Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of anti-bullying and gender equality regulations and their contribution to the internalization of character education values. This study used a descriptive quantitative method supported by qualitative data, using survey instruments and literature reviews. Data are analyzed using the Mazmanian and Sabatier policy implementation framework, ambiguity-conflict theory, and a character education framework. The results of the study indicate that anti-bullying and gender equality regulations have a clear legal basis, but the effectiveness of their implementation varies across schools. The prevalence of bullying remains high, especially in verbal forms at 48.1 percent and relational at 32.7 percent, and gender bias persists. The implementation of anti-bullying policies is experimental, while gender equality tends to be a symbolic implementation. The contribution of regulations is more on the aspects of moral knowing and partly moral feeling, but has not yet touched on moral action. Strengthening teacher capacity is needed through gender bias training, integration of indicators of School-Related Gender-Based Violence and Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion in national monitoring, and enrichment of practice-based character education.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation, supporting and inhibiting factors, and solutions to the obstacles of the "Gadis Ceria" learning innovation. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used an interactive model that includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was tested through source and technique triangulation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of "Gadis Ceria" is able to create an interactive, creative, and student-centered learning atmosphere. Supporting factors for the implementation of the "Gadis Ceria" learning innovation include school support, teacher competence, student creativity, and the availability of facilities and infrastructure, while inhibiting factors include limited time, internet connection, variations in students' technological abilities, and resistance to change. The constraint of limited time can be overcome through redesigning learning allocations, integrating activities, and implementing blended learning; addressing variations in students' technological abilities through scaffolding strategies; and minimizing resistance to change through training, ongoing mentoring, and strengthening communication.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the social reintegration of former inmates from a legal perspective, as well as the strategies and challenges faced in the process of social reintegration for former inmates. This study employs a qualitative approach using phenomenological methods. The results of the study indicate that social reintegration already has a legal basis as stipulated in Law Number 22 of 2022 on Correctional Institutions, which emphasizes rehabilitation, the protection of human rights, and the restoration of the social functions of former inmates. Strategies to strengthen social reintegration are implemented through legal education, participatory dialogue, legal awareness campaigns, and the involvement of village governments and communities in building an inclusive social environment. Challenges in the reintegration process include social stigma, negative stereotypes, low community legal literacy, limited economic access, and a lack of space for social dialogue between the community and former inmates.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of environmental leadership and environmental awareness on the pro-environmental behavior of civil servants in Malang City, while examining the role of green organizational culture within this relationship. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method witth a cross-sectional design involving civil servants in the Malang City Government. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire administered to 136 respondents and were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares. The results indicated that environmental awareness had a positive and significant effect on pro-environmental behavior and was identified as the dominant factor in explaining behavioral variation. In contrast, environmental leadership did not show a significant effect. Green organizational culture was not found to strengthen the relationship between environmental leadership and environmental awareness with pro-environmental behavior. These findings suggested that pro-environmental behavior among civil servants was more influenced by internal individual factors than by structural organizational factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the legal regulations governing fiduciary liens in Indonesia and the urgency of updating the law on fiduciary liens as they relate to battery electric vehicles. This study employs a normative legal research method using a legislative approach and a conceptual approach. The results of the study indicate that the legal regulations governing fiduciary security in Indonesia are currently based on Law Number 42 of 1999, which provides legal certainty regarding preferential rights for creditors, the obligation to register fiduciary security, and the mechanisms for the enforcement of the collateral. Updates to fiduciary security laws are necessary to accommodate the economic characteristics of battery electric vehicles as collateral, particularly regarding the valuation mechanism of the collateral, provisions for mitigating the risk of depreciation of electric vehicles, and certainty in enforcement procedures to provide legal protection for the parties involved.
