Abstract

This study aims to find the accuracy of stocks, target price and bias recommendation by analyzing RHB sekuritas indonesia. The data were collected from primary and secondary. Population of this study were all LQ 45 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange that have been received recommendation from  RHB Sekuritas Indonesia for the period of august 2018- january 2019. The hypothesis testing used in this study by using binomial test, the results show that: 1) Accuracy rate of analysis recommendation is 71%. 2) Target price of analysis securities companies doesn't reached.3) Analysis recommendation of pt rhb shown bias negatively.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the Benefits, Trust, Self-Efficacy, Ease of Use, Safety and its influence on consumer perceptions at My Pertamia in the city of Bandung. This type of research is descriptive-causality and quantitative and this study uses secondary and primary data. The sample in this study is the My Pertamina users who are domiciled in the city of Bandung as many as 100 respondents by means of an online google form questionnaire. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling which includes purposive sampling. This research uses Descriptive Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the simultaneous test results (f test), it can be concluded that the variables of Benefit (X1), Trust (X2), Self-Efficacy (X3), Ease of Use (X4), and Safety (X5) have a significant effect on consumer perceptions of My Pertamina. Furthermore, looking at the results of the partial test (t test), the ease of use variable does not significantly influence consumer perceptions of My Pertamina. Based on the coefficient of determination it is found that the effect of all variables is 80.2%

Abstract

Abstract : This research investigated the impact of brand equity on customer saving decision at Ebatara Pos in KLKK Pariaman.  The data obtained through questionnaire. The samples were drawn from 105 customers who have saving in Ebatara Pos.  The data analyzed by using SPSS 20.0. Sampling technique in this study was done by using purposive random sampling The analysis technique used is multiple regression. In this research there are 2 variable: those are independent variable which are brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality and brand loyalty, the dependent variable which is saving decision. The findings indicated that brand awareness has positive and not significant impact on customer saving decision. For brand association, perceived quality and brand loyalty have positive and significant impact on customer saving decision at Ebatara Pos

Abstract

The aim from research this is for knowing the effect of perceived quality, perceived risk on customer trust with image store as variable mediation . Research this do at 100 consumers at Suzuya Mall Banda Aceh. Retrieval sample use non probability sampling method . Research this use four variable , i.e. variable free , variable bound and variable mediation . Method analysis Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) used as method analysis for knowing influence between variable free with variable bound . Questionnaire   be measured use Likers Scale . Test validity , reliability , normality , and analysis regression use SPSS Statistics 20 . Results showing perceived quality have influence positive to customer trust; perceived risk have influence negative to customer trust ; perceived quality have influence positive to store image ; perceived risk have influence negative to store image; store image have influence positive to customer trust; store image mediate relationship between perceived quality and customer trust; store image  mediate relationship between perceived risk and customer trust.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of the knowledge management process seen from knowledge acquisition, knowledge conversion, knowledge application, and knowledge protection on the performance of PT. Mitra Kerinci. This research is a causative study with quantitative methods. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method, the criteria used are permanent employees (Permanent / PKWTT) with a working period of more than 5 years. The results of the study show that the knowledge management process seen from knowledge acquisition, knowledge conversion, and knowledge application has a positive and significant effect on employee performance while knowledge protection has a positive and not significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Mitra Kerinci.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to measure the influence of expectations, perceived quality, perceived value and destination image on tourist satisfaction at Weh Island of Sabang. The sample used in this study is tourist visiting Weh Island of Sabang totaling 100 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is Nonprobability Sampling. Multiple regression analysis was used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the result analysis, indicating that expectation and destination image have an effect on tourist satisfaction. Abstract

 This study aims to analyze the effect of free cash flow, profitability, leverage, growth rates and company size on dividend payout ratios on non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. Sampling in this study used a puposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate free cash flow, and company size has a positive and significant effect on dividend payout ratio. Profitability, leverage, and growth rates have a negative and significant effect on the dividend payout ratio. Simultaneously free cash flow, profitability, leverage, growth rate, and company size show a significant effect on dividend payout ratio.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini menguji ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, non debt tax shield dan growth terhadap struktur modal. Sampel penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2014-2017. Sampel diambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 35 perusahaan sehingga  diperoleh 140 data observasi . Metode statistik menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hipotesis.Secara parsial, analisis berdasarkan penggunaan semua variable independen dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan, dan growth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal, sedangkan profitabilitas dan non debt tax shield berpengaruh negatif dan  signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan kelima variable independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal.

Abstract

This study discusses the analysis of the Influence of Transformational Leadership Styles and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the Head Office of PT Semen Padang with Job Satisfaction as Mediation, which was carried out using descriptive analysis. This analysis is to strengthen the argumentation and logic in answering and implementing the assumptions that will be described in quantitative analysis. This research was conducted based on data collected from a list of questions (questionnaires) that have been submitted to and have been filled out by 129 employees. Then this data is analyzed statistically using SmartPLS software. The results of the research analysis showed that there was a positive and significant influence between transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee satisfaction, then transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine and explain the effect of self-efficacy on employee performance in Gayo Lues Regency. The variables used in this study are self-efficacy, organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in this study is the gayo lues district secretariat. The sample was taken as many as 111 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 22 for Windows. The results showed that self-efficacy, and job satisfaction had a significant effect both simultaneously and partially on employee performance. This study has limitations including the limited object of research and is expected in future studies to test different research objects. Therefore stakeholders in the Regional Secretariat of Gayo Lues Regency are expected to pay more attention to Employees through increasing attraction activities or Performance capabilities to attract Employees' interest to give the impression of pleasure in work, increase the development of gayo lues district secretariat creativity both facilities and infrastructure that must be held by stakeholders Secretariat Derah Gayo Lues Regency
