Abstract

Continuous use of the internet can get negative effects for every individual who uses it. In this case the reframing technique is one of the alternatives to break the behavior of addiction to the internet. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of reframing techniques using the gestalt approach in reducing the behavior of Internet addiction. this study includes the type of pre-experimental research using a quantitative approach.The population of this study were 70 students in the class vii SMPN 1 Banda Aceh while the sample used included 30 students selected from the population. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used is a Likert scale questionnaire while data anaisis technique using paired T test (paired sample T-test). The results showed that the average value of pretest was 112.77 higher than the mean posttest score of 68.90. In addition, the value of t arithmetic results obtained that thitung ≥ ttabel is 17.269 ≥ 2.045 with a significant level of 5% or 0.05 which means the alternative hypothesis (Ha) and nil hypothesis (H0) rejected. In other words, the application of gestalt counseling through effective reframing techniques to be used in reducing Internet Addiction behavior. Keywords: Gestalt Counseling Approach, Reframing Technique, Internet addiction

Abstract

ABSTRACTCounseling services are some action handling by counselor to help people develop themselves optimally. Drug rehabilitation is a process of repair or recovery of drug addicts. This research is purpose to determine the process, factors and barriers of drug rehabilitation in the BNN of Aceh Province. This research type was an descriptive with qualitative approach. This research  data were collected using such as interviews, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed to descriptive report. The results of this research are (1) counseling services in drug rehabilitation process at BNN of Aceh Province are used many techniques such as individual counseling approach, group counseling, family counseling and religious counseling while behavioral approach, CCT, Rational Emotive Therapy not yet use because the counselors did not got the training and skills about it. (2) many factors that causing people uses drugs are internal and external factors. (3) amongst BNN team problems found that the addicts are already in acute conditions, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and the imprisonment for narcotics addicts from police force. Problems found from addiction counselors are they do not got enough skills about the theory of counseling, also they did not been able to provide the trust for the addicts parents. While problems from clients such as how reclusive they are, with some behavior that still difficult to change because they  still in drug effect, from families such as poor parents supports, parents perceptions to counselors and from communities such as community perceptions to addicts also deficiency in rehabilitation sites.Keywords: Counseling Services, Drug RehabilitationABSTRAKLayanan konseling merupakan suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh konselor untuk mencapai tujuan untuk mengembangkan diri individu secara optimal. Rehabilitasi narkoba merupakan suatu proses perbaikan atau pemulihan pecandu narkoba. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses, faktor dan hambatan terhadap rehabilitasi narkoba di BNN Provinsi Aceh. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yaitu (1) layanan konseling dalam proses rehabilitasi narkoba di BNN menggunakan pendekatan konseling individual, konseling kelompok, konseling keluarga dan konseling religius. Teori konseling/pendekatan konseling seperti pendekatan behavior, cct, rasional emotif tidak digunakan karena belum mendapatkan pelatihan serta keterampilan tentang pendekatan tersebut. (2) faktor pemicu penggunaan narkoba adalah faktor internal dan eksternal. (3) Adapun hambatan yang ditemukan yaitu dari tim BNN seperti pecandu sudah mengalami kondisi akut, sarana dan prasaran yang kurang memadai, pandangan kepolisian masih menerapkan pidana penjara bagi pecandu narkotika. Dari konselor adiksi seperti belum memiliki keterampilan atau pengetahuan tentang teori konseling, belum mampu memberikan kepercayaan bagi orang tua klien. Dari klien seperti susah membuka diri, perilaku yang susah diubah karena masih dalam kecanduan narkoba. Dari keluarga seperti dukungan orang tua yang kurang baik, persepsi orang tua terhadap konselor adiksi yang kurang baik. Dari masayarakat seperti persepsi masayarakat kepada klien dan tempat rehabilitasi yang kurang baik. Kata Kunci: Layanan Konseling, Rehabilitasi Narkoba

Abstract

Media is one of the most important components in the learning process. Without the use of media, teaching and learning activities will be difficult to do optimally. This study aims to find out the instructional media used guidance and counseling teachers in the implementation of specialization services. This research includes descriptive research type using qualitative approach. The subject of this research is the guidance and counseling Teachers from SMA Negeri 2 Banda Aceh, SMA Negeri 3 Banda Aceh, and SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh. Data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique is done with three steps, namely data reduction, data display and verification.The results showed that the learning media used by guidance and counseling teachers in the implementation of specialization services, namely (1) Audio media, namely radio tape and cassette recording; (2) Projection visual media that includes projectors and slides; (3) Non-projected visual media in the form of whiteboards and wall magazines; (4) Print media, ie brochures, modules, magazines, and reference books; (5) Graphics media in the form of diagrams and career trees; and (6) Audio-visual media that includes movies/videos and laptops. The conclusion of this research is guidance and counseling teacher using audio media, visual projection media, non-projection visual media, print media, and audio visual media in specialization service process.

Abstract

This research entitled "Coping Strategy (Problem Focused Coping and Emotion Focused Coping) in Facing Stress on Student Composer of FKIP Universitas Syiah Kuala". The purpose of this study is to determine the level of stress and coping strategies used by students in dealing with stress when preparing the thesis. This research uses quantitative approach implemented in Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) with sampling using accindental sampling technique. Sample research used is the students who are preparing a thesis as many as 100 people who meet the requirements and criteria specified by researchers. Data collection using questionnaires namely the stress level questionnaire and also questionnaire coping strategies are processed with descriptive statistical analysis. After doing the data processing, the first questionnaire obtained the description of stress level of students who made the thesis is 72% are in the medium category, 19% are in the high category and 9% are in the low category. Furthermore, in the second questionnaire to find coping strategies used by students in dealing with stress, it was found that most students in facing stress using problem focused coping strategy that is as much as 56% and 44% using coping emotion focused coping strategy. The conclusion in this research shows that most of the students who make the thesis experience stress in the medium category and face the stress by using different coping strategies. Based on these results, the researcher suggested to the students to use effective coping strategies such as raising awareness of the problem, pengelohan information and behavior change in facing stress when preparing the thesis.

Abstract

 Smoking desire some character that must derived because it can  carry people to be  active smoker. The purpose of this study is to help decrease this desire in students of SMAN 1 Darul Imarah using self management techniques, also to prove if this technique  bring significant changes before and after the students given treatment. This research type was an quantitative approach with pre-experimental study one group pre-post test design. Samples are 8 students from 44 students were selected by purposive sampling method. The research  data were collected using questionnaire with 1-4 scale. Data were analyzed using paired-sample sign test-scale to prove there is decrease in the desire of smoking before and after treatment. The results of this research  there was a significant score increase after treatment self-management techniques given to students, there are difference value of post-test lower than the pre-test of 70.37 ≤ 88.62. Which means, there is an decrease score  in the score of smoking desire before and after given self management techniques. Decrease score before and after given treatment as much as 18,62. As for positive changes (+) or X as much as 8 therefore, by looking at the binominal table n = 8 and p = 0.5, then the probability for X≥8 is 0.004 and because 0.004 is smaller than 0.05 then the hypothesis testing in this research Ho is rejected. This means that there is a significant difference in smoking craving score from samples before and after given self management technique. It means this treatment was success in helping decrease somking desire in students of SMAN 1 Darul Imarah.Keywords : Smoking Desire, Self Management Technique

Abstract

ABSTRACTElderly or elderly are age groups or in humans who have entered the final stages of all phases of life. These elderly people desperately need a great attention from the family environment and also the environment to avoid the occurrence of depression. This study aims to (1) to find out the depictions of psychological condition of elderly depression in UPTD Geunaseh darling Ulee Kareng Banda Aceh; and (2) to know the handling efforts provided to assist the psychological condition of the depressed elderly in UPTD Geunaseh Sayang Ulee Kareng Banda Aceh. The method used in this research is survey method with qualitative approach. The collection of respondents was determined by using puspose sampling technique. Respondents in this study amounted to 4 elderly people with female gender who have symptoms of depression with age range 65-78 years. Collecting all data was done by interview using questioner and observation directly at research location. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis. To measure the level of elderly depression is by using Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS). The result of data analysis obtained that the psychology condition of elderly are at light and moderate level. Attempts for handling for the elderly have been given at this time that is with the experts experts such as psychologists, doctors, nurses and Ustadz / Ustadzah. Experts here play a role to deal with problems experienced by the elderly according to their respective expertise.

Abstract

ABSTRACTOn students ' mental retardation, fine motor ability is indispensable in conducting daily activities that require them to learn more independently and not continue to depend on other people. This research aims to improve the ability of students ' fine motor motion light mental retardation in SDLB Land Banda Aceh through the use of Media collage. Collage is a technique of sticking to a range of elements into a frame so that it generates a new artwork, materials affixed like material such as paper, cloth, grain, dry leaves and so on. This type of research method using research case studies (case study), with a mixed method (mixed methods), which is a method that combines quantitative and qualitative approaches. The subject taken with purposive sampling methods that add up to 2 people. Data collection is done using an instrument of observation through the test Act and the use of the interview. Implementation of the research carried out for 14 times, with a time of 45 minutes/session. The research scoring results retrieved changes i.e. score post-test score higher than pre-test. As well as the results of the analysis of the qualitative data indicates the motion of fine motor ability of the students of mild mental retardation increased from undeveloped stage (BB) to the stage of developing appropriate expectations (BSH), started to grow (MB) to the very well developed (BSH).

Abstract

The issue of sexual orientation in adolescents often worries parents, edocators, government and others. How to form a positive self concept so as to have a picture of a good future in accordance with their respective gender. This research aim to know self concept and future orientation of syzygy student in banda aceh. This research use descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this study are students whu classified syzygy (aanimma animus) as many as 5 people high school category. While the object of this research is the concept of self and future orientation. Data colection is done by interview.the self concept of syzygy students is viewed from the perspective of physically and non physically, and future orientation is seen fromhow desire to shape life in the future. Positive and negative  self concept that  they have affect the design of their futuere. At first glance looks like LGBT even there is a sexual orientation that has diverged.  Therefore, in relation to counseling service, teachers are expected to provide extensive and in-depth guidance on self-conceptual materials and future orientations specific to syzygy student (anima animus), so that their existing sexual orientation does not fall into the things that are not desirable and that are not in accordance with the norms of life.

Nirwana Ulfha, Pelaksanaan Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling  di SMP Negeri Inklusif Kota Banda Aceh. Skripsi, Jurusan Bimbingan dan Konseling, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Syiah Kuala. Pembimbing:(1)   Drs.Martunis, M.Si (2) Khairiah, S.Pd,M.Ed. Kata Kunci: Layanan BK, Inklusif Bimbingan dan konseling merupakan suatu proses bantuan yang diberikan  konselor  kepada seluruh siswa termasuk ABK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di SMP Negeri Inklusif Kota Banda Aceh serta hambatan yang di hadapi dalam proses pelaksanaan layanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah Guru BK di SMP Negeri 4, 10, dan 18 Banda Aceh sebanyak 3 orang. Sedangkan Objek penelitian adalah layanan yang dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri Inklusif Kota Banda Aceh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan metode wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil analisis deskriptif data menunjukkan pelaksanaan program BK di sekolah inklusif masih belum berjalan maksimal, dimana pelayanan yang diberikan guru BK masih sama dengan siswa reguler karena guru BK tidak mendapatkan kesempatan untuk mengikuti pelatihan khusus tentang menangani ABK, namun dari segi perencanaan program BK di sekolah inklusif sudah memenuhi prosedur, dalam hal penyusunan program BK di sekolah inklusif juga belum berjalan baik, implementasi program BK di sekolah inklusif kurang maksimal, kemudian evaluasi program BK di sekolah inklusif juga belum optimal. Simpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa pelaksanaan layanan BK di sekolah inklusif di Banda Aceh belum berjalan maksimal. Saran yang diberikan kepada kepala sekolah melalui Kepala Dinas Pendidikan untuk dapat meningkatkan kapasitas guru BK dalam bidang pelayanan BK khusunya bagi ABK yang bersekolah di sekolah tersebut dengan menyediakan tenaga ABK yang mempunyai keterampiln untuk melaksanakan layanan BK tersebut, dengan bekerja sama dengan jurusan BK  yang mempunyai konsentrasi tentang ilmu tersebut. Bagi guru BK diharapkan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berkomunikasi dengan ABK agar seluruh siswa dapat tertangani dengan baik dengan cara mengikuti pelatihan dan workshop pendidikan inklusif.

Abstract

 The research entitled "Improving Communication Skills of Junior High School 4 Banda Aceh Students through Group Guidance with Role Play Techniques" aimed at looking at improving communication skills of SMPN 4 Banda Aceh students before and after role playing techniques. This research uses Mixed Method approach with action research type. Subjects in this study amounted to 30 people who have low communication skill level. Data collection using closed questionnaire method with scale 1-5 and observation. Research data then analyzed by paired sample t-test. The result of data analysis showed that students' communication skill level improved after being given group guidance by role playing technique with t value equal to 19.385 and sig value. (2-tailed) 0.000 0,05 in cycle 1, then data on cycle II found t value equal to 14.067 and sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.000 0.05 it can be concluded that there is a change in the improvement of students' communication skills when before and after the given action and hypothesis accepted. That is, group guidance with role playing techniques can improve students' communication skills. Based on the observation data shows the improvement of the communication skills of students before and after the action is given, the students have started to appreciate the opinions of others, understand the conversation, issue ideas well, and able to solve the problems that exist when communicating.
