefficient 0.461 and p = 0.000 (p < 0.01), so this hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

Kesejahteraan subjektif adalah evaluasi kognitif dan afektif hidup seseorang termasuk reaksi emosional terhadap berbagai peristiwa yang dialami. Salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi kesejahteraan subjektif yaitu tingkat pendidikan individu. Tingkat pendidikan yang rendah akan mempersulit individu atau masyarakat menerima dan mengerti informasi kesehatan yang disampaikan, sedangkan dengan tingkat pendidikan yang lebih tinggi akan mempermudah individu untuk menyerap informasi khususnya dalam hal kesehatan dan menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan kesejahteraan subjektif pada penderita Diabetes Mellitus (DM) tipe II berdasarkan tingkat pendidikan. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 82 orang dengan karakteristik: pasien dengan diagnosa Diabetes Mellitus tipe II, berusia 21-60 tahun dan sedang berobat jalan di rumah sakit, klinik atau tempat praktek dokter di Banda Aceh. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Skala Kesejahteraan Subjektif 29 aitem. Analisis data menggunakan teknik one way ANOVA dengan hasil F yang diperoleh yaitu sebesar 1,573 dengan harga p = 0,203 (p>0,203). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan kesejahteraan subjektif pada penderita (DM) tipe II berdasarkan tingkat pendidikan, artinya tinggi atau rendahnya tingkat pendidikan penderita DM tipe II tidak berkontribusi pada kesejahteraan subjektifnya. Kata kunci: Kesejahteraan subjektif, Diabetes Mellitus tipe II, tingkat pendidikan. ABSTRACT Subjective well-being is an affective life and cognitive evaluation in the person. Include emotional reaction against several events occurs. One of factors that influence subjective wellbeing is individual education level. The low educational level will compound the society or individual to accept and understand about informations health. While, higher education level will make easy the person to catch informations health. This research is written to know what the subjective well-being differentiation in Diabetes Mellitus type II patient, based on their education level. Subject of this research is come to 82 peoples and the characteristics are: patient with Diabetes Mellitus diagnosis, aged 21-60 years old, and being treated in the hospital, clinic, or etc. in Banda Aceh.Method of collecting data that is used in this research is 29 aitems Subjective well-being scale. And then, the data analysisuse one way ANOVA technique. The result of data analysis those are F as 1,573 with p= 0,203 (p>0,203). The result shows that there is no subjective well-being differentiation in Diabetes Mellitus type II patient based on their education level. It means that, higher or lower education level of Diabetes Mellitus type II is not contribution subjective well-being. Keywords: Subjective Well-being, Diabetes Mellitus type II, Education Level.

Abstract

This study aims to explore whether there is comparative of brand loyalty degree based on theory Big Five Factors of Personality on smart-phone user. Research conducted by involving 142 smartphone users that settle in Jakarta. Instruments that used in this study consisting of two research scale, the level of brand loyalty scale and personality scale that adopted from personality scale of International Personality Item Pool (IPIP) which based on NEO-PI R. Hypotheses tested by chi square analyze with the assistance program SPSS version 17.0 for Windows. Based on the analysis result of data that has been done obtained chi square of personality variable is 58,070, degree of freedom is 4 with p-value 0.00 < 0.05, chi square of brand loyalty level variable is 15,958, degree of freedom is 4 with p-value 0.03 < 0.05. This means that the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted, then there is a signifcant comparison of levels of brand loyalty based on the theory the Big Five Factors of Personality on the smartphone user.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Results of a meta-analysis of 19 effect sizes of 4638 subjects find that relationship maintenance strategy factors are positively correlated with relationship satisfaction. The highest positive correlation was found on positivity (r = 0,531), and assurances (r = 0,537). These findingsare in accordance with the social exchange and interdependence frameworks in that individual should be satisfied to the degree to which they perceive their relationships as rewarding. Rewards may take the form of general positive interaction (positivity) or more specific interactions such as communicate one’s willingness to stay in a relationship (assurances). Key words: relationship maintenance strategies, relationship satisfaction ABSTRAK Hasil meta-analisis terhadap 19 ukuran efek dari 4638 subjek menunjukkan bahwa strategistrategi pemeliharaan hubungan berkorelasi secara positif dengan kepuasan hubungan. Korelasi positif paling tinggi terdapat pada strategi positivity (r = 0,531), dan assurances (r = 0,537). Temuan ini sejalan dengan kerangka kerja pertukaran sosial dan independensi, yang menyatakan bahwa individu akan merasa puas sejauh ia mempersepsi bahwa hubungan tersebut memberi imbalan. Imbalan dapat berupa interaksi positif secara umum (positivity) atau interaksi yang lebih spesifik seperti menyampaikan keinginan untuk tetap bertahan dalam hubungan (assurances).
