Abstract

This research is motivated from the thought how to apply advantage-precast method and resolve deficiency conventional method in implementation of construction reinforced concrete slab structures multi-storey building. Therefore conducted preliminary experiments by making structure slab of some elements one way precast reinforced concrete slab. From some preliminary experiments with the problems encountered, finally defined cross-section “U” upside down, with f'c 15 MPa design and 1300 mm long with cross sectional size 320 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm, tensile reinforcement 2Ø5,6987 mm with yield stress of steel 188 MPa. In this research will be reviewed some problems, that is capability slab U to support service load until cracking moment, maximum length U slab to support service load design until cracking moment, and maximum length U slab to support service load design until maximum deflection. These three problems completed by carrying out the load test by using water as a testing load and the physical properties of the material which is used for reinforced concrete. Based on the analysis of test data obtained U slab able to support three times service load design (4,310 N/mm) without cracking, maximum length U slab to support service load design without cracking is 2300 mm, and maximum length U slab to support service load until maximum deflection is 3302,6 mm. Abstract

THE SUCCESS FACTORS IN THE ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMIT (IMB) IN GIANYAR REGENCY, BALIABSTRACTThe improvement of development sector in Gianyar Regency has increased every year. This leads to the increasing of the number of the registration of Building Permit (IMB). Normally, IMB registration process takes 7 working days.. In fact this process can take longer than 7 working days, therefore disappointing to the applicants. The number of complaints that arise as well as the occurrence of cases of illegal levies in the permit service IMB caused the accountability of the service and the level of satisfaction of the applicants were questioned. Based on this situation, there is a need to analize the factors that influence the accountability and the level of satisfaction of the applicant. This research used a mixed methodinvolved survey and interview using a questionnaire. The respondents were selected based on nonprobability sampling technique (purposive sampling), covered the respondent which completed all stages of IMB’s registration process, ranging from the consultation stage to the issue of the permits in 2017. Analysis was performed using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method by assessing the importance level among alternatives under certain criteria, to obtain the weight of each alternative. The results showed that several important factors that influence on the evaluation of accountability of IMB service and the satisfaction of the applicant included timeliness (14,6%), accuracy and honesty (12,8%), responsible and non-discriminative (12,8%), and accuracies of staff (12.6%). Meanwhile, the important factors related on the evaluation of the applicant's satisfaction were timeliness (15.0%), responsible and non-discriminatory factor (13.3%), retribution cost factor (12.7%).

Abstract

THE IMPLEMENTATION OF VALUE ENGINEERING ON SCHOOL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PROJECT(CASE OF STUDY SANUR INDEPENDENT SCHOOL)ABSTRACTIn a construction project, the cost is one of the factors that determine the sustainability of the project, especially in the case of study school building project at Sanur Independent School. Because of that, the austerity measures undertaken to produce an economical construction project. The selection of materials and construction methods can precisely determine the amount of savings to be gained in the implementation of the construction project, wherein the choice of materials and alternative methods will not necessarily reduce nor change the value of the function, quality and architectural value of the project itself. Therefore there is a need for job costing analysis to control these aspects. One of the methods that used for cost efficiency in a construction project especially on the building construction is Value Engineering Method that is a systematic way of defining the value of a subject to its function so that an innovative and structured approach can be adopted with the aim of reducing unnecessary costs. By using this method can obtained two alternative combinations of designs such as , the best combination of alternative designs and the cheapest combination of alternative design, and based by the result of the researched, by using a combination of the best alternative design on this construction project wherein the initial BoQ have a value of Rp 2,003,372,657.68 obtained savings of Rp 36.492.428,34 atau 1,82 %. While using a combination of the cheapest alternative designs obtained savings of Rp 248,161,362.38 or 12.39 %.

Abstract

DUCTILITY OF DOUBLE NOTCH CONNECTION IN PRECAST BEAM COLUMN JOINT, DUE TO CYCLIC LATERAL LOADSABSTRACTBy considering the structure of precast concrete as a monolithic structure, flexural and shear reinforcement of beam column joint can be planned based on the design capacity This research is an experimental study in a full-scale laboratory, which aims to analyze the precast ductility value of double notch models due to cyclic lateral loads. The specimen consists of two models, which are precast beam-column connections and monolithic beam column. The precast and monolithic specimen were designed for the same strength. The cross-sectional dimensions of the beam 250 mm x 300 mm and column 300 mm x 300 mm. This research was carried out with the following stages : (1). Physical Test of Concrete Materials (2). Physical Test of Reinforced Steel Material (3). Strength bonding test (4). Physical test of precast column beam connection. Tests are carried out after the concrete is more than 28 days old. The results showed that after being given a cyclic load on the two structural models, connection precast beam-column joint type of double notch (STRS) type were better able to deform under tensile loads (ductility = 5.52), while the monolith column beam components were better able to deform compressive load (ductility = 7.66). Based on the ductility value obtained, the connection of this double notch model can function as a full ductile connection, so that it can be applied to the building of earthquake force retaining structures for special moment bearers

Abstract

PREPARATION PRICING MODEL OF OWN ESTIMATION IN PROCUREMENT OF GOODS AND SERVICES IN PROVINCE GOVERNMENT BALIABSTRACT Own Estimate (OE) is the price of goods and or services calculated and determined by expertise and based on reliable data. Government, especially Bali Province in the procurement of goods / services in the planning process must set the value of HPS. This study aims to find out how the model calculates HPS on the procurement of goods / services government, especially in Bali Province. HPS preparation model in this study is reviewed on the object of procurement of Goods, Construction and Consulting Services. Data collection was conducted through survey by spreading questionnaires to government agencies that were deemed to be representative to answer the questionnaire in order to describe the model of HPS preparation. The questionnaire was prepared based on Presidential Decree 54 of 2010 and its amendment and Presidential Regulation No. 16 of 2018 concerning Government Procurement of Goods / Services especially regarding Own Estimate (OE) and interview to government officials related to the preparation of HPS. The research instrument uses Guttman scale for clear and consistent answers which then tested the validity and reliability using SPSS 20 program. The result of the Modus analysis on each procurement object variable shows the value that can be used for the HPS preparation model. The procurement model of procurement HPS through E-Purchasing generally shows Price HPS = lowest justification price (X1) + Postal fee (X2) + installation fee (X3) +risk of price increase (X4), procurement through Non E-Purchasing shows Price HPS = lowest justification price (X1) + Postal fee (X2) + installation fee (X3) + benefit provider (X4) + risk of price increase (X5), Procurement Construction Price HPS = lowest justification price (X1) + Provider profit (X2) + risk of price increase (X3), and Consultancy Service Provision Price HPS = Average justification price (X1) + general cost (X2) + social cost (X3) + company profit (X4) + risk of price increase (X5).

Abstract

ANALYSIS OF FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE THE MARKETING OF LIGHT STEEL ROOF TRUSS IN DENPASARABSTRACTAs the need for residence in Denpasar continues to increase, the demand for building materials, especially lightweight steel roof truss also increases. This leads to a tight competition among lightweight steel sellers. This study aimed at investigating factors that influence lightweight steel roof truss marketing in Denpasar and strategies that can be done by business people in facing such competition. This research used Factor Analysis and SWOT Analysis as a research approach. Questionnaires and interviews are used to assist the method of data colection. In Factor Analysis, selected respondents were the parties who understood the marketing strategy of lightweight steel roof truss in Denpasar. The SWOT Analysis was done on Company X, which sold lightweight steel roof truss in Denpasar. The respondents of the SWOT Analysis were two persons from internal company. Based on the results of Factor Analysis, three main factors was formed, namely product popularity, service quality and product attractiveness. Meanwhile, through SWOT Analysis, it was found that the company position is in quadrant I, so it supported the SO (Strength-Opportunity) strategy. This strategy maximized strength and utilized opportunities. It involved building new branches, increasing the quantity and variety of products, maintaining service and product quality, providing products that always follow the development of consumer tastes, efficiency of the company's operational costs, increasing the quantity of purchases of products to be traded and buying goods directly from the producers.

Abstract

LABORATORY SCALE MODELING OF GROUNDWATER CONTAMINATION BY WASTE USING GEOELECTRIC METHODABSTRACT Research has been carried out with physical modeling using the geoelectric method to monitor the problem of water resources namely water pollution by waste. Pollution caused by industrial waste is a big problem, if the waste seeps into the soil and contaminates ground water consumed by humans, animals and other organisms. Decreasing groundwater quality can affect the fulfillment of community needs for clean water. Because the impact of industrial wastewater can not be directly felt, making people less aware of the dangers of waste that can pollute the presence of ground water. The purpose of this study was to identify the spread of liquid waste using the 2D type geoelectric method and find out the resistivity value. The tools used are type G-Sound Resistivity meter (GL-4100) and used liquid waste material used oil. Data processing was processed using RES2Dinv ver 3.3 software and obtained medium type resistivity values contaminated by liquid waste from geoelectric data of resistivity type was 0.962 - 12.4 ?m and from the geoelectric cross section (pseudosection) visible boundaries or areas contaminated with liquid waste contained in depth of 0 - 0.44 m from ground level (ground surface). On the results of data processing, there is a high value of species resistance, 44.5 - 84.3 m, which is interpreted as iron sand found in the clay sand medium used.
