With all the potential capital God gave, it is believed that man will be able to carry out his duties well. Then it is normal for God to place man as ' masterpiece ' of His own universe. In Shari'ah there is always a balance between the vertical and horizontal dimensions, the ideal and the realistic side, the constant doctrine (the Sabbath) and the Elastic (Murunah), the interests of the world and the Hereafter, the aspect of birth and the inner, interest of individuals and society, and Etc. The principle of benefit is no less important than the principle of balance. This remembers that it was the cause of the point-of-decline, the takeoff and the final goal in the formulation of a law (Maqashid Syari'ah). This research uses qualitative research methods by examining the Library Research related to the opinions of scholars ' followers of Imam Shafi'i on gender issues. Conclusion of the study: women have the same learning opportunities as men, both in material and learning methods, to achieve what is the essential goal of the education process. That is to achieve the perfection of the Insani that comes down to the self-approach (Taqarrub) to God and the realization of happiness in the world and the hereafter.

Environmental discourse is considered as one of the essential narratives since it involves the role of women. In the gender perspective, women in environmental issues are often described as a sidekick. Farwiza Farhan is one of the environmentalists who contributes to the environmental campaign effort. The study aims to focus on the framing of Farwiza Farhan’s figure against her contribution as the keeper of the Leuser Ecosystem (KEL) on online media environmental reports. This study used the Framing Analysis approach, Environmental Journalism, and Heroism concept. The researchers chose and analyzed three news from online news media: serambinews. com as a local source; and republika. co. id and bbc. com as national sources. This research was analyzed by using Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki’s Framing Analysis method. Marriage registration becomes a very important element for the validity of marriage. An unregistered marriage has a direct effect on the woman (wife) and child. This problem is one of references for the importance of registering marriage. Marriage registration aims to fulfill women and children’s rights as legal subjects. The work intends to explain how urgent the registration of marriage is in protecting women and children. Using research libraries, data are collected by exploring data sources that are relevant to the topics discussed. This study concludes that the legal impact arising from neglecting marriage registration is not easy. When a dispute occurs, the wife of an unregistered marriage cannot sue her husband. In this case, the wife's position is very weak. Likewise with children, the status of children born is considered as illegitimate children. The child’s unclear status in the eyes of the law causes the parent-child relationship is not strong, so parents may be able to deny his biological child.

One of the learning models in PAUD is the center and circle model which is a teaching approach that places children in a proportional position. The concept of early childhood education takes the form of play because play is a child's world. The point is playing is learning, and learning is playing. The implementation of learning in PAUD with the BCCT approach model is learning that focuses on activities in centers to optimize the multiple intelligences that must be developed in children. In the BCCT approach there are seven learning centers, namely preparatory centers, beam centers, major role playing centers, small role playing centers, natural material centers, art centers and imtaq centers.
