Abstract

This is a study of Hida>yat al-H{abib's text, the first Malay hadi>th book of Nuruddin al-Raniri. This study aims to describe Hidayat al-Habib's text, present its text edits and understand its contents, and understand its contextuality in the traditions of the hadith in Nusantara. Hidayat al-Habib's texts contain a collection of hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad which consists of 53 chapters in which contains the hadiths on the recommendation of the good deed (targhib) and the threat for the bad deed (tarhib), which thematically can be grouped into three major themes, which are related to the morality to Allah and His prophets, morality to other people, and morality to the own self (personality), with the total number of hadits about 831 hadiths. Contextually, with this work al-Raniri wants to explain comprehensively the guidelines and guidance that the Prophet Saw. taught related to several aspects of life to Muslims, considering the people of the Nusantara at that time despite embracing Islam but in everyday reality there are many who apply various patterns of life and customs that are not in accordance with the Islamic Shari'ah.

Abstract

Para sahabat ketika rasulullah Saw masih hidup, apabila mereka menemukan persoalan terkait dengan al-Quran mereka bertanya langsung kepada rasulullah Saw, kemudian rasulullah Saw menjelaskannya untuk mereka. Posisi rasulullah dalam hal ini sebagai penjelas al-Quran dan posisi ini merupakan posisi dan fungsi al-sunnah dalam tafsir al-Quran. Ada beberapa pendapat para ulama terkait penafsiran rasulullah Saw terhadap al-Quran. Pertama, Rasulullah Saw menjelaskan kandungan al-Quran kepada sahabat-sahabatnya. Sebagaimana Ibnu Taimiyah mengatakan bahwa Rasulullah Saw wajib untuk mengajarkan kandungan al-Quran kepada para sahabatnya. Kedua, Rasulullah Saw hanya sedikit dalam menjelaskan kepada sahabat-sahabatnya. Sebagaimana riwayat Aisyah r.a. bahwa Rasulullah Saw tidak menafsirkan satu ayat pun dari al-Quran kecuali sangat terbatas yaitu sesuai dengan apa yang diajarkan oleh malaikat Jibril a.s

Abstract

The Muslim understanding of the Qur'anic verses about the history of homosexuality particularly the phrase ma sabaqakum biha min ahad min al-'alamin for centuries reads that no man before your people the prophets Lut’s people, more than 20th BC who ever took action fakhisha ' which is then interpreted by the so-called' neo-orthodox 'as homosexuality. This understanding is in the contrary with the results result of an Egyptologist Greg Reeder saying that the first possible homosexual couple were Niankhkhnum and Khnumhotep, two manicurists at the age of the Fifth Dynasty of the Kingdom of Ancient Egypt (more than 25th BC). The contradiction then inspects a man on the question of “Whether Qur'an incorrectly cite the history?” Suspicion is suspended by al-Razi which provides a more accommodative alternative to the Reeder study, which is 'beyond what you do in it' which gives the possibility of a group of people who did homosexuality in the past 20 BC.

Abstract

Mahabbah, adalah dalam bahasa Arab Mahabbah berasal dari kata Ahabba- Yuhibbu-Mahabbatan, yang secara bahasa berarti mencintai secara mendalam, kecintaan, atau cinta yang mendalam. Mahabbah di definisikan sebagai “kecenderungan hati secara total pada sesuatu, perhatian terhadapnya itu melebihi perhatian pada diri sendiri, jiwa dan harta, sikap diri dalam menerima baik secara lahiriah maupun batiniah, perintah dan larangannya; dan pengakuan diri akan kurangnya cinta yang diberikan padanya. Manusia adalah salah satu makhluk Allah yang telah diberi rasa cinta, sehingga manusia mampu menjadikan dirinya makhluk yang mampu mengasihi sesamanya. Dengan perasaan cinta itu pula manusia dapat mencintai dan mendekatkan diri kepada Tuhan. Namun apa yang terjadi pada zaman sekarang sebagian manusia dengan mengatas namakan cinta untuk berbuat suatu kedhaliman (kedurjanaan), hal tersebut yang tidak diharapkan oleh ajaran Islam. Konsep Mahabbah dalam al-Qur’an adalah pandangan al-Qur’an dalam hal ini adalah Mushaf ‘Utsmani tentang mahabbah dan hal-hal yang terkait dengannya yang dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan ayat-ayat yang membahas tentang mahabbah.Kata Kunci: Mahabbah, Al-Qur’an, dan TafsirAbstractMahabbah, is in Arabic Mahabbah derived from the word Ahabba-Yuhibbu- Mahabbatan, which in language means deep love, love, or deep love. The Mahabbah is defined as "the total inclination of the heart to something, the attention to it more than the self, the soul and the possessions, the attitude of the self in receiving both outwardly and inwardly, its orders and prohibitions; and self-acknowledgment of the lack of love given to him. Man is one of Gods creatures who have been given a sense of love, so that man is able to make himself a being who can love his neighbor. With that feeling of love also humans can love and get closer to God. But what happens in the present time some people in the name of love to do something wrong, it is not expected by the teachings of Islam. The concept of Mahabbah in the Quran is the view of the Quran in this case is the Ottoman manuscripts of the mahabbah and the things associated with it are done by collecting passages that discuss the mahabbah.Keywords: Mahabbah, Al-Quran, and Tafsir

Abstract

Hadith of the Prophet have been around since the early development of Islam is a fact that no doubt, what was propped against the Prophet SAW. either Qawli, Fi’li, Taqrir, and that's the nature of the hadith. Understanding of textual starting from Fahm al-Hadith, Gharib al-Hadith to the Sharh al-Hadith. The book of Sharh al-Hadith is a description and interpretation as well as a comprehensive explanation of a manuscript or book which also includes comments lecturers book related to speech, action and behavior of the Prophet as well as chains and Matan of Hadith. Systematics of Fath al-Bari started from the explanation the name and background of the author, publishing history which consists of 15 chapters, and the first chapters written introduction to the publisher, the complete biography of Ibn Hajr and Sanad of Ibn Hajr to Sahih al-Bukhari, then he said the writing of the book Fath al-Bari. While the discussion explained the language problem and I’rab, and outlines the important issues that are not found in any other book, explains Balaghah and literary terms, taking the law and highlights the various issues being debated by scholars, both related to jurisprudence and theology detailed impartially. Recently gathered all Sanadof Hadis and examined, as well as describe the extent Sahih and Da’if.

Abstract

Al-Quran merupakan mukjizat Nabi Muhammad SAW yang berfungsi untuk melegitimasi kerasulannya. Akal manusia belum bisa menerima kedudukannya sebagai Rasul tanpa membawa bukti kerasulannya dari Allah yang berupa mukjizat. Karena itu, setiap Rasul mempunyai mukjizat sebagai tanda kenabian dan risalahnya. Tanpa mukjizat, itu niscaya manusia tidak akan beriman pada mereka. Meskipun tingginya akhlak Rasul maupun pentingnya pesan yang dibawanya, atau tingginya intelektualitasnya, atau kedudukannya, masih belum cukup untuk menyatakan kerasulannya kepada manusia. Al-Quran bukan buku ketuhanan, bukan pula buku hukum, melainkan buku petunjuk bagi manusia. Otentisitas Al-Quran dijaga oleh Allah SWT sejak pertama diwahyukan kepada Nabi Muhammad hingga akhir zaman. Oleh karena itu, Al- Quran tidak mengalami penyimpangan, perubahan dan keterputusan sanad seperti terjadi pada kitab-kitab terdahulu.Kata Kunci: Al-Quran, Mukjizat, Nabi dan Rasul

Abstract

Hell torture is not only in the form of just hell fire and scorpion, however there is also torture hell which in form of fruits or food which are hardly known by many people. In hell there are food and trees of drink as dish to all residents of hell. Among them, there are trees of zaqqum, trees of dhari, ghislin, al-hamim, al-ghassaq, and al-shadid. This undertanding rises several questions: 1) How is the conception of Zaqqum in the Interpretation of Maudu’i? and 2) How are the interpretation and the view of Moslem Scholars About Zaqqum?. This Research is qualitative and it studies the primary and the secondary book containing the word of zaqqum and about interpretation of maudh`?. The approach of this research is thematic. The result of the research are: 1) According to the interpretation of Maudu’i, Zaqqum is tree for food to dweller of hell, and can also be interpreted as every food bringing lethal. Abstract

This article focus on investigation about practice of reciting Al-Qur’an perspective of livingQuran and analysing social civilization. Living Quran is new approach for understanding sense of Quran with contextual concept. Practice of reciting Al-Qur’an which did by society is one of way to understand sense of Al-Qur’an. Research of living Quran be important because understanding and interpreting Al-Qur’an not only on library study facing texts of Al-Qur’an. Nevertheless, reception of society to practice of reciting Al-Qur’an is process an assembling and interpreting Al-Qur’an by context. Abstract

It is interesting when the author of the best collection book of the hadith, al-Bukhari with his masterpiece al-Jami al-Sahih, a person who holds the highest status of hadith study, amir al-mu‘minin fi al-hadith narrated many da’if hadith which serve as hujjah. This is a literary study that focuses on the study of the book of al-Adab al-Mufrad by al-Bukhari. Based on documented data analysis of daif narrations of al-Bukhari contained in that book, there are some important points that bring us the following conclusions; al-Bukhari has several criterias in the transmission of daif hadith, namely 1) hadith is not mawdu hadith, 2) the content of hadith (matn) is on the same spirit with the sahih hadith, 3) al-Bukhari tend to pay more attention on the quality of the content of hadith when narrated da’if hadith, 4) al-Bukhari prefer to choose transmitted hadith rather than logical opinion eventhough it is da’if hadith, and 5) Al-Bukhari didn’t narate da’if hadith, except only for which its content has relation with fadail al-a’mal.Keywords: da’if hadith, al-adab al-mufrad, al-Bukhari

Abstract

Sūrah Yāsīn merupakan sūrah yang sering dibaca dan populerdi kalangan masyarakat Islam. Hal tersebut diketahui dari banyaknya hadis yang menyebutkan tentang keutamaannya. Namun tak hanya sekedar membacanya saja, mengetahui makna yang terkandung di dalamnya juga sangat penting. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data yang ditemukan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teori tafsīr mauḍū‘ī. Sūrah Yāsīn dalam Tafsīr al-Ibrīz memiliki penjelasan yang berbeda dibandingkan dengan sūrah yang lainnya, yaitu adanya khatimah sūrah dan gambar. Bisri Mustofa mengklasifikasikan Sūrah Yāsīn ke dalam tiga pokok, yaitu tentang keesaan Allah, ketetapan risalah, dan adanya hari dibangkitkan (yaumul ba‘aṡ) dan hari dikumpulkannya semua makhluk (yaumul ḥasyr).Kata kunci: sūrah yāsīn, tafsīr al-ibrīz, tafsīr mauḍū‘ī, bisri mustofa, khatimah sūrah Sūrah Yāsīn is surah which often read and popular amongIslamic societies. That is because of many hadith narrated about the primacy. But not only read it, knowing the meaning contained in it is also very important. This research uses qualitative method. The data which are found then analyzed using the theory tafsīr mauḍū‘ī. Sūrah Yāsīn in the Tafsīr al- Ibrīz has a different explanation than the other surah, namely khatimah sūrah and picture. Bisri Mustafa classifies Sūrah Yāsīn into three principals, that is about the oneness of Allah, provision treatise, and the day of resurrection (yaumul ba‘aṡ) and the day gathered all beings (yaumul ḥasyr)Keywords: sūrah yāsīn, tafsīr al-ibrīz, tafsīr mauḍū‘ī, bisri mustofa, khatimah sūrah
