Abstract

This paper discusses how the active role of MTs Miftahul Ulum in maintaining the local culture through structural students’ management. Students’ management is one of important aspects in educational institutions. It is because base on this, institution can map and plan the future activities in an educational institution. Basically, the students’ management discusses the planning of student, students’ organization and students’ coaching so the students’ learning process in educational institutions can be success. Management pattern used in this Madrasa always considers local culture by keeping the culture and customs that exist in the community through its superior programs.

Abstract

The progress in education side today, cannot be separated from the role of figures as the main actor. The figure who has a major contribution to the development of education in Indonesia and become a Father of National Education that is KI. Hajar Dewantara, This study is a library research by using content analysis approach. His thought about education is relevant to the K13, such as learning objectives, which are aimed at educational goals in four dimensions, physical, intellectual, spiritual and social objectives. The purpose of education is; equally directing educational goals relating to individuals and society, but in K13 the objectives itself are further related to the nation and state, even the civilization of the world. The role of educators according to KI. Hajar Dewantara as facilitator and motivator. Meanwhile, according to the k13 the role of educator itself as a facilitator in learning and as a learning partner for learners. Both agree that there are four competencies that must be owned by an educator, namely pedagogic, personality, social and professional. The principle of learning in theEka Yanuarti414 Jurnal Penelitian, Vol. 11, No. 2, Agustus 2017K13 also related to the Father of National Education’s learning principles. He stated that there are five principles itself: the principle of independence, the principle of nationality, the principle of culture, the principle of nature and the principle of humanity. Furthermore, in the learning materials both agreed that learning materials are taught in accordance with the level of development of the age of learners. Both of them put the subjects of education of Religion and Character in every level of the educational unit

Abstract

This paper emphasizes discussion on two traditions of Abrahamic religion, Islam and Christian who have more or less the same doctrine. Among these doctrinal similarities are the attributes of God. Various schools in Islamic theology differ on the existence of such attributes. Some say qadim and some say hadithas well as in the Christian tradition. In addition, this paper also elaborates the Mu’tazilite opinion that believes that the atributes of God as hadith contrasts with the opinion of Ash’ariyah. While in the Christian tradition that has a doctrine similar to the Mu’tazila is the understanding of the humanity of Jesus.

Abstract

Pesantren is one of the religious education institutions that have gained trust from the people of Indonesia. The position of pesantren as an educational institution, also received government recognition, as mentioned in article 1 verse 4 of PP No.55 of 2007 on Religious Education, that Pesantren or Islamic boarding school is a community-based Islamic education institution. The concept of community-based education at its core is education from society, by society and for society. The study of this article is viewed from the aspect of law, religion, education, social and culture. In addition, the function of PP No.55 of 2007 is expected to not only be a function that is only written in the rules, but also applicable in the implementation. The existence of PP No.55 of 2007 really brings benefits, especially here in the development of pesantren as one form of community-based education institutions.

Abstract

Teachers have a great responsibility towards the continuity of the learning process in school. Be aware or not, in addition to the tools and all things related to the teaching and success of educational goals, it turns out the personality of teachers is a very decisive success of learning. To avoid apathy and students' forced  obedience, the teacher should improve his personality competence, how a teacher can be a student learning partner, featuring a good personality that can serve as a role model for her students and become a driving force in learning. This research is a research with quantitative approach. The population of this study are all students of class VII SMPN 7 Kediri amounted to 317 students. While the sample in this study as many as 175 students. Sampling is determined by Random sampling technique. Data collection uses questionnaire and documentation method. While statistical data analysis uses product moment correlation formula. Based on the research results, it is obtained a conclusion that the personality competence of PAI teachers included in good category. Based on the results of correlation calculations, it can be deduced that there is a strong and significant correlation between the teacher's personality competence to student learning motivation. The magnitude of the correlation coefficient is 0.616, while the correlation significance results obtained the value of t count = 10.2858. The value is greater than t table = 1.654 at the error rate of 5%. While the determination coefficient test obtained results 0.3794.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji tentang eksistensi fundamentalisme dan radikalisme dan pengaruhnya dalam krisis politik di Timur Tengah. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan sosiologi agama dan pendekatan sejarah. Menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi agama, karena studi tentang fundamentalisme dan radikalisme sangat terkait dengan agama-agama. Selain itu, juga menggunakan pendekatan sejarah, karena mengkaji politik timur tengah sangat berkaitan dengan latar belakang sejarah, sosial, politik, budaya, ekonomi dan lain sebagainya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa krisis politik di Timur Tengah dapat dianalisis dalam tiga hal: pertama, konflik antara negara-negara Arab dengan Israel. Kedua, konflik dalam internal Negara Arab. Ketiga, konflik negara-negara non Arab di Wilayah Timur Tengah.Krisis politik ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu: pertama, masalah perbatasan(boundary dispute). Pada tahun 1916, melalui perjanjian Sykes-Picot, Inggris dan Perancis melakukan negoisasi membagi bekas wilayah Turki Utsmani; Irak, Libanon, Suriah, dan Yordania. Kedua, Masalah Minyak. Minyak menjadi salah satu faktor munculnya isu sentral yang sangat sensitif dan selalu menjadi pemicu adanya konflik di TimurTengah. Ketiga, Masalah Air. Air menjadi salah satu sumber vital kehidupan manusia, sehingga banyak sekali konflik yang terjadi di kawasan Timur-Tengah yang disebabkankan oleh air. Sedangkan fundamentalisme dan radikalisme agama di Timur Tengah dapat diklasifikasikan dalam beberapa kategori. Pertama, negara-negara yang rezim pemerintahnya otoriter seperti Irak dan Suriah. Kedua, wilayah yang dijajah dan diduduki kekuatan asing, seperti di Palestina. Ketiga, di negara yang kebijakan pemerintahannya dipandang terlalu memihak ke Barat seperti di Mesir.

Abstract

Many Syariah banks in Indonesia are experiencing problematic financing because customers can not pay their debt installments, then the bank takes the settlement step by rescheduling the debt installment. In the process the bank charges a fee to the customer and this incriminates the customer. This research was conducted to analyze Islamic law against the cost charged to the customers in the process of rescheduling micro murabahah financing conducted by Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Dumai Riau Province. This research uses data collection method with observation method, interview and library data, then analyzed by using inductive, deductive and comparative method. The results of this study conclude that the cost of micro-financing rescheduling in Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Dumai Riau Province is not fully in accordance with Fatwa of Shariah and National Shari'ah Council Fatwa that has not been implemented, ie the bank charges the customer in rescheduling in addition to the actual cost required for the rescheduling process. And the authors provide suggestions for improving this by (1) providing the time period so that the customer can afford to pay, (2) the conversion of the financing contract of the murabahah to qard financing, and (3) rescheduling by charging real costs at no cost others.

Abstract

The aims of the reaserch was: (1) to know how the development of interactive multimedia in praying introduction; (2) to know the effectiveness of the use of interactive multimedia the introduction of prayer for aspects of  child development in integrated isamic kindergarten Mutiara Banguntapan, Bantul Yogyakarta. The method that used in this research was Research and Development (R&D) R&D used for measuring the feasibility of interactive multimedia product by refering to development style of Borg & Gall through 6 stages of development, namely: (1) potential and problem; (2) data collection; (3) design product; (4) validation product; (5) revision product; (6) trials product. The result of the research showed that: (1) interactive multimedia of prayer introduction was developed based on the development prosedure Borg and Gall. The appropriateness of product based on the validation of media experts and material experts with an overall rating of 3.83 in the good category. So that, can be concluded that multimedia developed was suitable to use in the learning media of prayer introduction, then; (2) Application of multimedia interactive prayer performed on 15 child in the class A2 abu sufyan bin harist, by conducting experimental trials by looking at the effectiveness of the use of interactive multimedia introduction of pre and post prayers on aspects of child development. Average effectiveness before use interactive multimedia introduction prayer on aspects child development 36,54% and Average effectiveness after use interactive multimedia introduction prayer on aspects child development 76,66% with motoric physical development 73,33%,  language 80%, cognitive 80%, social emotional 73,33%. So it can be concluded that by using interactive multimedia the introduction of prayer to aspects of development is more effective than not using interactive multimedia recognition of prayer on aspects of development.

Abstract

The term hoodlum is associated with vicious activities while ikhwan is associated with religious activities. Phenomenon appeared when religious activities conducted by ikhwan eks hoodlum. This phenomenon appeared in Mojo village, Semanggi, Pasar Kliwon, Surakarta. This village had bad history. Any kind of bad activities were found in this village but the social life changed since 1999. The villagers agreed to close three prostitution locations in this village. Then, Islamic invitation came to hoodlums, step by step, their lives changed to be better. Researcher divides their lives into three periods. First, they were being good Muslims; second, they joined to lascar activities, third, the period after the general leader of lascars died. Based on this reality, researcher focused this study on the Islamic understanding of ikhwan eks hoodlum, some factors that shaped their understandings, and the impacts of their Islamic understandings. This study used qualitative method with interactiosme symbolic approach. This theory said that human being activities based on their symbol understanding. This understanding was formed by social interacts. To support this method, the writer used social learned and Islamic invitation (dakwah) that shaped their Muslim personalities. Among three periods, lascar period took more proportions. They joined sweeping violent activities and they against many hoodlums physically. These activities made many hoodlums areas be Islamic village. Apart from that, second period have produced extreme thought of some ikhwan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the legal status of the guardian of marriage for the father of the incest against the biological child. This study is limited to a review of four schools and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI). This study is a library research, which is to examine several basic and secondary references to discuss the subject matter of the study. The results of this study state that guardian marriage is one of the pillars of marriage and there is no marriage if there is no guardian. A marriage is considered invalid if there is no guardian who allows the bride to leave the bridegroom. Thus the presence of guardians in marriage can play a role in protecting women from possible disadvantages in their marital life. As for the marriage guardian, it is regulated in Article 19 to Article 23 Compilation of Islamic Law. Imam Maliki, Shafi'i, and Hambali argue that guardians are a legitimate condition of a marriage, while Imam Abu Hanifah argues that a woman may marry herself without a guardian. The legal basis of the opinions of Imam Maliki, Shafi'i, and Hambali are several hadiths. The opinion of Imam Abu Hanifah based on the hadith of the Prophet narrated by Bukhari and Muslim from Ibn Abbas r.a.
