Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk penyimpangan sosial yang diilakukan oleh siswa di MAN 2 Halmahera Utara dan faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya penyimpangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif pada bulan Juni-Agustus tahun 2022. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi: Observasi, Wawancara, dan Catatan Anekdot. Subjek penelitian meliputi siswa kelas X IPA I yang berjumlah 20 orang. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dan disajikan dalam bentuk narasi. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa bentuk penyimpangan sosial yang pernah dilakukan oleh siswa ialah dalam bentuk tindakan yang bertentangan dengan aturan yang berlaku di sekolah dan di dalam keluarga, seperti tawuran antar siswa, kurang disiplin dalam berpakaian, datang kesekolah tidak tepat waktu, terlambat masuk kelas, nyontek pada saat ujian berlangsung, dan merokok di lingkungan sekolah. Adapun faktor penyebab terjadinya perilaku penyimpangan sosial ini disebabkan karena kurangnya perhatian orang tua (keluarga) dan guru, serta kurangnyaketerlibatansiswa dalam berdiskusi guna mengambil sebuah keputusan yang adil dengan melibatkan cara-cara yang demokratis, sehingga siswa merasa aman dan nyaman, serta merasa diperhatikan bahkan dihargai untuk menggapai cita-citanya.Adapun faktor lain adalah pergaulan dalam masyarakat maupun di lingkungan sekolah.

This study aims to find out the application of the talking stick learning method can overcome the problem of learning difficulties for class X IPA 1 students in the Civics subject on Basic State Relations and the Constitution at MAN 2 North Halmahera in the 2021/2022 Academic Year. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) to improve learning through findings and actions in class repeatedly (cycle). Data collection used test instruments in cycle I and tests in cycle II, while data analysis used descriptive analysis to determine individual student learning completeness, classical completeness (KKM) Civics class X IPA 1 subjects set at MAN 2 North Halmahera namely 70. Results Research shows that the application of the talking stick learning model to students of class X IPA 1 MAN 2 North Halmahera in Civics subjects has succeeded in overcoming the problem of ability to understand the basic relationship between the state and the constitution, and there has been an increase in student learning outcomes through the application of the talking stick learning model. This can be seen from the learning outcomes of students in cycle I who achieved completeness totaling 12 students (45%), while in cycle II it increased to 22 students (100%).

Model pembelajaran jigsaw merupakan model pembelajaran kooperatif dimana siswa belajar dalam bentuk kelompok kecil yang terdiri atas 4-5 orang secara heterogen. Materi pembelajaran yang diberikan kepada siswa berupa teks dan setiap anggota bertanggung jawab atas ketuntasan bagian materi pelajaran yang harus dipelajari. Adapun tujuan penilitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X IPS 1 di MAN 2 Halut dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X IPS 1 di MAN 2 Halut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan pada 2 siklus pembelajaran pada siswa kelas X IPS 1 di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Halmahera Utara dengan jumlah siswa 20 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan lembar observasi, dan soal pretest dan postest. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, guna menentukan aktivitas dan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pada matapelajaran sejarah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X IPS 1 di MAN 2 Halut dan terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X IPS 1 di MAN 2 Halut.

This study aims to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes in class XI IPA 1 at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 North Halmahera on the subject of the human movement system by using a quiz team type cooperative learning model. This research method is Classroom Action Research (CAR) using 2 learning cycles, each cycle consists of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflexes. The subjects of this research were students of class XI IPA 1 Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 North Halmahera, totaling 25 students. The approach used in this research is descriptive research type. The data collection techniques in this study used instruments in the form of teacher observation sheets, student observation sheets and post tests. The results showed that the Quiz Team Type Cooperative learning model could improve student learning outcomes on the subject of the Human Movement System. This can be seen in cycle I and cycle II. In the first cycle of student learning activities 52.25%, then in the second cycle there was an increase of 81.75%. The results of teacher activity in the first cycle is 54.55% and in the second cycle there is an increase of 86.36% while student learning outcomes in class XI IPA 1 Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 North Halmahera By Using the Cooperative Learning Model Type Quiz Team can improve student learning outcomes on the subject System Movement in Humans, namely in the first cycle student learning outcomes are 44% then in the second cycle there is an increase of 87.5%.

This study aims to improve the discussion skills of class X-IPA1 students of SMA Negeri 5 Kota Ternate, through the two stay two stray learning model. The research focused on problems related to the low skills of students in discussion activities including aspects of courage and fluency in speaking. This type of research is classroom action research with three cycles, each cycle consisting of: planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Data collection techniques and tools in this study used descriptive analysis techniques for data in the form of observation sheets, interviews and observations. This research was conducted in July-August 2022. The subjects in this study were students in class X-IPA 1 at SMA Negeri 5 Kota Ternate. Data were analyzed with qualitative descriptive techniques. The results showed that the discussion skills in the aspects of courage and fluency increased in each cycle. In cycle 1 the average value on the aspect of courage is 28.13. The pre-cycle value was 77.50 in cycle I, increased to 80.63 in cycle II, and increased to 98.13 in cycle III. The aspect of speaking fluency increased with the pre-cycle average value of 25.63 to 68.75 in cycle I. The average value of cycle I increased to 80.00 in cycle II and the average value of cycle II increased to 96.25 in cycle III. Students are more skilled in discussions by applying the Two Stay two Stray learning model to the material of the text of the observation report.

This study aims to determine the implementation of the STAD learning model in increasing student learning activities in each cycle, and to determine student learning outcomes in class X IPA 2 Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Halmahera Utara. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research was conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subject of this research was conducted in class X IPA 2 Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Halmahera Utara, totaling 17 students. The approach used in this research is a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using instruments in the form of observation sheets and tests. The results showed that learning outcomes using the STAD learning model increased and the achievement of student learning outcomes increased to 70% in cycle II and was categorized as successful. Teacher and student activity in the learning process has also increased with a percentage of teacher activity of 100%. Meanwhile, student activity increased by 86.27% in cycle II.

This study aims to determine student satisfaction with administrative services at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Halmahera Utara and to find out the performance of administrative staff at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 North Halmahera. This type of research is field research (field research) with the research approach used is ex post facto classified as quantitative. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires and documentation to be analyzed using statistical techniques and correlational regression tests which were applied to a sample of 29 students from 10% of the population, totaling 293 students. The results showed that the average score of students' expectations of administrative services was 601: 29: 5 = 4.14. (601) is the total score, 29 is the number of respondents, and 5 is the number of items (instruments) or a percentage of 4.14: 5 = 0.828 x 100 = 82.8 or 83 (rounded) with a very high category, so it can be stated that students' expectations of administrative services at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 North Halmahera are classified as very high/important. And the average score of administrative employee performance on administrative services is 589: 29: 5 = 4.06 (589) is the total score, 29 is the number of respondents, and 5 is the number of instrument items) or a percentage of 4.06: 5 = 0.812 x 100 = 81.2 or 81 (rounded) with a high category, so it can be stated that students' expectations of employee performance in realizing administrative services at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 North Halmahera are in a very high (satisfactory) category.

Statistics is a branch of applied mathematics that discusses scientific methods, procedures for collecting and classifying data, compiling and presenting data, arriving at valid conclusions, so that decisions are taken that are acceptable. The goal to be achieved from this research is to find out the activities and learning outcomes of students in cycles I and II. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR), and was carried out at MAN 2 Halut in class XII IPS, with a total of 20 students. The minimum completeness criterion (KKM) in the mathematics subject set at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Halmahera Utara is 78. Data analysis was carried out by determining student learning completeness individually and classically, and determining the percentage of student activity and learning outcomes in cycles I and II. The results showed that the learning activities of students in class XII IPS MAN 2 North Halmahera related to mathematics learning activities, especially the subject of statistics through a contextual approach which were observed as a whole, could be categorized as very effective. There is an increase in student learning outcomes in class XII IPS MAN 2 North Halmahera in mathematics, especially the subject of statistics through a contextual approach, both cycle I and cycle II have achieved the KKM set by the school and are categorized as good.

This study aims to identify forms of bullying behavior in class XI IPA 1 Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Halmahera Utara by using dyadic counseling techniques. This research was conducted using classroom action research methods (classroom action research). Collecting data using interview and observation techniques. The research subjects amounted to one person. The data obtained is described in the form of open coding and student observation tables. The results of the study show that students begin to understand that bullying behavior is a negative action and students think about what to do first so they won't hurt or bully their friends. And dyadic counseling techniques have proven to be more effective in increasing student awareness and knowledge in an effort to overcome bullying at MAN 2 North Halmahera.

Learning media are teaching aids for generating interest, visual enjoyment, facilitating the attainment of learning objectives, facilitating, understanding and remembering the information contained and motivating learning. Media plays an important role in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of card media in increasing vocabulary mastery in Arabic and maximizing students' memory, activeness and motivation in learning in class X IPA 1 Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Halmahera Utara. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive method with research subjects being class X IPA 1 Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Halmahera Utara, totaling 22 students. Data collection techniques consisted of observation, oral tests and interviews. This research was conducted in 2 meetings which began with learning without using card media and using card media. The results of the study show that the use of card media is very effective in learning Arabic, because it can increase students' vocabulary mastery (mufradat). And the use of card media in learning Arabic can train students to maximize student memory and can create activeness and motivate students in learning.
