Abstract

This article is abaout the principal transformational leadership in the industrial revolution 4.0. This article aims to provide an overview of transformational leadership of principals and their role in empowering teachers to use digital technology in the learning process so that students have 21st century competence. This article was developed through a library study making use of books, regulation, journals, and other document related to the topics. The results of the study show that transformational leadership in educational transformation 4.0 requires that principals have competencies including: (1) having an ideal influence can foster trust and respect from members, (2) have the ability to change the expectations of members by increasing trust in the ability to use technology to solve problems, (3) stimulate members to be more innovative, creative, (4) consider the needs of members to develop themselves. Abstract

Bundesma empowerment is the process of developing a village's economy. This program took the initiative to start a process of Social Economy activities that could improve the economic situation and conditions of the village community in Sukabumi, especially in the Warungkiara. In the Empowerment activities, the participation of the Bundesma and the village community as a driving force for economic development is overseen by the Government. The main objective of empowering Bundes and Bundesma is an independent village. This activity intends that rural communities in the Warungkiara area can turn their village into an independent village. The definition of an Independent Village is a village that is able to manage the economy of each citizen without the assistance of other parties. The creation of this condition reflects the strong willingness of the people of the village to move forward, the village that produces their products / works that are proud of and the ability of the village to meet their needs. In empowering Bundes and Bundesma there are several problems that hamper them including; Difficulties in product marketing, financial limitations and limited human resources (HR). In this study, the researchers used qualitative naturalistic methods. Qualitative naturalistic is a method that is carried out in the actual conditions that occur at the research location. This research method offers convenience and freedom for researchers to obtain accurate information from informants in the warungkiara sub-district. The results showed that in Warungkiara sub-district there were 12 Bundes in 12 villages and 2 Bundesma. Keywords : Empowerment, Bundes, qualitative, marketing, financial, HRD

Abstract

ABSTRACT God never inherited religion to mankind, but God gave His laws to mankind to obey and do them in everyday life. God's laws are designed to bring blessings to humans. God's law determines attitudes that produce peace, order, security, respect, courtesy and welfare for humanity. So, God's laws are the laws of human life. The law in the Bible consists of commands and prohibitions. God gave the law to His people Israel through Moses which is 10 laws of God or Decalogue. In addition, there are still hundreds of other regulations and orders governing the moral, spiritual, and social life of God's people (Israel) and then these laws were perfected by Christ for the salvation and spiritual life of humans. Understanding the laws in the Bible certainly cannot be separated from the understanding of legal language as a medium of delivery as what is ordered and desired by God. Referring to this, the clarity of meaning and method in legal language plays a very important role. Clarity of meaning conveyed will have an effect in understanding the accuracy of the purpose of the law which is not interpreted in any other sense. In this paper discusses the role of legal language as stated in verses relating to law in the Bible based on the legal method and aspects. Key Words: Law, Law Language, Old Testament

Abstract

The outbreak of the corona virus (covid-19) in Indonesia which continued to increase until early March 2020, eventually led the government to impose a large-scale system of social restrictions (PSBB) in the DKI Jakarta area and several other regions. The implementation of this system also automatically encourages education practitioners to carry out online learning. Teachers and students are forced to be ready in their implementation, although so far some schools have never done learning with an online system. Through this research, the researcher wants to analyze how effective the implementation of the learning system is from the teacher's perspective. The sample of this study was 35 teachers who teach at the primary school level from public and private schools in the North Jakarta area. The instrument used was a questionnaire distributed online using the ms.form link. Based on the data obtained, shows that the implementation of online learning has been carried out effectively seen from the readiness of the teacher, the ability to use applications, responses and benefits obtained

Abstract

Pelaksanaan Sistem Tanggap Darurat adalah serangkaian kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam rangka pengendalian yang meliputi pencegahan dan penanggulangan kecelakaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan, tingkat pendidikan, jenis kelamin, dan masa bekerja paramedic terhadap pelaksanaan Sistem Tanggap Darurat di RSUD Serang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitia ini adalah cross sectional . Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara primer. Pengambulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara menggunakan alat bantu kueisoner. Analisa data dilakukan secara univariate dan bivariate. Hasil univariat dalam penelitian ini dari 101 paramedis diperoleh sebanyak 25,7% melaksanakan system tanggap darurat kurang baik, sebanyak 29,7% memiliki tingkat pengetahuan rendah, yang memiliki tingkat pengetahuan rendah sebanyak 32,7% , berjenis kelamin laki-laki sebanyak 66,3%, dan paramedic masa kerja lama lebih banyak 63,4%. Hasil abalisi bivariate diperoleh terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat pengetahuan, dan masa bekerja paramedic terhadap pelaksanaan system tanggap darurat di RSUD Serang. Saran yang diberikan dalam penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan pemberian informasi yang lebih aktif secara menyeluruh kepada paramedic di RSUD Serang sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan paramedic terhadap pelaksanaan system tanggap darurat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa kelas XI SMAN di kota Palu. Pengukuran kemampuan pemecahan masalah di lihat dari kemampuan siswa dalam memecahkan masalah pada topik hidrokarbon dan termokimia dengan menggunakan tahap-tahap Polya, yaitu; memahami masalah, merencanakan pemecahan masalah, melaksanakan rencana, dan melihat kembali. Kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa di katakan baik pada setiap tahap pemecahan masalah jika jumlah siswa yang berada pada kategori minimal tinggi sebanyak 60%. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 240 siswa yang belajar kimia dari 507 siswa kelas XI di dua SMAN kota Palu. Sampel penelitian ditentukan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Data kemampuan pemecahan masalah diperoleh dari siswa dengan memberikan tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang berbentuk uraian bebas yang tervaliditasi. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata siswa kelas XI SMAN di kota Palu hanya mampu menyelesaikan masalah tanpa memahami, melakukan perencanaan, dan melihat kembali hasil pemecahan masalahnya ketika memecahkan masalah hidrokarbon. Kemampun tersebut bahkan tidak dimiliki siswa pada topik Termokimia. Oleh karena itu, temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa siswa SMAN di kota Palu belum mampu merepresentasikan masalah dalam bentuk gambar, simbol, pernyataan, ataupun kalimat matematika, belum mampu merencanakan pemecahan masalah, dan menghubungkan hasil yang diperoleh dengan konsep yang berhubungan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya siswa dilatih memecahkan masalah dalam pembelajaran dengan menerapkan langkah-langkah pemecahan masalah. Abstract

Mathematical communication skills are very important achievement in learning mathematics, which can lead students to think creatively, logically, and critically. However, the existing learning process has not facilitated students to have mathematical communication skills, one of the reasons is the conventional mathematics learning model, in which teachers dominate the learning process. The learning model which implemented in order to improve mathematical communication skills was Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model. This research was conducted in class VIII SMP Negeri 7 by using a quasi experiment method. The data obtained are pretest, posttest and gain data. The data were processed using the two-mean statistical test, namely the t’s test, it was found that there were differences in students' mathematical communication skills using the TTW learning model and the Expository model, with an average of 65.54 and 51.02. Furthermore, the average increase in students' mathematical communication skills by using the TTW learning model was higher than the Expository learning model, with an average of 55.60 and 45.26. Moreover, the increase in the TTW class consisted of 49% high level, 44% medium level and 7% low level, while in the Expository class the increase consisted of 12% high level, 71% medium level and 17% low level. Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan dalam pembentukan karakter terutama pada siswa SMK yang harus memiliki karakter kemandirian, karena siswa SMK diharapkan lulusannya dapat segera bekerja. Upaya Pemerintah dalam pembentukan karakter tertuang pada Undang-undang No 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional. Melihat berbagai krisis yang terjadi di masyarakat dalam pembentukan karakter mendorong pemerintah melakukan perubahan Kurikulum yang melahirkan kurikulum 2013, dimana nilai karakter wajib dimasukkan pada mata pelajaran termasuk pelajaran kewirausahaan. Fenomena keadaan siswa SMK saat ini masih belum memiliki kemandirian, terutama pada pelajaran kewirausahaan yang menekankan jiwa kemandirian. Hal ini dapat terlihat ketika proses pembelajaran, dimana siswa masih memiliki ketergantungan yang tinggi terhadap guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Analisis data hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya keterkaitan yang signifikan dalam pembentukan karakter siswa melalui mata pelajaran kewirausahaan diantaranya pada saat praktek kewirausahaan siswa diajarkan jiwa berwirausaha dalam membentuk kemandirian siswa.

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in this study, namely: 1). To find out the Principal's performance in developing facilities and infrastructure for educators at the State 1 Kupang Vocational High School; and 2). To find out the performance of the School Committee in developing the facilities and infrastructure of educators at the State 1 Kupang Vocational High School. This study uses a qualitative method approach, which leads to case study research. The results of this study are: 1). Regarding the leadership of the principal include: a). think of support from other parties so that further sustainability can be carried out effectively and efficiently; b). The principal as the implementer of infrastructure development at the State 1 Kupang Vocational High School should be good at providing, planning and facilitating; c). The controller of the development of infrastructure in the State 1 Vocational High School Kupang where the principal is the top controlling leader who determines the key to the success of the school to achieve the objectives, and control at the Kupang 1 State Vocational High School is a process to continuously observe the implementation of work plans that have been prepared make corrections to irregularities in the development of the pre-existing facilities that occurred. Whereas those relating to the leadership of the school committee include: a). advisory agency in managing school facilities and infrastructure; b). Supporting agency in the management of school facilities and facilities; c). The controlling agency in the management of school facilities and infrastructure was realized in the participation of the school committee in the Keuanan Asli School Plan drafting meeting, directly checking the condition of facilities and infrastructure in the school and always being directly involved in the process of eliminating facilities and infrastructure; d). Mediator in managing school facilities and infrastructure; and e). Improving the quality of school facilities and infrastructure certainly cannot be separated from the obstacles faced. The main obstacles faced by school committees in an effort to improve the quality of facilities and infrastructure are the problem of funds and the limited land owned by the school.

Abstract

Indonesian society consists of various ethnicities, races, and religions; and become one unit as the Indonesian nation. This diversity can be a tremendous force, but it can also be a deadly threat to humanity and the way of being a state in Indonesia. Leading a religious life needs to be wise because each belief has its commitment to truth. If the truth of one religion is used to judge other religions, horizontal conflicts will occur. Everyone needs to learn about the SARA conflicts that have occurred in the last few years. Efforts to make religion as an adhesive that unites religious people must be implemented carefully and wisely. People who understand their religion’s fundamental rigidly can rise a harmful radicalism, likewise if religion is freely and uncontrollably understood till they become a secular man. Religious moderation is important in building a human civilization that is dignified by religious beliefs. In the end, the role of Christian Religion Education in giving sincere understanding will make people able to live side by siden in peace and understanding with one another. Thus, the integrity of The Unitary State of The Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) can be maintained.
