Abstract

AbstrackA learning done in school requires improvement or renewal that can help the learning process become interesting and not monotonous, because students need a pleasant learning atmosphere that can be easy in understanding the material delivered by educators according to the discussion of existing learning. through this innovative learning strategy the learning atmosphere becomes fun and is able to make students more motivated in learning. This paper explains or provides an overview of the innovative learning style in tharahah learning, this innovative learning includes unclean, hadast (large, medium, small) and ablution procedures, tayamum, and large baths. Thaharah learning with innovative learning strategies by using games, displaying videos and practices that make students better understand what they are learning and increase interest in learning. AbstrakSebuah pembelajaran yang dilakukan di sekolah membutuhkan perbaikan atau pembaharuan yang dapat membantu proses pembelajaran menjadi menarik dan tidak monoton, karena peserta didik membutuhkan suasana pembelajaran menyenangkan yang dapat mudah dalam memahami materi yang disampaikan pendidik sesuai pembahasan pembelajaran yang ada. melalui strategi pembelajaran inovatif inilah suasana pembelajaran menjadi menyenangkan dan mampu membuat peserta didik lebih termotivasi dalam belajar. Tulisan ini menjelaskan atau memberikan gambaran tentang stratrengi pembelajaran inovatif dalam pembelajaran tharahah, pembelajaran inovatif ini mencakup najis, hadast (besar, sedang, kecil) serta tatacara wudlu, tayamum, dan mandi besar. Pembelajaran thaharah dengan strategi pembelajaran inovatif dengan menggunakan game, menampilkan video dan praktik yang membuat peserta didik semakin paham apa yang dipelajarinya dan meningkatkan minat dalam belajar.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to find out the practices and problems of why zakat in Indonesia have not been manage optimally as it is in Malaysia. This study applies descriptive method by collecting data and information from previous articles about zakat, especially zakat management in Indonesia and Malaysia. The findings show that the main problems in managing zakat in Indonesia are: first, there is no government regulation that requires all Muslim citizens who have property that reach nisab requirement to give out zakat. Secondly, Moslem community prefers to pay zakat to the people whom they have already known rather than to the existing formal zakat institutions. Third, there is a lack of good cooperation between zakat institutions owned by the government and the other institutions run by private parties. The result of this of this study may be useful to be used by all parties involved in zakat management so that it can be managed more optimal.

Abstract

THE INTERPRETATION MODEL OF HASAN HANAFI. The Qur’an speaks the language of  the world in order to be understood by everyone and there is no way for wthem to have a reason that the language of  the Qur’an is not true and the foreign literature for humans in order to understand the content and the content of  the Koran required by the study of  tafsir.The study of  the interpretation methodology is still relatively new in the intellectual treasures of  Muslims. He had made the object of  a separate study further after growing rapidly the interpretation (tafsir). It is therefore not surprising that the methodology of  the study interpretations is far behind that interpretation itself. The metodology of  interpretation can be defined as knowledge of  ways to go in reviewing and studying the Qur’an. Historically each interpretation has been using one or more method of the Kor’an interpretation. Among the interpreter is Hassan Hanafi with special type, that is Qur’anic “empirical” hermeneutics, that cpmes from humanity “empirical” reality to the formulation for social transformation necessity.Keywords: Thematic Interpretation, Hassan Hanafi, Al-Qur’an.Al-Qur’an berbicara dengan bahasa dunia supaya dapat dipahami oleh semua orang dan tidak ada jalan bagi mereka untuk beralasan bahwa bahasa Al-Qur’an adalah tidak benar dan literaturnya asing bagi  manusia. Guna memahami isi dan kandungan Al-Qur’an, dibutuhkan ilmu tafsir. Studi tentang metodologi tafsir masih terbilang baru dalam khazanah intelektual umat Islam. Metodologi tafsir baru dijadikan sebagai objek kajian tersendiri jauh setelah tafsir berkembang pesat. Oleh karena itu, tidaklah mengherankan jika metodologi tafsir tertinggal jauh dari kajian tafsir itu sendiri. Metodologi tafsir dapat diartikan sebagai pengetahuan mengenai cara yang ditempuh dalam mengkaji dan menelaah Al-Qur’an. Secara historis, setiap penafsiran telah menggunakan satu atau lebih metode penafsiran Al-Qur’an. Di antara penafsir tersebut adalah Hassan Hanafi yang menampilkan corak penafsiran yang khas, yaitu hermeneutika “empiris” Al- Qur’an, yang berangkat dari realitas “empiris” kemanusiaan sampai pada perumusan untuk kepentingan transformasi sosial.Kata Kunci: Penafsiran Tematik, Hassan Hanafi, Al-Qur’an.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the legal status of the guardian of marriage for the father of the incest against the biological child. This study is limited to a review of four schools and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI). This study is a library research, which is to examine several basic and secondary references to discuss the subject matter of the study. The results of this study state that guardian marriage is one of the pillars of marriage and there is no marriage if there is no guardian. A marriage is considered invalid if there is no guardian who allows the bride to leave the bridegroom. Thus the presence of guardians in marriage can play a role in protecting women from possible disadvantages in their marital life. As for the marriage guardian, it is regulated in Article 19 to Article 23 Compilation of Islamic Law. Imam Maliki, Shafi'i, and Hambali argue that guardians are a legitimate condition of a marriage, while Imam Abu Hanifah argues that a woman may marry herself without a guardian. The legal basis of the opinions of Imam Maliki, Shafi'i, and Hambali are several hadiths. The opinion of Imam Abu Hanifah based on the hadith of the Prophet narrated by Bukhari and Muslim from Ibn Abbas r.a.

Abstract

Women in a family have a role as a spouse, a sweetheart or a mother. Women have a right to determine and concrete a happiness either immaterial or material. In Jambearum, Kendal, Central Java, there were some women who played a role of helping her husband, by becoming a vendor, or known as warung keli. The role woman as a wife and the role for helping husband did not make them to stop becoming a religious-social being as well. This research is a qualitative descriptive which used social anthropology approach. This research aimed to determine: 1)Women who have extra job to earn a living, are tough. 2) The time management is, these women began to accomplish domestic activities after fajr until 08.00 AM, then they started to kulaan in village market before selling around. Religius social activities were conducted as best as they can, some of them were active, others were moderate and less active. 3) The contributions given by these women can not be mentioned significantly.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the implementation of spiritual guidance with dhikr therapy for people with mental disorders at the Jalma Sehat Kudus Foundation. The research on the implementation of spiritual guidance with dhikr therapy in people with mental disorders was carried out using a qualitative approach with the type of field research with data collection techniques using Interview, Observation and Documentation. The results showed that first, the method of Islamic spiritual guidance with dhikr therapy in dealing with people with mental disorders at the Jalma Sehat Kudus Foundation is the group therapy method and the direct therapy method. Second, there are two stages in the implementation of Islamic spiritual guidance with dhikr therapy in dealing with mental disorders patients at the Jalma Sehat Kudus Foundation, namely: (1) The preparation stage, is the stage where the supervisor assisted by nurses identifies problems, designs action plans, and solves problems. patient problems. (2) The implementation stage, namely by reading dhikr sentences such as tasbih, istigfhar, and sholawat sentences. Third, the material in Islamic spiritual guidance with dhikr therapy is an explanation of the nature of God, human duties, commendable and despicable morals, and gratitude. The implication of this research is to provide knowledge about the implementation of dhikr therapy, because dhikr based on various studies can help overcome mental disorders.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the efforts of Islamic boarding school in fostering moderation values for santri, to find out the anticipation of Islamic boarding school in counteracting intolerant understanding in santri and the surrounding community, and to know the extent to which the values of moderation are applied in Islamic Boarding School Tahfizd Yanbu'ul Qur'an Menawan Kudus. The uniqueness of this study lies in the location of the Islamic boarding school which is a tahfizd boarding school with a conservative educational base that has a culture that is able to foster religious moderation values in students.  The method used is a qualitative-descriptive approach that uses observational data, interviews and documentation studies which are then analyzed using the descriptive technique of the Miles and Hubermen model.  This study succeeded in finding that although pesantren is classified as a conservative religious education institution, the values of religious moderation are always grown with various efforts, namely: programmed internalization in the form of moderation-based learning materials, habituation activities such as praying in congregation, mutual cooperation, tawadlu’ towards teachers and foreign language week activities.  Then internalization is not programmed in the form of appeals and role models by asatidz, punishments for those who violate and direct implementation.

Abstract

The development of this increasingly advanced era requires educators to have new innovations in the use of Information Technology-based media in directing more interesting and conducive learning in the implementation of learning. The purpose of this study was to find out how the lecturer's strategy in developing information technology-based learning media to improve critical thinking skills of PAI IAIN Curup students. This study uses a qualitative approach, for data analysis using qualitative data analysis methods, the technique used is non-statistical data techniques. Data were collected from interviews, observations and documentation. This study found that the lecturer's strategy in developing information technology-based learning media to improve the critical thinking process of PAI IAIN Curup students was by independent learning, assignments, product creation and field research. In the use of IT learning media, the IT media used are computers or laptops, LCD projectors and then the use of applications such as Mindemaple, Mind Master, Kahoot, Canva, Videoscrabe, Mandele, Zotero, Spss, QR Code, Kinemaster, Flip PDF Professional. Supporting factors are the availability of wifi, available media applications that will be used. Then the factors that hinder the lack of student learning facilities.

Abstract

Pesan-pesan yang ada di dalam Al-Qur’an dan Hadits ini masih dalam bentuk garis-garis besar. Oleh karena itu Al-Qur’an dan Hadits membutuhkan suatu penafsiran dan penjelasan agar petunjuk-petunjuk yang ada di dalamnya bisa dioperasionalkan dan diaktualisasikan. Suatu penafsiran atau penjelasan terhadap Al-Qur’an dan Hadits membutuhkan teori-teori atau kaidah-kaidah keilmuan. Salah satu kaidah pemahaman Al-Qur’an dan Hadits adalah “Al-Ibrah bi khusus al-Sabab la bi umum al-lafdhi” (yang menjadi patokan untuk memahami Al-Qur’an dan Hadits adalah sebab khusus yang melatar belakangi munculnya teks, bukan atas dasar keumuman lafadh). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kaidah “Al-Ibrah bi khusus al-Sabab la bi umum al-Lafdhi” dan implikasinya terhadap sikap moderasi beragama. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Metode dan pendekatan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisis konten (content analysis). Sedangkan sumber datanya meliputi sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Sumber data primernya adalah buku yang membahas ka’idah penafsiran. Sedang sumber data sekunder meliputi kitab-kitab tafsir, jurnal, dan buku-buku yang ada relevansinya dengan penelitian. Adapun temuan dalam penelitian ini, bahwa pemahaman teks Al-Qur’an dan Hadits mutlak memerlukan ka’idah “Al-Ibrah bi khusus al-Sabab la bi umum al-Lafdhi”. Dengan pengaplikasia ka’idah ini pemaknaan teks Al-Qur’an dan Hadits bisa menjadi benar dan akan berakibat terbentuknya perilaku agama yang moderat.
