Journal of Business Management Education (JBME) with the registered number e-issn 2715-3037 and p-issn 2715-3045 is an online journal of undergraduate student in Pendidikan Bisnis, Fakultas Pendidikan Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Publishing every three times a year in May, September and December. Journal of Business Management Education contains scientific papers and or part of the thesis of undergraduate students. The primary editorial objective of the Journal of Business Management Education (JBME) is to provide a forum for the dissemination of theory and research in all areas of education, business, management, and entrepreneurship which would be of interest to academics and practitioners. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Behavior Control dengan kepercayaan diri dalam berwirausaha, mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas belajar kewirausahaan dengan kepercayaan diri dalam berwirausaha, dan mengetahui pengaruh Behavior Control dan efektivitas belajar kewirausahaan dengan kepercayaan diri dalam berwirausaha. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian deskriptif korelasional. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa program keahlian teknik ketenagalistrikan SMK di kota Malang dengan jumlah 88 siswa. Teknik penelitian ini menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Data dianalisis dengan uji korelasi parsial dan uji hipotesis untuk mengetahui hubungan bariabel bebas dengan variabel terikat secara parsial dan simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Behavior Control masuk dalam kategori tinggi, efektivitas belajar kewirausahaan dalam kategori tinggi, dan kepercayaan diri dalam berwirausaha masuk dalam kategori tinggi. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan jika siswa mampu mengembangkan Behavior Control yang sesuai dalam berwirausaha, maka akan mempengaruhi kepercayaan diri dalam berwirausaha. Tingginya efektivitas belajar kewirausahaan siswa akan meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dalam berwirausaha siswa. Selain itu jika Behavior Control yang sesuai dengan kewirausahaan dibarengi dengan tingginya efektivitas belajar siswa, maka kepercayaan diri dalam berwirausaha siswa akan meningkat.

The process of creating a new business is revealed from time to time, and the first stage is to have entrepreneurial intentions. A person's entrepreneurial intentions reflect their level of interest at the beginning of a business. The intention of entrepreneurship can also depend on external factors such as unfavorable economic factors and the difficulty of finding a job. The intention of entrepreneurship is important because it increases the confidence of employers that their work is meaningful, leads to a greater level of perseverance in business activities, increases creativity in problem solving, and increases ownership of experience related to business success and failure. One effort to increase the number of entrepreneurs is through education, namely entrepreneurship learning, besides that the motivation for entrepreneurship is one factor in supporting the increased intention of entrepreneurship.

The ease of doing business in Indonesia in 2019 has increased but the ranking only represents Jakarta and Surabaya and the overall value of Indonesia's competitiveness is still below expectations to attract foreign investors. This is because public organizations in Indonesia are considered inefficient, bureaucratic, less transparent, and have a high level of corruption. In terms of competence, there are differences in the ability of the State Civil Service Apparatus (ASN) in each region so that it is necessary to increase the ability of ASN to be able to deal with changes and developments in the world that is growing so fast and more rapidly. This is where the important role of ASN’s training units in the development of Human Resources (HR) in producing "world-class" bureaucrats. Existing training units are required to conduct training related to career development and personnel planning. For this reason, the training units must be transformed into a Corporate University (CU) which is a management tool designed to help organizations achieve their strategic goals by carrying out activities that encourage individuals and organizational learning and knowledge. In its formation, it is necessary to pay attention to the five stages in the development and implementation of CU, namely the initial diagnosis, the development of educational programs, the development of educational programs, the development and implementation of Learning Management Systems and finally the strengthening of knowledge of CU and the release of the formation of CU. Constraints in the application of CU can occur due to the mentality and moral degradation of ASN that has occurred and passed down by the previous generation. Therefore, demanded support from leaders who are open-minded and free from a silo mentality.

Kepemimpinan dalam organisasi berkaitan dengan kemampuan pemimpin untuk mempengaruhi atau membujuk para pegawai agar mampu mewujudkan tujuan organisasi dengan antusias. Antusiasme tersebut berkaitan dengan kinerja yang superior yang ditampilkan oleh pegawai. Kinerja merupakan perwujudan atas pekerjaan yang dihasilkan atau diemban pegawai dalam mengemban pekerjaannya. Hasil tersebut tercatat dengan baik sehingga ketercapaian kinerja yang seharusnya dengan apa yang terjadi dapat dievaluasi dengan baik tidak terkecuali bagi Rumah Sakit Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja diantaranya adalah sumber daya, kepemimpinan, imbalan (kompensasi), struktur dan desain pekerjaan.Tujuan dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dalam pengertian bahwa penelitian ini merupakan sebuah metode penelitian yang bertujuan menggambarkan fenomena atau gejala sosial secara kuantitati dan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis jalur (Path Analysis).

Pengembangan pariwisata apapun jenis dan namanya memerlukan fungsi pengelolaan yang kreatif dan inovatif berdasarkan atas perencanaan yang matang, pelaksanaan yang konsisten, dan evaluasi yang terukur dan konstruktif. Pembangunan wisata Kota Bandung adalah pembangunan yang terintegrasi dan holistik yang akan mewujudkan kepuasan semua pihak. Selain itu peningkatan citra pariwisata Kota Bandung dapat disertai dengan kegiatan wisata yang berbasis masyarakat, seperti wisata olahraga lari marathon. Marathon merupakan salah satu jenis acara olahraga yang populer saat ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menggali lebih dalam potensi wisata olah raga lari di Kota Bandung agar dapat berkontribusi secara maksimal, serta mengetahui faktor-faktor keberhasilan dalam penyelenggaraan acara lari marathon yang berdampak terhadap masyarakat Kota Bandung dan juga dampaknya bagi ke-pariwisataan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui proses wawancara dengan menggunakan kuesioner tertutup kepada para penggiat atau komunitas lari dan peserta lomba lari marathon di Kota Bandung.

The purpose of this study was to measure and analyze the influence of career development and maintenance to employee engagement of employees in the Dinas Perumahan, Pemukiman, dan Pertanahan (Disperkimtan) Kabupaten Bandung. The research design used path analysis method by collecting data through a questionnaire from samples of 90 employees of the Disperkimtan Kabupaten Bandung. The design of this research used descriptive and verification data analysis techniques that also discussed the relationship between variables. The results showed the measurements of career development, maintenance of employees, and employee engagement of Disperkimtan Kabupaten Bandung were in a good category. Meanwhile the career development and maintenance of employees had influence to employee engagement of Disperkimtan Kabupaten Bandung. Career development had a low influence in employee engagement, and maintenance of employees had sufficient influence in the employee engagement of Disperkimtan Kabupaten Bandung.

Companies without good human resources in strategy and operations will not be able to achieve company goals. Success or failure of company goals can’t be separated from how the performance of its employees. Organizations are required to maintain their employees so as to produce good performance and employees can dedicate themselves to the organization where employees work. The problem of employee performance is still a serious problem for many companies both in manufacturing and services. One company that is experiencing performance problems is by PT. PLN Persero Distribution West Java. The efforts to be made by PT. PLN Persero Distribution West Java to improve performance that is by increasing on the job training and work ability to its employees. This study aims to obtain (1) implementation of on the job training, (2) description of work ability, (3) description of employee performance, (4) Effect of on the job training and work ability both partially and simultaneously. The object of the unit of analysis in this study is the employees of PT. PLN Persero Distribution West Java. The type of research used is descriptive and verification. The method used was an explanatory survey with a sample of 58 employees. The data analysis technique used is path analysis with Statistical Product for Service Solutions (SPSS) 24.0 computer software tools for windows. The findings in this study indicate that the picture on the job training is in the good category, a description of work ability in the good category. Variables that have an influence on employee performance are on the job training and work ability. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended that on the job training in companies be further improved in the aspect of job instruction training. In terms of work capabilities in the company improve intellectual abilities. So it is expected that on the job training and work skills need to be considered further by the company in supporting employee performance improvement.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh employee engagement terhadap organizational commitment. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif. Adapun unit analisis dalam penelitian ini yaitu pegawai administrasi Universitas Pendidikan Indoenesia dengan sampel sebanyak 184 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioenr secara online (google form). Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur dengan bantuan software SPSS 22.00 for windows. Adapun hasil penelitianya menemukan bahwa adanya pengaruh keterlibatan karyawan terhadap komitmen organisasi sebesar 94,4%, sedangkan dari variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini sebesar 5,6%. Hal ini menunjukan antara keterlibatan karyawan memiliki pengaruh signifikan/positif terhadap komitmen organisasi.

This study aims to determine the effect of demographic factors and big five personality on the financial literacy of UMKM entrepreneurs in Tasikmalaya City. In addition, researchers can find out how the description of the financial literacy of SMEs entrepreneurs in the City of Tasikmalaya so that researchers can formulate solutions for low levels of financial literacy. This study used a quantitative descriptive method, data were collected through an interview process using a closed questionnaire to 30 Tasikmalaya SMEs entrepreneurs who had just started a business ≥ 5 years. By using multiple regression analysis, the researcher found that partially, only demographic factor variables have a significant effect on financial literacy. Simultaneously, demographic factors and big five personality have a significant influence on financial literacy.

The teaching factory learning model is an integrated learning model. Entrepreneurship education is a process of learning to instill entrepreneurial values through habituation and maintenance of behavior and attitudes. Through the teaching factory learning model that is supported by learning entrepreneurship, students are expected to have readiness for entrepreneurship. The application of teaching factory teaching model aims to form student competencies through the unit of the school environment unit based on industry and supported by the implementation of entrepreneurial learning in the formation of an entrepreneurial mentality. This article examines the effect of the application of the Teaching Factory Learning Model to entrepreneurial readiness in class XI students of the Online Business and Marketing Program at SMKN 1 Bandung. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods using path analysis.
