Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture on employee engagement among Secretariat employees of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) in regencies and cities across Riau Province. The research is expected to provide both theoretical contributions to the development of management science particularly in the areas of organizational behavior and human resource management and practical benefits for improving employee engagement in public institutions. The population of the study consists of 589 employees, from which a sample of 239 respondents was determined using the Slovin formula. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee engagement. These findings highlight the strategic importance of fostering a strong organizational culture to enhance employee attachment, commitment, and involvement in the public sector context. Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of (1) Job characteristics on Job satisfaction of employees of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office (Kemenag) Pasaman Regency (2) Organizational culture on Job satisfaction of employees of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office (Kemenag) Pasaman Regency (3) Quality of superior-subordinate interaction on Job satisfaction of employees of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office (Kemenag) Pasaman Regency (4) Job characteristics, organizational culture and Quality of superior-subordinate interaction together on Job satisfaction of employees of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office (Kemenag) Pasaman Regency. The population in this study were all employees of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office (Kemenag) Pasaman Regency as many as 44 people. The technique in taking this sample used the total sampling technique (overall sample), total sampling is a sampling technique where the number of samples is the same as the population. The reason for taking total sampling is because the population is less than 100, the entire population is used as a research sample. The results of this study indicate that (1) Job characteristics have a significant positive influence on the job satisfaction of employees at the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) Office in Pasaman Regency (2) Organizational culture has a positive influence on the job satisfaction of employees at the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) Office in Pasaman Regency (3) The quality of superior-subordinate interaction has a positive influence on the job satisfaction of employees at the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) Office in Pasaman Regency (4) Job characteristics, organizational culture and the quality of superior-subordinate interaction together have a positive influence on the job satisfaction of employees at the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) Office in Pasaman Regency

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Digital marketing and Product Variety through Brand Image on Customer Purchase Decisions at UMKM Dapur Aru Olahan Kelor Kampar. There are 7 hypotheses in this study using a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents who are consumers of Dapur Aru Olahan Kelor Kampar customers. The research sample was taken using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique, namely the criteria that have bought 2 times in Aru's Kitchen. This study uses an analysis method using PLS-SEM version 4. The results showed that digital marketing has no significant effect on customer purchasing decisions. Product Variety Variety has a significant effect on Customer Purchasing Decisions. Digital marketing has no significant effect on Brand Image. Product Variety has a significant effect on brand image. Brand image variables have a significant effect on customer purchasing decisions. Digital marketing variables have no significant effect on Customer Purchasing Decisions through Brand Image. Product Variety Variables have a significant effect on Customer Purchasing Decisions through Brand Image at UMKM Dapur Aru Olahan Kelor Kampar. Keywords:

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style on employee work climate, influence of supervision on work climate, influence of leadership style on employee performance, influence of supervision on employee performance, influence of work climate on employee performance, influence of leadership style on performance with work climate as intervening variables and the effect of supervision on performance with work climate as intervening variables. The sample in this study were lecturers at communication protocol section of Merangin District leadership. The type of data used is primary data, the data collection method uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Test the research instrument for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique consists of data description test, classical assumption test, path analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the study found that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee work climate, supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee work climate, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work climate has a positive and significant effect. on employee performance, work climate does not play a role as an intervening variable between leadership style and employee performance and work climate does not play a role as an intervening variable between supervision and employee performance. This study suggests that to improve employee performance, a constructive leadership style, a more conducive work climate and increased supervision is needed.

Abstract

The development of new internet-based media has also changed people's lifestyle in fulfilling their needs and desires in finding information and even entertainment. Watching movies on subscription video on demand services has become one of the most popular forms of entertainment today, making conventional entertainment media begin to be abandoned. Netflix is one of the largest subscription-based streaming platforms in the world. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of perceived price and e-service quality on Netflix service subscription decisions among FISIP Riau University students. This research uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to FISIP Riau University students. The sample in this study consisted of 100 students of FISIP Riau University who subscribed to Netflix, which was determined using the Slovin formula. Sampling using non-probability techniques with purposive sampling method. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The final results of the study prove that perceived price and e-service quality affect the decision to subscribe to Netflix services among FISIP Riau University students. Abstract

This study examines the impact of Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) on the Regional Original Revenue (PAD) of Madiun City using a qualitative descriptive approach. The findings indicate that PKB contributes significantly to the PAD of Madiun City, with percentages of 41.89% (2022), 45% (2023), and 45.21% (2024), categorized as “Good.” Factors influencing tax compliance include tax knowledge, payment location distance, and the amount of administrative sanctions. Despite the number of motor vehicles, the contribution of PKB to PAD remains consistent. The distribution of PKB revenue is allocated at 60% for the Madiun City Government and 40% for the East Java Provincial Government. Efforts to increase taxpayer awareness and digital-based payment service innovations are recommended as strategic measures to optimize PKB revenue as a sustainable source of regional income. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of profitability and growth opportunities on company value in property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is a quantitative research that is associative. Samples were taken using the purposive sampling technique. In this study, the research sample amounted to 29 companies from 66 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2021-2023, so that the research data analyzed amounted to 87 observations. The panel data analysis method in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using Eviews version 12. The results of this study show that profitability has a positive and significant effect on the company's value. Meanwhile, growth opportunities have no effect on the company's value. From the results of this study, it is hoped that prospective investors need to pay attention to the company's growth opportunities carefully, because high asset growth does not always guarantee an increase in the company's value. And for companies, it is hoped that from the results of this study, companies will consider managing growth opportunities wisely so that growth can be controlled without causing risks

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and compare the financial performance of two Village Unit Cooperatives (KUD): KUD Kebun Sawit Harapan in Gabung Makmur Village and KUD Jaya Makmur in Kumbara Utama Village, Siak Regency, during the 2015–2017 period. The analysis employed financial ratios such as Return on Assets (ROA), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Total Asset Turn Over (TATO). The research used a quantitative descriptive method with a comparative approach, and the data analysis technique applied was the independent sample t-test. The results showed that only the DER ratio had a significant difference between the two cooperatives, while the ROA, NIM, and TATO ratios did not show any significant differences. This indicates that capital structure stability is the primary differentiator in the financial performance of the two cooperatives, whereas efficiency and profitability are relatively similar. Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of (1) Religiosity on the OCB of employees of the Pasaman Regency Ministry of Religion Office. (2) Transformational leadership style on the OCB of employees of the Pasaman Regency Ministry of Religion Office. (3)Physicological capitaltowards the OCB of employees of the Ministry of Religion Office of Pasaman Regency. (4) Work environment towards the OCB of employees of the Ministry of Religion Office of Pasaman Regency. (5) Job satisfaction towards the OCB of employees of the Ministry of Religion Office of Pasaman Regency. (6) Religiosity, transformational leadership style, psychological capital, work environment and job satisfaction together affect the OCB of employees at the Pasaman Regency Ministry of Religion Office. The population in this study was allemployees of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of Pasaman Regency as many as 44 people. The sampling technique in this study used the total sampling technique or population sample. Where the sample in this study was all employees of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of Pasaman Regency as many as 32 people. The results of this study show that(1) Religiosity has a significant effect on the OCB of employees at the Pasaman Regency Ministry of Religion Office. (2) Transformational leadership style has a significant effect on the OCB of employees at the Pasaman Regency Ministry of Religion Office. (3) Psychological capital has a significant effect on the OCB of employees at the Pasaman Regency Ministry of Religion Office. (4) The work environment has a significant effect on the OCB of employees at the Pasaman Regency Ministry of Religion Office. Abstract

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganilis pengaruh dari Store Atmosphere (X1) dan Word Of Mouth (X2) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) pada Coffee Shop padussy Coffee. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuisioner kepada konsumen padussy Coffee, sehingga data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer. Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan metode Accidental Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisi secara parsial, Store Atmosphere berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilat thitung > ttabel (7,251 > 1,984), Word Of Mouth juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (5,913 > 1,984), sedangkan hasil analisis secara simultan menunjukkan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (88,372 > 3,09), yang berarti Store Atmosphere dan Word Of Mouth secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Hasil koefesien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,776 yang berarti 77, 6% Keputusan Pembelian konsumen dipengaruhi oleh variabel Store Atmosphere dan Word Of Mouth, sisanya sebesar 22,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Store Atmosphere, Word Of Mouth, Keputusan Pembelian
