This study aims to identify forms of civic education implementation, analyze indicators of political participation on social media, and formulate an ideal civic education model to increase political articipation on social media. The method used is a systematic literature review using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses approach. The results of the study of 56 articles show that civic education for civil society is carried out through expressive participation on social media, learning in schools, political activities, civil organizations and communities, social discussions and interactions, and education in the family environment. There are six indicators of political participation on social media, namely participation in political discussions on social media, online election campaigns, sharing political content, signing online petitions, using hashtags, and liking and commenting on political content. Political participation on social media can increase if it is supported by the implementation of civic education that prioritizes four aspects, namely digital literacy, inclusiveness, ethical discourse, and holistic integration.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the forms of bullying, influencing factors, and efforts to address bullying among students. This study used a mixed methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results indicate that the most common forms of bullying among students are verbal bullying, cyberbullying, and physical bullying. Verbal bullying has a relatively high prevalence rate of 22.1 percent to 59.4 percent, cyberbullying has a moderate prevalence rate of 23.2 percent to 37.4 percent, and physical bullying has a low prevalence rate of 10 percent to 16.1 percent. Bullying among students is influenced by two factors: psychosocial factors, including emotional regulation and empathy, and social environmental factors, including peer pressure, interaction culture, and digital ethics. Prevention and handling of bullying at the school level can be achieved through several strategies: internalizing anti-bullying attitudes through character education, strengthening reporting and monitoring systems, and cross-sector collaboration to address bullying.

This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. This study was conducted in several madrasas that actively utilize digital media, with research subjects including public relations managers, teachers, and related parties. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed using content analysis techniques through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study indicate that civic values integrated into public relations strategies include nationalism, tolerance, responsibility, active participation, and digital ethics. Integration efforts are carried out through the use of digital media as a means of educational communication, digital ethics campaigns, and collaboration with various parties. The integration process still faces obstacles such as limited human digital resource competency, a focus on public relations that tends to be promotional, and suboptimal strategic planning based on civic values.
